Es ist tatsächlich die beste Hamburger 🍔 in Hamburg. Einfach guten frische Zutaten und nicht pompös.

Personal sehr sehr freundlich. Das Essen für den Preis sehr sehr lecker. Man kann nichts falsch machen 👍🏼

Absolute Frechheit und mit Abstand eine der schlechtesten Bestellungen, die ich je erhalten habe. Der „Cheeseburger“ kam ohne oberes Brötchen an. Kaum Soße, lieblos zusammengeworfen und geschmacklich eine Katastrophe. Das Fleisch wirkte wie die billigste Tiefkühlware, die man finden kann. Von einem vernünftigen Burger war das meilenweit entfernt. Es war einfach ein Mikrowellenburger Die Chicken Crossies waren steinhart und trocken, die Mozzarella Sticks komplett verbrannt. Als Beilage lagen ein paar traurige Chips dabei, die eher aussahen, als hätte man die Reste aus einer Tüte zusammengekratzt. Das Schlimmste daran: Für diesen ungenießbaren Müll habe ich fast 30 € bezahlt. Dazu kam eine Lieferzeit von 1 Stunde und 15 Minuten. Selten habe ich mich bei einer Essensbestellung so abgezockt gefühlt. Das Essen war qualitativ unterirdisch und größtenteils nicht genießbar. Wer Wert auf sein Geld und ein ordentliches Essen legt, sollte hier einen großen Bogen machen. 1 Stern ist noch zu viel.

Ich hatte einen Burger mit Pommes, alles war gut, lecker und ausreichend. Die Bedienung war sehr hilfsbereit beim Parken.

Wir waren in der Burger Lounge Wandsbek in Hamburg und sind absolut begeistert! 🍔⭐ Das Personal war super freundlich, aufmerksam und total herzlich – man hat sich direkt willkommen gefühlt. Trotz gutem Betrieb gab es keinerlei Wartezeiten, was heutzutage wirklich selten ist. Besonders toll fanden wir die Kinderfreundlichkeit. Auf Familien wird hier wirklich Rücksicht genommen und auch die Kleinen fühlen sich wohl. Und das Essen? Einfach richtig lecker! Frische Zutaten, saftige Burger und alles perfekt zubereitet. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können die Burger Lounge Wandsbek nur weiterempfehlen! 😊

Es wird mit 20-40 Minuten Lieferzeit geworben, nach 55 Minuten angerufen angeblich soll der Fahrer in ein paar Minuten da sein. Mach 30 Minuten wieder angerufen, nach 5 Minuten am Telefon hies der Fahrer hat eine Platten Reifen. Es würde noch am neu gemacht werden… niemals wieder Burger Lounge. Sollen andere über 1,5 Stunden auf einen Burger warten

Wir waren mit der Familie dort essen gewesen uns hat das Essen leider nicht geschmekt die Kinder haben sich alle übergeben nie wieder gehen wir da essen.

Super nett Bedingung. Bürger sind lecker und das Ambiente ist amerikanisch. Sehr cool.

Das Bier war warm. Es gab keine Auswahl an Biersorten. Der Service war auch nicht besonders gut. Der Burger war okay.

Freundliche Bedienung, leckeres Essen und ein origineller laden. Eins meiner lieblingsrestaurants.

Richtig geiles Ambiente kann ich nur endfehlen allerdings hat der laden seit der Renovierung ein wenig scharm verloren aber das essen ist noch das selbe, auch preisleistung stimmt überein.

ACHTUNG !!! Ich habe am Montag den 27.04.2026 zwischen 23:15 Uhr und 23:30 Uhr Essen bestellt (kurz vor Feierabend) mir wurde in meinem Bürger rein gespuckt bitte nicht dort essen entweder war es der Koch oder ein Fahrer nur 2 Personen waren von den Mitarbeitern anwesend!

i would like to thank gokhan canbay for the information that the staff are spitting in peoples food - this will be reported world wide - the owner might not be aware of this situation - the German municipality will be alerted as soon as possible - i hope this store shuts down asap! - I want to raise a concern regarding hygiene practices at this store, which has been brought to my attention. This matter should be properly reviewed by the relevant food safety authorities, and I will be submitting a formal report so it can be investigated. I also hope management takes any such concerns seriously and ensures strict hygiene standards are maintained at all times. Ich möchte mich bei Gokhan Canbay für die Information bedanken, dass Mitarbeiter in das Essen von Kunden spucken. Dies wird weltweit gemeldet werden. Dem Inhaber ist dies möglicherweise nicht bewusst. Die deutsche Gemeinde wird schnellstmöglich informiert. Ich hoffe, dieser Laden wird umgehend geschlossen! Ich möchte meine Bedenken hinsichtlich der Hygienepraktiken in diesem Laden äußern, die mir zugetragen wurden. Diese Angelegenheit sollte von den zuständigen Lebensmittelbehörden gründlich geprüft werden. Ich werde eine formelle Anzeige erstatten, damit der Fall untersucht werden kann. Ich hoffe außerdem, dass die Geschäftsleitung solche Bedenken ernst nimmt und sicherstellt, dass jederzeit strenge Hygienestandards eingehalten werden.

