We ordered burgers. 3 out of 5 people didn't feel well afterwards. It even gave me stomach cramps, nausea and intestinal distress. In terms of taste, it tasted rancid.

Food ice cold delivery 30 minutes late. Bacon Fries with a sheet of bacon. Fries forgotten during delivery. Dear 5guys, at least it's warm there...Thanks ciao Edit: Deletion attempt failed. The food was really tasty and prepared immediately. In addition, the service was very friendly and responded directly to me and was also helpful in selecting the food, which was perfectly tailored to the temperature and quality of the meat, bread and all other ingredients. Sweet potato fries are usually not crispy enough and here the salt content, the consistency and the heat were absolutely right and were easy to devour. It was a great pleasure and I can recommend it to everyone with a clear conscience.

Unfortunately, I have to say that I have had very negative experiences with this shop. Ordering takes over 2 hours During this time, the restaurant lies several times and says the food is already on its way On the third call after over 2 hours, they say the driver will be there soon. Except that the Uber app doesn't know anything about a pickup The restaurant actually sent an employee who handed me the food without comment after tearing the receipt out of the bag to make it more difficult to trace it and just said "clear it up with my boss" and disappeared. I was nice and matter-of-fact to her because at the time I didn't know that she worked at the Burger House, I thought she was just an Uber driver who wasn't at fault. When I asked further questions, she replied with silence and took the elevator down. The restaurant, however, told me on the phone that it was their own driver. It was impossible to report it because she is not registered as a driver in the app. When I asked for a refund because I had lost my appetite and my girlfriend had to work the night shift, the man on the phone said that he also had rental costs etc. and couldn't give me a refund, and that I shouldn't have accepted the order if I wanted a refund. But not accepting the order was impossible because the driver had handed me the order very quickly and without saying anything and then went into the elevator and turned her back on me. I had to drag a half-apology out of the man on the phone and the restaurant isn't solution-oriented either. The driver violated the obligation to provide a receipt and left me no choice about getting a refund. At least they could have admitted that they had forgotten to prepare the order. It's not my first order there. What's more, the food really isn't worth what you pay for there. At most you can take advantage of special offers. However, I will never order from there again and will report this incident everywhere. The incident happened yesterday on February 10, 2025 I ordered around 5:00 p.m. and got my food around 7:30 p.m. My appetite had gone and I was €30 lighter

I used to love his chicken burger because it was not only homemade but thiccc. But I think the owner started get blind by the money and started to reduce the protein and now we have thinly sliced chicken. Thinner than a schnitzel. And the oil that was fried with is very old.

At the first bite you think something is missing. The overall package seems cheap but the price is not 1399 euros for such a performance a real shame. The rolls are not toasted, not fried, just carelessly placed on top. The vegetables don't seem fresh, more like they've been lying around all day. The meat tastes like standard wholesale goods, nothing that blows your mind away. The fries come in a tiny packaging with a huge portion. And if you want ketchup it costs extra. This is how the store presents itself and this is exactly how the whole experience feels. Unfortunately a big disappointment. It really depends on your requirements and what you expect for the money. In any case, we were disappointed. Because of the good reviews, we went there for the first time and had the menu twice. The burgers were very small and also smeared with a ready-made, greasy sauce. Even the micro leaves of lettuce and tomatoes were covered in paste. Unfortunately we couldn't find any ONIONS OR ANYTHING fresh. Just a cheap slice if you ordered with cheese. The fries, which are too thick for us and floury on the inside, would normally cost 4.99!!!!!! A disgrace for this crowd. The burger part will be like a stone in our stomachs today. We missed the smoke flavor. We definitely won't come here anymore. Maybe the quality has dropped significantly in the last few months? We cannot understand the good reviews here.

I ordered the chicken burger from Uber with the 2 for 1 promotion. I have often bought them individually and can therefore say that the two were only half the size. Unfortunately it wasn't tasty either. I ordered extra cheese twice for 3 euros and what was on the burger was really very little. This type of cheese costs maybe 10 cents in the purchase price. I think it's a shame that you only get half a mini slice for €1.50. Burger House used to be much better.

