We were there for lunch, what surprised us was that the shop was completely empty again and we were the only guests! The service staff seemed a bit annoyed by our visit and, in my opinion, behaved unfriendly towards us! Unfortunately, the extra request was not taken into account (which is really strange for two customers)! Too bad! The food was okay, but given the price I would expect better quality food! Unfortunately, the “homemade” lemonade was probably not homemade and the glass was unfortunately not completely clean! All in all, a very “loveless” visit, with a meal that was fine in itself, hence ⭐️⭐️⭐️

For me Schwabing's best burgers That was 5 months ago. Unfortunately not anymore. Something has changed. The burgers are ok, but e.g. Unfortunately, the previously very good chilli cheese fries are no longer recommended. Too bad. It was really really good there

Vegan fries with red kidney beans and vegan sauce are awesome, a little spicy but very, very tasty.

Don't be confused by the name! There is also delicious vegetarian and vegan food here! The owner pays great attention to the quality and preparation of the food. The service is super nice, attentive and friendly, has good recommendations! Everything we 4 girls ordered was delicious and excellently seasoned. The sweet potato fries were the crispiest we've ever eaten! Meat dishes are marinated, which you can taste (not just simply seasoned during preparation!) A really recommended restaurant!

Really bad customer service, extremely unpolite - they cancelled our reservation with no notice. We showed up, only for them to tell us that they had to cancel the reservation and had no available place for us.

They don't even deserve one star... the waitress playing with her phone all the time, not even taking away the dishes or asking if everything was ok. the meat overcooked (even though we asked for medium cooking) the salad was swimming in the dressing and a bucket of balsamic cream on top.. Never eaten so bad...

What a terrible experience, I come here 2 days before in person write a reservation and sign it in their own book. The name and the reservation is there, and they have other people sitting there just because it is “their friends”. The response that I get is only I am sorry and it is our bad, but we don’t have a place for you even though the reservation was in the book since 3 days ago. Never setting foot in this place again.

Burgerhouse Schwabing is burger heaven! Fantastic burgers, crispy fries and a cozy atmosphere. The service is so friendly that you almost want to go to the kitchen. The children's burgers are so delicious that the kids voluntarily leave the vegetables at home. Perfect place for all burger junkies and those who don't know it yet! 🍔🥳🎊

Dripping in fat, soggy, partially burnt potato wedges, the burger was tiny, with a rotten salad. The food was inedible and went into the trash can. I don't understand the good reviews and will definitely never order from a Burger House again

We ordered the food to take away. The amount was automatically rounded up to €28. Citizen quite small and with a cheap ready-made processed cheese, not even a whole slice of onions on it but it was tasty thanks to the sauce. Fries were delicious. The meat in the Cesar salad was very, very dry.

It was my first time in the Schwabinger Burgerhous branch. Five stars for this spot, the service and the food! I would say that I have already eaten in all of the branches in Munich, but everything here is particularly good! Five stars for the very nice, attentive staff, the aesthetically presented food and taste. The ambience, very neat and clean. I would love to come back and will definitely come back more regularly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fraud: The innkeeper cashed in on our table and miscalculated everyone in his favor: I was sitting and could look at the innkeeper's tablet. There all the amounts were added together and there was a total per person. When I paid last he said 64.80. I ask why his tablet only said 60.20. He said he just made a mistake. I didn't mention that he had been doing this the whole time. His Sky also didn't have the sky bistro logo. But I'm not sure if it still exists or what it looks like. I could be wrong here too.

A once solid establishment for burgers, burger house has fallen very down these days. Firstly, their burger itself is tragic: the classic cheeseburger arrives with patties that are closer to Mettbrötchen than a McDonald’s burger. The patties are cold and undercooked, it’s pink on both the inside and outside. A proper medium rare patty should be a touch pink on the inside and well seared on the outside (which this place certainly doesn’t get). The sauce is utterly unremarkable and basically doesn’t add anything to the burger. The sides are also a mixed bag, the chlli cheese fries are ok but nothing to rave about but the onion rings are a terrible imitation of the real deal. Even the onion rings you’d order from Burger King would be better.

