The burger is amazing!! very very tasty. The fries were to die for too. If you're looking for a great burger, you've come to the right place. Sweet potato fries would still be a dream ;)

The service was really nice and we got the food relatively quickly. The French fries and the curly fries were really super crispy and delicious, but unfortunately the smash burger didn't impress us and had a strange smell

For me, Fat Butcher is by far the best burger shop in Munich.
Would recommend the double cheese burger! Juicy, spicy and only what belongs in the burger. The atmosphere is super relaxed with good music. The team is always attentive, which makes the visit even better 🙏 You should book a place early on weekends ;)

From the burger to the fries, everything was incredibly tasty. The prices are more than fair so I can only recommend that everyone give this store a try. I'll always be happy to come back when I'm nearby.

Lovely food, cool little spot off the main road. Tasty and not too expensive for the quality. Only reason for 4 stars (and not 5) was there was fairly little meat on the wrap.

Great burger, nice service and attentive service. Second time here, and again extremely good, but really very good fries. The best I've ever eaten! However, this time the counter question was missing as to whether I would like any more sauces. But I was able to reorder as soon as it arrived, and it arrived quickly :) And maybe write somewhere that the meat is Helal. :) I wasn't really sure at first and had to ask the boss

So the double smash burgers were good, as were the fries and curly fries, but I wouldn't recommend the chicken burgers, they tasted like the standard ones, so nothing special. So only the Smashburger would eat there. The price was ok. Service was very nice and friendly.

2 double burgers 2 side dishes 2 dips 2 drinks = 50 EUR and full of enjoyment

Simply PERFECT! I can't say anything else. I was just happy after eating. Everything a 10 out of 10. Starting with the nice staff, to the drinks, and then to the main course, double cheeseburger with crispy bacon and the French fries and curly fries. “Fat Butcher” is a must if you are in Munich.

We ordered for 20 people today. Everything was just perfect. The fries were as crispy as if we had eaten them there. Great burgers, great sauces. Big thank you 🙏🏻

Sep 11, 2024 Hello. I ordered the double cheese burger today. Super great and very tasty beef patties. According to the nice waitress, the patties are made fresh every day and are not frozen. This is exactly what has a positive effect on the taste, texture and mouthfeel. I would have liked napkins at the table. Burgers are very good, everything is super fresh and tasty, also very well presented. The girl is super kind, spoke to us in english and made it super easy and nice.

Nicely hidden shop in the courtyard, great location away from the street without any noise. I ate the double smashburger with bacon and fries. 1A top bun and meat, went down like butter, the pickles were also amazing. Very good taste experience. Very friendly service.

I ate here with my friend and it was just great, the cheeseburger was really something special, it was the best burger of my life, it was so good that I had to order it again straight away. Yesterday I celebrated my birthday with 8 people at Fat Butcher. Everything was just great! Both the food was incredibly tasty and the service/person was friendly and accommodating. We felt really comfortable and will definitely come again!

I have visited the burger shop twice and was very satisfied each time. The food is extremely tasty, especially the burgers, which are freshly prepared and made with halal meat. The coleslaw salad is excellent and the fries are also very tasty. I always like to come back when I'm in the area. Absolute recommendation!

I was really surprised at the taste today because I didn't look closely and only took the burger of the week... then I noticed that the surprisingly delicious taste came from asparagus and hollandaise sauce! The combination in the burger was absolutely brilliant! We all always enjoyed not only all the burgers, but also the fries, salads, chicken wings, pasta, drinks, coffee, muffins and cakes

My husband and I bought a voucher through Groupon. We made a reservation through the store's reservation portal. However, there was a safety conference in Munich that day and we were stuck in a traffic jam and wouldn't have arrived on time. We tried to call the store but no one answered the phone several times, the store's reservation portal offered to reschedule the appointment, which we did when we were stuck in a traffic jam for over an hour and nothing was moving forward. The store noted that the voucher had been redeemed even though we weren't there. The store doesn't respond to inquiries and Groupon is uncooperative! Be careful! Everything has now been reported to PayPal. Reply to comment: You didn't want to find a solution until today! I sent you another suggested solution, this was on March 24th, and there was never an answer.

You wouldn't think there were burgers here based on the atmosphere. There is coffee, cake etc. And mega delicious smashed burgers. The taste is really 9.5/10 Fries were also very tasty

Anyone who loves (smash)burgers will love this place. The food was great and the service was friendly and accommodating. A bit hidden, but an insider tip.

Absolutely stunning! The burgers at Fat Butcher are a taste experience in a class of its own. The owner personally takes time for the guests and ensures a warm atmosphere. A fantastic experience for all burger fans!

