Good quality burger. Good place for meeting friends.

There were two of us and we were very positively surprised. The burgers 🍔 tasted great and were cooked to perfection. The waiting time was about 8-10 minutes. Cozy place, good cocktails 🍸 Staff super friendly Unfortunately I didn't take a photo

After the reopening, it wasn't as good as before because the recipe for the burger sauce was changed a lot - for the worse. Apparently only in this branch, as the other branches (at least the ones I tried) still use the old sauce. Too bad!

Follow them on Instagram! Best burger and the staff is 5 stars! I went on a small holiday trip and I had to visit it twice because the hamburger is so delicious! Not to mention it is on great location near the museums which you can go for a walk after or before eating!

Burger was good, fries a bit bland, service a bit lackluster, surprisingly we were the only guests.

Unfortunately, the vegan Vato Loco Burger is a complete disappointment. Dry, strange patty, disgusting vegan cheese… €14 thrown out the window. Vegan is also great, but unfortunately not here.

The food is amazing, with different delicious vegan options, the staff is very polite and the space so comfortable.

Juicy, home made burger patty. I took the Vato Loco Burger that was delicious. In general, the size of the burger could have been bigger. I also ordered the parmesan trüffel fries: the idea is good, unfortunately the fries were too thin and so during the deep frying it became too hard. I think the base idea of this recipe is good. The quality of the fries needs to be improved. There was no draught beer available.

Burgerhouse Pinakothek is one of my favorites places in Munich! Whenever I’m here it feels like home.. Delicious food , nice people 🫶 George and Mario make me smile every time 🎈

Had a crispy chicken burger which was mostly average. Sadly the quantity was less than average burger too. Not my best experience!

Very tasty and very friendly staff

Beautiful place, quality burgers at very affordable prices, very similar to Italy unlike everything else in the city. Little variety of beer but only because, speaking to the owner (very kind and very nice), the highlight of the place should be the drink list, very varied and full of tasty alternatives. I would recommend creating drinks that go with the sandwiches. We also tried the chips with melted cheese and bacon, a spectacle. If I return to Munich in the future I will definitely stop here.

Ordered wings and two burgers (one without sauce) and got both with sauce and falafel instead of wings 🙄

Decided to order here for dinner. Real disappointment! The burger and fries were cold upon arrival. We each ordered 2 truffles of citizens and there was no trace of truffles in either of them. There was no truffle in the Sweet Potato Parmesan Truffle Fries either. Real scam for the prices. Never again.

Delicious homemade burgers. Unfortunately the fries come from the fridge, homemade would be even better and would go better with it.

We were very satisfied with our order, the burger was very tasty and delicious,fries as well. After we ate, we ordered some cocktails, the cocktails you could tell that were expertly crafted and were beautifully presented which added an extra touch of enjoyment to our experience.The staff was very friendly. We are definitely going back again.

Simply put: the worst burger experience of my life. It is so bad. We ordered a truffle burger and it was overcooked, cold and with no sauce. The sweet potato fries were drenching in oil and for the first time in my life the fries were so burnt and hard that I literally could not eat them. So I decide to give them a chance. Upon asking for a new burger, a guy told us that that's exactly how the burger is. As if I never had this burger before in so many other Burger House places in town. I know it inside out. The guy insisted that the sauce is in pointing at what looked like a wet butter spot inside the bun. This is the definition of a truffle carpaccio according to them. I wanted to laugh. I said are you sure? He said yes and that's when I understood that they really don't care about clients and that they will never see me again. In all the other Burger House places I tried, it was correctly done. I think here the problem is that they just did not have it in store. But the bigger problem is that they just lie to the customers. Regarding the fries, the guy just exchanged them, however, they were not better. Giving those burnt fries should be against the law as they are clearly made with old oil, probably toxic. So I don't know what is up with this place, but people should be aware about the quality of the food presented not being up to standards.

Apparently the restaurant has reopened. We went there for dinner shortly before it closed. The burger and fries were good. However, there were significant hygiene problems. The waiter put a bottle of ketchup at our table. The color of the ketchup should have told us - the ketchup was all over it and was already sour. When we pointed this out to the waiter, he gave us a new bottle of ketchup and put the inedible bottle back with the other ketchup bottles. One can only hope that things get better after the restart!

I dont usually write but this time i had to ! Great place,great music,amazing cocktails and presentation, and amazing lunch time offer 13.99(burger,fries and soft drink). Also the staff was really helpful and always smiling and fluent in english. You have to go !

Very cozy and rustic restaurant. The service was very friendly and the food came extremely quickly. Super good burgers and sweet potato fries. If you're really hungry, you can order a double burger; the single burgers are a bit small.

They delivered quickly, but the burger didn't meet my expectations and stayed in my stomach the whole evening afterwards. The onions used for the onion rings were still raw inside.

Very nice atmosphere. Unfortunately they didn't tell us the recipe for the BBQ sauce, but the ribs with the BBQ sauce were simply a delight 👍. The burger was also very tasty 😋. Rarely have I eaten as good a meal in a burger house as I did here. Price and performance simply great 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍. I will definitely recommend it.

One of the best burgers I had the pleasure to eat. So far this is landing squarely on 2nd place of best burgers in munich right after American burger bar in unterföhring. Burger patty has a really nice almost crispy crust on it while still remaining super juicy and pink in the middle. Sauces on the burger are top notch and the double cheese burger has very good value. Just an all around great burger place!

sehr gutes essen und freundliche bedienung toilette war aber etwas komisch. Die pissoirs waren kapott und man hatte fast kein toilettenpapier aber sonst war alles entspannt.

