The ingredient combinations are special but very successful. The service is nice and the restaurant is well maintained.

After 20 minutes we took the liberty of making our presence known with finger signals. The waiter came. When ordering, he doesn't let anyone interfere, he really wants to work through his order points. When asked if he left out the tomatoes, he said: I have to add them again. Despite the unfriendly manner, he got a tip of just under over 10%. Not even a thank you from him.

So a dry mini burger for €13.90 is really a disgrace. Don't understand all the good reviews. The burger is worth a maximum of €3. Even McDonalds is better

I have never been more dissatisfied with service and drinks! Waiters absolutely incompetent, obviously overwhelmed and unfriendly. Ambience ok, even though we reserved a table outside with 20 people two weeks ago. We were assured that we would be allowed to sit outside, but that was not the case. General conclusion: never again!

Great place, in the middle of Wedekind Platz with very friendly and friendly service. The hamburgers are legendary here. The fries with truffles too! ... 😋

The food was sensational. The Sicilian is a good combination of a hearty burger with a sweet note. I also ate the best truffle fries here. In addition, the food came very quickly and the employees are super accommodating and friendly. The atmosphere is very modern and really nicely decorated. A 10/10.

If you would like to eat special burgers, this is the place for you! I had the Sicilian and it was super tasty. The truffle mayo with the fries also does what it promises. I think price performance is okay. All in all, highly recommended :)

Even though there were no customers yet, it took almost 40 minutes for the food to arrive. When the food came, the waitress dropped a chip on my pants and didn't apologize. In addition, my companion's food was burnt on the edges. It was seen that attempts were made to remove the black spots. Since we didn't have time to complain, we unfortunately had to accept it. You shouldn't let something like that leave the kitchen.

First, food was solid-nothing special but good. Service was poor. We waited 10 minutes after seating before anyone came to our table (and we were right by the entrance/host stand). It wasn’t until I said, “I’ll go get us menus”, did a server toss over her shoulder, “I’ll bring you one”. Husband went to the restroom and said there was no soap, no soap dispensers, no evidence there ever were any type of soap options!😥 It really turned us off & we had to convince ourselves none of the male workers ever used the restroom and/or there was a sink in the kitchen. Prices were a tad high for the amount/quality of food you get.

We always enjoyed going to the Hamburgerei and it's a real shame how much that has diminished. A few months ago there were still cocktails and salads - all canceled. More and more McDonald's style for more money - a shame.

It's no secret that things are a little more expensive in Munich. But for a burger with a mason jar full of sweet potato sticks for just under 23 euros and then the burger is the size of a Big Mac is already audacious. You get more for your money elsewhere.

Great burger concept with different burger variations and many different homemade sauces and chutneys. You can also choose with halloumi or vegetable patty or even without bread (then with a side salad). Both the regular fries and the sweet potato fries were super crispy and deliciously seasoned. The food came to the table incredibly quickly and hot, and the service was very charming and courteous. We were here with the family and the Picky Eaters also raved and were absolutely full. Would come back at any time (but unfortunately don't live in Munich/Bavaria).

I had to wait forever for the order. Prices have now increased, the selection has been reduced, the burger is more expensive and the taste is a disappointment. I felt more comfortable in Hamburgerei Two, the service there is much better. I'm disappointed. No recommendation!

We were in Munich at the Hamburgerei. The burgers were really delicious and there were also unusual burgers, not just the usual ones. I had the burger, the Persian, with a sweet chili-peanut-ginger-cilantro chutney, hummus, cucumber yogurt, caramelized onions, parsley, lettuce mix, a beef + extra grilled cheese patty, and a bun of my choice. When I spotted this burger on the menu I thought what a combo. 😊 But I was tempted by the chutney on the burger and I wasn't disappointed. It was really a really tasty combination and I think it will become my favorite burger in Munich. 🍔😊 My husband had the burger, the Argentinian one, which was also really tasty. We were completely satisfied as the service was also very friendly and attentive. A visit to the Munich Hamburgerei is definitely worth it.

Pretty pleasantly decorated restaurant with an interesting selection of burgers, including breadless ones. However, the staff significantly spoiled the experience - some of our orders were entered incorrectly, others were entered correctly but still not delivered. Any (polite) questions are taken as an insult and you can only expect meaningless comments, but no apology, let alone any improvement. And the quality of the food also leaves a lot to be desired - a medium burger can randomly be anything between almost raw and shoe sole.

The restaurant with the best burgers in Munich. Very great selection of different burgers with specific ingredients. The location is very central and there are always free spaces even though it is always full.

