My friend Franz had the best restaurant visit ever, even though he unfortunately couldn't do a BeReal with us despite asking.

Great atmosphere for the Super Bowl party + nice and attentive service and good food

NOT RECOMMENDED! Unfortunately, the food was bad and far too expensive. The manager either stands at the door smoking or is behind the bar and makes people look stupid when they just sit down because no one is at the desk. Unfortunately, the ladies are neither in the Hooters style nor do they know what the other is doing. We were served by 4 different ladies and no one knew what had already been done. Unfortunately very disappointing!

I love the Daytona sauce and the naked wings - highly recommended! Everything tasted exactly like it should taste in a Hooters! Not a long wait despite the store being full (Friday evening), lovely girls - especially the blonde-haired Maggie (or Maddie?) - extremely attentive and super warm! I'd love to come back when I'm back in Hamburg 😃

Get a table on a Saturday evening without a long wait. The waitress said it might take a while but everything went smoothly. The food was delicious and unique in taste and also really hot. The beer tower was great and nice and cold. (We wouldn't recommend the most expensive beer straight away either, which we thought was good) The Hooters girl Maggie served us was super friendly and open-minded and would love to come back and had a great evening at Hooters.

Rarely have I had such bad service... Waited a long time until the waitress came to the table to take food and drinks. The service was very unfriendly. Grumpy/annoyed attitude towards us. Plates would be more or less “slammed” onto the plates. The taste of the burner isn't great either. I also find it cheeky that the expected tip amount is written down directly under the bill amount. Sorry, I actually always tip, but not for unfriendly, “two-word sentences” tomorrow.

Just disgusting... The burgers and fries tasted of old fat and a note of fish flavor. I then had severe stomach pain for hours, something I had never experienced before. My friend had a hair in her food. The waitress was pissed off and didn't even apologize and just cleared away the food. No compensation or discount because of this. We should still pay for the food, just cheeky. Never again🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

I'm more than disappointed, first I wrote to hooters by email because I had a small problem with groupon, instead of being offered a solution I was given the tip to look for another restaurant, chapeau! I then found a solution myself, which in retrospect was my big mistake. We were there on time for the reserved appointment. Waiting time for food, 1 hour. At first I thought the food was good, but the service was a disaster. But about an hour later, two of us had gastrointestinal problems! So for us the conclusion is, never again

as completely inedible—nothing was cooked properly, and the quality was shockingly bad. It was so bad that I couldn’t even eat it. While the service was okay (not great, just fine), it doesn’t make up for how awful the food was. Honestly, it’s insane how bad this experience was. I won’t be coming back

"We can do without a guest like you" was the answer to an incorrectly delivered burger, the question about the bill before collecting (which was supposedly not possible without paying first) and the statement that the 3.99 € Ranch was free (which would not have been from us, but from our friends, on a separate bill), was the answer from Aimee, a blonde lady with a tattoo on her cleavage. It's a shame because we often visit Hooters in the USA and have always been very satisfied. Based on this statement, we cannot recommend this Hooters as we were very satisfied up until the moment we received the bill. For us, such a statement has nothing to do with service. No matter whether at McDonalds or Hooters.

Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with our first try. The food was mediocre. Hooters style chicken wings were tasteless and dry. The roller skating girls are generally friendly and attentive, 3 stars because of the service. Football matches of the day are broadcast on giant screens inside. It's an ideal restaurant to stop by and watch the game with a beer, but the food is disappointing.

We already know that Germany is expensive compared to Spain, but 4 hamburgers (normal, two of them only with cheese), 2 beers (large) and two soft drinks €106 in a franchise and in this neighborhood seems absurd to me... ...

The food tasted good though. It's just stated on the half board that reservations cannot be made on Fridays and Saturdays, but that there is always space. Well, we had to wait outside in the cold for over half an hour to get this seat, only to be led past empty tables with "reserved" signs. When asked why this applies differently to some people, the overwhelmed boss arrogantly replied "That's just the way it is". The service was super friendly and quick. I like Hooters in Sankt Pauli. Apart from the fact that the girls who work there are real eye-catchers, the food is really good! Taco Tuesday baby! Sorry, but that wasn't nice. The ambience is still the best. The service was bad. Bored waitress who doesn't want to sell drinks. There's no other way to explain why we couldn't order anything and no, the store wasn't full. The chicken wings were cold. Not lukewarm, cold. The burger was good. Today I went to Hooters on the Reeperbahn with a friend. We were greeted warmly by the waitress and our order was taken very quickly. We didn't have to wait long for our food either. A Western BBQ Burger + Curley Fries, as well as a 400 gram burger. Also with Curley Fries. After less than ten minutes the food was served to us. This was hot and extremely tasty. The portions were definitely enough and very filling. All in all, the price-performance ratio was good. We will definitely visit Hooters again!

