Unfortunately not good service. On December 29th, 2023 (added specifically for the store because they doubted that I was ever a guest..) I was a guest and got the wrong food after I had already had to wait the longest. Unfortunately there was no time left for a new preparation. Unfortunately, I personally couldn't eat the food that was brought. Got some fries from the others. they were quite good. Still had to pay for “my” meal, outrageous!

Service was quick, the veggie and smashed burger as well as the fries were very tasty. Music was a bit too loud but ok for a burger joint.

Delicious burgers with fun and unique twists. You have to order fries separately, but the burgers are super filling on their own. The lemonade is delicious too.

Overall 4/5 ☆ Visited the chain for the first time in Munich, Well (full) visited store, but thanks to a reservation I managed to get a seat. The restaurant was small and cozy - both an open counter and grill. Unfortunately, the seating options are anything but comfortable if you sit on a wooden stump without a backrest in the aisle for over an hour... The window sills with cushions are also not particularly comfortable for a restaurant.. -☆ The burgers and side dishes were good, the meat was fried to perfection and the inside was medium 👌 The sauces and fries were also well seasoned and tasted great. The service was very attentive, the menu actually offers something for everyone in terms of drinks, burgers and side dishes. 5 out of 5☆ The only drawback of the burgers - *subjective & not included in the above assessment! Personally, I'm a fan of burgers that are warm throughout and not just the meat and cheese slice.

The two waitresses who served us were especially friendly, our burgers arrived at the table very quickly (between 10 and 15 minutes). The beer selection was extensive and the beer was cold and served in very nice mugs and glasses. The burgers are delicious, very good and at a very reasonable price. We will return.

We went for dinner and we loved it, the place is very nice, the atmosphere was pleasant but without a doubt the best thing was the food, the HAMBURGERS are spectacular as are the fries! The background music and the atmosphere of the area in general made you have a good evening! 100% recommended

We ate very tasty burgers here. The service was exceptionally good, the food came very quickly! I can only recommend the Tyrolean burger, it tastes very good - just like the truffle fries.

The food is very good. First we went to the downtown location but there was no room, and looking on Google we saw that there was a bigger one. The place is very cozy.

I ordered the giggly smash burger and to be honest it was below my expectations and overpriced in my opinion. The burger to bun ratio was off as there was barely any meet for a double smash patty. Not to mention they forgot the balsamic onions at first (which they added after I pointed it out). Their normal burgers are better in my opinion which my friend ordered. The coleslaw isn’t like typical coleslaw and was extremely sour for my taste. The ambience is nice though with a chill vibe.

Best burger in Munich. We always go there to eat when we are in Munich. Also great for vegetarians.

A very nice restaurant, with a very friendly team! The burger (Tyrolean burger), which I ordered in the lunch special with sweet potato fries, was very tasty and juicy. He was also brought quickly. The interior is very inviting and I don't think it smells like grease! If you're looking for delicious burgers, you should definitely stop by here.

The three of us had dinner there on Friday evening. Be sure to reserve! The conditions were friendly and the drinks came quickly. The food was freshly prepared and therefore took a while. The fries were very tasty and well seasoned but could have been a bit crispier. The avocado burger was also very good. However, the avocado was a bit lost in the form of the guacamole. Would recommend the restaurant 👍

Love the burgers and the dishes, never had anything to complain about. Sometimes there's so much going on that the waitresses can't always keep up 100%, but otherwise everything is fine!

I am not being hyperbolic when I say I had the best vegan (maybe even ever) burger here. The vegan brioche bun is incredible and their burger sauce is delicious on both the burger and with the fries. Do not miss this place.

I had a fantastic experience at this burger joint. The waiters were very friendly and attentive from the moment I walked in. The food was delicious, the burgers tasted amazing. The beer selection was also excellent, with several options. The place was clean and well kept, which is always a plus. Furthermore, the quality-price ratio is correct. I recommend it to everyone.

