Super nice staff and the food tastes bomb

For whatever reason, there are always new operating personnel. Some of them were very nice. Today everything was great, great service etc, food was great as always. It's a shame that there are no citizens' lunches in Berlin

So good, almost like being at home in PortA!!!

Ordered today via Wolt and stated the desired delivery time was 12:30 p.m. Delivery was at 2:30 p.m.! Impossible!

While driving past, me and a friend decided to eat a citizen burger was ok but cold college had a hot dog chilli chese sausages cold chilli not there chese just out of the pack and sprinkled on it underground not again

I placed an order at 21:25, it was confirmed and was to be delivered at 22:23. At 23:10 I have not received my order, no updates from anyone and the phone is not answered. I received my order at 23:20. Ah! The order was two salads, two ice creams and a portion of fries 😅 The fries arrived soft and lukewarm.

A great burger restaurant, also likes extras that were implemented immediately at no extra cost, very loving and nice service. Sat outside and I would have liked it to be a little more comfortable! Otherwise, top food for a great price-performance ratio. I'll definitely come back <3

Absolutely not recommended!!!! I pre-ordered for an extra 3 hours and only received the cold goods 40 minutes later. Unfortunately there was no refund either.

Experience Hamburg properly. Clear port and class. Here it is simply a good burger with honest and very good service. What more do you want?

A good restaurant to enjoy good to very good burgers. The restaurant is designed in the style of an American diner from the 50s/60s. Incl. music box (unfortunately not functional...) and photos of (almost) all Hollywood film stars from that time. Really nice and always very tasty here.

The burgers, especially the very creative vegetarian burger made from kale, are really delicious. The furnishings, so typically American, make it special. The cleanliness could be better.

Worst customer service - definitely don't order online! Ordered something online here today and was then insulted on the phone for 5 minutes that I couldn't just order a meat burger and asked for a vegetarian alternative patty. Paying the compensation in cash was refused. Unfortunately, you couldn't customize the vegetarian burgers online as desired, so I chose the meat alternative. I wasn't even allowed to say that, my mouth was covered and I wasn't allowed to say a word. The store may be nice in person, but you can't treat your customers like that on the phone. Update: even two years later, absolute horror. Delivery takes over two hours, can't be reached by phone and the cold food didn't taste good either. Even the curly fries weren't good - you have to deal with that first...

What an amazing place to eat! My family and I decided to get a hamburger in Hamburg and was not disappointed! I had the James Stewart and it had bacon cheese and a delicious burger. It was so good! I got a milkshake and it was sweet and cold, which was just what I needed. Then I got sweet potato fries which did come so I asked the sweet waitress Mela when they were coming and I got them right away-and on the house! Overall, I would 100% recommend this place to eat!!

Ordered food at 11:30 a.m. and called at 12:30 p.m. that the driver would leave immediately with the food. The lady on the phone explains that we only have a break until 1 p.m. and that I would like to have the order canceled. The statement that you have already paid cannot be changed. Very rude and disrespectful!! Above all, the statement: if I had made an order for 12:30, it would have been on time. Embarrassing service!

Pre-made buns that screamed "budget German supermarket" more than "classic American diner." Now, let’s talk ambiance. Despite these quirks, there were bright spots. The portions were delightfully oversized, a true nod to American indulgence. If they can fix the bread, crisp up the fries, choose a single theme, and perhaps install an air conditioner, they might just be onto something. Overall, Burger Lounge Wandsbek gets a solid 3 out of 5 stars. They’ve got the right idea but need a bit of tweaking to truly capture that authentic American diner spirit. And please, for the love of all things holy, reconsider the restroom layout. No one wants to bond with a stranger that intimately.

Fries are super soggy. We all ordered burgers with brioche. Only 3 out of 8 burgers came with the correct bread. In terms of taste, everything isn't convincing either. No recommendation.

Entweder haben wir es hier mit absoluten Amateuren zu tun oder schlicht und einfach mit Betrügern. Die Filiale in Hamburg Bergedorf bietet auch einen Lieferdienst an. Leider ist bei Lieferung die Bestellung unvollständig. Der Fahrer verspricht, dass die fehlende Mahlzeit sofort nachgeliefert wird. Nach 30 Minuten wird einem am Telefon gesagt, dass die fehlende Mahlzeit schon auf dem Weg ist. Weitere 30 Minuten später erhält man die Auskunft, dass der Fahrer im Stau steckt und die fehlende, aber schon bezahlte Mahlzeit nicht mehr geliefert kann. Das ist doch systematischer Betrug!

Looks nice, reasonable menu, even if the hot dogs advertised outside can't be found on the menu. When I arrived about 1/3 full. The first colleague at the counter cannot take an order and asks me to wait for the colleague. The second colleague did the same. The colleague then asks me in barely understandable German whether I want to eat here or take something with me. When I say "eat here" she doesn't take my order but asks me to sit down, she'll be there soon. Five minutes later she still didn't come, so I left. My assessment of the food quality is a bit unfair in that I was not served anything for money or good words.

