Hooters Hamburg St. Pauli in Hamburg

I was at Hooters last night and ordered the ribs. No, it wasn't an all-you-can-eat rib night, but I was still stuffed. The food was delicious. I personally think the atmosphere is great. Pure sports bar feeling. What I've never experienced before, however, were the two girls, Andreka and Maggie. I work in the field and therefore eat at restaurants frequently. I've never experienced such culinary expertise combined with friendliness before. Huge compliments to the team; I felt completely at home, the food was delicious, and this certainly won't be my last visit.

Came to hooters yesterday evening for some drinks. staff saw us and continued their party behind the bar, drinking shots and laughing. completely ignored us for good 15 mins then we left. don’t recommend. go to astra instead.

Not only is the food delicious (fingerlicking good), but the entire ambiance is amazing!!! I feel like I've been transported back to my second home, California. The waiters are super friendly and helpful, and the manager isn't above having a friendly chat with you. Absolutely fantastic! They'll even promptly exchange a shirt from the merchandise section and send it to you by mail if something doesn't quite work out!!! Simply fantastic, that's service done right. A role model in the gastronomy world! A truly fantastic place, always happy to come back! It's a shame we don't have more of such great restaurants in Germany!!! Full stars!!!!! I can only say good things about Hooters. I'm thrilled and very satisfied with the great service. I've become a real fan and will order again. Very good quality, simply fantastic, thanks to Hooters.

Cool, appealing concept. Great selection of food and drinks. Friendly and attractive staff... :) Another tip for the bar. Some drinks have to be ice cold :) ... so store some bottles in the freezer or in the refrigerator... but maybe there were technical problems...

We wanted to eat and drink outside with five people on Friday. Easier said than done. After actively waving, a very grumpy waitress came outside after ten minutes and asked what we wanted. The table was dirty and sticky, and the employee had rags and cleaning products with her. She disappeared again without accomplishing anything and came back five minutes later, saying: "You have to go inside." All the other tables outside were occupied. When we asked why, she wanted to ask inside, but that got too awkward for us, so we left. I definitely missed the willingness to serve and, above all, the friendliness.

My wife and I visited the Hooters restaurant on the Reeperbahn today. Inspired by an interesting video by restaurant expert Kemal Üres about the Hooters Hamburg restaurant. First, we had a Hooters Original Buffalo Platter for two people with delicious sauces. No MSG flavor enhancers! Then we each had one Original Buffalo Chicken Taco and one 400-gram Big Hooters Hamburger. Really large portions, very well prepared. The young waitress was very friendly and carefully noted my MSG allergy. She consulted with the kitchen staff about it. I was then given the green light for our order. All dishes listed on the menu are clearly labeled with allergens. Conclusion: First-class. We once again had an all-around wonderful experience. Thank you so much!

We had some chicken wings. The boneless wings are just batter and NO meat! It was really terrible. Also the sauces for the wings were really bad and tasted only of vinegar. Also the food is so overpriced and not worth it at all. Would not recommend this place. The service was nice though, our waiter was kind and friendly.

Very friendly service, a real eye-catcher for our men! The girls serve in shorts and tops, and everyone has plenty to offer :-) The food was delicious, and we didn't have to wait long. I highly recommend Hooters.

Completely disappointing. We visited yesterday with 10 people and ordered 10 hamburgers. It looked okay in my photo, but the other men's photos were poorly executed. It looked great. But the taste was nonexistent and completely dry. In the end, we decided none of us would come back. Plus, there was only one employee there.

Our first visit to Hooters Hamburg. The food was fantastic and the waitresses were absolutely wonderful. They helped us with the souvenirs by offering clothing sizes for our daughter, wherever possible. Boss! You have top ladies on staff!!

A mess, no service. I've been there several times now with very little customer traffic on a Sunday evening. If the bartender hadn't given me a beer, I wouldn't have been served yet again. Waiting time for the waiter to arrive at the table was between 30-70!!! minutes, and of course I had to leave without food because the kitchen was already closed... I'm so pissed off, after just two... but already for the third!!! time. 7.2.24 Update: I was there again today, new waitresses now, the one I knew from the last visit was now super friendly, my order arrived in no time, the food tasted good... everything was great today👍

It was good food but the waiter gave me the wrong food and my friend had already received his food and I had to wait for my order and after 20 minutes it came and then I had to eat alone and not only that then when we were going to pay the bill the waiter left his own tip that we couldn't decide for ourselves, absolutely incredible that you can do so I will definitely not recommend this restaurant to anyone very badly!

Big Hooters, service was OK, food was as expected.

The food at Hooters was very good, and the selection of long drinks left nothing to be desired. Thursday is especially recommended – they offer "all you can eat" spare ribs. The service was also very friendly and attentive.