The burgers are very tasty. Potatoes with truffle oil are fire. They cook quickly. The girl who served us was very polite and attentive. The Mai Tai bomb cocktail. The girl's name was Meloni. I recommend it.

The store deserves 5 stars. I explain why: I ordered two burgers through Wolt last night and forgot the sweet potato fries. A lady on the phone said that if we ordered the fries separately, she would put them in the same bag for us. Unfortunately, due to delivery costs and the Wolt app, a reorder didn't work out. After I called the lady and told her that the reorder wasn't working, she simply packed up the sweet potato fries for free. What a top service! This is exactly how hospitality, humanity and coexistence work! I will definitely order from Ruffs Burger again.

It's a nice little restaurant in a very central location. The food was delicious, but for me personally the final kick was missing. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating. We had a place that was very close to the kitchen and therefore quite loud.

I've had bad burgers at Burger King before but these 2 burgers were terrible just greasy, buns were burnt on the inside, fries like I've eaten before and the whole thing for €33.00 An outrage Never again ruffs burger!!!!

I ordered a smashburger to take away in the afternoon. It was very tasty, but unfortunately I had to wait over 10 minutes for my burger even though there was no other customer in sight. Because of this 1 star deducted.

The food was a little boring to be honest, I just expected more. The burgers were a little plain even with the sauce and other ingredients obviously top. Ah, and they forgot the guacamole for mine. The sauces for the fries are mediocre at best. None of them tasted „great“ and they were more like an „ok“ sauce. For reference, we tasted five of their sauces and they were all not to good. The fries were good but nothing special The cocktails were good even though they could be a little stronger as the taste was mostly the added drink and not the actual alcohol, in this case we both had a Moscow mule and one had some raspberry taste with it but mostly tasted like ginger beer and not like the drink with lime and vodka which you would normally taste right away.

Everything is right here! Mega tasty burgers and the sauces are simply perfect, the atmosphere and employees create a successful overall result. If you come by spontaneously, you have to expect a waiting time, as the restaurant is rightly very popular.

Very rude personal, the young man especially talked very angry. There was a piece of glas in my drink, which was very dangerous. They didn't even try to compensate with a kind gesture. The food was okay.

We feel really comfortable here. We come here often. The service staff is always very polite and attentive. We are ALWAYS welcome with our dog. Today we had such a nice service person (Doro) who immediately took care of our dog... treats, water etc. and all in a super nice, polite and unobtrusive way. The burger meat was good, but the cooking level was not medium rare as stated in the menu and verbally informed, it was delivered fully cooked. There was a slight odor in the meat, but it was not disturbing. The fries were good just a little tough. Only ketchup and mayonnaise were left on the side. We were able to get barbecue sauce when we asked later. On one side of the store was the living area of ​​a large dog. I understand that it is pet friendly, but not everyone accepts having a dog living in a shop that sells food.

To my taste burgers were not really tasty. Especially I really didnt like the old bag burger as the goat cheese was way too thick and did not combined well with the other ingredients but fries were pretty good and I was in love with the fig mayo. Overall The service was nice.

I came into the store and told the waiter that I had a severe gluten allergy. I asked again if I could have a burger and the waiter assured me they would look into it. I trusted them and after pointing out my allergy again, ordered a burger. After just 5 minutes in the open kitchen I could see the chefs handling gluten-containing and gluten-free bread with the same gloves. The knife and wooden plate were also the same. I cannot recommend this store if you have problems with allergens or need to watch your diet. EDIT: Ruffs Burgers is responding to negative but valid comments by engaging lawyers. It would be better to train the staff instead of deceiving guests with promises of "gluten-free burgers".

Food was medium. Unfortunately, Pride flags were hanging outside. Didn't see that when I made the reservation. Won't go there anymore. Addendum: I have to revise my rating again and deduct one star. The review reflects my opinion of a visit on 01/09/24 and is true. Ruffs Burger is trying, through a law firm, to dispute my right to freedom of expression and to censor me. They filed a complaint about my review with Google to remove this review, which is my honest opinion. The argument they give is that I never ate there and never had a business relationship. I refuted this claim with invoices, reservation confirmation and chat history with the person we agreed to meet. Just as I respect Ruff's Burger's freedom of expression and personal rights, I expect the same to happen the other way around. I won't be intimidated. I stand by my opinion. Family, friends and acquaintances are outraged by the behavior of Ruff's Burger and hopefully everyone who reads this too.

