Hans im Glück in München

We waited over 45 minutes after eating because no one came. You weren't noticed and you couldn't pay for ages. In addition, it permanently attracted cactus. The food was delicious but unfortunately the time afterwards was unbearable! The meal cost a total of €36 and we paid with a €50 note. We were asked if we could make it 40 (basically a €4 tip). Basically strange and especially after all the “well service”!

Very cozy restaurant in the heart of the city of Munich with excellent cuisine. We chose the lunch menu and were very satisfied; The dishes (Burger Wild West and Geisburger) as well as the fries were delicious. The menu was rounded off with a thirst quencher - including grapefruit, passion fruit and thyme - and finally a coffee. The service was very friendly and accommodating and everything was reasonably priced. (Unfortunately, what won't be more expensive?) Hans im Glück is always a great address when it comes to local food.

The burger patties seem to be premade, overcooked and dry. The cheese in the burgers wasn't melted. Do I have to say more? However, service was very nice and you get the food quickly.

So far Hans im Glück branch with the worst, slowest and most inefficient service. Long waiting times despite too many staff, some of whom either stand around or only show up irregularly. Our waitress was very nice and appropriately dressed, other staff not so much.

The burger and truffle fries were delicious, and the staff were friendly, pleasant environment.

It is a chain with various stores in the city. It is a burger joint with a very large variety and excellent quality. Nothing to do with fast food. It deserves the visit of those who find themselves in the city. The prices are a bit steep, but they are justified by the quality.

Food was very good but the service was a disaster. We were there on Sunday 12/1/24 at 5:30 p.m.

I really like the burgers there, and the homemade lemonade always tastes very good, but the non-alcoholic Hugo wasn't that tasty. 😅 Unfortunately, I didn't think the service was that great, we had to wait quite a long time for the food and in between times no one was actually interested in us and asked if everything was good and if we needed anything else. I always think that's a shame, just a small request, it makes you feel like you're in good hands and seen. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that the service is not good. Otherwise definitely recommended, maybe the service will be worked on a bit more. ☺️

This is the 2nd time we have eaten here... Love the place when we visit Munich ... We were here in Nov 2022 and Dec 2024... It always tastes good and is always a friendly environment... Eat Lunch or Dinner ... You need to stop here... And grab a bite....

Relaxed atmosphere with quiet corners in the restaurant. Staff are without exception friendly and very service-oriented. Food and drink selection offers something for every taste, will happily come back!

Super nice staff. Super fast so we had the food in 10 minutes and it was still warm. The ambience is well done but you can notice the vibrations depending on the movie that is currently playing. But it's definitely worth it

Even if you have to wait in line at the entrance from time to time, it's worth a visit. Although Hans im Glück was full, the employee was super friendly, the 🍔 and fries 🍟 were very good and after we ordered everything went very quickly. Gladly again

Great service, burgers put together to order. I like being at the Isartor because I like the ambience. Lunch menus are available until 5 p.m. This costs the common price plus 7.90 euros including hot drink and thirst quencher. Great, always great!!!

Sehr schneller und netter Service. Für die Kids gab's was zu malen. Essen und Getränke lecker. Unser Tisch lag etwas ungünstig. Sodass bei jedem öffnen der Eingangstüre kalte Luft reinstömte.

Good enough. Burgers are average (Fast food level) and I believe they could be much better. I even ordered Hochstapler, but I wasn't impressed at all:( Staff has huge issues with English, speed and manners.

I was there with my friend yesterday. We got lunch menu. It was affordable and delicious! I also visit other locations but this one is my favourite by far. The atmosphere is nice, food is very delicious and many vegan and vegetarian options! Our waiters was super friendly and she told us it was her first day so kudos to her🙌🏻

Freitag Abend, ohne Reservierung, hat es nur einen kurzen Moment gedauert, um einen Platz zu bekommen. Essen und Trinken wie immer bestens. Gerne immer wieder.

A very popular place, walked in at 6:15 and the place was packed. Great server, burgers came out quickly and they didn’t disappoint.

Meine Rezension richtet sich allgemein an jeden Hans im Glück. Dieses Restaurant ist leider nicht mehr das, was es vielleicht mal vor mehreren Jahren war. Meiner Meinung nach sind die Burger zu teuer für das was sie sind, man kann im Farbverlauf der Soßen problemlos erkennen, dass diese einfach mit alten aufgeschüttet werden, die Drinks sind für mein Empfinden schwach gemacht und mit zu viel Eis serviert, worüber ein adrettes Minzblatt mit Puderzucker oder eine Orangenscheibe hinwegtäuschen soll. Meiner Meinung nach hält sich Hans im Glück nur noch durch zwei Aspekte über Wasser. Der erste wäre der Name, welcher mit guten Burgern und schönem Ambiente in Verbindung gebracht wird. Der zweite ist von psychologischer Natur. Einerseits ist es ein bekannter Fakt, dass nur attraktive Menschen eingestellt werden, was dazu führt, dass mehr bestellt wird, außerdem ist das Lokal sehr eng und meist auch sehr voll, dies fällt jedoch nicht auf, da taktisch intelligent die berühmten Birkenstämme platziert wurden und somit darüber hinwegtäuschen.

Ein sehr schön gestaltetes Burgerrestaurant am Isartor. Direkt neben dem Kino. Wir waren hier an einem Sonntag Mittagessen. Es ging alles mega schnell. Ich war wirklich überrascht wie schnell wir Essen und Getränke hatten. Bestellen und bezahlen per QR Code direkt am Tisch möglich. Das fand ich super toll👍🏻 Es gibt tolle Menüs für Kinder und Erwachsene. Viele Burger zur Auswahl, diverse Saucen, Bowls oder auch vegane Nuggets. Getränkeauswahl ist ebenfalls super. Von Heiß bis Kaltgetränken gibt es eine große Auswahl, auch Cocktails, Wein und Bier gibt es hier. Auch Naschkatzen kommen auf ihre Kosten, da es ein paar Nachspeisen auf der Karte gibt.

Das Hans im Glück im Tal in München bietet eine gemütliche Atmosphäre und eine vielfältige Speisekarte. Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter sorgen für einen angenehmen Service. Die Auswahl an regionalen Gerichten ist beeindruckend, wobei die Qualität der Zutaten spürbar ist. Die Getränkekarte ist gut sortiert. Die Preise sind angemessen, und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist stimmig. Ein gelungener Ort für Genuss und Geselligkeit im Herzen Münchens.

Was soll ich sagen, alles Perfekt wie immer.

Ich gehe hier gerne am Wochenende mit meinen Freunden Mittagessen. Das Essen ist wirklich sehr lecker. Die vegetarischen Gerichte (z.B. Burger) sind sehr zu empfehlen. Preislich ist das Restaurant nicht wirklich günstig, aber für Münchner Verhältnisse noch im Rahmen. Für ein Date oder Business essen eher nicht zu empfehlen, da es dort gerne mal etwas lauter wird.

Wunderschön und das Essen sehr lecker würde ich empfehlen
