The girls were super friendly and the atmosphere was good. The food took a relatively long time. The chicken burger was great, but the hamburger was missing something. It was relatively dry.

My friend took me to eat Hongtang Hotpot. Actually, I don’t like hotpot very much, but I feel that I must write a good review! The biggest surprise is their bean paste smoothie! I didn’t expect much, but I was surprised when I drank it. It was really smooth and smooth, and the sweetness was just right. After eating a hotpot, I had a glass of smoothie, which was a perfect ending and super greasy! The environment in the store is also very good, clean and tidy, and the location is not crowded, suitable for dinner and chatting with friends. The service attitude is also great. The staff are very enthusiastic. They helped us introduce the soup base and recommended signature dishes. They didn’t rush us at all. The whole dining process was very comfortable. Overall, this experience was really great

This is our second time here; everyone is very friendly, even the boss is in a good mood. Even on a rainy afternoon, you can spend a while here.

After my last negative experience at Hooters, I wanted to give it another chance. Unfortunately, this was a bad decision: I waited 20 minutes for my drinks and the service was terrible, and they preferred playing on their phones to looking after the customers. To top it all off, the waitress added a 10% tip to the bill. I noticed this in time (the waitress entered it at the EC terminal, which is reserved for the customer), so I immediately asked about the surcharge. The waitress explained to me that this was normal. A complete lie, as it even states this on the receipt (tip not included) and is also not permitted in Germany according to Section 107, Paragraph 3 of the Trade Regulations. After discussing it with the waitress, this and any future visits were over.

Solid, high-quality food, and very friendly and fast service. Nothing to complain about! Thank you very much!

We stumbled upon Hooters by chance. We received a very friendly welcome, and the atmosphere was American. The decor was comfortable. The service was friendly. I just don't think the prices are justified. A large beer costs €6.90. It's not necessary.

Ambience of a large American diner? I prefer the 60s interior, which is often used in this regard. Here, it's more like a sports bar. It's missing that certain something. One of the two waitresses was exactly what you'd expect 😉 and super nice. The other, well, "just" nice. I wasn't that hungry and only had two small bites. The quality was okay, but nothing more, and for €50? Come on! At an exquisite Japanese restaurant, you don't pay much more, and you get to eat the best of the best for 2-3 hours. For tips, there are categories of 10%, 20%... and more. By then, you'll feel ripped off. I'd always prefer a steakhouse or Hard Rock Cafe.

Yesterday, the four of us went there for the first time and, with 100% certainty, for the last time. My husband's drink was forgotten first, then lukewarm curly fries arrived, and much later, the accompanying main course. Although that was also forgotten for my husband. After asking, the burger arrived late, and the waitress commented that it wasn't her fault... The fact is, the food was NOT what we had imagined!!! In short: The quality of the food was completely inadequate for the price 🤔

Phew, I've probably been here at least four times 😅. The food is very tasty and the quality has never changed. Of course, guests have to pay a little more, but if you want quality, you're happy to do so. And from Monday to Thursday there are special offers such as all-you-can-eat wings or ribs. The servers are always helpful and very friendly. The order was brought to the table quickly. Another big plus: As a wheelchair user, I can get into the restaurant without any problems and there is even a special toilet for wheelchair users. The noise level is, of course, bearable. I would love to come back 🤩.

The food was good. If you like Buffalo wings or something similar, you'll definitely find what you're looking for here. It was very loud due to the live sports. The service staff was very friendly, even though the older men (presumably management) frequently loudly reprimanded and chased the waitresses away. Whether this was necessary in front of the guests is debatable. But it doesn't detract from the great food and good service.

Food was lovely.. wasn't very busy when we visited and the big beer tap had beer that was flat. Generally though a good place to watch sports.

This was our second time there. Actually just because of the food. This is really delicious. But we also have no negative comments about the service. Always received quick and friendly service. Someone comes by regularly and asks if everything is OK or if we have any requests. Price-wise it's ok. Mediocrity. Not too expensive, but not too cheap either. Of course there are a lot of TVs playing in the background, but that's also part of a "sports" bar. I like this... So we'd love to go there again. Just a matter of taste

I was visiting with my fiancée last night. We asked if we could watch Formula 1 and that wasn't a problem. The food was very tasty and a larger portion than we expected. Everyone was very friendly, the prices were okay. We recommend trying the homemade lemonades. We'd love to come back if we're in the area again.