We were served very tasty food (we've rarely had such good fries!) and drinks by a very friendly waitress! The music and the ambience actually fit perfectly, but please wipe the floor more often...so many dark hairs on the light floor, not tasty...and we were the first guests of the day at lunchtime. That's why only 4 out of 5... next time you visit with a clean floor you'll get 5 stars 😉

We were looking for food today after a long day 😃 and found this great diner. The waitress (reddish hair) was super nice, totally accommodating and polite. The food was ordered quickly. The burgers and the fries were very tasty and everyone enjoyed them 😋. We can also recommend the milkshakes after tasting them. The atmosphere is great and the music totally fits the 50s. We were thrilled and will be back.

This was a very nice restaurant and i enjoyed it very much. It styles itself as an American diner. There are pictures on the wall of actors and actresses from the 50s and 60s. We all decided for burgers but there are steaks on the menu. The service was quick and friendly. Food tasted great. Only thing there was a strong smell of fat in the restaurant. Would go there again. Recommendation the Godfather.

The food was great, at a good price/performance ratio. However, the operation ruins a lot of things. Food doesn't come as ordered, they promise to fix it. Unfortunately that doesn't work that way either. Unfortunately, the second round of drinks was completely forgotten. Very unfortunate.

Burgers are good, side dishes and desserts look like ready-made products. Expected given the moderate prices, ok. Why only 2 stars? There is no (or very poor) ventilation in the restaurant. After we were there we all smelled like old grease, it's hard to imagine. All clothing had to be washed immediately. Even the skin and hair smelled, unbelievable... I won't set foot in here again, I'm sorry. You urgently need to upgrade your technology!

I have to be honest and say that Burger Lounge has gone downhill. I had ordered online ( Lieferando ) today at 2:26 p.m. and the food was supposed to be there at 3:26 p.m. At some point I called the Burger Lounge to ask where the food was, the lady on the phone told me that The food would be there soon. After I hung up, the food arrived at around 3:58 p.m. After we unpacked everything, I noticed that everything we ordered was cold and soggy. So I completely threw away my burger because it was so hard and cold that I lost my appetite, I ate half of the baked fries and threw them away, just like the fries I ordered for my wife went in the trash... Mine The woman forced herself to eat her burger because she was hungry after work and was looking forward to it... It's a shame, it's really a shame... The food also arrived so cold the second to last and before that, and that's when we thought We know that it can happen, but today it finished me off..... Now we're going to have some TK pizza, at least I know it's warm...

Ich habe im Burger Lounge wandsbek etwas Bestellt um auf der Arbeit was zu essen zu haben. Nach 2 stunden warten kommt eine stornierung von Seiten des Lokals .was schon sehr frech ist !!!!!! So eine unzuverlässigkeit habe ich noch nicht mal bei McDonald's erlebt. Da dieses Lokal nicht auf Kundschaft angewiesen ist , werde ich in zukunft woanders bestellen wo man sich über kundschaft freut. Und immer wärmstens weiter empfehlen, wenn man hungrig ohne Lieferung bleiben möchte

TK-Patties! Euer Ernst ?! Auf Nachfrage hat der Kellner das bestätigt. Es gäbe ja auch Burger die „homemade“ sind. Warum kennzeichnet man das dann nicht wirklich unmissverständlich auf der Karte so. Der Burger war für mich die reinste Abzocke in Sachen Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis und hat nicht geschmeckt. UND JETZT KOMMT‘s… Nennt ihr das wirklich French Cheese Fries?!?! Auf den Bilder von vor 11 Monaten hier bei den Rezensionen sahen die Pommes anders aus. Jetzt wird also einfach Käse auf die Pommes geklatscht und für knapp 5€ verkauft ? NIE WIEDER!

We had two burgers, clint Eastwood and the burger lounge special with egg. Both were ok. Bacon was very chewy and not good. Patty, sauces and buns not selfmade. Clint Eastwood burger the bbq sauce dominated the entire taste. Also had fries which were good and a baked potatoe, which was ok. Service was very nice and kind and atmosphere is also decent. Wouldn't visit again though since for fast food ish burger I'd prefer burger king or McDonald's.

Haben jetzt zum dritten Mal dort bestellt, jedesmal war das Essen das was ich erwarte wenn ich einen Burger bestelle. Wir haben auch schon mit 5 Leuten dort bestellt und der Laden hat einen Kontrollanruf gemacht weil die Summe mit 106 € doch schon höher war (völlig angebracht).Wir bestellen dort gerne wieder, schlechte Erfahrungen kann ich hier nicht mitteilen.

Vor dem Kino noch etwas Essen gehen. Dann ab in die Burger Lounge. Immer freundlich und aufmerksam. Essen immer reichlich und super lecker.

