Very nice place, nice service Delicious food, unfortunately the size of the burgers are not adjusted to the price. My burger for just under €20 was the size of a cheeseburger from another fast food chain. The fries taste great too Size price ratio didn't fit. It's a shame, I was really looking forward to a big burger. Drinks were good. Cocktail was great too

Sorry, but that wasn't nice. The ambience is still the best. The service was bad. Bored waitress who doesn't want to sell drinks. There's no other way to explain why we couldn't order anything and no, the store wasn't full. The chicken wings were cold. Not lukewarm, cold. The burger was good. Overall, however, far too weak for the prices.

Searched for sauce in vain. More chili than meat. Very very disappointed. Luckily there are still currywurst fries a hundred meters away.

Very expensive for little food. Unfortunately the salad wasn't fresh, the carrots and cabbage at Cheese Bites were already dried out. Wings and fries were ok. What was very tasty was the cocktail hooters shutdown, although at €12 it wasn't cheap either. What really bothered me was the volume of the music; we almost had to shout at each other. However, when asked, this was part of the concept and could not be changed.

Today I went to Hooters on the Reeperbahn with a friend. We were greeted warmly by the waitress and our order was taken very quickly. We didn't have to wait long for our food either. The portions were definitely enough and very filling. All in all, the price-performance ratio was good. We will definitely visit Hooters again!

I have never eaten such a bad burger: totally dry, no sauce on it, patty fart dry (really a shame about the meat) and the fries were in the deep fryer for too long. And totally overpriced, McDonald's would be much better. Had been there the first and last time as long as the chef abused the food like that.

Cool store in itself, but BEWARE OF RIP-OFFS! (...and I don't mean the increased price level) It's a shame that I have to give it 1 star because we actually had a nice evening. In my opinion, the food was authentically American and the atmosphere was just like I imagined it would be in a Hooters. When we wanted to pay the bill (with card!), when I tried to give a tip, I was informed that a 10% tip had already been charged. A bit... well... unorthodox, but manageable for me personally. But what was worse was this: I wanted to buy a souvenir in the shop to celebrate the beautiful evening. It was said that the t-shirt costs 34.90 euros. I paid by card again. However, the price was not displayed on the device at that moment. It wasn't until later in the evening when I looked at the receipt that I realized that the bartender (who only paid for the T-shirt for me) had previously entered a tip of 20%. That's definitely going too far for me. Unfortunately, instead of the joy of a nice evening, the feeling of having been cheated prevailed. Since the tip was typed in twice beforehand that evening, I unfortunately have to assume this is common practice and not an oversight. Conclusion: Feel free to visit the store, but be careful if you pay by card!

When it comes to eating, 2 stars because of the wings, which are really great even if the price is very high. 10 wings cost €20. But the burger destroys the overall image of Hooters. The most important thing is the patty and that was inedible. You couldn't eat. Totally hard, bottom drawer in terms of taste. It was definitely a ready patty. Never eat a burger there again. If only wings.

Top Hooters! We like to go here when visiting HH. Service top, food top. There is always something tasty, even for children. No comparison with the Hooters in the USA, but very good by German standards

I particularly liked the service! Very friendly and competent. But I can imagine what the ladies here have to endure... The food tasted good, was well seasoned and seemed solid. Disadvantage: quite expensive. The tables weren't 100% clean either, but we probably blame that on the busy Saturday evening. Definitely a good start as a pre-party snack!

I don't have to have it again now and I definitely don't recommend it. We had a Texas burger, there was no taste of Texas, the meat was so dry that I could hardly eat it and the burger was very unspectacular, you can already see it in the photo. The fries were actually fresh and delicious, they just needed a little salt. Then another portion of boneless chicken wings, completely overpriced. Since there are no side dishes included, the salad costs four euros extra. The burger almost 20€. Completely overpriced. Overall it all seems pretty run down, everything sticks here, the floor is dirty, but the toilets were clean. The service was very friendly but I don't have to have this again.

Regarding aspect 1, I was of course most interested in the burgers; The homepage said about the burgers: "There are burgers everywhere. [...] But THESE burgers are only available at Hooters Hamburg St. Pauli! Because there is not only a large selection from the classic hamburger, to cheese and chili cheeseburgers, right up to to our gigantic Triple big Hootie (HighTower with 600 grams). In addition, for all burgers the patties [sic] come from a Hamburg slaughterhouse and are handmade with our own spice mixture." I settled on the Twisted Texas Melt: Hooters Original Dayton Beach Sauce (caramelized onions, bacon, cheddar cheese in a brioche bun) because this burger was the closest thing to my favorite bacon cheeseburger. Hooters is a trendy place in a prime location, but I know better burger places.

