My girlfriend and I were planning on having dinner, but instead we had an experience. Hard like these fries and also chewy like these fries probably sums it up best. Unfortunately, for reasons unknown to me, I can't upload the video, but if you're scared on the way home, just carry one of these fries with you. Not even Kevlar will stop them. The service was okay, but nothing more. The cheeseburger, on the other hand, was a miracle... of economy. More sauce than cheese on the double cheeseburger is quite overwhelming. At least you can taste the bread better that way. Minimalist cuisine at its finest. This thing sits heavily on your stomach. Not great for €35. My tip to the owner: fries will dehydrate if you leave them for too long. I haven't had anything like that even at the crappiest McDonald's.

Personally, I found the lighting a bit too dim, but that's probably a matter of taste—many people just love this cozy atmosphere. Overall, a recommended spot for burger fans! Parking is also excellent; there's a large parking garage about 400 meters away, suitable for any vehicle!

The location was a bit too warm on a rather chilly day. The burgers were rather average, but the 'regular' fries were the best in a long time. Service was friendly and prompt...

Rather Pass Ordered takeout from Smash or Pass, and honestly, I wish I hadn’t bothered. The burger was a sad mess — more bun than anything else, dripping with oil, and the only thing you could actually taste was the onion. The meat? Practically non-existent. What I got was basically bread, oil, and some pickles pretending to be a burger. The fries were somehow worse. I was excited for them, but they tasted like they’d been fried, refried, and maybe fried again from last weekend’s leftovers. Rock-hard, greasy, and honestly a dental hazard — I nearly lost a tooth biting into one. All in all, an oily, joyless meal. Disappointing doesn’t even begin to cover it.

Why would you even eat a burger anywhere else? I had the most excellent smash-cheeseburger with double patty that I have had in a few years. A side of truffle-parmesan fries topped it off perfectly.

Decent food, chicken burger and wings didn’t have a lot of flavor on their own and relied on breading. Overall the food is fine but service takes a very long time. Arrived before dinner rush and ordered, waited an hour to receive food. Table next to us waited 40 minutes to just order.

We stopped by late at night because the kids wanted burgers, and this was one of the few places still open. Even though it was late, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The burgers were delicious; well-cooked and made with quality beef. We were very happy with both the flavor and the service, and I would definitely recommend it. Just a note: the name has changed to Smash or Pass Burger and Bar.

Overrated... The burger felt like it had nothing in it, really little cheese for a cheeseburger. When we asked for tap water, we were told there wasn't any? A bit dry, nothing special. 🤥😔💔

The vegan burgers with cheese dip were excellent—juicy, well-seasoned, and perfectly balanced. The garlic fries were delicious and perfectly cooked. The service was attentive, friendly, and pleasantly accommodating. The overall ambiance is well-kept and harmonious, although the ceiling area seems a bit underdeveloped in comparison. All in all, a thoroughly positive experience.

Could not really taste the truffle in the burger and the jalapeños where cut too think do you could only feel the spicy and were covering a lot of the taste, but for the rest it was very tasty and the Pommer where great

I was at smash or pass yesterday and I was absolutely thrilled. The burgers were juicy, perfectly seasoned, and the bun was nice and fluffy, yet sturdy. The sides—especially the sweet potato fries—were fresh and crispy. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the wait time was pleasantly short despite the busy place. The value for money is absolutely spot on. If you love burgers, you should definitely stop by.

Excellent secret burger. Waiter asked if I minded spicy (which I don’t). I then received a delicious guacamole, bacon, cheeseburger and spicy orange sauce burger. Fries are great too. Draught beer Chiemsee is a go to as well.

We ate chicken burgers here. Great taste and superb service. We had by mistake ordered fries with beef and we don’t eat any beef. He was very kind to replace it for vegetarian fries even when it was our fault. Bravo for the service. Fries are really good too!

At SMASH, as the name suggests, you can find smashed burgers, including vegan options. The service was friendly and attentive. The ambiance isn't quite my style, but in its own way, it fits well with a burger joint that aspires to embrace the American diner vibe. The logo itself couldn't hurt with a little modernization. All in all, simply excellent! The patties are perfectly seasoned and taste great. The combination with the cheddar dip is simply delicious. This certainly won't be our last visit.

10/10 🔥🔥🔥 Was at Smash or Pass and tried the July special burger – double the meat, sucuk, egg, and bread reminiscent of a toasted sandwich. The taste was amazing: juicy, spicy, the sucuk adds a real kick, and the egg rounds it all off perfectly. It's really well-made by fast-food standards. If you like hearty burgers, you should try this while it's still available.

I'm originally from Hanover and have rarely eaten such a delicious burger. I can say that it's worth ordering the cheese sauce with the burger. Then a hamburger is enough. Otherwise, good service and a relaxed atmosphere. We'll be back!

Highly recommended. The staff were super friendly and attentive. The food and drinks came quickly, but it wasn't very busy that day. The burgers and fries were delicious, and the ingredients were fresh. The prices were completely reasonable, compared to the overpriced burger chains. The interior is very nicely decorated. I'll be back!

We ordered two Giggly Burgers to take away because they have balsamic onions on them. However, they forgot to add them to BOTH burgers. We also ordered one without barbecue sauce, but they made it into a cheeseburger and charged Giggly for it. Pretty annoying. The taste wasn't what we wanted and was just okay. A real shame! ☹️

First of all, I will mention the polite and friendly disposition of the waiter. Awesome guy, easygoing. He spoke English, served us and was genuine! Terrible ratio of ingredients. It is very important that the bun does not "drown" the other ingredients in texture, intensity and flavor, and this burger was exactly that! Really fresh ingredients, such juicy tomato for the first time I see in a burger. Smashed really did not regret it! The service was done in record time! There is space to sit both inside and outside! Very cool outside, however. We got a Smash cheeseburger single and a Gingly Smashed Burger Double, a portion of fries, two Coca Cola and we paid 35€. Amazing value for money!

This place was recommended to us because they serve gluten-free buns. When we arrived, we noticed that it looked very similar to the Ruffs Burger chain. Unfortunately, Ruffs is pretty average when it comes to vegan burgers. The burgers here were unfortunately the same. The staff was friendly, but we were disappointed by the prices. The burgers ended up being €7 more expensive than stated on the menu. Unfortunately, I didn't have the courage to speak up. We've swallowed that pill and won't be coming back.