Die Bedienung war sehr nett, das Bier war auch gut und der Burger war super! Es fing schon damit an, dass ich meinen Burger problemlos medium/rare bestellen konnte und genau so wurde er mir auch serviert. Die Atmosphäre ist entspannt und ungezwungen. Bei meinem nächsten Münchenbesuch werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Nettes und kompetentes Personal. Mittagsmenü war auch wirklich erschwinglich mit 9,50 aber dann kamen halt die 3,50 für ein kleines stilles Wasser oben drauf. Burger war trotzdem sehr lecker und auch die Pommes waren gut. Alles in allem ein guter Burgerladen, der zwar schnell Gerichte liefert, diese aber gute Qualität haben.

I come to Munich for this burger! Literally crave it when I’m not in town. Go for the classic house burger! Staff are friendly and food is perfect.

Ricas hamburguesas. Servicio excelente. La chica que nos ha atendido ha sido muy amable. Local muy limpio y cuidado. Muy recomendable.Hemos comido la hamburguesa single de ternera, y la de pollo crujiente con acompañamiento de patatas fritas y cebolla rebozada.

Great burger. Probably under the top 3 burgers i have eaten so far. Definitely worth a visit. There are small and big burgers, depemding on how hungry you are. Some of them are really big. On the table there is always mayonnaise ans ketchup.

Pricing = awful, very expensive Service = awful, imagine McDonald's but with table service Food = small but if you double up the burger then big enough. Actually pretty good food. So an expensive restaurant with poor service but good food

Kleine burger, unfreundlicher service

The Big West burger is one of the tastiest burgers I've ever eaten. Highly recommend to order this. The Chipotle burger is another winner.

Only popped in to order ans take out food, but nice looking place inside with a bar it seemed. Food was excellent, had the Chorizo burger with chili cheese fries. Can recommend if you're in the area for a bite.

War jetzt nichts besonderes. Der Trüffel Burger hat sich nicht gelohnt, waren zwar Trüffel drauf, die hat man aber leider nicht geschmeckt.

Sorprendentemente fue el lugar donde recibimos la mejor atención en Munich. La comida estaba sabrosa, pero le faltaba algo de sal en general.

Bestelle hier regelmäßig über Lieferando. Das Essen kam bis jetzt jedes mal sehr lecker und warm bei uns an. Sehr nettes Personal, welches auch auf Wünsche eingeht und sich bei Problemen meldet.

Gestern sind wir hier essen gegangen weil wir schon viel gutes gehört haben. Ich hatte einen Cheeseburger (9,99 €) und mein Freund einen Chili Cheese Burger (13,49 €) dazu haben wir uns Bacon cheese fries geteilt (5,49). Die Burger waren vom Geschmack her unfassbar lecker, es war nicht viel drauf aber im Mund ist es explodiert, wirklich richtig lecker auch die Pommes waren super. Jedoch muss man leider ganz klar sagen dass für diese Preise die Portionen viel zu klein sind. Ich bin keine Person die viel auf einmal essen kann aber der Burger war in höchstens 4 bissen weg. Ebenso bei meinem Freund. Dass war leider etwas schade da wir für fast 14 € (nur der Burger) einen etwas größeren Burger erwartet hätten.

Gutes Essen, aber Abzüge in Location und Service. Je nachdem wo man sitzt, ist der Platz sehr beengt. Mit zwei Burgertellern + den Beilagen und Getränken war der Tisch überfüllt und man musste aufpassen, dass nichts über die Kante zu Boden fällt. Ein entspanntes Essen sieht anders aus. Bei der Bestellung von Burgern und Getränken wurde mir gesagt, dass dies und jenes was ich gerne bestellt hätte, nicht da wäre. Kann passieren, ist aber ärgerlich. Noch ärgerlicher ist es dann aber, wenn auch noch das Falsche auf dem Teller landet, obwohl die Bestellung korrekt aufgenommen wurde. Einer meiner drei kleinen Burger war nicht der bestellte. Das Getränk meines Partners entsprach einer kleineren Maßeinheit, als es in der Karte angeboten wurde. Auf die Rechnung mussten wir dann leider auch länger warten und bekamen diese erst nach mehrmaligem nachfragen. Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass das Essen durchweg ordentlich bis gut war. Burger auf den Punkt, Pommes knusprig, Cole Slaw geschmacklich gut. Der Laden machte einen sauberen Eindruck. Schade das der Service an dem Abend so chaotisch war, obwohl sehr wenig los war.

Burgerläden gibt es viele. Und jeder Laden behauptet die "besten" zu haben. Ich hab sie alle gehabt. Mal sind es die Semmelhälften, mal das Fleisch, die Saucen, Toppings oder der Gargrad: an vielen 🍔 ist was auszusetzen. An denen im BurgerHouse nicht. Nie. Perfekte Burger und Fries. Tegi haben sie auch.

The food was good and the Price is fair for American Style Food. However the Service can get better and more organized.

Wir sind einen kumpel besuchen gefahren. 6 stunden autofahrt. Zufällig rein und ich fahre nurnoch für diesen burger nach münchen. Es gibt keinen burger der fluffiger ist und knusprig zugleich Preislich münchen angelehnt aber jeden cent wert. Wer hier nicht war kann nicht sagen dass er burger liebt 10/10 unfassbar gut In unserer Sprache: GEISTESKRANK!!! Einfach Danke