I was in there with a friend and at first we were afraid that there would only be a lot of strange people in there. But the restaurant convinced me of the opposite - very good food, friendly staff, respectful customers, modern equipment, high hygiene standards, perfect music. It was a bit empty when we were there, but if you're on holiday on the Reeperbahn in the evening, the restaurant is perfect. Would go there again every time 👍

Yes! It was full yesterday August 17, 24 / around 10:45 p.m. ....but... we sat outside... after about 10 minutes I dared to ask a waitress to come to our table... BIG MISTAKE! Since I noticed the eye roll, I was excited to see what would happen next. The face was pretty grumpy and the words flew at us "WE don't serve anyone out here"... um, sorry, you can actually say that in a friendlier way... even if the day was definitely stressful... a bit more customer-friendly. Well... we asked for the tickets - wanted to order food. 5! People - that would definitely have been a bit of sales but NO - you don't seem to depend on it. The cards slammed onto the sticky table and we didn't ask if we would like something to drink... and the waitress walked away again. OK - if you don't want to, then don't...we got up and left.. SORRY - it could have been really good but the ladies don't act in a customer-oriented manner. Maybe they don't generate salaries through sales!

One of the most beautiful places in Hamburg. You can have a wonderful night with its different atmosphere and energy. I really liked your presentation and concept. If you wish, there is also a section where you can shop specific to the brand. Prices are reasonable. The taste is very good. The environment is decent and pleasant. If you ever come to Hamburg, be sure to stop by.

So nothing to complain about in terms of food, I don't know what others have here🤷 The rooms are well furnished, bright and spacious, the only negative thing is the loud music. But after a short time it was turned down a little because the employees noticed that it was probably just a little over. Price-wise it's okay. What is a little cheeky, however, is that when you pay with a card, you put the device down and you see 10%, 15% and 20% tips directly on the display. I somehow didn't see an option to deselect this, but I don't want to commit to that. Tipping is and remains a voluntary gesture from the customer and is not a basic service. This clearly needs to be reworked. Otherwise, I can happily recommend Hooters, but just remember that paying in cash avoids the mandatory tipping system 😉

We wanted to watch Formula 1 yesterday, unfortunately it wasn't open. We were there at 1:30 p.m. Open Sunday from 1 p.m., what a shame.

Absolute disaster. Service was friendly, but very poor operational planning. Order could only be placed after almost 20 minutes. The main course came, at least one, and the second one had to wait another 10 minutes. No apologies whatsoever. A boss who just stands around pointlessly instead of getting involved himself. People prefer to stand at the pass, snack and have the staff take the guests away. Effectively a messed up evening and a lot of money lost.

Good overall. The place was nice, the food was tasty and the service was good. Pretty expensive to be honest. This was the most pricey restaurant we visited in all Hamburg.

I'm amazed at how unprofessional the store is. Lack of staff doesn't seem to be the only problem here. Young man serves us and also collects money. As he leaves, his not-so-clever colleague asks if we have paid. Instead of checking her cash register, she shouts at her colleague that we are cheating on the bill... completely impossible behavior. The fact that management supports something like this is questionable. But much more interestingly, after everyone sees you as a cheater, you don't even get an apology... Without knowing those involved, unfortunately neither an adequate hooters girl nor smart enough to do such a job.

Yep. One definitely feels like sitting in an American restaurant here. Aside from the server which had such a heavy accent while speaking to us (and with the extremely loud environment) was very hard to understand. Fortunately hand signals motioning for Beer and Wings was enough to get the bachelor party proper happy.

Food is way too overpriced; Onion rings were too small for the price and half burnt. The tater tots were supposed to be served with 2 sauces, but arrived absolutely dry and bland. The waitress was nice but wanted me and my friend to sit somewhere else so that she could "have a better overview of us" ..huh?? (Never experienced anything like this, especially since the store was moderately busy) and you have to wait longer for service.

As expected but expensive for the quality of food We had a friendly waitress and a bar tender who was paying attention, but we waited ten minutes for a beer on a quiet night while staff adjusted the radio. The draught Krombacher tasted weirdly sweet. The TVs are set at odd angles to the seating and are way too high to view comfortably.

Went here spontaneously today, it started off well, 2 people ok, but the man who was responsible for the drinks preferred to play on his cell phone 📱 and the service staff was clearly overwhelmed. I'm only rating the service - because there was no food at all. The two of us were there on June 25th, 2024 around 8:45 p.m. The store was manageably busy. We walked in, none of the waitresses greeted us. We stood for a moment until the barman said we could just sit wherever we wanted. Said and done. One waitress (there were probably only two on duty) was at a table very close to us for almost 15 minutes and talked extensively with the customers there in a flirtatious manner. The other waitress saw us and waved that she would come soon. But we were also skillfully ignored/forgotten by her. Guests who arrived after us were served. After 35 minutes we left.

They were more occupied with themselves and their cell phones. Then the waitress simply adds a tip to the bill amount without reconciling it. Hooters serves food that's less exciting than a rainy day, but the prices are sunny. The real attractions are of course the attractive waitresses in eye-catching outfits. The reference to tipping at least 10% fits the picture perfectly. Hammer unpleasant.
