Hans im Glück in München

The burgers were very good but there was too much sauce with the side salad. The cocktails but we couldn't enjoy the aperitif because the dishes arrived almost at the same time. The service was not really good, not warm and no smile. We waited for the bill for almost an hour after asking for it several times. A bar employee allowed himself to burp right next to us while we were eating. Despite the good food we will not return there.

Disappointment instead of dinner - I don’t recommend the restaurant My boyfriend and I were staying at Nyx Munich and decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. It would seem convenient - I went down, ate, and rested. But instead we left without ordering anything, because the service simply shocked us - in a bad way. First, I wanted to get a beer instead of a cocktail from the menu. Beer was available, cheaper than cocktails, but we were refused. They said that “there are only cocktails on the menu” and there is no way to replace it. No one explained why. Just "no." An elementary request, solved in any normal restaurant, even then caused misunderstanding and a cold tone. Secondly, and this was the decisive factor, the children's menu is “only for children under 12 years old.” It would seem that in Munich the portions are large, I just wanted to take something smaller. To which I received a rude answer: “You are not a child - you cannot order this.” No options, no discussion, no desire to help in any way. When I asked why I couldn’t order what I wanted (and pay money for it), I was again answered coldly and dryly: “Those are the rules.” It is absolutely incomprehensible why such strange and strictly enforced boundaries should be established, especially in a tourist hotel. The atmosphere is unfriendly. It feels like they are doing you a favor, rather than serving you in a restaurant. We read the reviews later - it turned out that the waiter with whom we spoke had already been mentioned for rudeness and unpleasant behavior. Everything was confirmed. In the end: we just left. Without food, in a bad mood. With such service and approach to guests, I categorically do not recommend this place. Especially if you expect even an ounce of flexibility, politeness or common sense.

Most of the recent reviews have been along the same lines, the experience for me was the same: rude staff, long waiting times, no real service. It's not a cheap burger chain, but the experience with the staff is worse than a diner. It's a shame for the chain's reputation.

No one cared about me sitting here, I was waiting for almost hour and could not not even catch someone's to get menu. All staff looked rude, tired and demotivated.

I was in this restaurant with my girlfriend on Saturday evening. In the morning it was not possible to reserve a table, we were told by phone that we should just come over. It wasn't extremely crowded when we arrived around 8pm. Nevertheless, we had to wait in the waiting area for a long time until we were finally told that we could choose a table. The table was still full of glasses from previous guests. These were put away, but they were not wiped over and the cutlery and napkins were not replenished. However, our waitress (blonde woman) was quite friendly. What we didn't like was the friendliness of the other employees. A guest complains about something at the bar. asked about the fries, he was pretty much yelled at and told that the bar wasn't responsible for that. I also found it inappropriate that a red-haired woman at the bar wore large headphones around her neck and didn't seem very friendly to the other guests. The food and drinks were good. From around 11 p.m. the music was turned up so loud that you almost had to shout at the other person. This isn't a club. Next time we'll look for another branch.

Good evening, I was in the branch today. I love Hans im Glück. So I drove 70 km. Unfortunately I chose this branch. There were only 3 tables occupied, many tables were dirty. It was just a relationship, which is rare for Hans in his luck. The bread was sour, it seemed strange to me. I ate it anyway. Now I'm looking at the comments and I see that someone had a bad time after eating. I hope nothing happens to me. I'm very disappointed.

⭐ 1 star – Unfortunately a very bad experience Last Saturday I was at Hans im Glück – Munich NYX with a friend. We were actually looking forward to a relaxed burger evening. The service was friendly and everything seemed fine at first. I chose the “full-bodied” burger, my friend had a vegetarian burger. As soon as I served it, I noticed an extremely unpleasant, pungent smell from the meat of my burger. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of eating it anyway - with dire consequences: I had severe stomach cramps that night, which for me was clearly due to spoiled meat. Especially with a franchise like Hans im Glück, I expect that food safety is taken seriously. In this case, this was apparently not checked - an absolute no-go. It seems as if the kitchen doesn't adequately check whether the ingredients - especially the meat - are still in perfect condition. This simply shouldn't happen at a burger chain of this size! I really hope that such incidents will be avoided in the future and more attention will be paid to quality control.