Such catastrophic service should really only have occurred at a "Verstehen Sie Spaß" (literally "Verstand Sie Spaß") restaurant. We were there on a Saturday, and with the volume of people, it's perfectly normal for it to take a while. However, it isn't normal to be ignored for 1:30 hours after placing your order. The first few drinks were available, but if I'd known I'd have to wait 1.5 hours, I would have taken them more slowly. The food was okay, nothing special, especially not after such a long wait. The food arrived very staggered, so some were almost finished with their dishes while others were just getting theirs. When we were asked how the food was and we honestly said that it was okay, but nothing more, the only response we got was, "This isn't a five-star restaurant." The best part, though, was that we ordered Mexican short shots, which were advertised on the menu as 2cl for €4.50, but we got 4cl for €9 per shot. Which isn't even on the menu. Things only got worse when we wanted to pay separately at the end, but according to the "nice" waitress, that wasn't possible. So one of us paid for everything, and we left. As we were about to leave the restaurant, the lady ran out and said she'd charged us for the wrong table. So we all went back inside. Inside, we were at the cash register because we couldn't believe we weren't actually at "Verstehen Sie Spaß" (The Fun Place). When we asked for the receipt to check, we were told: "The machine isn't working right now, but you can take a photo of the cash register." All we could do was laugh. All in all: the food is okay, the prices (except for the shots) are okay, the service is terrible, and this will probably remain the worst restaurant experience of my life... Never again Hooters.

Bad service, rude Charged for wrong table

We waited over an hour for our food. In the meantime, the waitress didn't come, so we couldn't order new drinks. The music was so loud that you could barely hear the person next to you. Also, the bill was incorrect: instead of 2cl shots, the waitress charged us 4cl shots. When we asked her about it, we just got a rude comment and had to pay anyway.

The food didn't arrive until what felt like an eternity later. Meanwhile, no new drinks, even though our glasses were long empty. The waiter completely ignored this. On top of that, the music was so loud that we had to shout at each other at the table to be heard. Truly disappointing!

Be careful, the portions here are huge! The food tastes fantastic, the Hooters girls are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the service is lightning fast. If you love authentic American cuisine, you're in good hands here! Hooters combines an American diner with a sports bar; this restaurant is the only one in Germany.

Unfortunately, it's not my place at all. I find the concept really disgusting and the prices for the quality are unfortunately really underground. It's really not for me :/

The burgers were tasty, but unfortunately they fell apart. The fries were very good, and the beer was great (typically American, not for German beer drinkers, as it's very mild). The service was super friendly, and the many impressions of music, multiple TVs, the sexy employees, the American decor, etc., make the place special. It was really interesting to be in the only German Hooters! You pay around €16 for a burger with fries, which is overpriced compared to other places, but here you're paying for the atmosphere.

I'd happily recommend Hooters St. Pauli. I had a great and delicious experience in a pleasant atmosphere. The menu is largely based on the American original and has been expanded to include local offerings. Anyone familiar with the US Hooters should feel at home here, too.

It's crazy how this place uses marketing to impress... The food is very, very poor for the price. The buffalo shrimp we ordered apparently consisted of up to 20% chicken. Not recommended.

My friend took me to eat Hongtang Hotpot. Actually, I don’t like hotpot very much, but I feel that I must write a good review! The biggest surprise is their bean paste smoothie! I didn’t expect much, but I was surprised when I drank it. It was really smooth and smooth, and the sweetness was just right. After eating a hotpot, I had a glass of smoothie, which was a perfect ending and super greasy! The environment in the store is also very good, clean and tidy, and the location is not crowded, suitable for dinner and chatting with friends. The service attitude is also great. This is our second time here; everyone is very friendly, even the boss is in a good mood. Even on a rainy afternoon, you can spend a while here.

After my last negative experience at Hooters, I wanted to give it another chance. Unfortunately, this was a bad decision: I waited 20 minutes for my drinks and the service was terrible, and they preferred playing on their phones to looking after the customers. To top it all off, the waitress added a 10% tip to the bill. I noticed this in time (the waitress entered it at the EC terminal, which is reserved for the customer), so I immediately asked about the surcharge. The waitress explained to me that this was normal. A complete lie, as it even states this on the receipt (tip not included) and is also not permitted in Germany according to Section 107, Paragraph 3 of the Trade Regulations. After discussing it with the waitress, this and any future visits were over.

Solid, high-quality food, and very friendly and fast service. Nothing to complain about! Thank you very much!

We stumbled upon Hooters by chance. We received a very friendly welcome, and the atmosphere was American. The decor was comfortable. The service was friendly. I just don't think the prices are justified. A large beer costs €6.90. It's not necessary.

Ambience of a large American diner? I prefer the 60s interior, which is often used in this regard. Here, it's more like a sports bar. It's missing that certain something. One of the two waitresses was exactly what you'd expect 😉 and super nice. The other, well, "just" nice. I wasn't that hungry and only had two small bites. The quality was okay, but nothing more, and for €50? Come on! At an exquisite Japanese restaurant, you don't pay much more, and you get to eat the best of the best for 2-3 hours. For tips, there are categories of 10%, 20%... and more. By then, you'll feel ripped off. I'd always prefer a steakhouse or Hard Rock Cafe.

