Price performance too expensive

No choice for vegetarians! Unfortunately, what was there didn't taste good.

A bit expensive, but the burgers are very good and the fries are very generous. Definitely a better choice than MCD or BK.

Delicious, but for €10.95 the price-performance ratio isn't right at all

The 3 of us had lunch on site, for 3 burgers and 1 large fries, with 2 drinks we paid around 55€! Then a milkshake around €7 So the prices are high, it's just a hipster place, but the burger actually brought me back to America! Not at all comparable to the big M or the King! The nice guys put the burger together carefully, it was juicy and the taste was simply amazing! Even the fries! Then the shake... simply delicious!! I'd rather go for something and get a real American feeling with a delicious burger than eat a half-warm, greasy hamburger next door. I deducted one star because the store definitely needs to be cleaned more often and more carefully, especially in the toilets. The kitchen looked great! I'd love to come back!

Not as good as the five guys in Düsseldorf or in Paris. The quality of the burger was not as good in my opinion. I ordered also a big fries but they gave me just a little bit. I told the responsible person that I usually get much more fries in Düsseldorf. He was angry and did not answer me directly, instead he ordered a worker to give me much more fries. At the end I was happy 😊

The burgers are good, the cleanliness is a disaster...

The hamburger and the hot dog were tasty but the buns are too mushy!. Now a year later, we tried the restaurant again. The fries were cold again, the burger was okay and we were very disappointed that the drink machine wasn’t upstairs anymore! Besides, the prices are very high- far too much for a fast food restaurant!!

Burgers and potatoes taste like any Five Guys. The taste is definitely okay and the fresh fries that came with it were also very good.

Basically similar to the larger, world-famous chain, with slightly better ingredients and a different atmosphere. + Burgers are solid, but don't go beyond the systemgastro level + Soft drinks, peanuts and ketchup/mayonnaise as self-service + Soft drinks with crazy flavors - Absurdly expensive!!! 55 for two normal cheeseburgers, one small cheeseburger, two fries and two drinks. These are restaurant prices that are too much in this form of system catering!

We were at Five Guys on December 26th, 2024 at around 4:00 p.m. We ordered hamburgers with fries and drinks. The burgers were okay but after about 30-45 minutes everyone got stomach cramps and had diarrhea over the course of the evening. The health department should urgently check here. It's probably due to the XXL mayonaise dispensers that sit there for days and are not refrigerated. Or the patties were bad. It's a shame that our first visit to Five Guys left such a negative impression.

It's just typically American. Very greasy but tastes good. You definitely get enough calories per €. The Cajun Fries are really good.

The best burger outside of the USA! Fries should be like fries. The shakes are also delicious.

If you like american style smashed burgers that is the right place for you. There's a bit of chaos there and the service is in a big hurry but if you don't mind the style of a crowded American diner then you won't be disappointed. It's about the food not the atmosphere. And those burgers are top notch.

Can't rate it because it's the only fast food place that doesn't allow dogs. They can be happy if anyone goes in to take a look. Empty and inhospitable facility on top of that.

Love the food, love the service. Even on high traffic days they’re just waiting through like champs. And what’s not to love about free refills and peanuts?

The burger wasn't bad, but not so good that it would justify the price of €13. It's a shame that the price for the burger is €7 for medium fries. Then add the drink and I paid more than €25 for the meal. And then there's not even ketchup or mayo with the fries at no extra charge. Price performance is absolutely not right here, for the money I would rather have a decent meal in a cozy restaurant.

I'll make it short: the burger simply doesn't taste good. I'm disappointed. Two thirds of the burger is heavy on my stomach. I couldn't get the last third down. Bland taste. Soggy.

Rip off! Food is on the menu in net prices. In the end you still have to pay VAT. Never again.

Disaster. Almost €50 for 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 drinks. Everything packed in bags, burgers in aluminum foil, even if you eat on site. Meat dry and tasteless, bread soggy, sauce used extremely sparingly. The fries were ok but nothing special. So there is absolutely nothing that could justify the incredibly high price. Once and never again.

Cheeseburger, all the way + Jalapeño with some Cajun style fries. No better taste!

I find the pricing to be far too ambitious for the mini portions on offer. Fries with shells only show a need to save money, not quality. The entire facility is not inviting, but rather conveys a tired, lousy train station feeling. All in all, just a shame for the money I left there.

It's a nice place, I recommend you to come, most importantly, I was waiting for the bus and I sat here for about 3 hours, it closes late.

We were in the suburbs. One order was correct, the other had a burger instead of a hot dog in the bag despite correct repetition at the checkout. Next time we'll check the receipt. The waiting time was okay, there was a lot going on. Everything tasted excellent. The cleanliness in the store could have been a little better, but in the end it's the taste that counts :)

Burgers and fries were first class, you can't say the ambience, but the burger joint was clean.

Burger was good. Cost factor too high. 4 people, 1 burger each, 3x drinks, 2x milkshake, 3x fries - €100.20. There were a lot of free tables, 80% of them sticky and with leftover food. Everything is rather dingy.