Pleasant atmosphere but poor service. What I found positive about this Hans im Glück branch was that it wasn't too crowded, so you could sit together, eat and chat in a relaxed manner. Burgers and fries were very tasty. The menu offer gives you a combination of burger, side dish and drink at a cheaper price. However, the service is a negative. When we wanted to order something after dinner, no one came to our table for about three quarters of an hour, not even when we asked the colleague of the waiter responsible for our table. So after this disappointing wait we finally decided to pay and leave.

It's rare that things taste bad at Hans im Glück. It definitely tasted very good here. We both had the evening menu. I think that the price is unfortunately always a little expensive. The drinks are also very heavily filled with ice berries and other stuff, so there's hardly anything to drink in the glass. I can recommend the blackberry cocktail. I can also recommend the raspberry cocktail. These are non-alcoholic cocktails. I had the billy goat. It really tasted wonderful. The brioche bread was great. The fig sauce was very sweet. The goat cheese could perhaps be a little better, but all in all it was great. The new Smashburgers are great too. Sweet potatoes cost two euros extra in the menu. I thought it was a little unseasoned. Nevertheless, I found them super fresh and good.

Quite disappointing, I had dinner in the restaurant in the evening. Prices for burgers with fries in the evening meal menu are too high for the size of the burger and there are few fries. Drink was 90% just ice and was maybe 100ml, which is just a disgrace! Service wasn't very attentive, it was hard to get to the table.

We are guests of the hotel in the same building and wanted to have something to eat on Monday evening after a long tour. We were standing in the aisle with another couple and there were still many tables available. Unfortunately, we were only offered a shabby, narrow table at the bar right when we were washing up with the statement "I can't seat you anywhere else, there are two of you and that would be bad for business!" The other couple, mind you, came after us, got a much better seat. No thanks, we really don't want to be damaging to our business and would rather go eat somewhere else this evening! Ps: Thanks for the answer. There won't be a second chance because we have left the hotel and are back in Hamburg. We would have liked to have dinner here every day - but as I said, the waiter's demeanor when we arrived was in no way acceptable.

We stayed at the NYX and on December 30th. ordered another cocktail at Hans im Glück. Cocktails there command hefty prices, all three of which were simply messed up. None were to be enjoyed. Whether with or without alcohol didn't matter. There was no way to know if there was too much or too little alcohol in it because all the drinks were ruined with syrup. It's a mystery to me how people can make such mistakes in system catering - and at that price. The only thing that was “better” was that the restaurant was completely closed on December 31st. The bar (=hotel bar) was also closed. No chance of getting a drink in the evening. Of course, the hotel did not inform its guests in advance that the bar or restaurant was closed.

Rarely have I eaten such a great burger 🍔. I can only recommend it.

We booked a table on the website, arrived on time, but it turned out that there were seats and it was possible not to book. The waiters ignored us for almost 19 minutes. You have nothing to lose! .. no messed up intestines after eating, no display of frustration on the part of the service who, with the reduction of a Valium and a delay in time, takes the order as if the restaurant was overcrowded (which was not the case, on the contrary it was almost empty), no brioche rolls it crumbles because it was almost too old to be put on the plate, no waiting for the fries because you would like to eat such and such a burger together while the burger slowly cools down and the others at the table eat their meal eat, no shamefully audible dysfunction of the service team for the few guests (.. and also noticeable in the fact that you are told that the fries you ordered would take a while because someone else took the order than you and this other person is now wherever ..) ... as mentioned at the beginning, you have nothing to lose... if you ignore this restaurant and don't go in. Hans im Glück is a great burger joint that's really fun! The atmosphere is really cozy, with lots of wood and modern details that make it simply pleasant to sit there. The burgers are really tasty and there is a great selection - for those who like meat, but also many vegetarian and vegan options. The ingredients are fresh and taste really good. The service is always friendly and makes you feel completely comfortable. Overall, Hans im Glück is a great place to relax and enjoy a really good burger with friends or family!

