Beef Crew in München

The first time I visited the Beef Crew it was a great experience. Good quality of burgers price and service So recommend!

I recently visited this burger restaurant and had the "Cheese Explosion" burger, a lemonade and the onion rings. The lemonade was very good. The onion rings were good. But the burger disappointed me. The patty and bun seemed a bit too dry for me. I find this a bit inappropriate in a burger restaurant for the price.

Very friendly service, the menu is very varied - there is something for every taste... very good burgers at a reasonable price. The restaurant itself is also very cozy...

Nice little shop, the waiter was a bit... confused... but friendly. Food was good (even if ingredients were missing or special requests were misunderstood).

There were three of us there (mom, dad, son) and we ate three different burgers. All three of the burgers were top 👍 and my husbands are really critical when it comes to eating burgers. Absolutely good price/performance ratio. We can recommend it with a clear conscience!

Waiter was unprofessional and treated us like fools when we discuss food requirements with him We order burger and steak. For the burger, we asked to have it without onions! Yet it came with onion. Upon inquiring, the waiter response was: “this is not onion, it is caramelized onion”’!!!!! We also asked that the meat to be well done, but received our steak medium cooked with blood coming out of it. Also his response surprised us by saying: “ you asked for the burger to be well done not for the steak” !!! Let us agree that it is our mistake not to specify how we want our steak cooked, shouldn’t he ask about the level of cooking? To add to the negative experience, when we entered, we had an eye contact with him and waited to be seated, which never happened and instead, his colleague behind the bar told us it is ok you can go to the table.

Classy shop. Still, the price is ok. Tastes good. As expected. We were also taken care of when the eight of us arrived without registering

One star deducted for the service because our order was a bit mixed up, but one star added again because I got my real burger in what felt like a minute. El Toro was perfectly medium, juicy, pleasant jalapeño spiciness and the bun just smelled really good. Overall, a burger that I would order again at any time! And crew beer made the meal perfect

I had dinner on my own and met a nice lady who was also eating alone. We both have burger. Mine was with jalapenjos (that spicey ones) and it was great with jalapeno-cheese pommes (I love it spicy). It is 2 meat high so you can't really take a bite of it (in your mouth, with everything) and that was akward a bit. You must eat with fork and knife! Let that be our biggest problem! :D

Burger bread was very dry and not fresh. The fries were charred. The avocado dip tasted like old avocados.

Women's bathroom is the dirtiest I've seen

A very average Cheesburger, weakly seasoned meat, dry pastry... expected much more. Service at the level.

Very small burgers. Bigger, more expensive burger is hardly different from normal burger 🍔. Service was ok, but not overly friendly. It was probably because of the time, but there really wasn't anything going on and the atmosphere wasn't welcoming. Still 3 stars 🌟🌟🌟

Beautiful venue, caring staff, delicious food. The vegan burger was made with green lentils and it fell apart while eating it. It wasn't bad, but they did their best.

It was a great dining experience for a burger place. Mixed of burgers, salads, and steaks. They do the best lemonades... the strawberry is to die for. Would highly recommend forbthe drinks.

We like to come to the Beef Crew burger restaurant for lunch because we work nearby. The lunch menu for €12 including a drink and fries is very reasonably priced. The burgers taste very good and have never disappointed me. The employees are always friendly and ensure a pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant is often very busy in the evenings, which speaks for the quality of the burgers.

A nice place to eat an hamburger

We ordered food via UberEats, we waited for 2 hours. The restaurant itself can't do anything about it, but for full customer satisfaction you might want to change provider. When we asked what to do now that our food arrived cold, we were not offered any help. After 2 hours the food was of course cold, then came the surprise: our truffle fries were missing. Called again, then we were brazenly told that the Uber driver had probably stolen it. I haven't experienced so much stupidity and unfriendliness in a long time. If Uber "steals food more often" then maybe it's time to change provider! Not recommended!

