Essen schmeckt ganz solide. Habe über uber eats Pommes und Chicken Wings bestellt und musste 1h50min warten auf mein Essen ( wohne 10 min entfernt) Haben echt nachgelassen am Anfang nach der Eröffnung waren die noch gut

Ich habe schon öfter in diesem Restaurant gegessen. Von den drei Angestellten ist der dunkelhaarige der freundlichste. Die anderen beiden sind immer schlecht gelaunt und haben mich schon mehrmals unhöflich behandelt, wenn ich bestellt habe. Die Hamburger sind gut zubereitet. Kartenzahlung ist möglich, allerdings gibt es keine Toilette zum Händewaschen. Die Musik drinnen ist gut, aber draußen sind nur wenige Tische frei, wenn viel los ist.

Als ich die ersten Male bestellt habe war alles prima, auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war OK. Aber mit der Zeit habe ich immer lieblosere belegte Burger bekommen, für die Menge der Süßkartoffelpommes ist der Preis echt ein Witz. Die Lieferung hat nach einiger Zeit auch echt lang gedauert. Werde nicht mehr bestellen.

Todes ekelhaft due haben da haare im burger und können kein deutsch

Habe einen Burger über Lieferando bestellt, und der war absolut eklig. Vom Salat war kaum was drin, frisch sowieso nicht, meine extra Bestellung Bacon hat auch komplett gefehlt und das Highlight, ein Haar drin 🤢 Das ich den nicht gegessen habe, muss ich glaub nicht erwähnen, seht selbst.

Der schlechteste Laden in ganz München. Lasst die Finger davon! Ich hab 1 1/2 Stunden auf nen Burger mit Pommes gewartet und als das Essen da war, war es kalt. Nie wieder!

Sehr schlechtes Management. Die Qualität des Essens ist mangelhaft, ebenso die Hygiene. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

Restaurant war mit einer Bestellung für ca. 10 Personen sichtlich überfordert. Mehrfach sollten die falschen Burger ausgegeben werden oder die Menüzusammenstellung passte nicht. Außerdem lange Wartezeit und kaum eine bequeme Möglichkeit vor Ort zu essen. Ein Jahr zuvor gab es hier ähnliche Probleme.

1 Std und 10 Minuten um so etwas abzuliefern. Absolute Frechheit. Pommes maximal lauwarm…

Mega lecker und Lieferzeit ist schneller als erwartet ich werde wieder bestellen und kann diese Bürger nur weiterempfehlen!

The food is pretty good, as expected. What bothers me, though, is the long wait. I ordered a burger and had to wait half an hour. The place was completely empty. And it was exactly the same the previous times I was here.

Very slow, burgers arrived cold, unreachable by phone… The price of the burgers is not justified by the quality and service… The salad was okay

We ordered from Burgerme via Lieferando. The food looked okay, but the taste was disappointing. The fries and cheese sauce were cold, the burger was only medium-hot, and the meat was very dry – not juicy at all, despite the extra sauces and cheese. The fast delivery and neat packaging were positive, and the included drink was also a plus. Nevertheless, in the end, it was a waste of money and food for me, which is why I won't be ordering again at the moment. Maybe I'll give Burgerme another chance sometime – but unfortunately, not at the moment. Overall, a maximum of 2 stars.

Unfortunately, I'm not satisfied at all. I pre-ordered food and had to wait a while. Unfortunately, as always, when I went to eat my order at home, the ground beef patty on the burger was still completely raw on one side, the cheese wasn't melted but simply placed cold on top, and I'm getting brioche instead of the sesame seed bun I ordered. He deducted 25% tax from my salary, saying it was tax. The chef was often rude and disrespectful to the staff.

They don't give salery on time. They take tax from riders for each delivery of 20 cents to use cycles and Riders work for their company and they take tax from Riders. Behavior of manager is not good at all with employees and customers.

