The food itself isn't bad, but this place is absolutely not suitable for ordering food. I've ordered several times, and it takes at least two hours for the food to arrive, and by then it's already cold. After an hour and a half, I gave up and ordered somewhere else, and the food even arrived first. So, instead of ordering, it's best to just eat there.

I've ordered from Burger House several times in the past via Wolt. The food always arrived at a reasonable time. The chicken burger, in particular, was always incredibly delicious. Today I ordered again via Wolt and immediately noticed that the prices had gone up. I ordered a chicken burger and two Big West Burgers, along with the chili cheese fries. The chili cheese fries taste good but are definitely not hand-cut. The chicken burger no longer has a deep-fried chicken breast fillet, as shown in the photos, but a cheap chicken patty. I'm disappointed and won't order again in the future. The chicken burger, in particular, was always my go-to when ordering. The price-performance ratio is simply no longer acceptable for me. Before, I would have given it 5 stars. Since the prices are now higher and the quality has dropped, I unfortunately have to deduct two stars.

Fraud - order taken and then not delivered. Ordered three times - only once was cold food delivered after a two-hour wait.

Burgerhouse, in terms of burgers, is one of the best restaurants in Munich, but when it comes to service, it’s horrible. I ordered my food through Uber Eats at 4:40, and it’s now 7:40, and still nothing. I called the restaurant after an hour and a half of waiting, and the guy said it would arrive in 10 minutes. After another 30 minutes, I called again, and the answer I got was that it would arrive in 5 minutes. Since then, I’ve tried calling more than 5 times, and they don’t pick up. This is unacceptable. I love the restaurant, the food is great, but this way they lost a customer.

I placed an order through the Liferando app at around 4:30 p.m. I'm writing this review at 8:00 p.m. and the food still hasn't arrived. Dear Bürgerhaus Bodenseestraße, I visited you personally and wanted to buy two drinks. When I heard that one drink costs three euros, I was honestly shocked. I paid six euros for two drinks – that's completely excessive. The food was also extremely expensive. Everything, absolutely everything, was far too expensive for a Bürgerhaus. Why such prices? Are we at the airport or in a Dubai lounge? Unfortunately, only one star from me – that's simply too much for you.

I ordered food for delivery – unfortunately, only half arrived. The second half arrived an hour later and was also incorrect. Although they kindly added a second ice cream, neither was the flavor I ordered. I would advise the team to read orders more carefully in the future...

Top 3 Burgers I've ever had, and great service too

I honestly can't understand the positive reviews! Picking up the burgers myself was a complete disappointment: -The burgers weren't even close to what I'd expect from other burger house restaurants years ago. -No bacon on the vato loco, just soggy ham. Is that because the place is run by Muslims? -They gave me old, cold fries. -Almost €30 for 2 burgers + 1 fries + 0.5 l of Coke is outrageous considering the poor quality. -The card reader was apparently broken, and they couldn't issue a receipt. If you'd believe it... -The place seemed pretty dirty overall. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Beware of food poisoning! A few days ago we ate burgers as a group at the Burgerhouse on Bodenseestrasse - the following day the majority of the group had severe vomiting and chills. There seem to be significant deficiencies in hygiene or the cold chain here.

Order 1 hour late, even though delivery distance is very short. The order is only prepared when you call the restaurant, and of course the delivery takes place much later. No apology, no compensation nothing. Underground service.

There were four of us in the restaurant and we all ordered burgers. We got two burgers. The other two have not been given to us yet. Other visitors then came to the restaurant, which were also attended by citizens. One of our colleagues ordered another burger, but neither of us received a burger. The Burger House is simply amazing! The burgers are incredibly delicious – juicy, fresh, and topped with perfect ingredients. You can taste the quality and attention to detail in every bite. Another plus point: The Burger House is open until 3 a.m. – perfect for anyone who still wants a really good burger late at night. Definitely a clear recommendation – I'll definitely be back!

We ordered burgers. 3 out of 5 people didn't feel well afterwards. It even gave me stomach cramps, nausea and intestinal distress. In terms of taste, it tasted rancid.

The food was really tasty and prepared immediately. In addition, the service was very friendly and responded directly to me and was also helpful in selecting the food, which was perfectly tailored to the temperature and quality of the meat, bread and all other ingredients. Sweet potato fries are usually not crispy enough and here the salt content, the consistency and the heat were absolutely right and were easy to devour. Ordering takes over 2 hours During this time, the restaurant lies several times and says the food is already on its way On the third call after over 2 hours, they say the driver will be there soon. Except that the Uber app doesn't know anything about a pickup The restaurant actually sent an employee who handed me the food without comment after tearing the receipt out of the bag to make it more difficult to trace it and just said "clear it up with my boss" and disappeared. I was nice and matter-of-fact to her because at the time I didn't know that she worked at the Burger House, I thought she was just an Uber driver who wasn't at fault. When I asked further questions, she replied with silence and took the elevator down. The restaurant, however, told me on the phone that it was their own driver. It was impossible to report it because she is not registered as a driver in the app. When I asked for a refund because I had lost my appetite and my girlfriend had to work the night shift, the man on the phone said that he also had rental costs etc. and couldn't give me a refund, and that I shouldn't have accepted the order if I wanted a refund. But not accepting the order was impossible because the driver had handed me the order very quickly and without saying anything and then went into the elevator and turned her back on me. I had to drag a half-apology out of the man on the phone and the restaurant isn't solution-oriented either. The driver violated the obligation to provide a receipt and left me no choice about getting a refund. At least they could have admitted that they had forgotten to prepare the order. I used to love his chicken burger because it was not only homemade but thiccc. But I think the owner started get blind by the money and started to reduce the protein and now we have thinly sliced chicken. Thinner than a schnitzel. And the oil that was fried with is very old.

I ordered the chicken burger from Uber with the 2 for 1 promotion. I have often bought them individually and can therefore say that the two were only half the size. Unfortunately it wasn't tasty either. I ordered extra cheese twice for 3 euros and what was on the burger was really very little. This type of cheese costs maybe 10 cents in the purchase price. I think it's a shame that you only get half a mini slice for €1.50. Burger House used to be much better.

Burger burnt and fried to death. ended up in the trash as they were. After complaining to the branch, no insight. My order from Lieferando was canceled by Burger House itself. Even though I received it and paid around €50 in cash. To this day I haven't gotten any money back, I just kept it. And that was over 3 months ago now. Negative reviews will be deleted. I accidentally ordered pickup from Lieferando... Guys on the phone were friendly and I picked it up 15 minutes before closing time after a 30 minute walk late on a Saturday night. It tasted great. Burgers delicious and juicy, fries just as tasty. Staff nice.