Unfortunately we have to give negative feedback on our last order from you. We picked up our food as your restaurant is conveniently located across the street. However, when ordering we noticed a few negative points that marred our evening.??? Disappointingly, the fries we ordered with our main course were missing. Unfortunately we only noticed this when we got home. In addition, our salad, which we specifically ordered without sunflower seeds, was prepared with sunflower seeds. When ordering, we specifically pointed out that my companion has an allergy. This carelessness when preparing our order was very annoying. Since we picked up the food, we unfortunately didn't have the opportunity to complain about the errors directly on site. We hope that in the future more careful attention will be paid to orders to avoid such errors.

It would be nice, even with the Ülätzen in the courtyard. The service was very inattentive when we visited. We waited a long time, finally got our menus ourselves...we were then only allowed to order drinks and then waited at least 15 minutes for our food order... It was around 1:15 p.m. on a Wednesday about 2 weeks ago. Apart from us, two tables were occupied (...) Unfortunately, the employees were very unmotivated. Otherwise just “Hans im Glück Essen”

A Hans in Luck restaurant. Anyone who has ever been there knows the dishes. I find the veggi burgers very tasty and the cocktails too. The service in this restaurant was friendly and the waiting time was short. Sanitary facilities are top notch.

Very standard burgers, it's a chain all over German. What I especially did not like in this specific restaurant was the service. I was there today (Sunday lunch time) and the restaurant was very quite, almost empty. There was no stress at all for the workers I waited about 15 minutes to just get noted, once they gave me the English menu they disappeared for another 15 min 😂 it's just ridiculous. I left the place, I was not willing to lose more time.

Wir sind immer gerne bei Hans im Glück. Heute waren wir aber leider enttäuscht. Der Service war unaufmerksam und nicht professionell. Es dauerte lange bis jemand kam (obwohl ws fast leer war) und dann hatte man eher das Gefühl nicht willkommen zu sein. Das Essen war okay, kennen wir aber auch besser! Und der Durstlöscher war eine absolute Enttäuschung. Kein frisches Obst oä, wie es sonst überall drin ist, sondern eigentlich nur 0,5l vedünntes Apfelschorle. Schade! Das kennen wir besser...

Hat echt einfach viel zu lange gedauert bis zur Bestellung, dazu wurde die Getränke-Nachbestellung auch noch vergessen. Schlechter Service und das unter der Woche mit wenig Besuchern.

Die Cocktails waren außerordentlich gut, der Service sehr freundlich, das Essen bei uns allen top. Aber Rückenlehnen wären schön, dann bleibt man auch gerne für noch einen Cocktail mehr. :-)

Really great place to have a drink at the bar or eat. The atmosphere is very joyful, nice music, not too loud so you can talk eat, drink and enjoy. We have been visiting a few Bars and Restaurants during our trip to Munich, but this experience was exceptional! I rarely see what I saw this evening. The Lady checked under the light the cleanliness of the glass, then after pouring the wine, once again checked the clarity of the wine and whether pieces of cork remained in the glass. Trust me, this is the highest standard of service in top rated restaurants. Moreover, food was amazing and the prices were reasonable. The best experience in Munich ever. wir waren gestern zum Abendessen hier! Speisen wie immer beim Hans im Glück; Rotwein war wirklich nicht gut - ansonsten hat alles gepasst 😊 Wir möchten uns noch einmal beim tollen Team und vorallem dem netten Herren bedanken der uns gestern bedient hat (wir earen die beiden die die Nachspeise, dann die Beilage und dann das Hauptgericht bestellt haben 😅) 💯

Absolutely delicious burgers !!!