Nettes, freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, das auch gerne zu einem kleinem "Schwätzchen" bereit ist. Essen heiß, Portion gut, Geschmack sehr gut. Waren in HH in einem Hotel um die Ecke und wollten nicht weit laufen. Der erste Eindruck von weitem war nicht einladend. Sind dann wegen den guten Bewertungen trotzdem hin und haben es nicht bereut! Klare Essensempfehlung! Sauberkeit top!

Habe vor Ort ein Menu bestellt zum mitnehmen. Mein Weg zum Ort des Verzehrs beträgt 5 min. Der Burger war leider bis dahin kalt, die Knobimayo schmeckt nach keine Ahnung aber nicht nach Knobi und das zum Menu gehörige Getränk wurde garnicht eingepackt, bezahlt war es aber!??? Die Pommes dürfen auch länger sein, bei so vielen kleinen Fitzeldingern ist eher der Finger im Dip als der Pommes! Dies war leider mein erster und letzter Besuch in diesem Laden!!! Bezahlte Ware nicht einpacken geht garnicht, da gibt es auch keine Entschuldigung!

We hadden een stop voor 1 dag in Hamburg en we wilden heel graag een Hamburger in Hamburg eten. Dit was echt een leuk tentje aan een drukke straat. Voor de kinderen en ons was het echt leuk om 'uit eten te gaan', maar niet in een McDonald's te zitten. De burgers waren echt lekker gemaakt en we hebben genoten!

Jeg fik chicken wings ( Personalet sagde at de ikke var stærke overhovedet men jeg vil dog sige at de ihvertfald er lidt stærke så hvis du ikke kan lide stærk mad skal du ikke bestille dem ) Pomfritterne var meget gode. Hvis du gerne vil have et bord indenfor vil jeg anbefale at reserverer et bord. Vi havde ikke bestilet bord og kom til at sidde udenfor på en regnvejrs. ( der var dog dækken over der hvor vi sad ) Der var også lidt koldt men de havde rigeligt med tæpper at tage af. Det ville have været 5/5 hvis bare der havde været frie borde indenfor og min mor ikke fik ondt i maven. Det var dig svært for os at reserverer da vi var på vej hjem fra ferie og kørte ind fra motervejen for at spise aftensmad. ( vi havde ikke lige noget at kigge på steder at spise inden vi tog afsted da vi ikke vidste hvad vi havde lyst til på det tidspunkt )

Solid burger with quick and friendly service!

Musste 70 Minuten auf das Essen warten, wurde noch am Telefon vorgeführt als ich nachgefragt habe. Lieferung kam dann unvollständig, Erstattung nicht erhalten. Fahrer fühlte sich für nichts zuständig, Essen war matschig. 18 € für ein Mittagessen, was ungenießbar, unvollständig war und zu zu lange auf sich warten ließ, ist einfach nur unterirdisch. Nicht zu empfehlen

Wir haben heute das erste Mal drei Burger und Shakes bestellt. Die Burger waren super, frisch, leckeres Fleisch, tolle Soße. Auch die Shakes schmeckten mega gut und die Protion war ausreichend und für 5 EUR deutlich unter den Konkurenten. Die Preise sind auch vollkommen in Ordung! Gerne wieder...

Hallo, ich hatte mir letztens was hier bestellt ... ich wohne angemerkt nur 1km weg ... es kam kalt und ekelig ! das was ich bekommen habe ist ne reine Frechheit nichts anderes, die Sandwiches kannst nicht als Sandwiches erkennen und die Nachos waren angeblich mit Sauce ... frag mich nur wo ? .... Qualität war 6- der Koch dort gehört eigentlich gelyncht für das was aus der Küche dort rausgeht ! es wurde auch das billigste Toastbrot verwendet und der billigste Käse

İsteyenler için steak ve sosis çeşitleri de, tatlı çeşitleri de mevcut. 200 gr lık Angus dana Burger 9.99 Euro, patates kızartması 2.49 Euro, 0,3 lt Cola 2.49 Euro ve mayonez 0.29 Euro, ketch up ücretsiz, hardal yokmuş. Sunum, kalite ve lezzet üst seviyede.Tam beklediğim gibiydi İçeride yenilen yemekten fazlasının evlere servis olarak gittiğini de gözlemledim. İyi iş yapıyorlar. Burada kredi kartı geçmiyor demeyelim ama kart ile ödeme yapmak istiyorum deyince hesaba 5 Euro komisyon ilave edeceğiz dediler. Yüzde 5 olmasın dedim ama hayır 5 Euro komisyon var deyince nakite döndüm tabii ki. 15.26 Euro lık hesaba 5 Euro komisyon. Bir yerde bir yanlışlık var ama nerede? Bunun haricinde herşey çok güzeldi. Tavsiye ederim.
