Bad service. Very, very slowly.

Food was great today after we stopped going to this chain a few years ago because the quality had really declined back then Schlemmerblock worked well too!

It was better, staff has too much to do.

A "Hans im Glück" (lucky place) with a lovely ambiance. Our service was excellent, very polite, and attentive. There were six of us with a voucher book – no problem! The last meal took a bit longer, as the others were already finishing their meal. The food was delicious, as always. The BBQ cauliflower wings were a tasty alternative, but a bit small for the price.

We had the lunch menu and were very satisfied with everything. Above all, we didn't have to wait long for our food, and the atmosphere was very friendly. We would be happy to come back.

Had dinner there last night, had salad (hardly any dressing) and truffle fries. The portions have shrunk significantly compared to before. Unfortunately, shortly afterwards I got an incredible stomach ache and then also vomited and had diarrhea. The mushrooms or the dressing were probably not good... Unfortunately, the toilets were incredibly disgusting, with an intense smell of urine... So we didn't have a good experience the first time. Very unfortunate

No telling anything about the food or the ambience, but service was stupid. We call to reserve a table. We were told to just come. This meant that we assumed that it wouldn't be that full and that we would get a table almost immediately. When we arrived we were told that there were no tables left. A colleague at the bar then said we were welcome to order drinks... Then we left

Unfortunately you can no longer order there. Last time I got plastic in my salad. Very annoying... The quality of the salad was also to be criticized; it was no longer fresh. Too bad.

Restaurants seem to have inconsistent rules for accepting food coupons. 1st time: I used the Neotaste app, and the waitress accepted 2 coupons. 2nd time: Same app, but the waitress allowed only 1 coupon. 3rd time: The staff said I could use either the app or a coupon, not both. It all depends on their mood.

A burger is just a burger, but it's absolutely ok :-) The price-performance ratio is also good.

Overall pleasant experience - Burger non-remarkable, fries tasty, service and atmosphere are very nice. Cocktails look appealing, but not tried. I find the menu confusing, but that may just be my feeble ageing mind.. Been here numerous times and always left satisfied, yet not quite worth raving about.

The usual Hans im Glück standard. Food and drinks were fresh and tasty. The waitress was nice but for some reason she didn't like clearing up. Above all, our drinks from the first round were still there when we left.

We were the only guests from 8:30 p.m. Our impression was that the music was continually turned up louder. The box was directly above our table and in the end we barely understood each other and left. I leave it to be seen whether that was intentional. What was also negative was the fact that after 9 p.m. all guests who wanted something to eat were sent away. According to Google, the store closed at 10 p.m. that day. Furthermore, the door was constantly open, including the curtain, and it was cold. When we closed it independently, it was reopened. The food was tasty as usual, but the fries were bland and not fresh.

Little time to spend a lot of money. Sunday only until 9:00 p.m. Warm food, guests will be turned away. We were still sitting, but the music became so loud in the otherwise almost empty restaurant that it was no longer possible to have a conversation with the people opposite. We paid €160 for four people with a menu and two drinks. But two drinks were necessary because, for example, the potato chips were covered in a breading of salt and pepper. Old trick, but what do you want to do... The waitresses were friendly and quick, they probably wanted to go home in the early evening...

I just got fries to go with my daughter. We waited 20 minutes. The fries were completely burnt. The operation was unfriendly, poor service.

Burger was fine. Meat was average. Brioche bun was tasty. Bacon was undercooked and had a rubbery texture.

Were there with business customers. Service was subpar, drinks were forgotten 3 times. The food was served three times by six people in 5-minute intervals!

A typical franchise burger chain that is just as simply decorated as all the others. The food is okay but nothing special. The prices are a bit more expensive and therefore not appropriate. The service is snappy. If you fancy a burger, there are numerous alternatives with a much better selection and quality. Evil tongues claim that “Hans im Glück” is a “slightly better McDonalds”.

The idea is good. Different buns and different patties. The garlic fries were really tasty.

Schönes Ambiente, gutes Essen. Zwei Kritikpunkte: - Die Sitzmöglichkeiten der Tische im Barbereich sind zu beengt! Ich würde mich als normalgewichtig bezeichnen und hatte Probleme da reinzukommen. - Die Cocktails haben deutlich zu viele Eiswürfel. Einsparpotential hin oder her aber das ist zuviel des guten.

Über aus freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Gehen auf Wünsche ein und erfüllen diese auch zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Insider wurde auch einer geteilt und zwar dass diese Filiale die aller erst uberhaupt war, diese Information hat unseren Aufhalten noch etwas mehr besonders gemacht. Würde es weiter empfehlen vor allem für Familie sehr geeignet.

Hans im Glück-Burger geht immer und ist immer legga. Tolle Auswahl, guter Preis.

Sind sehr spontan dort hin gekommen aber wurden gleich super empfangen, sehr nettes Personal. Essen war auch super lecker, vorallem der Freudentaumel Cocktail war sehr schmackhaft. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen, auch ein super Ambiente mit den Birken. :)

Burgers very small, I went there about 1 year ago and it was so much better. 12 euros for a burger that was not even 100 grams. The beer had no foam, which means it was not pinned properly. When I asked for another one, I guess they just added some more foam on the one I sent back. In the city of the beer I would expect more than that. The waitress was then nice when I talked to her about it. My friend and I called to reserve a table for two, when we arrived we asked if we could sit on a table next to the window and they told us that table was for 6 people, so we moved. After 20 minutes two guys came and had dinner at that very same table "for six". My hamburger was pretty good, my friend's was accettable but nothing special. The problem were the portions. The meat was good but I could barely feel it because it was so little. 12 dollars just for the hamburger, no french fries included. It's like the more they became famous and appreciated, the more they stopped caring about the quality. I hope they will get back to the way they were, the one that made people love that place. Until then for me it is an experience not to be repeaed, there are better places.

Wir haben hier sehr gut gegessen, wie man es vom Hans im Glück gewohnt ist :) Der Service war super, das Essen kam schnell und die Mitarbeiter sind aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Hier fühlt man sich wohl! Und dann schmeckt es auch doppelt gut :)
