The ambience is great and the service makes a lot of effort. The food is ok too. However, some lettuce leaves in my side salad weren't fresh and I had to sort them out - that can happen once, hope not again.

Personally, I really like the staff in this particular establishment, the guys are all so friendly and nice, they are happy to exchange a few words with you, this also creates a pleasant atmosphere. Of course, the branded interior of this place is very pleasing. A great place to sit with a group or come with children. The food is good, large selection of burgers and buns to suit your taste. The selection of wine is not large, but the wine is good.

Even though the place was empty, the employee was in a rush and didn't give us time to talk to her about the order. We said we wanted a vegan dessert and wanted to ask what vegan ice cream flavors were available, but the employee just left after we said "vegan dessert". In the end we got vanilla and ate it. Another employee in Freiburg at Hans im Glück told us that only the strawberry variety is vegan. That was very unprofessional and rude.

Popular burger restaurant. Burger was tasty, but the homemade drinks like ice tea were dissappinting (tasteless and full of sugar)

Really enjoyed our food my partner had the forklift burger fries and side salad which was amazing according to him. I had the grilled chicken burger chips and onion rings again they were lovely. And both had a coke zero bill was €53 so reasonable.

Food was good but the service was just far too slow to be acceptable.

Quiet place to eat something quick. There are no overly elaborate dishes. But what they have is homemade and delicious.

Burgers are overloaded with sauce, with a very dry overcooked patty. Bacon was soggy, and the mushroom looked boiled. Way too much moisture is a messy burger. Overpriced for what is offered. The steering inside are cramped because of the tree trunks. Not recommende

The porting could be a little bigger. Unfortunately, after the main course the quantity was just acceptable, but the dessert was nice and cheeky small.

Food and drinks were good. Keep in mind that it is very noisy with a lot of kids running in all directions.

The food was really delicious, so the restaurant was well attended. This meant that you needed a little patience because the service was easily overwhelmed. Nevertheless, everyone there was very nice and personable.

To be honest, the burgers were overpriced for the small portions. But taste good.

Simply delicious, I had a veggie burger with a walnut patty and sweet potato fries. Price-performance is great. Always happy 👍✌️

Very slow service. Not very busy but still very slow. Had to follow the waiter around in order to pay. Then had the nerve to ask for a tip. Tipping is not customary in Germany. Food was good though.

For years, every time I've eaten there, the service is ALWAYS friendly and courteous. Extra requests are always responded to nicely. The burgers, salads, fries are really good. And for these reasons I will keep coming back. Keep it up.

Have eaten there twice so far. The service staff were always friendly and quick when taking the order. The burger and drinks always came quickly, were warm and tasty. The vegan/vegetarian selection is also very good in my opinion. Card payment was possible without any problems.

Very good! They even had a full English menu and an English speaking waiter. Really good burgers, excellent fries and good drinks! Only a short walk from nearby hotels.

As usual with the Hans im Glück chain the atmosphere is lovely (lots of birch tree stems as natural separators within the restaurant. The staff was lovely too. We just had a quick bite (sweet potato fries) and some drinks. Was a great experience. Recommended ❣️

So the atmosphere is pleasant and it's not too loud. The service is also very friendly and quick. As a meal I had loaded fries with truffle champion sauce. The fries tasted good but the portion size was quite small.

The burger was delicious. It was the first time I enjoy eating at any Hana im gluck branch. The speed of serving food was fast not the usual. The location is nice if you are in that hood. Overall I was hesitating to go but I enjoyed.

Einrichtung wie in jedem anderem Lokal der Kette. Flair eines besseren Fast Food Restaurants. Salat mit Ziegenkäse war nichts besonderes und zu dem war mir die Portion zu klein. Ich hatte danach leider noch Hunger. Service war sehr freundlich und recht aufmerksam. Wartezeit auf den Salat war sehr lang: Alle am Tisch bekamen ihre Burger schneller serviert.

Leckere Burger in verschiedener Auswahl. Sehr guter und freundlicher Service. Ein gut besuchtes Lokal. Ist eine Empfehlung.

Basic burgers. Not much flavour. The chicken was meant to be grilled but it tasted boiled. Not recommended. Staff were friendly.

Wirklich schon lang nicht mehr so schlecht gegessen. Das Essen war sehr fettig und die Kleidung roch danach noch nach Bratfett. Mir war stundenlang danach übel. Selbst die Kinder wollten ihre Pommes nicht essen. 2 Sterne nur weil der Service nett war. McDonald wäre besser und günstiger gewesen…

Hamburger schmecken sehr gut und nette Personal.

Wir waren jetzt 2x dort gewesen und beide male hatten wir den gleichen Top Kellner, der äußerst nett und höflich ist und seinen Job schnell und präzise erledigt. Blaue Augen, gestylte Haare, cool gekleidet. Großes Lob! Schönes Ambiente, Essen hervorragend, wir kommen wieder.

Das Glas sowie Teller waren beide an der Seite angeschlagen. Es war das Mittagsmenü bestellt, es wurde aber kein Heißgetränk angeboten. Also wirklich ein überteuertes Mittagessen was auch noch als „Mittagsangebot“ angeboten wurde.

Waren nun 2 mal dort, beim ersten Mal sehr voll zur Mittagszeit mussten wir lange warten, der Service war genervt und hat das deutlich gezeigt. Getränke erst anch zweimaliger Nachfrage gekommen. Ein Burger kam mit falschem Patty, eine Portion Pommes war so winzig, dass wir nachgefragt haben - bekamen die Antwort, dass das die letzten waren und erst wieder frische zubereitet werden müssten - äh ja, wäre schön. Sollte man so halt ggf. acuh nicht servieren, sondern von selbst drauf kommen. Beim zweiten Besuch waren wir nachmittags da, Servcie mehr als rar, erneut bei der Bestellung was verdaddelt, lange Wartezeiten, die zwei jungen Männer machten einen von den Gästen gelangweilten Eindruck. Beim veganen Dessert war Sahne dabei die auf Nachfrage gar nicht vegan ist... Insgesamt bei 5 Betsellungen also 3 falsch, leider wirklich kein guter Service und lange Wartezeiten.... Schade, wir lassen es jetzt.

Hab im Biergarten 20min auf Bedienung gewartet obwohl der Kellner mich sah und trozdem fragte andere Gäste die nacher kommen.Drinnen an der Bar war auch so unfreundlich und lang gewartet🤮🤮Bin einfach rauss

In diesem Hans im Glück könnt ihr gehen, da ist der Salat Frisch und die Brotlosen Burger wirklich gut. In Konstanz ist das ganz anders, da stimmt die Qualität gar nicht mehr. Weiter so bitte🙏🏻

Nice decoration, fast service and friendly people. The burger was OK, but I was expecting more, judging from the available options and the price (for dinner).

Der Burger war gut wenn auch im falschen Brötchen geliefert. Die Pommes mit der Trüffelmajo waren lecker. Der Service war nett aber rar. Einige Bestellungen liefen falsch. Schade somit ist meine Bewertung knapp unter dem 4 Stern.

Kompliment am Koch in dieser Filiale. Leider sind nicht alle auf diesem Level.