Arrived and sat at the table for 20 minutes with no one paying attention to us. No menu given, no drinks taken. And that despite repeated requests. Then they left again. A pity.

Unfortunately it can't keep up with the other burger houses... Plastic plates, varnishes Cola poured from an opened bottle, instead of fresh. And the statement “no card payment” probably has economic rather than technical reasons, because instead of getting a bonus for the drinks you consumed, you simply typed in two RedBull (?) and you don’t even get a bill. In addition, the furnishings of this old, wonderful property do not do justice at all and are rather uninspired.

Very good experience, the food was very good, the atmosphere was delightful. The servers were also very quick, nice and competent. The portion sizes are perfect, you don't feel too full, but your hunger is content. Also, there is a great deal for students making a about 16€ meal to a 12€ one. Overall, it was a very comfortable and smooth experience and I would definitely recommend going there.

Eigentlich gebe ich nie 1 Stern, aber diesmal konnte ich es mir nicht verkneifen. Wir kamen in das Restaurant, wo die Bedienung zu uns „einen Moment“ sagte & uns noch nicht einmal beachtete. So standen wir 5 Minuten vor der Theke neben ihm, bis die Mitarbeiterin die andere Bedienung darauf aufmerksam machte, dass wir nicht beachtet worden sind. Wir hatten zwar keine Reservation, aber es gab trotzdem freie Plätze, wohin wir auch hingebracht worden sind. Ganze 20 Minuten haben wir gewartet bis jemand unsere Bestellung aufnimmt, selbst bei Blickkontakt mit der Bedingung wurden wir ganz ignoriert. Keiner kam zu uns. Als wir dann nach einer Weile bemerkten, dass noch nicht ein Mal die ganzen anderen Gäste ihr Essen bekamen, obwohl diese schon länger da saßen als wir standen wir auf und verließen das Restaurant. Überfordert mit der ganzen Menschenmenge und den Bestellungen sein ist eine Sache, aber einen Kunden komplett ignorieren ist eine andere.

Burgers, very dry. The bun is very thick compared to the burgers. There's little sauce in the burger. The onions are fresh, not grilled. Therefore, my review is 1 star.

I was there earlier with two other colleagues, a very cool and modern burger shop where the location was just perfect. Service was very friendly and helpful, food and drinks were delicious and received straight away without a long waiting time. I would recommend it to everybody. If you don't know what you want to do then the burger shop is the perfect alternative.

Die Burger sind einfach super! Die Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich und die Mini Burger sind fantastisch für Einsteiger und extrem lecker. 💯 (Es gibt extra Mini Burger die man aus der Karte auswählen kann welche dann extra klein geliefert werden. Wenn man dort oder allgemein noch keine gegessen hat ist die kleine Variante sehr empfehlenswert) Fazit: Gerne wieder 😁

Die burger sind echt krass aber der Brownie schmeckt nach einem fetten Butterklotz. Aber gebt mal mehr spear ribs. Trotzdem guter Laden.

Der vegane Burger war gut, die Pommes leider lauwarm und zu knusprig, nicht saftig. Statt hellen Basilikumdip gab es einen schwarzen Balsamico dip, auf Nachfrage hieß es, das sei nur das Licht. Der Service war freundlich. Da mein gewähltes Getränk ausverkauft war, wurde mir nicht noch einmal die Karte angeboten. Schade.

Solider Burger, Luft nach oben Das Burger House bietet einen soliden Burger, der zwar nicht das absolute Highlight ist, aber dennoch eine solide Wahl darstellt. Wenn man einfach einen anständigen Burger essen möchte, ist man hier gut aufgehoben. Leider waren die Cheese Fries etwas knapp bemessen. Ein bisschen mehr Käse hätte dem Ganzen den letzten Schliff gegeben. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis empfand ich als nicht ganz fair. 15,90 € für einen Burger sind meiner Meinung nach etwas teuer. Der Laden bietet Platz für 50 Gäste, was eine solide Größe ist. Allerdings muss ich sagen, dass die Atmosphäre nicht unbedingt die schönste ist. Alles in allem eine akzeptable Option für einen schnellen Burger, aber mit Raum für Verbesserungen.