Overpriced and average. Drinks/beer are now served in 0.4L. This corresponds to a liter price of over €12.00 A portion of fries is served in a jam jar. Charging €5 for this is very ambitious.

The four of us visited the Hamburgerei last night. Since it was already quite cool, we asked for a table inside. We were offered the table right next to the open door. When we asked if we could have a table further away from the door, the blonde employee at the bar explained to us that it would be too much effort since they had the two small ones I have to push the tables together first. Therefore only one table would be possible. We accepted that for now. The employee in question then continued to polish her cutlery loudly at the bar counter, which didn't necessarily improve the atmosphere. After we realized that the table was really too cold for us and there was a strong draft, we asked our waitress if we could move us. She was super friendly and immediately said that of course it wouldn't be a problem. As we wanted to make our way to the table with the waitress, the employee at the bar intervened again and asked why we wanted to go to the other table. She had already said that wouldn't work. We then pointed out again that the table by the door was too cold for us. When she then loudly commented in a completely unfriendly manner, “Ah, it must be the table now,” we decided to leave the hamburger shop. I felt sorry for the very friendly other waitress, but treating customers like that from the employee at the bar is simply incomprehensible. We then went to the golden rocket and had a great evening with very friendly service.

Ordered the Mexican Burger and some drinks. Was super delicious and well worth it with a reasonable delivery time. The place is in a very cozy setting with warm ambient lighting inside, and seats outside. Waiters are polite and can speak English, the menu is also in English with many options and customizations.

Was on vacation in Germany with friends, ended up randomly at this place and was the best time ever.

Delicious burgers in a nice atmosphere

At first I wanted to go somewhere else because there were no gluten-free rolls. But that's the only thing that could be improved. However, there is also the option to order without rolls. But also delicious without the bun. The meat was juicy and the sweet potato fries Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It was definitely worth it and you'll definitely get full for a very good price. If I come here again, I'll definitely stop by again. The title of most popular burger in the city is definitely deserved.

We were on the terrace waiting for more than 20 minutes, after having asked to pay. We decided to go inside to pay, and the guy at the bar became cocky and unbearable, claiming that the copper service is outside. A very unpleasant person

I am absolutely thrilled! The vegan burger was incredibly tasty and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of vegan options on the menu. But the highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the warm service from Lena, our waitress. Not only was she professional, but she was also exceptionally loving towards the children. My family immediately felt comfortable and valued. An all around fantastic experience that I would highly recommend to everyone!

I ordered a children's menu called "I don't know" and then only a piece of meat came without bread. When we asked why, the waitress said she was also the boss and we got what we ordered. Then she tried to charge us extra for bread. She even spoke very very rudely. Never again!

The little (brunette) waitress is terrible, doesn't bring what you ordered and then argues with the customers without even saying "sorry". As an influencer I will complain about her and this store everywhere, it's really NO-GO. Food is also small and expensive, Ruff's Burger opposite is definitely a much better option.

Unfortunately we didn’t get to try the food as the waitress was extremely and unbelievably impolite and the service was very poor. Our food was served cold and late (the waitress being busy chatting with her friend who was visiting) and as we expressed our unhappiness about the cold food the waitress treated us extremely impolite, took away our food and forced us to leave the restaurant. I have never experienced such an impolite behaviour in a restaurant. It was a horrible experience and I hope no one has to go through a similar situation.

We ate at the Hamburgerei last week. The citizens (Mexicans and Argentinians) were delicious. There is a nice atmosphere in the store. The service was also very good. The waitress (Lena) was very attentive, served us excellently and was very friendly. Finally a waitress in the restaurant who shows that she enjoys her job. Accordingly, the large tip was well deserved. Would love to come back.

Na ja. Also die Fotos die hier von den Burgern schon gepostet wurden, können wir nach unserem Besuch heute Abend nicht bestätigen. Liegt's an der Mehrwertsteuererhöhung oder war der Koch schlecht drauf? Burger nur halb so groß (von der Höhe) wie auf den Fotos hier. Geschmacklich war der Burger (Perser) okay. Die Frittten waren sehr gut, aber Portion auch eher klein. Preis-, Leistungsverhältinis nicht okay. Für das was geboten wird zu teuer. Da bekommt man bei Hans....... mehr für sein Geld. Die männliche Bedienung sollte mal in der Speisekarte geschult werden, damit er auch auf Fragen der Gäste die richtige Antwort geben kann. Dafür war die weibliche Bedienung (Alina) sehr kompetent, freundlich und auf zack. Bei der Auswahl an Burgerläden in München wird das wohl der erste und letzte Besuch gewesen sein. Schade
