Unfortunately delivery took over 2 hours

Food was only ready after an hour and a half. Cold and tasteless. Unfortunately you couldn't eat it. Not recommended.

After more than 1 1/2 hours still no food. The telephone number provided is switched off. The delivery time was stated as 10-20 minutes. Under no circumstances order.

No advertising on mailboxes also applies to Burgerhouse mailing lists. One litter is not enough, there must be more than five, not to mention the ones on the street, thrown away in front of the house.

Very tasty burgers, as you would expect from Burger House. We ordered and the delivery to Puchheim at lunchtime was really quick. Price/performance definitely has something to offer.

We ordered online, it came about 20 minutes after they said it would be here, but it was still hot and tasted fantastic. Best burger I've ever had in Germany. The onion rings were also surprisingly wonderful...all around great food.

Rating: Burgers, Ribs Basket and Chicken Wings There were some problems with my first order. Unfortunately I didn't receive the dish I ordered, but I had the opportunity to try the burger and chicken wings. Unfortunately the Rips Basket wasn't available, but today I was finally able to test it out. Here are my reviews of the three dishes: Burgers (5 out of 10) I had the choice between medium and well done, I chose medium, but unfortunately the burger didn't come out to the desired level of doneness. It was also quite small and tasted rather unspectacular. Overall, I give it 5 out of 10 points. Rips Basket (3 out of 10) This dish was a huge disappointment. I was expecting fresh ribs, but unfortunately they tasted like they came from a bag from the supermarket next door. The barbecue sauce that came with it was also disappointing. The portion was very small, more of a small snack than a main course, and the taste was completely disappointing. There are only 3 out of 10 points for this. Chicken wings (10 out of 10) then (3 out of 10) Surprisingly, the chicken wings were really incredibly good. I have rarely eaten such great chicken wings. This was the only bright spot in the whole order and I highly recommend it. I give this a clear 10 out of 10 points. 07.08.24 Unfortunately I have to say today about the chicken wings that they are now different. In terms of taste, they can no longer match the others and therefore only three out of ten points Service: The delivery person was very personable and friendly, which was a positive experience. Unfortunately, this couldn't make up for the disappointing food.

20€ for 6 chicken wings and a few fries

I've already ordered 5 or 6 times, the burger isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. The burgers and fries were very good every time. Delivery always came much faster than expected. I am more than happy!

The store is a complete disaster. No matter whether you order home or eat at the takeaway, the food is always late or not good enough. In my opinion, the appearance and attitude of the employees represents serious damage to the reputation of both the Burger House brand and the owner of the branch itself. Anyone who is not starving should avoid this shop.

Delivery took over 2 hours.. When I called after 1.15 hours they said the order was already ready and the delivery person would bring it straight away.. then it took another 45 minutes.. Burgers were good but fries were just raw... never again!

Tiny little burger ready in 2 minutes, cold and not cooked through! What a mistake to eat here. No trace of chili. Including beer, everything to take away €16.59. Totally overpriced. Thanks. NEVER AGAIN

I waited 1 hour for a delivery and then I got a phone call to say that there is a problem with the kitchen! What does one order at 22:15 in the evening now for a late dinner! Normally a professionally ran business would offer some sort of compensation instead of a sorry bad luck the kitchen is "broken" This is the second time that this place has let me down. Never again! Cheaper, faster and better to go to Burger King in Aubing. Your food and service is very very bad!

I ordered through Uber Eats and the food was delivered by Burger House staff. It arrived 30 minutes later than stated in the app. Unfortunately I received the wrong burger, but the lady on the phone promised me a refund of the difference, which I also received from Uber. She was very friendly and sincerely apologized. However, I believe that a small gesture of compensation in such cases would increase customer satisfaction and be well received. :) About the food: Although the burgers are really small, the quality makes up for it. The side dishes (fries and onion rings) also looked and tasted homemade and didn't seem like they came from the freezer. The Classic House Burger was excellent and deserves a rating of 5/5! The Crispy Chicken was an interesting reinterpretation that I generally liked, but the taste wasn't convincing, hence only 2/5. I wouldn't order the Crispy Chicken Burger again, but definitely the Beef Patty Burger.