Das Lokal ist schön eingerichtet, die Bedienung nett. Leider waren unsere 4 Burger alle kalt, sowie ein teil der Beilagen. Geschmacklich ok, aber halt alles kalt :(

Es war entgegen der Öffnungszeiten geschlossen. 5 Personen und 50km Anfahrt umsonst. NERV

Haben bestellt und 2 Stunden auf unser Essen gewartet. Dann kam es und es fehlte die Sour Cream für die man 2€ extra zahlt. Dann waren die Brötchen die wir extra als Brioche bestellt haben auch nur die normalen Sesam Brötchen (je 1,49€). Das hätte ich ja alles gerne am Telefon geklärt aber leider waren sie nicht darüber erreichbar. Fehler können ja passieren, aber es muss Wege geben diese zu klären. So haben wir 5€ extra bezahlt für was wir keine Leistung erhalten haben.

Ich wollte dort hin, aber es sah so aus, als wäre komplett geschlossen. Vielleicht wird renoviert?

Für 20€ Burger mit Menu bei Lieferando bestellt und kam nur ein Burger... Mehrmals angerufen und niemand hebt ab. Nicht nochmal wenn ich hier in Hamburg bin

Tolle Burger und sehr nette Bedienungen. Auch die Atmosphäre und die authentische Einrichtung gefällt mir gut :) tolle Idee ist auch der Popcornautomat haben uns gleich eine Portion warmes Popcorn mitgenommen :)

Gerade da bestellt, das Essen kam erst nach 1h50min und war vollkommen kalt. Keine Entschuldigung vom Lieferanten, keine Benachrichtigung von der Filiale, gar nichts! Das war rund um ein super schlechter Service!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und genossen einen hervorragenden Burger – richtig saftig und mit geschmackvollem Fleisch. Der Service war sehr freundlich und die Atmosphäre angenehm. Es hat uns sogar so gut gefallen, dass wir am nächsten Tag gleich wieder hingegangen sind.

Burgenland im Stil eines American Diner. Sieht von außen nicht direkt danach aus, aber drinnen wird es dann klar. Die Burger sind lecker und schön saftig, hier findet sich für fast jeden Geschmack etwas. Auch die Onion Rings als Beilage gehen klar. Bei den Milchshakes gibt es genug Auswahl die auch alle geschmacklich ihren Zutaten gerecht werden. Alles in allem kann man hier bedenkenlos essen, da auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt.

Amerikanisches Restaurant mit englischer Speisekarte, aber die Angestellten sprachen kein Wort Englisch.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in der Burger Lounge Wandsbek und richtig begeistert! Das typische Diner-Ambiente ist super gemütlich. Der James Dean Burger mit Coleslaw und der Paul Newman Burger mit Pommes waren beide top – saftig, frisch und super lecker. Sehr freundlicher Service – wir kommen definitiv wieder! 🍔✨

Very disappointing. The food didn't arrive for over 90 minutes. I was promised a donut on the phone, but it wasn't included. The burger was, unfortunately, just OK. The fries were inedible, dry, old, and fried three times. Really sad. I can't recommend it.

We stumbled upon the Bürger Lounge by chance while out for a walk and decided to eat there spontaneously. The food was exceptionally delicious, and the atmosphere was reminiscent of an American diner! We'd love to go back! ☺️

I tried lunch here, and the burger was really delicious! With the potato wedges, it was almost too much for a lunch break. The service was very friendly, and everything was clean and well-maintained. I was last here about 10 years ago, and the visit was definitely worth it. I'd love to come back.

Such a cute shop! Charming decor, a friendly guy at the counter, delicious burgers with a variety of toppings, and I didn't have to wait long. What could be improved: The website offers a takeout option, so I don't have to order through a delivery service. This way, I can support the diner even more, because they save 30% commission.

Best burger ive ever had. Im serious. And so affordable too!!! THE COLESLAW IS TO DIE FOR!!! The onions rings literally melt in your mouth. So good.

