No problems at all. Would gladly do it again.

I ordered from them and received the food over two hours later, even though the delivery time was stated as 35 minutes. The food arrived completely cold. No one is answering the phone either.

Super friendly service. A great concept, as always. The menu isn't rigidly fixed. You can change the fries or choose different ones for a small extra charge. At other places, such customization is rarely possible. The burger and fries were excellent.

The burgers were incredibly delicious. I had truffle fries with them... absolutely amazing!! Service and atmosphere were a full 5 stars.

There were four of us at the restaurant, we had three burgers and a bowl, and we were very satisfied with the food. The ambiance is extremely nice, and the service was good, too. Unfortunately, the seating is a bit uncomfortable after a while, and you're pretty close to your neighbors at the next table, as there are no backrests on the benches, which is why it only gets four stars.

We had a delicious meal at this Hans im Glück location! The staff were friendly and spoke good English, and the menu was also available in English. There's a wide selection of burgers, which you can customize with toppings. There's also a choice of buns. The menu also includes a variety of salads and desserts, and they serve delicious cocktails (and mocktails). The location has a modern design, creating a cozy atmosphere. It's a great family restaurant and also perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

A huge surprise on my first visit to Hans im Glück. The atmosphere, the food, and Lara's dedication and friendliness were particularly noteworthy. I'll definitely be back!

Unfortunately, it's now so overpriced that I've been avoiding the place – since the coronavirus pandemic, the price has increased by over 50% for smaller portions, which is truly outrageous. And today I even had to wait 1.5 hours for an incorrectly processed order. Update: They've even removed the hot drink from the lunch menu – at the same price, of course. I don't know of any other shop or restaurant that has raised its prices so much for smaller portions in such a short time. We've now paid almost €25 for a burger with fries and a spritzer!!! I used to go there every week, but now I go to max. once every three months.

Can I recommend this place? Not really. Seating inside and outside isn't comfortable. It's probably OK for younger people, but very uncomfortable for older people in the long run, and there are plenty of people who rely on a backrest. Food is overpriced, but the quality is on par with well-known convenience stores, but significantly more expensive. All side dishes cost extra. The service is excellent, friendly, and fast. That might be all well and good for convenience store lovers, but if you're expecting something special and better food than at the chains, you'll be quickly disappointed.

We ordered from Hans im Glück via Uber Eats. After waiting almost two hours for our order, it arrived cold (which was, of course, to be expected after the wait). Despite that, the patty was ice cold and RAW!!! Such a disgusting thing to spend so much money on! And medium doesn't even justify it, because it was simply raw!

Absolute disaster! There was a wasp in the drink, which the waiter removed with the words "Wow!" Furthermore, the entire service was very disinterested and quite annoyed. We won't be back!

Everything was fine, but ordering via the app was a bit chaotic: We were there with friends and wanted to pay separately, but because we were sitting at the same table, the orders were mixed up and sometimes placed twice. Luckily, we were able to sort it out with the waiters.

Unfortunately, the portions are very small, and the salads are a complete waste of money. When I complained, I was simply given a raw bowl of salad instead of the salad I ordered. It's really not okay. I won't be going here again and would recommend everyone else not to go either. The coleslaw tasted musty.

The food is actually good quality, the service is super friendly, and the atmosphere is nice - BUT: even before the last price increase, the value for money was, let's say, exceptional, but now it's no longer acceptable for me: 1 burger, 3 fries, 1 side salad, 1 cocktail, and 1 drink for €54??? The portion size, especially for the salad and fries, is really disappointing. Loaded fries: 31 pieces (I counted the smallest pieces), 7 slices of champignon, some cream, and some arugula leaves for €7.90! A shame; this will be my last visit to Hans im Glück.

Hans im Glück is everywhere and always worth a visit. The ambiance is great, the food is amazing (whether regular, vegetarian, or vegan burgers), and if you want to top it all off, treat yourself to a cocktail or the Grazia Pistazia for dessert.

Whenever I’m in Munich, I get food from this restaurant. The service is good, ambiance is unique and fun and I like the food. I’m pescatarian and dairy-free and the menu has a lot of options for me.

We ordered a classic cheeseburger and a Double Smartes, along with two lemonades — one mango and one grapefruit. Everything was absolutely delicious! The waitress’s service was outstanding — super attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was great. Highly recommended!

A real highlight – thanks to Antonia! I was at Hans im Glück on Thursday morning and not only had a delicious meal, but also one of the best service experiences I've had in a long time! Antonia was simply fantastic – incredibly warm, attentive, prompt, and consistently cheerful. She has a very special way of welcoming guests, and you can immediately tell that she does her job with true passion. Employees like Antonia are worth their weight in gold! While traveling to Munich on business this week, for the Transport Logistics Show, staying nearby i stumbled across this exceptional restaurant, where the beer was cold, the wine superb, the spirits elegant, and the service and decor, of an indoor birch forest, very warm. But what most impacted my customer experience, was the incredible service of Ms. Linh, and Mr. Sawon; two kind profesionals who wanted me to walk away a very satisfied customer. I had lunch this morning at the restaurant Hans im Glück and I was impressed by the service and excellent food they served me, it is truly a nice place, I recommend everyone in the area and newcomers to go and try the dishes of that restaurant located in Arabellapark, believe me you will not be disappointed.

Very good store, good service and food

So a rather particular place, but I must say that you eat very well and drink very well, the cocktails were well made and not watered down. The surprise when my partner and I were talking and they offered us dessert because they had heard it was my partner's birthday, they were really sweet and nice. So if you pass through Monaco go, top experience!!!!

As in all branches, the atmosphere is very nice and clean. The employee was very nice and everything worked well. Unfortunately the food was nothing special. The burger wasn't any better than in any other grocery store. Others can do that much better! If you're just hungry it's okay, if you want a really good burger I would go somewhere else.

Not a very touristy area, more residential. I usually stay here in the Grand Westin, and I come to this area to eat. This place has delicious burgers and similar, very fast and friendly service and I love the QR code payment option on the table for quick departure when you're finished eating. Full marks!

The atmosphere and food are familiar from Hans im Glück. But the service was very good! What I think is nice about the location is that it is in the inner courtyard and so you are not directly on the street and have to be afraid when the children go out.

The vegan/vegetarian selection is always good. The beef burger was also delicious. Unfortunately, the bun and ingredients (steamed onions, mushrooms and bacon) on the burger were cold. Patty, who was actually hot, couldn't compete with that. It was the same with the vegan burger. So unfortunately it's intentional.

Was there yesterday after my doctor's appointment as it was just around the corner. What can I say? It wasn't that busy when I went in. I placed my order quickly. My drink came quickly, but then the restaurant filled up very quickly. A number of people also came to pick up food. They also had to wait forever. When I asked the waitress after 50 minutes where my food was, they said that there were 2 new people in the kitchen and they didn't know everything yet and the one from Lieferando had been waiting forever. Unfortunately I had to take the train home later because I couldn't make it. Ordered the lunch menu. I overheard others being asked if they still wanted the coffee that was part of the menu. She always walked past me. On such days you might have to inform the guests in advance that it may take longer. The burger was good but nothing special. It wasn't worth the price.

I ordered fries and salad. Had to wait 35' longer for food. I took the food with me afterwards, fries were cold and salad was basic and looked unappetizing. What a shame for this price!