The food is excellent. The price/performance ratio is right. The ambiance is just... well, nothing, but it's great as a takeaway. Enjoy.

When picking up your burgers, you'll have to wait a little longer than with other burgers, but it's definitely worth it. Our burgers tasted good, the ciabatta bread was a nice change, and everything was light and not greasy.

The wait times are endless, no matter what you order. You order fries and have to wait 40 minutes to finally eat your cold fries, even though the place isn't even full...

Always right, good and tasty. I'm a regular customer, my first choice for eating burgers. Ordering via the homepage is clear and easy. Never took more than 60 minutes. The price is rather cheaper than others, the same price, other burgers are rather smaller, minimal difference. Here you can also sit and eat on site.

Ordered food at 9 and called at 10 to 11 to ask where it was. Answer: They forgot and can no longer deliver. But payment was already made online. NEVER AGAIN!

You wait forever for your order, and the same people who deliver the orders also prepare the food directly without washing their hands. The best thing about it is that you can still see it because the door is always half open and you can look into the kitchen to see if they can pick up the food that has fallen down and still pack it 🫠🥰

Update 11.4. - Burgerme Sauerbruchstrasse New attempt - same problem! Again EVERYTHING was cold, the cheese was a dried shoe sole, on the "Big Angus Hollandaise" the Sc Hollandaise was AGAIN only present in a homeopathic dose and the meat was far dry and hard. Definitely the last time I ordered something there! Food ordered, delivered on time, friendly driver! The "Grilled Chicken" was outstanding👍 - unfortunately COLD... The "Big Angus Hollandaise" - well... the Sc Hollandaise (and the steak pepper) was missing 😵‍💫 but there were tons of fried onions on it and also cold. Stupid at this price!

So unfortunately it's a catastrophe for people who collect it themselves. You stand there for at least 5-6 minutes before you are even registered, every time. There is never anyone in front. A bell or bell would be helpful. The real evil is yet to come. HYGIENE!!! Unfortunately, the food is prepared by the drivers themselves. Some of them smoke in front of the shop, deliver the food on their bikes and then go and assemble the food for you with their bare hands. Since the doors are all open you can easily observe this. I placed an order about 20 minutes ago. Delivery time fully within limits. Unfortunately only burgers and fries were delivered. The drink and extra dip that was ordered with the menu were not even delivered.

I was really surprised at how fast the delivery was and how good the burgers were too. I will definitely continue to order because the concept convinced me. I just find the finger food just too expensive in terms of price-performance and it's a shame that no sauces are included.

der schlechteste burger aller zeiten ohne geschmack. ich habe gerade mein geld verschwendet. I am adding to my review the feedback from burgerme. After submitting the above mentioned review I got emails from them. Then they asked my order number through Lieferando and google review address etc. Now its blocked. I wanted to order again from burgerme but the store blocked me to buy anything from them. This was funny. Instead of resolving the problem they resolved with the problem teller. I am amazed of their on store services and customer services. Very strange of them.

I can make a recommendation. Delivery was quick and ordering was easy. The burgers tasted very good and the side dishes were also excellent. The dips are a highlight because they taste really good.

Ein wahrlich, furchtbarer Service! Ich hatte Essen vorbestellt um es dann abzuholen, als ich angekommen war Damian Lieferando gesagt hat, dass man es abholbereit ist, wurde mir gesagt, dass es doch nicht so ist. Ich musste zuerst zahlen, was verständlich ist musste . Zudem, Ist niemand da wenn man reinkommt wenn man dann aber fragt, ob man bedient werden kann wird man direkt angegangen. Ich habe außerdem noch beobachtet wie einer der Mitarbeiter Mitarbeiter die Pommes gegessen hat, die er danach eingepackt hat. Ich persönlich werde hier nie wieder essen und kann das auch jedem mit einem gesunden Menschenverstand empfehlen

Eigentlich Liefer-Restaurant, bei dem man auch Essen abholen kann. Daher Ambiente schwer zu bewerten. Service ist entsprechend. Essen dagegen ok.

