Hans im Glück in München

So a rather particular place, but I must say that you eat very well and drink very well, the cocktails were well made and not watered down. The surprise when my partner and I were talking and they offered us dessert because they had heard it was my partner's birthday, they were really sweet and nice. So if you pass through Monaco go, top experience!!!!

Terrible service and waits. The food is not worth the hassle. Very disappointed.

As in all branches, the atmosphere is very nice and clean. The employee was very nice and everything worked well. Unfortunately the food was nothing special. The burger wasn't any better than in any other grocery store. Others can do that much better! If you're just hungry it's okay, if you want a really good burger I would go somewhere else.

Not a very touristy area, more residential. I usually stay here in the Grand Westin, and I come to this area to eat. This place has delicious burgers and similar, very fast and friendly service and I love the QR code payment option on the table for quick departure when you're finished eating. Full marks!

I love Hans im Glück and I really liked this one, smaller atmosphere not so loud and the service was very friendly and quick.

The atmosphere and food are familiar from Hans im Glück. But the service was very good! What I think is nice about the location is that it is in the inner courtyard and so you are not directly on the street and have to be afraid when the children go out.

Very nice restaurant, both inside and outside. There is a choice between different buns when you order a burger. Food was good. Prices reasonable for Munich. Unfortunately, service was rare as there were few guests outside. But very sweet and friendly.

The vegan/vegetarian selection is always good. The beef burger was also delicious. Unfortunately, the bun and ingredients (steamed onions, mushrooms and bacon) on the burger were cold. Patty, who was actually hot, couldn't compete with that. It was the same with the vegan burger. So unfortunately it's intentional.

As usual, quality and price are good. And the fuss is just part of it...

Simply delicious, I had a veggie burger with a walnut patty and sweet potato fries. Price-performance is great. Always happy 👍✌️

Unfortunately disappointing...we waited forever for our food and then we had 5 minutes to eat because we had only allowed for an hour for the break. Relatively expensive for the price. There was a price on the card, we paid more but it didn't matter...unhappily again, sorry :-(

Very attractive menu, super tasty burgers. I had a vegetarian burger (spinach and cheese patty): the finest! Fries extremely crispy. Salad good - the dressing still had potential. Friendly service. Nicely decorated.

Hello, we were just at Hans im Glück with two people Seldom eaten so badly. Hamburger tasteless and fries completely burnt. Never again.

Had a delicious dinner in the middle of the birch trees and the long drinks are recommended.

The atmosphere is nice however it is a little bit crowded and there is no place for a stroller if you eat inside. Otherwise the food was better than expected and the terrace is nice as well

The food was very tasty, but unfortunately also very expensive. Then I was sent off with a spiteful thank you because I couldn't give a tip. This made me feel very uncomfortable

Very nice restaurant, somewhat hidden in the Arabella Park, quiet and without the hustle and bustle. It's a good place to stay. Food and drink (punch and burgers 🍔) very tasty, service excellent, nice, accepted the gourmet block without Amstalten, we would be happy to come back

Delicious burgers and pleasant atmosphere

Unfortunately, it's now so overpriced that I actually avoid the store - since Corona, the price increase for smaller portions has been over 50%, really outrageous. And today we even waited 1.5 hours because the order was processed incorrectly.

Was there yesterday after my doctor's appointment as it was just around the corner. What can I say? It wasn't that busy when I went in. I placed my order quickly. My drink came quickly, but then the restaurant filled up very quickly. A number of people also came to pick up food. They also had to wait forever. When I asked the waitress after 50 minutes where my food was, they said that there were 2 new people in the kitchen and they didn't know everything yet and the one from Lieferando had been waiting forever. Unfortunately I had to take the train home later because I couldn't make it. Ordered the lunch menu. I overheard others being asked if they still wanted the coffee that was part of the menu. She always walked past me. On such days you might have to inform the guests in advance that it may take longer. The burger was good but nothing special. It wasn't worth the price.

I ordered fries and salad. Had to wait 35' longer for food. I took the food with me afterwards, fries were cold and salad was basic and looked unappetizing. What a shame for this price!

I tried one of the salad bowls at HiG for the first time - super tasty... and if you're really hungry you should take the menu...

I ordered food and picked it up. Since I have often made mistakes in the past, I checked the food again. I ordered Camembert, but it came with a different cheese sauce. I then spoke to the staff because I was sure it was the wrong sauce - I know the taste exactly because I always order it, and it always tastes the same at every Hans im Glück. Still, the staff refused to change the sauce for me, even though it was obviously the wrong one.

The restaurant is located near my hotel, Four Points by Sheraton, so you can walk there in just 5 minutes. It’s easy to find. I chose the promotional vegan burger from the poster along with a Coke Zero. I liked the atmosphere, and the service was good. I will come back again if I have a chance. ❤️👍🍔

The burger was excellent. Very soft bread, fresh ingredients and the taste was just awesome. Plus the service was really good. A must visit for everyone.