The food is average and more mass-produced. It's very reminiscent of cheap fast food. The service is friendly, but unfortunately understaffed. A single waitress trying to serve all the tables faces a huge challenge. Here it would make sense for the company to rethink its philosophy. The ambience corresponds to the typical American style.

First time visiting a Hooters here in Germany. The wings and fries i had were pretty good and spicy, just how i wanted them. Sadly the staff was not as spicy as we expected... But it was a Sunday so maybe we got unlucky with the timing. The prices are a bit steep but i guess you pay for the service and atmosphere too. The ambience is nice and very American. But all in all i would go there again..maybe to a more popular time.

A colleague and I visited Hooters. Unfortunately, the service turned out to be very unfriendly, there was no response when we asked about the toilet and we didn't even say thank you when we gave a tip.

I only knew Hooters from TV. I felt welcome and comfortable there. The service was friendly and the food was good in quantity, quality and price. We were there on Wednesday evening and were able to benefit from the citizens' campaign.

This is just hype . There is nothing special about Hooters. Waiters wear some tight clothes and they are not at all the same as what is advertised all over the Internet. They don't entertain you. They have a strong impression that they are not happy with the job and they are forced to wear the outfit. The food is excellent in portion. The taste is adequate. We had a taco Tuesday offer, although it's not at all tacos. They should learn what taco 🌮 is. I won't recommend to visit here.

A friend and I were eating there today, April 4th, 2025, and a dark-haired Keller was incredibly unfriendly and didn't even smile. She was friendly to men. As a woman, I wouldn't recommend eating there because you feel super unwanted there.

We ate there last night and the service was horrible and not at all helpful. Someone came relatively quickly to take drinks, but no one came to take the food order. After waving several times, a lady finally noticed us and took the food with a grimacing expression. At some point the drinks were empty and no one cared if they wanted to drink anything else. When paying, it was pointed out that you could leave a tip. We had already decided not to give any to the service. After we paid, the lady didn't even say goodbye. Despite the fact that the food was very tasty - never again!

Bad hospitality. Completely over-seasoned food. The only thing that's great is the TVs that show the Bundesliga.

Positive: great ambience, great music, nice service. Negative: I had a Western BBQ burger. Frying through a 3cm thick burger patty borders on animal cruelty. The cow certainly didn't want to die for that... Sauces are all way too spicy and overly seasoned. Onion rings unfortunately cold. The curly fries were okay. (Hence 2 stars) All in all, not recommended.

Unfortunately we weren't able to try the food and service. On Wednesday we were there at 10:50 p.m. We were kindly put off for the next few days. So we're going there on Thursday. 10:00 p.m. And they were very rudely directed out of the store with the comment that it was closed. When we objected that the opening times were until 10:45 p.m., we were approached rudely and told us that we could discuss it, but it wouldn't end well! We wanted to explain ourselves, but this was not possible...

My visit to Hooters Hamburg St. Pauli on the bustling Reeperbahn was a great mix of classic American food, sports-bar energy, and top-notch service from our waitress, Ms. Julia. She was friendly and attentive, keeping our drinks full and guiding us through the menu, which featured tasty highlights like the crisp, saucy Original Hooters Style Wings. The lively atmosphere with big screens everywhere made it a solid spot to catch a game, though the food took a bit longer than ideal—something Ms. Julia smoothed over with her updates. It’s a fun, slightly pricey stop that I’d hit up again when in the area.

Wir wurden von der Bedienung Maggie sehr schnell platziert. Wir wurden sofort bedient, die Getränke kamen nach 3 Minuten. Das Essen ging auch sehr schnell. Geschmacklich einfach topp!!! Der Service war sehr gut. Sehr kompetent, sehr freundlich und schnell. Wir danken Maggie und dem Rest des Teams für den tollen kurzen Aufenthalt, wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

We were seated very quickly by waitress Maggie. We were served immediately, the drinks came after 3 minutes. The food also came very quickly. The taste is simply great!!! The service was very good. Very competent, very friendly and quick. We would like to thank Maggie and the rest of the team for the great short stay, we would be happy to come back.