Service was amazing and chips were good. I thought the burger was okay I had the special and decided on the bacon burger. I would still recommend they have some good food options I think I picked a bad one for me.

My girlfriend and I ate here for the first time today. Despite the store being full and without a reservation, we got a table. The service is incredibly friendly and responds to all questions and requests and tries to make it possible for you. There is a very good selection of burgers, fries and much more. The BBQ burger and the avocado castles were super tasty and everything was fresh and juicy. The sauces are homemade and taste amazing. Due to a lack of space, we were very kindly asked if we could swap places, and as an apology, which we found super nice and accommodating, we were given a super delicious dessert. Although the service was stressful but completely normal for a completely full burger shop, the staff still tried to serve everyone and as some of the reviews here say that the food took a long time to arrive, we can absolutely deny it when we got our food Everything was hot and just prepared. The cocktails are also very good and recommended. Thanks to everyone in the store for a lovely evening with great food!!!!!!

I give 5 stars for the service. These were probably the friendliest and most attentive people in Munich. Unfortunately, the food didn't convince me. Fries were barely potato flavored for homemade. BBQ sauce was horrible. Burger meat didn't smell tasty. I won't come back, but I'll send my children to you, still 5 stars.

I ordered two burgers plus sweet potatoes. Both burgers were flabby, meat, sauce, a lettuce leaf and bread. No tomatoes, onions or anything else. The cheeseburger without cheese, lol! And for such quite expensive prices. Unfortunately, every McDonald's Royal TS is better and filled with ingredients, for 1/3 of the price. First and last visit. Completely overpriced. The sweet potatoes were good.

The food was very tasty and the staff was friendly, the prices were also okay. However, due to the location and the time, it wasn't that easy to find a parking space nearby (not really the restaurant's fault)

Unfortunately (as is usual with Ruffs Burgers) seats are too close to the open kitchen, so the associated smell in your clothes cannot be avoided afterwards (hence the star deduction). The food was good, the service was nice

Update: you can now also add sweet potato fries to the evening special for an additional charge of €0.80! Service today was great too! Even got recommendations on the sauces! Typically Ruffs: good burgers, fast service. The evening deal for €9.90 with fries and a cocktail on top of the burger is really good. It's a shame that you can't have sweet potato fries (even for an extra charge). According to the waiter, the “boss” here seems to be a bit stubborn, even though there is demand for it.

This place is so cool, plays really nice music and very chill atmosphere. The food comes out pretty quickly after they took our orders! The waitress was really really sweet, and accommodating to English!

I'd like to emphasize on the team. Friendly and helpfull, double checking that everything is alright. You could feel the team dynamics and how well they worked together. They are not waiters and chefs, they are hosts who make sure you enjoy your food and your stay! Thank you guys for tonight!

I haven’t tried all the burger places in Munich yet, but this is definitely the best one so far! My only complaint is that when we arrived at 6:45pm, it was fully booked (typical Munich problems), so we were only able to take away. The fries were also mostly very good, but some were a little too crunchy.

The service is super attentive and personable, especially the red-haired lady puts a lot of passion into her service. The food is incredibly fresh and delicious and it was a thoroughly enjoyable evening!

I had the Ruff's burger, my companion had the Giggly burger and we shared an order of truffle fries. Everything was delicious! I've been here a couple of times and have not been disappointed. I would recommend making reservations as the place fills up fast.

The food itself is solid, but the shop is open until 10 p.m., but from 8:50 p.m. it only accepts to-go orders. Too bad

10/10 store. Are you still looking for employees? I could well imagine that. Our waitress (Elias) provided top service and was very attentive. Completely satisfied.
