Very Great Service and GREAT FOOD best burgers I’ve had in all of Regansberg and maybe even Bayern!! Burger is fresh and so good. AESTHETICALLY PLEASING. And VERY KIND RESPECTFUL STAFF Louis especially deserves a raise !!!

Until now, we were basically regular customers, going there at least once a week, and we were always satisfied. Unfortunately, the quality has declined dramatically since the change in management about three months ago. This time, we had a completely normal order of two dinner menus. After waiting for ONE hour, we received a cold burger without the side order, and my wife received a salad without a burger! Obviously, the new guys don't know their restaurant business. A complete disappointment! We complained, of course, but then left. The service isn't to blame; the lady was really trying hard, but when the boss (without gloves) stands in the way in the kitchen and even berates the only cook (with gloves) instead of supporting him, the entire restaurant unfortunately doesn't deserve another star. A real shame!!! A place like this is ruining the entire restaurant industry! Burgerhouse Theresienstr. - Unfortunately, but we WERE regular customers.

Just picked up a large order of four Caesar salads. The salad package was the size of a side dish. Tomatoes and croutons were listed as ingredients on the menu, but weren't actually included. Overall, a very meager salad. Poor value for money.

The lunch menu for €14.90 or €15.90 with sweet potato fries was pretty good! I had the Classic House Veggie, and the vegetable patty was pretty good. I would eat here again. I also liked the Passion Lemon lemonade.

Small and cute burger place right near the university. They have affordable cocktails and vegan burgers too. I really liked the garlic fries. The booths give it a nice vibe to go with a bunch of friends and is a perfect student hangout. There are also bar seatings available. Good service and we could order in English. Will visit again.

The service is friendly, but could be more attentive. They don't break a sweat here. It was closed for a while, but is now part of "Ruff's Burgers." Despite being part of Ruff's, the burgers are heavily influenced by the old "Burger House"; in fact, the menu design and burger ingredients have been adapted to Ruff's.

1st review in 2017: 4 stars. Everything was great. Correction June 2025: 1 star The service employee showed no sympathy. She smoked and texted on her cell phone the entire time inside the restaurant. The order was taken without any advice. She just stood there and waited. Part of the food was forgotten by the kitchen and, after being spoken to, was brought out a little later. Bread is served cold. The sauce for the Classic is house sauce, the burger came with cocktail sauce.

I was in the store today and was very pleased with the quality and the quick service. The waitress was lovely—she helped me a lot, including with tips on places to visit as a tourist in Munich. If I ever return to Munich, I'll definitely come back here. :)

We went at 4:30 p.m. on a weekday. The burger and salad were average. A 0.33l can of Coke cost almost €4, and I can't get used to that. You can also order without a drink. You can't go wrong if you're nearby and don't want to look any further. I can't recommend it.

The woman on the phone doesn't understand a word of German, becomes aggressive, and simply hangs up. When I call again, she answers and puts the phone down. The store is apparently run by idiots (they're constantly standing outside).

A very good Burger Joint. On a Saturday, noon is quiet and with fast serving times. The burgers were well crafted. The tastes were balanced, and igredience seemed well sourced. The option to eat triples / sliders is always welcome. The mayard on the patties was absolutely on point, and the sauces seemed well seasoned and fittingly designed to compose a good mouth feel and taste combined with the other toppings. The sweet potato froes were fresh and on point. Since it was rather empty, I can't say if this is usually the case, though. The only thing I did miss was special sauces like chili mayo to go along. Therefore, ketchup and regular mayo free of charge is sufficient. The ambiance is pretty awesome as well. I like the bar style interior and wooden design have a certain flair - not as mainstreamy as most burger places. All around a good place, I will visit again.

So we ordered, the time was well adhered to as stated with a delivery time of 45 minutes, the delivery person was also very nice and I also paid a tip in advance via Lieferando, etc. The problem was that the wrong thing was delivered. I don't know if it was the Lieferando or the store, but if we order a burger with chicken petty and it comes with normal petty, and then order a burger without cheese, which then comes with cheese, that's pretty trash. There are reasons why you go without cheese. Apart from that, the fries were absolutely soggy and trash. Well, the lil bros aren't that good when it comes to delivery, I have no idea what it's like locally🥀

They falsify claimed that are open by 0:30 am on UberEats, I ordered & waited for an hour, called the restaurant and no one is answering How is it possible that they accepted my order but took ages for them to deliver or respond?

We've tried it twice now and yes, didn't place an 0 8 15 order because one burger was supposed to be vegan and one with a gluten-free bun. Both times we ordered around 11:45, very early in the day, and when we went to pick up the food around 20 minutes later, we were told that there were no vegan patties and no gluten-free buns. I'm wondering if both were ever available at this location?! It won't have been the 50th order that day at this location and if you offer these things and there is no alternative, then you have to remove it from the menu or write it down somewhere 'on request' or 'only if pre-ordered'. But the service is very nice and attentive. The fries are very tasty. Given this uncertainty when ordering, we will no longer order there for pickup.

Unfortunately the opening times stated are not correct. We recently wanted to eat there and found the door closed even though it was supposed to be open... no notice on the website or on the door.

Burgers are good but it's too expensive for a very small portion. The meat is tasty, but the the tomato was tasteless and with a hard part to eat. The truffle burger is too expensive, with the fact that you don't feel the truffle at all, but only some other mushrooms. We won't be coming back…

Amazing vibes: the decor is cute, the toilet has style and lots of stuff for women, the lighting adds to the ambience. The food was great: the burgers were fresh (except the chicken burger - it felt pretty flat), truffle fries were addicting, maybe only the coleslaw did not stand out. The Yuzu mojito was refreshing. The staff were friendly even though it was pretty late. Great prices for so much value: totally worth it, especially for a late night meal.

Service was not great, but also not rude. Staff seemed unmotivated and was not very welcoming. Was nice in the past, but not so much since it was sold. Did not enjoy our visit & won't come again.

I’ve been a loyal Burger House customer for the past 12 years but unfortunately, since the chain was sold, the food doesn’t hold up anymore. The meat patties are now basically smashed, which is a huge downgrade, as one of the main reasons the Burger House remained appealing, was the fact that they served thick, medium-grilled patties. Moreover, it also seems to be less meat per patty than before (the meat itself tastes good tho). However, the most dramatic change, in my opinion, is that they changed the (previously) excellent signature house sauce to something that tastes more like a Big Mac sauce. At this point, the Burger House just tastes like any average burger spot in the city and is, unfortunately, not worth a recommendation anymore. 2 stars for atmosphere, nostalgia and service.

The Best Smashed burger in town. Very good public transportation around, and a very cozy environment to enjoy a to the point real smashed burger. The price and quality were excellent and the staff very friendly and fulfill everyone wishes on the table, with vegan options and gluten free options.

Portion was too small. I think a burger is way overpriced for that price because it doesn't fill you up at all. And the fries are just normal fries like I would have expected from a snack bar. Everything tastes okay. And the staff and service are all great. But me coming here a second time will probably never happen. I didn't find the toilet very clean either.

What happened here? The burger chain was probably sold and now gutted. The last time I was there many years ago, the legend of that time turned into frozen food and an unmotivated atmosphere. The only positive thing to mention is the friendly staff.

After the reopening, it wasn't as good as before because the recipe for the burger sauce was changed a lot - for the worse. Apparently only in this branch, as the other branches (at least the ones I tried) still use the old sauce. Too bad!

Follow them on Instagram! Best burger and the staff is 5 stars! I went on a small holiday trip and I had to visit it twice because the hamburger is so delicious! Not to mention it is on great location near the museums which you can go for a walk after or before eating!