Curry wrap was very tasty, a bit small but also ok in terms of price and perfect if you want something smaller.

Nice service, relaxed atmosphere, but it doesn't invite you to linger for a long time. Small and clear map. The food is prepared quickly and freshly - the fries are delicious, the burgers are tasty, but the toppings are rather sparse and are clearly too expensive for a price of €10 or more per burger. A burger with a side dish for €17 is a house number.

I often eat here with my wife and I have to say I can only recommend it!! The food tastes very good, the atmosphere is excellent and the service is A1. Huge praise to the team. 👍

Everything was super delicious! Be it the chicken burgers, the smashed burgers, the cole slaw or the fries. Everything was super tasty 🤩The burgers weren't heavy on the stomach at all. The ambience was also very nice, as it is in the courtyard, you can have a good conversation and not be disturbed by the hustle and bustle of the street. Very nice employees and also a very warm owner. We would love to come back 🤗

Yesterday I went to Iftar with 4 friends and we received a very friendly welcome. We were given water from the house and dates with almonds. The food was incredibly tasty and especially the fried chicken burger is in a class of its own. My tip: add extra cheese. I would recommend it to everyone, simply a 10/10 👍

I went to the FAT Butcher with a friend last week - unfortunately it was an absolute failure. Unfortunately, the burger patty was cold and the service wasn't exactly the best either. A pity.

A nice restaurant with nice employees, the smash burger was quite good, the meat to bread ratio was not in balance for us (too much bread for the meat). The curly fries absolutely killed it! We paid €27 for 2 cheeseburgers and a portion of curly fries with dip.

We drove from Gütersloh to Munich and found out from tik tok that there are good smash burgers here. We received a very warm welcome on site and it was really great service. Very nice boss who is really cool to chat with. We were very positively surprised about the burger. It was very tasty and really easy to digest. We also liked the homemade sauces. The store is really unique. We were there twice during our stay and will definitely go there again when we are nearby. Thanks to the great team

A very cool bistro with delicious burgers or wraps, very friendly service and an inspiring ambience. There are often events next door in the evenings and so the guests are a diverse mix...Somewhat hidden in Neuhausen...kind of an insider tip...Yet...

The citizens? Oh my grill! They're so juicy you could write a biblical epic about them. The first bite is like a culinary love story dancing on your tongue. 💘💥 And the sauces! They are so diverse that they could make world peace between ketchup and mayonnaise. It's like a dance of flavors in my mouth. 💃🕺 In short, Fat Butcher is where taste buds meet to rave. A place where the food is so good it gets a standing ovation from my stomach. Bravo, Fat Butcher, bravo! 👏🎉

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, im Fat Butcher im Trafo einen Double Cheeseburger zu probieren und war wirklich beeindruckt. Der Geschmack des Burgers war hervorragend, und die Portion war großzügig bemessen. Die Atmosphäre des Ladens war wirklich cool und einladend, und das Personal war extrem entspannt und freundlich. Ich kann dieses Burgerrestaurant auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

We ordered 2 smashed hamburgers and 1 double cheese smashed hamburger. With fries and extra bacon. The burgers arrived super fast but the I was expecting much more. Its not really anything to write home about.

Also das Essen ist schon sehr lecker. Die Burger sind saftig, die Fritten kross und von Style, mit liebe gemacht. Aber auch der Ceaser Salat und die Veggi Gericht bleiben im Fat Butcher Style und lecker. Vom Ambiente, das müsst Ihr euch selber ansehen. :-) Ich durfte Koch, das Servicepersonal und den Besitzer kennenlernen. Fazit: wann ist was gut ? Wenn das gemacht wird, gerne gemacht wird, mit liebe, Freude an der Arbeit. Und das haben hier eben alle, Wertschätzung für Arbeit, Gäste und Kollegen. Das trifft hier definitiv zu. Nettes kleines Bistro. Nicht außergewöhnlich aber für einen schnellen Burger absolut ausreichend. Geschmacklich an sich gut, leckere selbstgemachte Mayo und gute Pommes, aber leider mit einem sehr kleinen Burger-Patty. Auch das Buns war für meinen Geschmack etwas zu „langweilig“. 4€ für ein frisches Helles.

Ich habe jetzt schon öfters im Fat Butcher gespeist und kann einfach die ganze Karte empfehlen. Alles wird mit so viel Liebe und Mühe zubereitet, dass man das sofort schmeckt. Laden liegt im Hof, somit sehr ruhig und entspannt zum essen. Zu dem sehr höfliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Man isst gerne dort, wo man sich wohl fühlt.