Recommendation for food was ok in itself. Too few service staff, it took forever. Food was rather semi… wings plate ancient, cold and dry. I left 90% left over and the waitress took it to the kitchen. No debt relief, no discount, not even the option to take it with you (even if it's inedible)! Always wasn't that great there, but that was the last visit. Better go somewhere else.

Average stay. It was definitely possible to fit a large group here (Thursday evening). Drinks and food were brought quickly. However, my burger was far too dry, but the Twister fries were good. Toilets absolutely clean and in good condition. The service was very different. The lady who took the orders was very friendly and attentive. The lady who mostly brought the food was exactly the opposite. The food was more or less just thrown on the table. Food prices were okay, but the beer was a bit more expensive.

Unfortunately I can't judge whether it's tasty. Today I arrived at Hooters at 10:05 p.m. on the way from Schleswig-Holstein to order something to take away. Since it says on Google, on their homepage and on the door that Tuesday is open until 10:45 p.m. I was stunned when I found myself standing in front of the closed door. The light in the restaurant is dark, the market workers sit at the table and signal that it is closed. Just bottomless. What are the opening hours for?

NOT RECOMMENDED! Unfortunately, the food was bad and far too expensive. The manager either stands at the door smoking or is behind the bar and makes people look stupid when they just sit down because no one is at the desk. Unfortunately, the ladies are neither in the Hooters style nor do they know what the other is doing. We were served by 4 different ladies and no one knew what had already been done. Unfortunately very disappointing!

I love the Daytona sauce and the naked wings - highly recommended! Everything tasted exactly like it should taste in a Hooters! Not a long wait despite the store being full (Friday evening), lovely girls - especially the blonde-haired Maggie (or Maddie?) - extremely attentive and super warm! Get a table on a Saturday evening without a long wait. The waitress said it might take a while but everything went smoothly. The food was delicious and unique in taste and also really hot. The beer tower was great and nice and cold. (We wouldn't recommend the most expensive beer straight away either, which we thought was good) The Hooters girl Maggie served us was super friendly and open-minded and would love to come back and had a great evening at Hooters.

Rarely have I had such bad service... Waited a long time until the waitress came to the table to take food and drinks. The service was very unfriendly. Grumpy/annoyed attitude towards us. Plates would be more or less “slammed” onto the plates. The taste of the burner isn't great either. I also find it cheeky that the expected tip amount is written down directly under the bill amount. Sorry, I actually always tip, but not for unfriendly, “two-word sentences” tomorrow.

Just disgusting... The burgers and fries tasted of old fat and a note of fish flavor. I then had severe stomach pain for hours, something I had never experienced before. My friend had a hair in her food. The waitress was pissed off and didn't even apologize and just cleared away the food. No compensation or discount because of this. We should still pay for the food, just cheeky. Never again🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

All in all, it's "okay". The staff are helpful and friendly, but unfortunately everything took quite a long time this evening. The atmosphere with the pretty girls is something special, but the food was unfortunately not really convincing. But for a fast food restaurant, it's still not bad. If you want to try out the "Hooters" phenomenon, you should do it.

Nice atmosphere as you know it from America, good food, there were only a few negative things, we were there on December 30th at 8 p.m., beer from the column was already well stale and there were no burgers because, according to the waiter, none were served because there were only frozen burgers and they couldn't guarantee the standard, which was very commendable, but we were then offered an all you can eat wings menu for €22 and when it came time to reorder it was said , the kitchen is now closing and there is nothing left, that's not all you can eat in my eyes and the price wasn't worth it either, so selling 7x 22€ and then 4 plates of wings all you can eat is cheeky

I'm more than disappointed, first I wrote to hooters by email because I had a small problem with groupon, instead of being offered a solution I was given the tip to look for another restaurant, chapeau! I then found a solution myself, which in retrospect was my big mistake. We were there on time for the reserved appointment. Waiting time for food, 1 hour. At first I thought the food was good, but the service was a disaster. But about an hour later, two of us had gastrointestinal problems! So for us the conclusion is, never again

Food is okay It takes forever until someone comes to take drinks. The meal also takes far too long for fast food. The service is unfriendly and even rude when you complain about something about the food. We then waited another 30 minutes to pay. Once and never again. But the owner is a cool guy 😎