Die Burger waren super, der Service war nicht so berauschend. Der junge Mann an der Kasse war kurz angebunden und konnte meine Bitte, die Bestellung auf zwei Tüten zu verteilen, nicht umsetzen.

Bisher war ich immer zufrieden mit den Produkten, doch jetzt passiert es schon zum zweiten Mal, dass ich anstelle eines Big Angus Hollandaise einen einfachen Cheeseburger kriege, obwohl ersterer abgerechnet wird. Leute reißt euch mal zusammen - echt uncool.

Lecker essen, schneller service

Hello, ich wurde kurz vorher vegetarisch gewordrn, ich habe hier für Mittag gekauft, ja ed ist nicht billig aber schmeck sehr und war genügend.

Der Bürger war lecker, pommes hatte zu viel salz, unklares haltbarkeitsdatum am Muffin, und komische cola. Das alles geht ja noch aber keine Toilette zu haben um sich wenigstens die Hände waschen zu können. Und für mich ein totaler NO GO außer dem das keine Toilette vorhanden ist ,war das die Köche in normaler Jeans Hose ,houdie und Jacke in der Küche arbeiten. Ich als gelernte Köchin kann nur sagen wünsche dem Inhaber das er sich bei der Küchen Bande richtig einsetzt. Ich komme da leider nicht mehr.

Die Lieferung erfolgt immer echt schnell und bisher sehr freundlich. Essen immer warm. Ich bin ein mega großer Fan von der veganen Auswahl, da steht BurgerMe für mich ungeschlagen ganz oben an der Spitze. Preis-Leistung finde ich vollkommen in Ordnung und meiner Meinung nach auch besser als bei anderen Burgerketten. Ich freu mich schon auf die nächste Bestellung :)

Aus "probieren wir mal" wurde eine große Überraschung! Lieferung war immer sehr pünktlich und die Burger!! Ja die Burger sind ein Gedicht, es gibt keinen Lieferdienst, der nur annähernd so gute Burger an den hungrigen Menschen bringt wie Burgerme! Dazu eine tolle Grundauswahl und mit jeweils drei add-ons auch sehr gut auf den einzelnen Geschmack aufbaubar! Die Pommes sind ebenfalls konkurrenzlos👍. Einzig: Ich bin kein großer Fan von Fritzkola, jedoch passen die Getränke irgendwie imagemäßig besser dazu, als die großen Hersteller und Geschmack ist ja auch verschieden von dem her kann ich nur eines sagen: Macht weiter so, bin wirklich sehr überzeugt.

Super service und starke Burger auch die Vegane Auswahl is super! Der Kassierer hatte sich vertippt und die Rechnung war einen Euro teurer, woraufhin wir dann einen Cokkie oben drauf bekommen haben.

Sehr gute und empfehlenswerte große Burger gibt es dort. Der Service war sehr freundlich. Man kann an 3 oder 4 einfachen Tischen mit Stühlen hinhocken.

I ordered 3 times here and that will be my last. Ratio of quantity/quality is definitely off the charts and not worth the price to me. Size are small, which would have been fine is taste was there. Care of the product has been missing, I do recognize transport can mess things up, but not to the level I saw. On a bonus note, the delivery staff has been quite rude and left trash in the entry hall after delivery, which left me confused of... why doing so? I don't see any points or incentives ordering from this place.

Ich bestell dort öffter mal nen Burger. Die Preise sind OK und auch der Fahrer nett. Allerdings muss ich einen Punkt abziehen, da ich in letzter Zeit die Burger wieder zusammmenbasteln muss, weil die halb zerlegt bei mir ankommen. (war vorher nicht so) vielleicht beim Transport oder vielleicht wegen der Zeit. Ein anderer Lieferant macht immer einen Holzspieß rein, damit er nicht zerfällt. Ist nämlich schade um den guten Burger.