Burger burnt and fried to death. ended up in the trash as they were. After complaining to the branch, no insight. My order from Lieferando was canceled by Burger House itself. Even though I received it and paid around €50 in cash. To this day I haven't gotten any money back, I just kept it. And that was over 3 months ago now. Negative reviews will be deleted. I absolutely cannot recommend it.

Ordered food at 3:45 a.m. Already there at 4.10 a.m., driver super nice, both burgers balanced, filling, juicy meat, glazed patties. There was a beer on the house - thank you, gladly again!

We ordered 4 sandwiches at 11.30pm on 12/31 and it arrived super punctual and the rider was fantastic, super compliment for the service and especially for the sandwiches. If the owner and the rider read this review, sorry for having ordered around New Year's Eve but we were hungry and with nothing at home

In my opinion one of the best burger shops/chains I know. You can tell that the ingredients are fresh and the burgers always taste top-notch. I order regularly or eat locally.

We actually wanted to order but unfortunately it was too far away so we drove there and we weren't disappointed! We were allowed to eat there spontaneously and encountered very nice staff. The food was perfect, gladly again!

I accidentally ordered pickup from Lieferando... Guys on the phone were friendly and I picked it up 15 minutes before closing time after a 30 minute walk late on a Saturday night. It tasted great. Burgers delicious and juicy, fries just as tasty. Staff nice.

I visited the community center and was impressed by the warm atmosphere and the great community. The events are varied and offer something for everyone – from workshops to cultural events to leisure activities. The team is incredibly friendly and committed, you immediately feel welcome. The rooms are inviting and well equipped. I can only warmly recommend the community center – a wonderful place for meetings and exchange!

Food took 1 hour 30 minutes to be delivered, it arrived cold. We also ordered 1L and got 0.5L COLA. Cheese fries are not recommended. We all have stomach aches now. Wouldn't order here again.

Be careful when ordering online, the food is absolutely tasteless and the time given is absolutely unrealistic (15-20 minutes). After receiving the order, it took 1 1/2 hours (90 minutes) for the status to change to "Order is being prepared"! After almost 2 hours the order was there. Tip for the supplier: You can also temporarily block orders if you don't comply. The chili cheese burger (soggy, almost cold, greasy and some of the cheese had melted in the package) had zero taste, it was by far the worst burger I have ever eaten. The New York cheesecake was still partially frozen and had nothing to do with a New York cheesecake. To be on the safe side I ate something with taste again, not that my sense of taste was lost but it was still there. The delivery person brought the order to me practically in a sprint, without apologizing for the more than 1 1/2 hour delay. I immediately regretted the tip I paid online in advance. The reviews on Lieferando are absolutely incomprehensible.

Very tasty burgers, as you would expect from Burger House. We ordered and the delivery to Puchheim at lunchtime was really quick. Price/performance definitely has something to offer.

We ordered online, it came about 20 minutes after they said it would be here, but it was still hot and tasted fantastic. Best burger I've ever had in Germany. The onion rings were also surprisingly wonderful...all around great food.

Rating: Burgers, Ribs Basket and Chicken Wings There were some problems with my first order. Unfortunately I didn't receive the dish I ordered, but I had the opportunity to try the burger and chicken wings. Unfortunately the Rips Basket wasn't available, but today I was finally able to test it out. Here are my reviews of the three dishes: Burgers (5 out of 10) I had the choice between medium and well done, I chose medium, but unfortunately the burger didn't come out to the desired level of doneness. It was also quite small and tasted rather unspectacular. Overall, I give it 5 out of 10 points. Rips Basket (3 out of 10) This dish was a huge disappointment. I was expecting fresh ribs, but unfortunately they tasted like they came from a bag from the supermarket next door. The barbecue sauce that came with it was also disappointing. The portion was very small, more of a small snack than a main course, and the taste was completely disappointing. There are only 3 out of 10 points for this. Chicken wings (10 out of 10) then (3 out of 10) Surprisingly, the chicken wings were really incredibly good. I have rarely eaten such great chicken wings. This was the only bright spot in the whole order and I highly recommend it. I give this a clear 10 out of 10 points. 07.08.24 Unfortunately I have to say today about the chicken wings that they are now different. In terms of taste, they can no longer match the others and therefore only three out of ten points Service: The delivery person was very personable and friendly, which was a positive experience.