We went to the restaurant because of the “Schlemmerblock” that we bought through voucherbook.de and were thrilled. The food was delicious, as always at Hans im Glück, and the staff were very accommodating and super friendly. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back to the branch at Arabellapark in Bogenhausen. All thumbs up, keep it up! 👍🏻😃

The service was the slowest I have ever experienced anywhere. Yes they were busy when we first arrived but it died down significantly and everything just took forever. We waited 20 minutes for dessert and our check. We ordered onion rings as an appetizer but they didn’t come until the food came which was an hour wait. No one ever asked if we wanted more drinks. There were only 2 servers for the entire restaurant. The food was great but definitely don’t come if you’re really hungry because you’ll be waiting awhile. From the time we arrived to the time we got our check was 2 hours!

I have to get used to ordering online, but the staff is super nice, the burgers are really tasty and the sweet potato fries are awesome.

I asked if you could leave out a side dish from the burger because of allergies. Was answered in the affirmative and yet the burger came with the side dish…. We waited 10 minutes for 3 burgers and 50 minutes for the drinks. The waitress said the waiter didn't feel like it and left and she had to call him back to the restaurant... We left 25 euros for drinks to drink water that was orange in color. Also in glasses that are not clean: I cleaned a red lipstick stain on mine myself with a micellar wipe. The waitress who was banned and had a tattoo then chose our table to gossip with her colleague about the bulging guests who were sitting 10 meters ahead in a blatant, disrespectful tone. (Why do you badmouth someone else's (stranger) Botox treatment when you yourself are massively intoxicated by it?) Overall we had extremely bad service and slow girls who didn't want to work. In the end I wanted to pay by card, and the young waitress was serious about everything, and I've never been asked in my life: "How much is there in a tip?" Of course I replied that it wasn't anything worthy of a tip Service had shown us yesterday. Then came a disgusting side eye look and a loud “zzzzhhh”. At that moment I actually thought I was going to be spat on in the face by the waitress. You have to earn tips. In addition, as she was leaving, the waitress told us afterwards: “It's just a restaurant, you usually give a tip”. Yes, we know that too, we also know what percentage it was and that everything is open at the top. But I don't give a waitress who tells me at the beginning that she's only been working for a month. Tip for such a bad performance.

The ambience is great and the service makes a lot of effort. The food is ok too. However, some lettuce leaves in my side salad weren't fresh and I had to sort them out - that can happen once, hope not again.

Personally, I really like the staff in this particular establishment, the guys are all so friendly and nice, they are happy to exchange a few words with you, this also creates a pleasant atmosphere. Of course, the branded interior of this place is very pleasing. A great place to sit with a group or come with children. The food is good, large selection of burgers and buns to suit your taste. The selection of wine is not large, but the wine is good.

Even though the place was empty, the employee was in a rush and didn't give us time to talk to her about the order. We said we wanted a vegan dessert and wanted to ask what vegan ice cream flavors were available, but the employee just left after we said "vegan dessert". In the end we got vanilla and ate it. Another employee in Freiburg at Hans im Glück told us that only the strawberry variety is vegan. That was very unprofessional and rude.

Really enjoyed our food my partner had the forklift burger fries and side salad which was amazing according to him. I had the grilled chicken burger chips and onion rings again they were lovely. And both had a coke zero bill was €53 so reasonable.

Quiet place to eat something quick. There are no overly elaborate dishes. But what they have is homemade and delicious.

Burgers are overloaded with sauce, with a very dry overcooked patty. Bacon was soggy, and the mushroom looked boiled. Way too much moisture is a messy burger. Overpriced for what is offered. The steering inside are cramped because of the tree trunks. Not recommende

The porting could be a little bigger. Unfortunately, after the main course the quantity was just acceptable, but the dessert was nice and cheeky small.

Food and drinks were good. Keep in mind that it is very noisy with a lot of kids running in all directions.

For years, every time I've eaten there, the service is ALWAYS friendly and courteous. Extra requests are always responded to nicely. The burgers, salads, fries are really good. And for these reasons I will keep coming back. Keep it up.

Have eaten there twice so far. The service staff were always friendly and quick when taking the order. The burger and drinks always came quickly, were warm and tasty. The vegan/vegetarian selection is also very good in my opinion. Card payment was possible without any problems.

As usual with the Hans im Glück chain the atmosphere is lovely (lots of birch tree stems as natural separators within the restaurant. The staff was lovely too. We just had a quick bite (sweet potato fries) and some drinks. Was a great experience. Recommended ❣️

So the atmosphere is pleasant and it's not too loud. The service is also very friendly and quick. As a meal I had loaded fries with truffle champion sauce. The fries tasted good but the portion size was quite small.

The burger was delicious. It was the first time I enjoy eating at any Hana im gluck branch. The speed of serving food was fast not the usual. The location is nice if you are in that hood. Overall I was hesitating to go but I enjoyed.

Einrichtung wie in jedem anderem Lokal der Kette. Flair eines besseren Fast Food Restaurants. Salat mit Ziegenkäse war nichts besonderes und zu dem war mir die Portion zu klein. Ich hatte danach leider noch Hunger. Service war sehr freundlich und recht aufmerksam. Wartezeit auf den Salat war sehr lang: Alle am Tisch bekamen ihre Burger schneller serviert.

Wirklich schon lang nicht mehr so schlecht gegessen. Das Essen war sehr fettig und die Kleidung roch danach noch nach Bratfett. Mir war stundenlang danach übel. Selbst die Kinder wollten ihre Pommes nicht essen. 2 Sterne nur weil der Service nett war. McDonald wäre besser und günstiger gewesen…
