The ambience fits the theme, you feel like you've been transported to the 1960s in the USA. There is a wide variety of burgers to choose from. I had the Texas Ranger which I can fully recommend. The service is friendly and very attentive. All in all, I can really only recommend the store. And yes, I will come back

We visited the Burgerlounge Wandsbek for the first time. The food and atmosphere were very good. 5. Stars. My friend forgot her jewelry on the table on site. Since we are already connected via Instagram, we were immediately informed about the loss and we were able to pick up the jewelry on site. Big thanks and very honest. We will recommend the burger lounge and come here regularly. Really great 👏

A few years ago, I was here spontaneously and back then it was all thumbs up We were around the corner today and we were drawn here and everything is still 5 stars

I haven't been here in years and wanted to try it again. Burger Lounge can easily compete with Otto's Burger etc. and is even more affordable in terms of price. The salad with chicken was super tasty and totally sufficient. However, I know that you get some bread with the salad, which unfortunately is not the case here. Too bad. The burger is normal size and therefore larger than Otto's Burger. And cheaper. But equally delicious. :) The apple strudel comes from the freezer compartment, but is still always good. Like grandma used to. I can totally recommend the shop right next to the subway. The ambience is typically American, but with discreet music. How often is the music too loud? It's perfect here.

For whatever reason, there are always new operating personnel. Some of them were very nice. Today everything was great, great service etc, food was great as always. It's a shame that there are no citizens' lunches in Berlin

Ordered today via Wolt and stated the desired delivery time was 12:30 p.m. Delivery was at 2:30 p.m.! Impossible!

While driving past, me and a friend decided to eat a citizen burger was ok but cold college had a hot dog chilli chese sausages cold chilli not there chese just out of the pack and sprinkled on it underground not again

I placed an order at 21:25, it was confirmed and was to be delivered at 22:23. At 23:10 I have not received my order, no updates from anyone and the phone is not answered. I received my order at 23:20. Ah! The order was two salads, two ice creams and a portion of fries 😅 The fries arrived soft and lukewarm.

A great burger restaurant, also likes extras that were implemented immediately at no extra cost, very loving and nice service. Sat outside and I would have liked it to be a little more comfortable! Otherwise, top food for a great price-performance ratio. I'll definitely come back <3

Absolutely not recommended!!!! I pre-ordered for an extra 3 hours and only received the cold goods 40 minutes later. Unfortunately there was no refund either.

Experience Hamburg properly. Clear port and class. Here it is simply a good burger with honest and very good service. What more do you want?

A good restaurant to enjoy good to very good burgers. The restaurant is designed in the style of an American diner from the 50s/60s. Incl. music box (unfortunately not functional...) and photos of (almost) all Hollywood film stars from that time. Really nice and always very tasty here.

The burgers, especially the very creative vegetarian burger made from kale, are really delicious. The furnishings, so typically American, make it special. The cleanliness could be better.

Worst customer service - definitely don't order online! Ordered something online here today and was then insulted on the phone for 5 minutes that I couldn't just order a meat burger and asked for a vegetarian alternative patty. Paying the compensation in cash was refused. Unfortunately, you couldn't customize the vegetarian burgers online as desired, so I chose the meat alternative. I wasn't even allowed to say that, my mouth was covered and I wasn't allowed to say a word. The store may be nice in person, but you can't treat your customers like that on the phone. Update: even two years later, absolute horror. Delivery takes over two hours, can't be reached by phone and the cold food didn't taste good either. Even the curly fries weren't good - you have to deal with that first...

What an amazing place to eat! My family and I decided to get a hamburger in Hamburg and was not disappointed! I had the James Stewart and it had bacon cheese and a delicious burger. It was so good! I got a milkshake and it was sweet and cold, which was just what I needed. Then I got sweet potato fries which did come so I asked the sweet waitress Mela when they were coming and I got them right away-and on the house! Overall, I would 100% recommend this place to eat!!

Ordered food at 11:30 a.m. and called at 12:30 p.m. that the driver would leave immediately with the food. The lady on the phone explains that we only have a break until 1 p.m. and that I would like to have the order canceled. The statement that you have already paid cannot be changed. Very rude and disrespectful!! Above all, the statement: if I had made an order for 12:30, it would have been on time. Embarrassing service!

I ventured into this culinary hybrid and settled on a chili cheese hotdog, chili cheese steak fries, and an Oreo milkshake. The portions were impressively American—big enough to feed a small army or, you know, an average American family. But, alas, the bread was as hard as a German’s will to recycle. Instead of the soft, pillow-like bun you’d expect, I was greeted by a hotdog roll so robust, it could double as a construction material. The fries? Soggy enough to make you wonder if they’d taken a detour through the Elbe before reaching my plate. And my brother’s burger? Pre-made buns that screamed "budget German supermarket" more than "classic American diner." Now, let’s talk ambiance. The decor seemed like a confused mash-up of European soccer fervor and American 60s nostalgia. Pick a lane, Burger Lounge! It felt more like a themed party gone wrong than a cohesive dining experience. And then there was the temperature. It was so hot, I was half-expecting a mirage of an air conditioner. My face nearly melted off, and I think I may have sweat out all the calories I was attempting to consume. And then there’s the men’s room. Ah yes, designed for those who enjoy uncomfortably close encounters of the restroom kind. Two urinals placed so intimately, you could hold hands with your fellow diner. If you ever wanted to bond with a stranger, this is your chance—just wait your turn while he relieves himself inches away from you. It’s a design choice so bold, it’s almost avant-garde. Despite these quirks, there were bright spots. The portions were delightfully oversized, a true nod to American indulgence. If they can fix the bread, crisp up the fries, choose a single theme, and perhaps install an air conditioner, they might just be onto something. Overall, Burger Lounge Wandsbek gets a solid 3 out of 5 stars. They’ve got the right idea but need a bit of tweaking to truly capture that authentic American diner spirit. And please, for the love of all things holy, reconsider the restroom layout. No one wants to bond with a stranger that intimately.

Burger was great. Tasty and low in fat

Fries are super soggy. We all ordered burgers with brioche. Only 3 out of 8 burgers came with the correct bread. In terms of taste, everything isn't convincing either. No recommendation.

The tastiest burger in Hamburg, nice service, nice design, can accommodate a large company, delicious and fresh salad, there is a children's menu, even replaced the beer with cold beer at no extra charge ;-) very nice, prices are average, very tasty .

Entweder haben wir es hier mit absoluten Amateuren zu tun oder schlicht und einfach mit Betrügern. Die Filiale in Hamburg Bergedorf bietet auch einen Lieferdienst an. Leider ist bei Lieferung die Bestellung unvollständig. Der Fahrer verspricht, dass die fehlende Mahlzeit sofort nachgeliefert wird. Nach 30 Minuten wird einem am Telefon gesagt, dass die fehlende Mahlzeit schon auf dem Weg ist. Weitere 30 Minuten später erhält man die Auskunft, dass der Fahrer im Stau steckt und die fehlende, aber schon bezahlte Mahlzeit nicht mehr geliefert kann. Das ist doch systematischer Betrug!