In my opinion, the food was authentically American and the atmosphere was just like I imagined it would be in a Hooters. When we wanted to pay the bill (with card!), when I tried to give a tip, I was informed that a 10% tip had already been charged. A bit... well... unorthodox, but manageable for me personally. But what was worse was this: I wanted to buy a souvenir in the shop to celebrate the beautiful evening. It was said that the t-shirt costs 34.90 euros. I paid by card again. However, the price was not displayed on the device at that moment. It wasn't until later in the evening when I looked at the receipt that I realized that the bartender (who only paid for the T-shirt for me) had previously entered a tip of 20%. Ha pasado mucho tiempo desde que tuve un servicio tan malo. Tardamos 1 h 45 m en conseguir comida. Solo había 1 miembro del personal durante la primera hora que estuvimos allí y solo 2 después de eso. Si bien ella fue diligente y se esforzó al máximo, la gestión aquí es abismal, incluso tuve que esperar para pagar ya que nuestra 1 camarera estaba en un descanso para fumar. Combínalo con comida mediocre de muy alto precio y definitivamente es un lugar que quieres evitar.

It's been a long time since I had service this bad. It took 1h45m to get food. There was only 1 member of staff for the first hour we were there and only 2 after that. While she was diligent and tried her best, the management here is abysmal, I even had to wait to pay as our 1 waitress was on a smoke break. Pair that with very high priced mediocre food and it's definitely somewhere you want to avoid.

When it comes to eating, 2 stars because of the wings, which are really great even if the price is very high. 10 wings cost €20. But the burger destroys the overall image of Hooters. The most important thing is the patty and that was inedible. You couldn't eat. Totally hard, bottom drawer in terms of taste. It was definitely a ready patty. Never eat a burger there again. If only wings.

I don't have to have it again now and I definitely don't recommend it. We had a Texas burger, there was no taste of Texas, the meat was so dry that I could hardly eat it and the burger was very unspectacular, you can already see it in the photo. The fries were actually fresh and delicious, they just needed a little salt. Then another portion of boneless chicken wings, completely overpriced. Since there are no side dishes included, the salad costs four euros extra. The burger almost 20€. Completely overpriced. Overall it all seems pretty run down, everything sticks here, the floor is dirty, but the toilets were clean. The service was very friendly but I don't have to have this again.

I particularly liked the service! Very friendly and competent. But I can imagine what the ladies here have to endure... The food tasted good, was well seasoned and seemed solid. I settled on the Twisted Texas Melt: Hooters Original Dayton Beach Sauce (caramelized onions, bacon, cheddar cheese in a brioche bun) because this burger was the closest thing to my favorite bacon cheeseburger. I was in there with a friend and at first we were afraid that there would only be a lot of strange people in there. But the restaurant convinced me of the opposite - very good food, friendly staff, respectful customers, modern equipment, high hygiene standards, perfect music. Yes! It was full yesterday August 17, 24 / around 10:45 p.m. ....but... we sat outside... after about 10 minutes I dared to ask a waitress to come to our table... BIG MISTAKE! Since I noticed the eye roll, I was excited to see what would happen next. The face was pretty grumpy and the words flew at us "WE don't serve anyone out here"... um, sorry, you can actually say that in a friendlier way... even if the day was definitely stressful... a bit more customer-friendly. Well... we asked for the tickets - wanted to order food. 5! People - that would definitely have been a bit of sales but NO - you don't seem to depend on it. The cards slammed onto the sticky table and we didn't ask if we would like something to drink... and the waitress walked away again. OK - if you don't want to, then don't...we got up and left.. SORRY - it could have been really good but the ladies don't act in a customer-oriented manner. Maybe they don't generate salaries through sales!

One of the most beautiful places in Hamburg. You can have a wonderful night with its different atmosphere and energy. I really liked your presentation and concept. If you wish, there is also a section where you can shop specific to the brand. Prices are reasonable. The taste is very good. The environment is decent and pleasant. So nothing to complain about in terms of food, I don't know what others have here🤷 The rooms are well furnished, bright and spacious, the only negative thing is the loud music. But after a short time it was turned down a little because the employees noticed that it was probably just a little over. Price-wise it's okay. What is a little cheeky, however, is that when you pay with a card, you put the device down and you see 10%, 15% and 20% tips directly on the display. I somehow didn't see an option to deselect this, but I don't want to commit to that. Tipping is and remains a voluntary gesture from the customer and is not a basic service. This clearly needs to be reworked. Otherwise, I can happily recommend Hooters, but just remember that paying in cash avoids the mandatory tipping system 😉
