Medium rare can be felt from the outside of a steak; it feels like the junction between the index finger and thumb. A raw steak, on the other hand, is very soft when tasted and very chewy in the guest's mouth. Apparently the good reviews are from the old owner, even if the service is very good, the food has to be good when you go out to eat.

I ordered two burgers from here or had them delivered. I've never had such bad burgers as here. I don't know what happened, but the burger buns were definitely from the day before, the chicken was dry as hell and the other burger wasn't fresh anymore.