I got the truffle burger and it is great ( if you like mushrooms too). The chilli burger is awesome too. The location is very much i to the center of city, close to the popular places to go.

Wir waren erst skeptisch, da die Burger angeblich sehr klein sein sollten. Auf den ersten Blick sahen sie auch relativ klein aus, aber im Endeffekt hat die Größe komplett ausgereicht. Die Burger und auch die Beilagen waren richtig gut. Auch der Service hat die 5 Sterne verdient, denn wir haben unsere Getränke direkt bekommen und auch das Essen kam nach 10 Minuten. Das Ambiente war zudem entspannt und das Licht war angenehm. Ich kann es wirklich empfehlen und einen Besuch ist es auf jeden Fall Wert😊

Ich war da spontan drin, da ich immer von diesen leckeren Burgern gehört habe. Ich persönlich hatte geschmacklich kein WoW-Erlebnis. Es ist halt ein Burger der schmeckt. Mehr auch nicht. Weder besonders lecker, noch in irgendeiner Weise herausragend. Geschmacklich etwas besser als Mc Donalds oder Burger King. Vom Service her alles prima. Könnte aber etwas zuvorkommender sein. Das Ambiente hat mir echt gut gefallen. Eine schöne Einrichtung.

I liked the place and atmosphere. For double burgers, I'm afraid that they were too big to eat. We had to eat the second patty by taking it out and the bottom bread was too wet and shattered easily.

Please, please, please do NOT let yourself get fooled by the unusually low rating of this burger place (4.2 at the time of writing). This is the best burger chain in the whole city and 2nd best burger behind American Burger Bar in Unterhaching (which is quite far out of the city and always has huge lines). Yes, the atmosphere is not the best but trust me when I say that the burger delivers! Suuuuper juicy meat patty with a nice crust on the outside. When they tell you it's medium it actually is, unlike some other places that only pretend that theirs is. Good fat content on the minced meat, the person making the recipe knows how to make real burgers. This burger absolutely destroys the likes of Ruff's, Hans im Glück (especially), even Five Guys. No competition! I recommend getting the simple cheese burger, go for the doble cheese burgers if you want to treat yourself. Also try out the chili cheese fries, they are to die for.

Essen war sehr lecker und kam auch schnell, tolles Ambiente

Essen ist ok aber die Preise naja, 13 EUR für einen Bürger. Mondpreise. Verstehe die Menschen nicht das man alles aber auch wirklich alles bezahlt.

Ordentlich aber nichts besonderes. Gutes Fleisch, leckere fritten aber leider auch wieder relativ teuer für die Qualität. Der bun is mir persönlich zu süß. Das geht besser aber für den hungrigen Zufallsgast voll in Ordnung. Nicht in Ordnung war der Service. 30 min auf ein Getränk zu warten während sich das Personal selber Biere zapft ist geht einfach nicht.

Der Triple house Burger ist auf jeden Fall sein Geld wert. Die Pommes könnten angesichts des Preises allerdings etwas mehr sein. Der Service hat gepasst und das Essen wurde in einer angemessenen Zeit zubereitet.

Excellent food, service a bit slow but the burgers make up for it. I was visiting from Texas where burgers are everywhere and this was one of the best burgers I’ve had. You have to get the big west burger. Good restaurant for a quick bite, outdoor seating is nice.

Burger sind soweit ok. Mir fehlt aber das gewisse Etwas. Personal ist freundlich und das Essen kam sehr schnell.

Bereits mehrmals hier gegessen, das Essen insbesondere die Burger sind echt lecker. Bedienung ist jederzeit freundlich und schnell am Tisch. Das der Laden immer relativ leer ist aus meiner Sicht unverständlich.

Im Vergleich zu anderen Burger Houses in München zB Maxvorstadt war ich enttäuscht. Burger waren ein wenig trocken. Pommes nicht sonderlich gut und dazu das Ketchup und Mayo nicht frisch. Werde wieder zum BH Maxvorstadt gehen
