I was looking forward to a smash burger, but unfortunately the veggie was a kind of vegetable patty and not smashed. Unfortunately, the truffle burger didn't taste like truffles either.

The special truffle burger and truffle fries were very delicious. A true masterpiece in terms of taste! Can only be recommended. Hopefully the promotion will come back, as the burger is unfortunately not on the menu. A warm welcome immediately made you feel at home. The waitress/bartender is super nice and the atmosphere is inviting. Toilets were clean and tidy. For me the visit was great and I am very satisfied!

The chilli cheese fries were very good, I expected something from the burger compared to other Smashburger restaurants in Munich, but still solid. Since the restaurant is very popular, there is little chance of sitting outside on a sunny day without a reservation.

The burger was just awful and cold. I brought food from here on Friday and have had a sore throat and fever ever since. The staff wasn't friendly and the food was way overpriced for just a burger and fries. I would never come here again and if I could I would give zero stars. Just terrible.

Very nice burger house restaurant with extremely tasty burger creations. Absolutely recommended because of the quality of the burgers, but also pretty “premium” in terms of price. How about introducing organic meat? That would be awesome!

I had a very pleasant time sitting outside despite the rain starting to fall. Burgers and sides came quickly and were really good. Unfortunately, the dessert was not recommended - the ice cream was half melted and had probably already been thawed and frozen again (large ice crystals). The service was super friendly, but they only accepted the complaint half-heartedly and still charged the full price.

Mr. Andreas was an extremely concise service in a positive sense. You feel at home here. John too. I later met Tim Bendzko.

We ordered from Burger House for several people via Lieferando. The delivery arrived on time. Unfortunately, that was almost the only positive point about the order. The Lieferando driver was very friendly and handed us the bag fresh. When we unpacked the burgers and fries, we were a little shocked. The fries were totally limp and the burgers were almost cold. Unfortunately one of the sauces was also inedible. If the delivery takes around 3 minutes, this cannot be the fault of Lieferando. The taste of the burgers was okay, but unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the not exactly cheap food and complained about it. Since we then got some money back via Lieferando, it's 2 stars. We won't be ordering there anymore because we were so annoyed.

We had a discount voucher but we forgot to tell this before asking for the bill. Apparently, this is the worst thing we could do in earth according to waitress. He totally overreacted and got mad at us (it took him 30 seconds to fix the problem). The previous waitress with long hair was kind, I have to tell. Burger was also delicious but I dont care anymore. Not coming again, not suggesting to anyone.

Preis und Leistung passen leider nicht zusammen. Die Pommes versalzen bzw. verpfeffert und zwei kleine Stückchen paniertes Hähnchenschnitzelchen auf dem Burgerchen. Also für ca. 16,- erwarte ich da ein wenig mehr.