Burger sind eigentlich gut, wenn mal das kommt was bestellt wurde. Die Lieferqualität, dafür kann der Laden wahrscheinlich nichts, ist unterirdisch. Wir werden hier nicht mehr bestellen! Preis/Leistung passt einfach nicht.

We called after a maximum of 10 minutes after the driver had left and then had to wait until 11 for the correct delivery... it was stated as well done but unfortunately the patty had nothing to do with it... completely raw inside.

Food was delivered cold. Salad too expensive for 5 euros. We will not be ordering from Burger House again.

So the food actually tastes really good and until recently I was very satisfied. Until the minimum order amount was increased to €45. A better solution for longer distances would be a delivery fee.

Burger und Pommes sehr lecker aber auch sehr klein und damit zu teuer.

Hier kann man sehr leckere Speisen essen, gut zubereitete Hamburger 🍔 und Pommes 🍟 dazu Salat. Es ist trotzdessen , dass die Bodensee Straße direkt an dem Imbiss liegt einigermaßen ruhig.

Nicht falsch verstehen den Sterneabzug im Bereich Ambiente. Es ist eben ein kleines Lokal an einer belebten, lauten Straße. Aber die Burger sind lecker. Und die Pommes. Yummy. Die Mädels die bedienen sind außerordentlich nett. An dem Tag als wir da waren wurde viel per Uber und Lieferando bestellt, also scheint es auch anderen genau so gut zu schmecken wie uns. Gerne wieder, sollten wir wieder nach München kommen.

Sehr gute Burger, super saftig, fantastischer Geschmack. Besser als die bisherigen Burgerlieferservice usw. Frische Zutaten. Pommes auch sehr gut. Auch vor Ort nett eingerichtet für einen Mittagssnack.

Ich warte schon seit 6 Jahren dass endlich ein Burger House in den Münchener Westen kommt und jetzt seid ihr einfach direkt vor meiner Arbeit und liefert sogar bis zu mir Nachhause. EIN TRAUM. Burger sind mit Abstand die besten in der Umgebung. Preise sind für die Qualität absolut in Ordnung.

Erwartungen wurden übertroffen! Endlich mal kein Tk Patty und frische Zutaten(sehr gutes Fleisch und die Soße). Salat war auch so lecker. Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder oder bestellen.

Ein Burgerhouse jetzt auch endlich im Münchner Westen! Heute das erste mal bestellt; Burger hat wunderbar geschmeckt! Leider nichtmehr wirklich warm, Salat total matschig und das Fleisch war nicht wie bestellt „Medium“, nichtsdestotrotz sehr lecker! Pommes super knusprig, gut gewürzt und faire Portionsgröße.

Chili cheese burger mit doppelt Fleisch und Käse überbacken zum empfehlen Geschmack war richtig genial Service und Preis Verhältnisse sind super Super Team danke für Service werden uns öfters sehen Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Mega lecker, Burger House allgemein macht einer der besten Burger in München! Schön dass sie jetzt auch im Westen sind

Habe heute hier bestellt und hatte den Crispy Chickenburger und bacon cheese fries. Ich muss sagen der Burger war für den Preis echt klein aber dafür wirklich extrem gut. Die Pommes waren trotz Käsesauce und 1h Lieferung immernoch schön knusprig und der Bacon war auch sehr sehr lecker, besser als in den meisten anderen Schuppen. Wer bereit ist nen Euro mehr zu zahlen für Qualität ist hier richtig!

Ich habe mich wirklich sehr gefreut, dass im Westen Münchens ein Burger House öffnet. Bis jetzt habe ich hier einmal Burger mit verschiedenen Sorten Pommes zum Abholen geholt. Ich muss sagen, das Essen war fantastisch! Der Laden an sich macht einen sauberen Eindruck und das Personal nett. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

War vor paar Tagen da , ich muss sagen war Echt lecker der Burger. Und der Service war echt top 👍 werde ab jetzt öfters vorbei kommen.