Die Kinder fanden das Essen toll. Außerdem war die Bedienung äußerst nett. Ich fand, dass man aus dem vegetarischen Burger noch mehr hätte rausholen können. Das Brot war sehr trocken - wirkte fast wie etwas zu alt. Die Cocktails waren absolut zu süß. Aber insgesamt noch ein 4-Sterne-Bewertung. Eigentlich nur 3 vom Essen her, aber die nette Bedienung hat es wieder rausgerissene.

Hans im Glück ist immer einen Besuch wert, das hier sollte man aber vermutlich nur besuchen, wenn einem Service nicht wichtig ist. Wir wurden vom jungen Mann links liegen gelassen und er war überheblich. Sowas gehört sich einfach in der Gastro nicht.

Nach einem äußerst erfolgreichen Nachmittag in der im Münchner Norden befindlichen Allianz Arena, das Heimstadion des Münchner Fußballclub FC Bayern München, wessen Vereinsgelände an der Säbenerstraße im Münchner Süden, um genau zu sein im Münchner Stadtteil Untergiesing welcher neben der Beherbergung des glorreichen FC Bayern Münchens auch in der Vergangenheit als Arbeitervorstadt ihren... oh, entschuldigen Sie, ich triffte so langsam vom eigentlichen Thema ab, deswegen möchte ich bei dem bewerten des Etablissement kurz halten: Burger: Sehr lecker -Beilage: Spezial Knoblauch irgendwas Pommes interessant, aber werde ich nicht erneut in Erwägung ziehen -Getränk: Fanta (Merken Sie selber...) -Service: Zweites Nachfragen bei Getränk nötig und unnötig langer, aufgestaffelter Zahlprozess nervtötend (mit Zeitdruck der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel im Hinterkopf), aber alles in allem trotzdem sehr freundlich -Location: Etwas abgelegen und nur per Bus erreichbar, aber im Innenraum trotz direkter Hotel Anbindung (welches scheinbar nur mit skurrilen Menschen gefüllt ist) angenehm beruhigend -Toiletten: Insgesamt sauber, aber der Weg dahin gleicht einem Labyrinth -Preise: Sorgen letztendlich für den einen Stern Abzug, diese Preispolitik ist schon, vage formuliert, abartig, aber gut, so ist das wohl heutzutage, wenn man nicht zum Poletariat in den nächsten Burger King möchte. Fazit: Gute Fillale des Hans, welcher auch hier für Glück sorgt. PS: Nach dem 7:0 der Bayern gegen des Vereins für Leibesübungen aus Bochum hätte man mir auch Hundefutter, oder noch schlimmer: einen Big Mac aus den mit gelben M geschmückten Filialen auftischen können und ich hätte es ohne zu meckern gegessen, aber das nur als Randnote.

Klassischer Hans im Glück, der sich im NYX Hotel in München befindet. Für Hotelgäste sehr praktisch, die Hotelbar wird damit quasi ersetzt. Die Burger, Pommes unf Nachspeisen sind gut und die Cocktails schmecken auch. Die Bedienungen sind sehr freundlich und schnell.

Hans im Glück 은 독일 전역에 있는 수제버거 맛집으로 어느 지점이나 최소한의 맛은 보장합니다. 저녁으로 맛있는 음식을 먹고싶어 해당 지점을 방문하였고 빠른 주문을 통해 음식을 제공받았습니다. 식사를 끝마치고 계산하려는데, 예상하지 못하게 금액이 상당히 나왔습니다. 메뉴판 어느곳에도 적혀있지 않지만, 2.50유로의 서비스 차지가 의무적으로 부가되어 있었습니다. 2.50유로의 서비스 차지는 당연히 미리 고지 받았더라면 이해하고 충분히 지불 할 수 있습니다. 하지만 메뉴판 어디에도 해당내용은 적혀있지 않았고, 메뉴 (햄버거, 고구마튀김 및 무알콜 칵테일) 식사후 27.5유로 의 지불은 한편으로는 합리적일 수 있지만 한편으로는 매우 아쉬웠습니다.