Disappointing service // cracked plates // very small tables

American tourist here… the menu says Nebraska Steaks and I believe it! The Tenderloin was one of the best I have ever had. Their “Master Cut” converts to 8.5oz on the menu but it was more like a 12oz filet! Cooked perfect and tasted just like home. Finished with a wonderful peppercorn topping and highly recommend the “port wine sauce” on the side! Kids has burgers and they were also some of the best we have had! Top notch burger/steak joint! Highly recommend.

If it's thin then don't bother, just skip it After 70 mins food arrives BF: U wanna try a bite? Me: chomp...num num num...do u realise that you have been eating brinjal (he hates eggplants ) BF (screams): be fast and pass the burger back to me 5 minutes of chomp chomp num num Me: well don't finish it. I also want some bites BF: Here take a bite Me: almost finishes it and gave it back Also Me: whaaaat u finished it?!?!?! BF: Well you passed me back just about a bite ...both starts concentrating on fries... BF: sorry the fries don't look like the foto...they are thin ones Me: nom nom nom...they have changed the game with fresh Guacamole, fresh cream and chopped tomatoes mmmmmmhhhh BF: the tomatoes are unprocessed...it should be catch up Me: that's the whole game changer for me. It tastes so fresh BF(he is german): don't you think the Guacamole could've been spicier? Me (m indian): Don't u dare criticising when you get it with fries!...drooolsss...nom nom BF (when about 30% of the fries are left): i will stop. I know you are a slow eater Me: you should have thought about it while the burger was still here BF: pff u don't even like burgers, you ordered fries Me: how could've I know that it would taste so great. The burgers are supposedly all medium, but come out dry and very well done. Then there is far too much pepper on the burger, so that you almost can't eat it or like it. Except for the pepper, the burger has no taste. I ordered extra medium and returned my burger, which was done, dry and too peppery. The second was just a touch more pink, but still dry and again not medium. The fries that we ordered with the burger came after the burger had been eaten. They were good but just very bad timing. In total, we waited about 50 minutes for two cheeseburgers during normal operation. The fries an hour. When I complained about my burger I was allowed to hear that it was medium, even though it was clearly visible. Overall, the store doesn't seem to care much about the customer and their satisfaction. After the second burger wasn't good again, we were allowed to pay for everything. The waiter really wasn't very friendly either. All in all an hour and a half of barely eating and poor service. Don't recommend. We won't be coming back.

We felt a little hungry during a walk along the Isar. Attracted by the large-format menu displayed outside, we ordered a burger “to go”. Each of the three of us could confirm that we hadn't eaten such a delicious burger in a long time. A repeat visit is sure!!!! Thanks Beef Crew

One of the best burgers in Munich! Absolutely worth trying. After discovering it through Lieferando, I wanted to try the place. The burger is excellent, juicy and tasty, with a balanced combination with the other ingredients. The place has an urban design and an exposed grill, so you can see the chef while he prepares the sandwiches. The service wasn't the best! The waiter was quite rude and did not make us feel comfortable.

The bacon beef burger was super tasty, but we liked the beef tartare even better, freshly prepared, delicious meat, with quail egg, capers and truffle mayo.

Cool burger shop with great quality, good homemade rolls and nice service, directly opposite the Müllersche Volksbad.

Tasty burger with enough variants to make us indecisive. They also provide 2 different sizes. I took the small portion of 130gr, while the kids had the 200gr. They also have the bunless option which served beautifully with garden salad. Very convenient for people with low carb diet. The drinks options are also vast. But although the meat is halal, they also served alcoholic drinks. The place is nicely decorated, giving a modern n chic vibes. Pricing is normal for this kind of food and service. With drinks, we spent around 15-20euros per person.

Yesterday the two of us spontaneously went to "Beef Crew" to have a little lunch. We got a place straight away. The waitress was friendly and took our order quickly. The burger and beef fries we ordered came quickly and were both very tasty. Would love to come back VG Tim

Fast and kind service. The menu is totally clear in ideas and very unique. I took the burger with chicken fillet and it was amazing! The place is in distance walking from the metro. I totally recommend this place and hope I can eat again there while we are in Munich.