So, this afternoon, ordered 2 milkshakes and consumed them there. The prices are becoming more and more utopian but it doesn't matter. 30 minutes later around 4:50 p.m. I go back in and look for someone. Three employees start shouting loudly: Eyyyy, helloooo, eyyyy, you there, eyyy. Here is the cash register here is the cash register. No one was at the checkout, all the customers were sitting and eating and watching the spectacle. To be on the safe side, someone ran after me. And shouted as loud as he could... What's wrong with these people? You run in looking for someone and 3 out of 5 employees start screaming because I don't run to the checkout first? Are you crazy? I've left hundreds of euros there over the years. But I won't go there again. Ghetto reception for guests? In front of all the eating customers? Seriously?!? Gladly for those who like, I certainly don't.

Just Five Guys! In a good way :)

They serve quickly, the place is clean. The food is as always in the chain. The music is too loud, which makes it difficult to have a conversation.

So the shakes are great and the fries are great too, but what I can't understand is why there isn't a veggie patty alternative on offer. The veggie sandwich is a disgrace - it's not a sandwich because it's also served on a burger bun, a bunch of mushrooms, a few green (!) peppers and not even the cheese is melted. That was very disappointing. McDonald’s and BK also get it right with the veggie/vegan patties.

Good quality burger with quick service

We were here for the first and last time. At the checkout we were rushed. Food took a long time. Ice cube machine for drinks was broken. Machine for carbon dioxide probably also. Tables were really dirty...

Very long wait around lunchtime

Normally always great but today: food worse, no music, dirty floor, not waded through the vending machines, noise at work,... Hope the trend doesn't continue, Five Guys.

Nice staff, delicious food, great ambience. One star deducted because I was there with a friend who eats a vegetarian diet and unfortunately a visit to the restaurant is not that great for people with this food preference.

The burger was quite good. Really liked that I can choose any and all additional items like grilled muchrooms, etc. The amount for the regular fries just more than I could have possibly handled which would be nice but the problem was that it was really-really oversalted.

First of all, the staff really has no idea what they are making, the left hand doesn't know about the right, it's just a mess. The burger disaster, ate a cheeseburger and had cartilage in the meat three times, vomited. Once and never again, everything else tastes better and TOTALLY OVERPRICED!

You can't feel any love for the product among the employees, prices are completely exorbitant.

The price is far too high for a run-of-the-mill cheeseburger whose *toppings* you have to choose yourself... The fries are also only made from potatoes, which absolutely doesn't justify the price of over €5 for the small portion.

Stopped here briefly after the Adele concert. The store was full, but compared to other stores it went very quickly. The store has enough seats and is pleasant, even in terms of taste, which is often a problem with Five Guys.

Went here right before the Adele concert. Food was fine, tho the fries seemed a lot less crispy and salty than what i'm used to. Service wasn't all too friendly, but fast and correct. Kitchen seemed clean and so did the staff. Restaurant was not, however, with trash and food scraps laying around left and right. Food arrived quickly after ordering, and order was correct. Great to see that the salted and unsalted fries were seperated and came in different bags. All in all an alright experience with this Five Guys.

Food was really good best food of our trip. Quality is always consistent and great at 5 guys. The portions are really generous and we enjoyed the food.

Quality and quantity ok, but way too expensive!!

I like it better than the usual well-known fast food restaurants. It was the first time I ate in such a fast food restaurant in America, and I was happy when I saw it here. The burger is also better, and the fries are by far the best fast food fries. Ask for a large portion of the potatoes if at least two of you are eating them, because it's a really big portion! The drink can be refilled several times if you are very thirsty, and the roasted shelled peanuts in the bags, which you could buy for free on a small paper tray, were a treat. Cleanliness could be a little better!

€35 for two fries and two hamburgers seemed a lot to me, but if they were good I would be satisfied, the fries were nice, the hamburger is greasy, it's hard for me to eat it last time, you'd better have a McDonald's