Well I have to say that I ordered from you because of my colleague. Since I couldn't rate it badly in the last experience I dared to do it and I have not regretted it. Unfortunately the food was cold all the way to Süderstrasse in Hamburg. The branch was very friendly and intervened a little and we received a compromise. In any case it is very tasty. I would order again at any time. I hope that it arrives nice and warm next time. Thank you very much again.

Actually, the decor is quite nice and stylish. A ceiling fan is still missing in the summer, on one corner, entrance to the left. The burger for 9.50, I think it was the burger lounge special with egg, was really good. The hot dog with relish, on the other hand, was really spicy because it had jalapenos in it. It's not listed and there's no mention of spicy. This should definitely be changed. The milkshake isn't great. A shame.

We were here last year and had to come back this year while on vacation in Hamburg. The service is excellent and attentive. The ambiance is American and fits the bill perfectly. We had burgers and scalloped potatoes, so delicious and everything was fresh. We always enjoy coming back here.

It's great here. Expecting a classic burger restaurant, I discovered a truly awesome burger restaurant with a rustic American flair and cool music. Hence, five stars! Better than expected.

A lovely, lovingly decorated American diner-style restaurant. We happened upon it because our hotel was nearby. The young woman serving was extremely friendly, and we immediately felt at home. We had a Lounge Special Burger with egg and bacon, a Chicken Lounge Special, and fries with cheese and truffle mayo. We were very satisfied; both burgers were excellent, and the fries were generous with the cheese. Both were beautifully presented. We paid €35, including two drinks. I think it's good value for money.

Can't say if it is the best burger place in town, but it was very good 👍

Super delicious food and incredibly tasty milkshakes, a fantastic atmosphere, fantastic American classic rock music in the background, amazing service, super friendly and fast, and really kid-friendly. Good value for money. There's even a little kids' corner for drawing and playing. If we ever come back to Hamburg, we'll definitely be back. 100% recommendation.

Very good food, an authentic atmosphere, and incredibly friendly service. Excellent value for money. If you can't decide, they'll be happy to help you with recommendations. All in all, a first-class experience. The only minor drawback is that you can only pay in cash. But that only adds to the atmosphere, so it could be considered a feature.

I always come here whenever I'm visiting Hamburg, the food is very good and they have a big selection. The whole interior is very cute and Diner-themed plus the service is good and uncomplicated.

CAREFUL DELIVERY: I placed an order on Friday and they did not call me back. I called when I saw that the order did not arrive and they told me that they would resend it, when I saw that it did not arrive and they did not call me back I contacted them after 20 minutes and they told me that it was impossible to redo the order and to ask for a refund and now they are canceling the refund. I have never experienced this situation in a delivery service before… disappointing!

Was here today at Burger Lounge Wandsbek with my work colleagues. Great lunch specials. I recommended Paul Newman and it was absolutely delicious. We will come again. Ambience was nice and cool in an American diner style and clean. Service was very nice. 👍.

We were there on Lübecker Straße today. The fries were tasty, the staff was friendly - but the “homemade burger” was disappointing: smaller than the menu burger, tasted like frozen food, the bun seemed industrial. The children's burger only consisted of a bun, patty and ketchup - no lettuce, no pickle - simply loveless. Ketchup is free, but you have to pay extra for simple mayo. Ambience okay, but not family friendly (no changing table). Unfortunately, card payment was not possible either. Conclusion: OK to order, but not recommended locally. 2 out of 5 stars

Really good burger place! There were four of us there and the burgers were really tasty. The milkshakes were also great! The interior is like a good burger joint should be, namely in the American diner style from the 60s! If we are in Hamburg again, we will definitely stop by. Absolute recommendation!

April 10, 2025 Went to the Burger Lounge again today. Unbelievable that it's obviously already been seven years... Still highly recommended. I had a "Clint Eastwood" with extra beef and extra cheese for €13.47. Plus fries for €3.79. The fries were great, but quite expensive in my opinion. The burger was very good. I resolve not to let another 7 years pass before I eat here again. Overall very comfortable. Very attentive staff. Clean and overall recommended. 2018: Currently my favorite burger joint. I've been here for lunch several times over the past few months. I always found a seat and was served quickly and friendly. Burger with 125g of meat, fries, drink for around €8.50. Ambience typically American.

By chance near our hotel we ordered two burgers to take away: - big mama and another They were both big and they really fill you up. Ambience nice and typically American. Both tasted much better than McDonald's. We can really recommend the store!

Food was quite good so far, service was relatively good, unfortunately the music was not turned down upon request. Still served relatively quickly. The shop is rather shabby, with broken tiles but otherwise typically American furnishings with film scenes.