Very nice atmosphere, the prices are OK and the service was very good. The best thing for me is that almost everything is halal, except bacon but they also have halal bacon (pastrami). I had the pulled beef burger, nice and tender and juicy and tasted good, but I was still missing something in terms of meat taste. (Maybe more spices???). All in all very recommendable.

It's been a while since I left a restaurant with a vile feeling of having been to the Soviet Union - but Beefcrew in Munich managed.

At least it's the nicest burger. There is still a lack of coordination, but the burgers and fries have the potential to be among the best. The store itself is really cool. What was really bad was the service, even for Munich standards.

Went here before the concert and were very happy with the food and ambience. The burgers were really made with love. Gladly again!

I recently went to the Beef Crew burger joint and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. First I would like to point out that the service staff was very helpful and friendly. Service aside, the quality of the burgers wasn't particularly impressive. They were average and nothing special. For the price they charge, I definitely expected more. There was nothing that set this burger joint apart from others in the area. Overall, my visit to the Beef Crew burger joint was disappointing, mainly due to the average quality of the burgers. You didn't convince us at all in terms of taste.

Even though the friend who accompanied me is not vegan or vegetarian, we tried the two vegan burgers on offer. The burger with falafel and hummus was okay. The burger with the lentil patty was tasty, but unfortunately the patty flew out of the bun in all directions after the first bite. The fries were ok. The store is decorated quite nicely with different tiles and the service was good.

The Aperol Spritz was barely edible, and the dips for the fries weren't good and had no taste.

Dips = watery, Aperol = watery, meat not cooked through although specifically requested. Like every hipster burger joint, extremely expensive and poor quality.

The food was good and the service was great! What more can you ask. I had a Cheese explosion and it was pretty good. The nacho cheese condiment was especially good. Would've appreciated if there was some mayo or some sauce in it but still pretty good. The fries were great and the pink lemonade was just awesome.

Amazing experience. The burger was delicious, and the portion size was comprehensive. The ambience was soothing as well. This is a halal place with many options.

There was a snail on a burger. We pointed this out to the waiter in a really friendly way. Waiter turns around, removes snail and puts the burger back down. Not once an apology. Everything was completely accounted for - no schnapps on the house, nothing. Really very clumsy.

Good burgers with interesting ingredients and many creations. Only the meat was a bit dry. The smell from the grill wafts into the store, but it's not good for sensitive noses.

Also das Fleisch war eklig, geschmacklos, und nicht durch. Für den Preis als Schüler ist es echt Respektlos man sollte mal echte Profis hinschicken die das probieren.

The burger is surprisingly nice with the price. I like the combinations and the beef patty. We were not asked about how the steak should be done though. The service was a little bit chaotic.

Mediocre, overpriced burgers, dishonest restaurant, horrible experience. Food: burgers with little taste. Experience: Charged for item I did not order. Server/owner threatened to call the police when I balked. Did not want to wait for the police and so paid the overcharge for peace of mind. Pick your battles. Highly recommend against this restaurant. Background: Visited looking for a good experience, and a good lunch. Ordered the business lunch. It includes a beverage. They brought me the wrong beverage and I pointed this out to server. I asked if it was also included in the business lunch as the substitute was fine for me (water 0.5l instead of water 0.3l). I checked in both English and German, and in both languages they told me yes the beverage is also included in the business lunch. Then the bill came. Food was disappointing. Service terrible. I was threatened by a rude, abrupt and aggressive server/owner (claimed he was the owner), raising his voice at me. Other reviews allude to this. Said I would document my experience in reviews, and asked for his name. Refused to give me his name. Said his name was "Beef Crew." Server/owner lied directly to me and claimed I ordered a second beverage with him and with his colleague. So ridiculous. Service was very slow with a mostly empty restaurant. When I ordered, I asked for toppings on the side. The server/owner told me, straight out and rudely, no. I said, please check if the kitchen can do that. He then reluctantly agreed. Maybe this got him angry, and he decided to take revenge. Pure speculation. I saw my food sitting prepared on the counter for 10 minutes. The owner/server ignored my attempts to alert him. A second employee arrived from outside and he eventually brought me my food. Bottom line: mediocre, food, dishonest restaurant. Overcharged me, highly unpleasant experience. Also poor hygiene, the caddy which was supposed to contain the condiments was filthy and the condiments were missing. By the time caught the server/owner’s attention for the condiments, I was almost finished with my lunch. Another table was kind enough to offer me theirs. Other reviews also complain about all of these issues, including hygiene, yelling, rudeness, overcharging. A very unpleasant experience. The server refused to give me his name, told me his name was "beef crew." I got name of the owner off the website as well as an email address and I will also sent to them in the hope that I get an apology. I don't like the unpleasant experience that I had, nor writing negative reviews such as this. I will give them a chance to remedy to the situation, but I am not hopeful…