I attribute this with almost one eye. Speak more positively. It feels like it gets worse with every visit to this branch. Employees have always seemed more like they would definitely rather be doing something else than making burgers for the mob that also pays their salary. I have a positive bias from Burmingham (first, second, third visit) and when it came to Germany through Frankfurt. Well, because of Bavaria and things like that, something will be different than the previous times. Expectations have already been lowered anyway. And yet, every time, I'm disappointed again and again. Where do we start? Fries. You think these things are fried and covered in powder. Complete. No, no. Not at this branch. Sometimes too much powder, sometimes too little, sometimes none at all. The quality seems to vary depending on the staff and their “not interested” attitude. Well, okay. Fries are still possible. But the burgers. Wow what you get served there. Some mishmash of warm, just-out-of-the-fridge, or out-of-the-way, or or ingredients. I always order the same mix of ingredients and yet somehow I get a completely new “taste experience” every time. Sometimes it tastes bomb. Then again it's so absurdly bad that you wonder whether you'll ever be able to set foot in it again without being too disgusted by the last time. This is a drastic variation in quality, especially when it comes to prices. You want it to be a taste experience! I am aware that the mood in Germany is depressing. And as an employee at a fast food chain you somehow feel exploited and unimportant. The fact that this is then passed on to customers who spend their hard-earned money on food that isn't even that cheap is morally questionable. The customer can't do anything about it! As described above, in this branch you don't feel like a customer and certainly not like a king, but more like someone who has just disturbed the gentlemen burger roasters and they are paying you and not the other way around. You always have the feeling that you are disturbing them when they are doing something important and you can be happy when they make an effort to eat your food. As I said, I've been to Bumingham and it's like an assembly line. They're all running and roasting and screaming. And you can see that they enjoy their work despite the stress. Don't know what it's like now. It hasn't been there for a long time. But you don't have that feeling at all in Munich. Zero. You have the feeling, as described, that you are out of place and that they actually don't feel like it. But that's also how the food usually tastes. After “Kein Bock”! Now don't get me wrong. It somehow tastes good. But there is a big difference between price and performance! Sometimes stronger, sometimes less strong.

What an insanely expensive burger this is! What is this made of? Gold? Fork out €49 for fries, burger and drink for two people, then you'd better go to a real restaurant. The burger was also soaked in fat, so certainly not the best burger I have eaten.

The website advertises pick and collect orders instead of queuing. After ordering and paying online, you are faced with perplexed employees who don't know what to do and then simply ignore you. Went back without food. I hope I at least get the money back.

More appearance than reality. High price for poor quality and bland taste, overwhelmed and disorganized staff, extremely long waiting times with manageable crowds. Too bad about the money...

Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any staff scheduled to keep things clean. Both when I visited and every time I walk past there is an enormous amount of rubbish lying around the seats outside. And that even though there isn't much going on. The normal burger is fine. You should save yourself the vegetarian “burger”. It's just the normal salad side dishes between the extremely limp bun. As if there wasn't a delicious vegetable patty these days?!? Then it's better to just have fries - they're really good for that!

Paid 45 euros for 2 small burgers, 2 small fries and two shakes so that we could clean the tables ourselves so we could sit down. The taste is ok, but you get much better quality for the money. The location has more of the charm of a train station toilet. No matter how hard you look, you just can't find the added value that could justify the price.

They're usually good, but 1 star review, only because we walked 30 minutes after a concert to find it closed an hour before the advertised time on Google, and they haven't bothered to fix it. On Google maps the timing implies open until Sunday 12 am.

A few years ago I was amazed by the taste of the burger and fries, they were different. Sorry but now... you spend so much money to eat particularly delicious food and what do you get? A burger that has a cold bun, and generally the whole burger wasn't warm. Fries that have almost no salt on them and no taste. I can also buy something from McDonald's.

This is a nice place to have a quick bite for American burgers and fries. In addition, they are open until 10pm which is good for the late night hungry people looking for foods in this area.

It is a very classic Five Guys burger place, just like the American stores. The same system of burger preparation, the same soft drink free refill machines, everything. Very special burgers compared to other fast-food stores like McDonald's. They have some outside tables to enjoy a good weather. Recommended!

Burger was delicious. But it's not possible to eat without getting completely pissed off. Everything was thrown carelessly into a bag. Staff well motivated is something else... The whole store is also unclean.

Oh well. So it was nice, the atmosphere. Even if, as soon as you were able to pick up the order, you could hardly understand the employees there when they called the number. 2 burgers, 1 large fries, 2 drinks for a total of 40 euros and even though we ate inside and didn't order anything with Lieferando, it was really expensive. The burgers were delicious, especially since you could put them together yourself, but for the price I can do it all cheaper at home.

The worst FG place in my life. The fries were completely different from regular FG ones & also not salty at all. No peanuts provided as well. The biggest disappointment was the Veggie sandwich, the quality of the ingredients was so poor that I would not wish anyone to try it.🫣 The staff was not helpful at all so we left the order almost untouched & left.😁 This was true disappointment.👎🏻

No hand soap in the toilet - TWO dispensers & both empty. Don't want to know if employees wash their hands and with what?

Unfortunately the milkshake we ordered was not delivered. Already the fourth time. Nobody answers the phone in the restaurant, so lieferando has to reimburse it.

American style cheese burger. American big size portion and it tastes good. Their french fries is very fresh and tasty and ofc big portion. I like the idea they have cola machine with more than five cola flavors and free refills

I love this kinda burger. I had cheese bacon burger, hot dog, little fries. I am big fan of 5guys mayonnaise! I chose all the way all the time. I’m sure I’m back soon!

Absolutely amazing, feels like genuine America

Mega. Anyone who has become familiar with the process at Five Guys will be rewarded with extremely delicious food. The seats on the upper floor are recommended. Everything was clean and tidy, service was regular.

For me, really the best fast food burgers I know! Incredibly tasty and you can put the burgers together the way you want. The fries are also super crispy and perfectly salted. Price-performance ratio is definitely top!