Yesterday, the four of us went there for the first time and, with 100% certainty, for the last time. My husband's drink was forgotten first, then lukewarm curly fries arrived, and much later, the accompanying main course. Although that was also forgotten for my husband. After asking, the burger arrived late, and the waitress commented that it wasn't her fault... The fact is, the food was NOT what we had imagined!!! In short: The quality of the food was completely inadequate for the price 🤔

Phew, I've probably been here at least four times 😅. The food is very tasty and the quality has never changed. Of course, guests have to pay a little more, but if you want quality, you're happy to do so. And from Monday to Thursday there are special offers such as all-you-can-eat wings or ribs. The servers are always helpful and very friendly. The order was brought to the table quickly. Another big plus: As a wheelchair user, I can get into the restaurant without any problems and there is even a special toilet for wheelchair users. The noise level is, of course, bearable. I would love to come back 🤩.

The food was good. If you like Buffalo wings or something similar, you'll definitely find what you're looking for here. It was very loud due to the live sports. The service staff was very friendly, even though the older men (presumably management) frequently loudly reprimanded and chased the waitresses away. Whether this was necessary in front of the guests is debatable. But it doesn't detract from the great food and good service.

This was our second time there. Actually just because of the food. This is really delicious. But we also have no negative comments about the service. Always received quick and friendly service. Someone comes by regularly and asks if everything is OK or if we have any requests. Price-wise it's ok. Mediocrity. Not too expensive, but not too cheap either. Of course there are a lot of TVs playing in the background, but that's also part of a "sports" bar. I like this... So we'd love to go there again. Just a matter of taste

I was visiting with my fiancée last night. We asked if we could watch Formula 1 and that wasn't a problem. The food was very tasty and a larger portion than we expected. Everyone was very friendly, the prices were okay. We recommend trying the homemade lemonades. We'd love to come back if we're in the area again.

The food is average and more mass-produced. It's very reminiscent of cheap fast food. The service is friendly, but unfortunately understaffed. A single waitress trying to serve all the tables faces a huge challenge. Here it would make sense for the company to rethink its philosophy. The ambience corresponds to the typical American style.

First time visiting a Hooters here in Germany. The wings and fries i had were pretty good and spicy, just how i wanted them. Sadly the staff was not as spicy as we expected... But it was a Sunday so maybe we got unlucky with the timing. The prices are a bit steep but i guess you pay for the service and atmosphere too. The ambience is nice and very American. But all in all i would go there again..maybe to a more popular time.

A colleague and I visited Hooters. Unfortunately, the service turned out to be very unfriendly, there was no response when we asked about the toilet and we didn't even say thank you when we gave a tip.

The food was cold and way too expensive

I only knew Hooters from TV. I felt welcome and comfortable there. The service was friendly and the food was good in quantity, quality and price. We were there on Wednesday evening and were able to benefit from the citizens' campaign.

This is just hype . There is nothing special about Hooters. Waiters wear some tight clothes and they are not at all the same as what is advertised all over the Internet. They don't entertain you. They have a strong impression that they are not happy with the job and they are forced to wear the outfit. The food is excellent in portion. The taste is adequate. We had a taco Tuesday offer, although it's not at all tacos. They should learn what taco 🌮 is. I won't recommend to visit here.

A friend and I were eating there today, April 4th, 2025, and a dark-haired Keller was incredibly unfriendly and didn't even smile. She was friendly to men. As a woman, I wouldn't recommend eating there because you feel super unwanted there.

We ate there last night and the service was horrible and not at all helpful. Someone came relatively quickly to take drinks, but no one came to take the food order. After waving several times, a lady finally noticed us and took the food with a grimacing expression. At some point the drinks were empty and no one cared if they wanted to drink anything else. When paying, it was pointed out that you could leave a tip. We had already decided not to give any to the service. After we paid, the lady didn't even say goodbye. Despite the fact that the food was very tasty - never again!

Bad hospitality. Completely over-seasoned food. The only thing that's great is the TVs that show the Bundesliga.

Positive: great ambience, great music, nice service. Negative: I had a Western BBQ burger. Frying through a 3cm thick burger patty borders on animal cruelty. The cow certainly didn't want to die for that... Sauces are all way too spicy and overly seasoned. Onion rings unfortunately cold. The curly fries were okay. (Hence 2 stars) All in all, not recommended.

Unfortunately we weren't able to try the food and service. On Wednesday we were there at 10:50 p.m. We were kindly put off for the next few days. So we're going there on Thursday. 10:00 p.m. And they were very rudely directed out of the store with the comment that it was closed. When we objected that the opening times were until 10:45 p.m., we were approached rudely and told us that we could discuss it, but it wouldn't end well! We wanted to explain ourselves, but this was not possible...

My visit to Hooters Hamburg St. Pauli on the bustling Reeperbahn was a great mix of classic American food, sports-bar energy, and top-notch service from our waitress, Ms. Julia. She was friendly and attentive, keeping our drinks full and guiding us through the menu, which featured tasty highlights like the crisp, saucy Original Hooters Style Wings. The lively atmosphere with big screens everywhere made it a solid spot to catch a game, though the food took a bit longer than ideal—something Ms. Julia smoothed over with her updates. It’s a fun, slightly pricey stop that I’d hit up again when in the area.