The burger I ate was very good and tasty in terms of quality and taste! The ingredients were very fresh, which was especially noticeable in the salad. Price-performance ratio is also good. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the side dishes as I only ate a burger. (1 burger and 1 drink) The ambience also suits this restaurant very well.

Wir waren heute zum Abendessen als Schülergruppe in Lokal und das Erlebnis war einfach nur überragend. Die Getränke kamen sofort, nachdem uns ein Kellner sehr freundlich bedient hat. Das Essen kam ebenfalls Recht schnell und war super lecker!! Wir hatten einen super Abend für nicht Mal 25€ pro Person. Die Preis Leistung ist einfach nur atemberaubend. Ein super Lokal und nur zum weiterempfehlen

Gute Burger, direkt vor den Augen gegrillt. Leider hat dadurch auch die Kleidung danach nach "barbeque" gerochen :-(

Ich hatte den veganen Rindermärchen Burger und die Fritten plus eine Apfelschorle. Die Apfelschorle war lecker und die Fritten gut, aber nicht überragend. Solide. Der Burger war ganz lecker, nur das Patty war zu groß und hat sich zwischenzeitlich angefühlt als würde man Humus essen. Aber die Soßen waren lecker und es wirkte mit der Zwiebel frisch. Ganz schönes Ambiente nur die Tische stehen etwas eng aneinander, dass dies etwas ungemütlich wirken kann. Gemütliche Sitze, nur am Tisch ist man irgendwie ein wenig weit weg. Aber sonst ein hübscher Laden!

Der Burger War sehr lecker und in der 200gr. Fleisch Variante auch recht groß und sättigend. Die Pommes waren knusprig und es gibt eine große Auswahl an Burgern und Pommesvarianten. Preislich ist der Laden gut (~20-25€) wenn man Pommes mit Extras dazu nimmt, mit normalen Pommes ist.man günstiger dran. Leider haben wir unsere Getränke nicht bekommen und der Kellner hat dies auch nicht bemerkt. Bei der Hälfte des Essens haben wir nach unseren Getränken gefragt und erst dann kamen diese. Es kam keine Entschuldigung oder dergleichen, lediglich ein "oh ihr hattet ja auch Getränke bestellt, bringe ich gleich"

After experiencing a very Munich burger with Leberkäse & sweet mustard, I'm now anxious to go back and try a straight up hamburger so I can experience the unadorned glory of that beef patty! Fantastic quality all around, from the burgers to the sweet potato fries. Munich beers & a bar with plenty of good stuff both local & imported. I can't speak for the milkshakes, but they look good! One star subtracted for service as I was waiting quite a while with an empty glass despite being a pretty slow evening. Very friendly & professional, just not super attentive. Overall a fantastic experience. I'll be back again for a hamburger & a shake!

Waren an einem Sonntag Abend zu viert da und alle miteinander sehr von Essen und Service angetan. Die Burger sind wirklich originell zusammengestellt und sehr lecker. Fries / Frittes waren auch lecker und die Getränke insb. die selbstgemachten Limonaden sind eine gute Empfehlung. Eine gute Wahl!

Der Burger war eiskalt und das Fleisch völlig ungewürzt. Das war nichts sorry. Für 8€ überteuert ,da auch noch sehr klein. Die Pommes für 4,50 extra waren ok aber zu wenig für das Geld.
