Dårlig service! Ikke en eneste kunne tale engelsk og vi fik kun muligheden for at bestille fra et begrænset menukort, indtil nabo-bordet fik oversat at vi gerne ville købe, all you can eat! Når man så skal bestille kan man kun bestille 10 stykker sushi af gangen og så skal der gå 10 minutter før man igen kan bestille. Vi var 2 gæster, så vi fik 5 stykker hver og skulle derefter sidde og vente på at kunne bestille igen. Selv hvis man sender en ordre afsted med mindre end 10 stykker skal man vente 10 minutter. Høj pris, dårlig service, underlig koncept og sushi'en var ikke specielt god. Jeg vil vælge et andet sted næste gang.

We were there yesterday with 7 people. Since the tablets cover a maximum of four people, we received two tablets. The “4” tablet started the first round first. With the three tablet, the first order was placed 5-10 minutes later. There is a 10-minute cooldown per order round. With the tablet for 3 people, 2 orders have now been delivered and the 3rd has been ordered. The first order from the tablet for 4 people was still not there. During operation we asked whether we had done something wrong or whether the device was broken. The waitress couldn't answer due to the German language and called the manager. Instead of getting an answer to our question, the manager pointed out his index finger and tried to point out to us that the cooldown time refers to the order and not to the service time. When we pointed out that we had already received two rounds of orders with the other tablet (i.e. 3 of 7 people) and had already ordered the 3rd round, we were loudly attacked with the statements, among other things, "If you want to be served like a king, you have to pay like a king" or "I don't need unfriendly customers". An attempt to de-escalate, with the indication that we had only asked the operator for support/advice, did not lead to any insight. In short: That was our first and last time.

Way too hot, everyone was completely sweaty (we're not particularly susceptible), some things that were ordered didn't come at all and some things that weren't ordered were suddenly there🤷‍♂️. Everything is sticky and the tablet system doesn't work like a regular online shop (no, we are unfamiliar with technology), the pepper beef is pretty good but no one liked the beef soup.

I can absolutely recommend this place. The system is incredibly well thought out: You can order a la carte but I write about all you can eat. You get an iPad per table on which you can place 10 orders together. The order is then blocked for 10 minutes. The food arrives between 2 and 10 minutes directly after ordering. The portions are built correctly. You can try it out completely without getting 6 makis of one type as an example and quickly becoming full. The soups are also small and are easy to try out. If you don't like sushi, you can still get your fill in this restaurant. From roast beef to baked chicken. Vegetarians will also get their fill there. The drinks are delivered via a robot. By the way, he can also play happy birthday if you let us know in advance. Now to the restaurant itself. The food is freshly made but the furniture and decoration are outdated. It was probably nicer with a huge moss wall, but it's half torn down and looks unkempt. The tables are separated from each other by wooden walls, but these only hold if the tables are stable next to each other. Unfortunately everything was cobbled together very cheaply. Too bad. Goodie: you can get a massage for free on the first floor. There is a massage spaceship there for free use. I'll definitely come back and bring new customers with me, but hope for a nicer interior.

Disaster! If you like eating bad canteen-style food, this is the place for you. Cold food, totally poor and inferior quality, carelessly thrown onto the plate and sometimes musty taste. If you want to eat good sushi, avoid this place. Some of the food was already dried out or just warmed up. Absolutely tasteless soup to begin with and the sushi fell apart before it even got to the table. The kimchi tasted like old fish and the fries were still hard on the inside. The spring rolls consisted only of dough, only some pureed vegetables could be imagined with a lot of imagination. We actually always enjoy being there, but unfortunately we were treated unkindly last time. We had reserved for 3 people, unfortunately 1 person didn't come. We were already sitting at the table, jackets and bags stowed away, soy sauce poured into the bowl, when we were told we had to go somewhere else. Reason: 2 people are not allowed to sit at a table for 4. You can understand that when the place is full but it was half empty. So we asked to be allowed to stay seated; after all, we had already “set ourselves up”. However, the waiter was unfriendly and shooed us across the restaurant to another table. When we left the restaurant was still not full, so this action was met with incomprehension. I understand that you have to focus on your sales, but that shouldn't take precedence over customer friendliness. Very unfortunate.

Some of the employees are in “not in the mood” mode and you can feel that immediately upon arrival. The chairs are very worn. Ordering via tablet was a nice experience, but unfortunately not all of the dishes that were ordered came. We usually ordered the dishes again for the next round. Many dishes arrived already cold. Some dishes were delicious. We liked the dessert the most. For the price I think the service and food are generally overpriced. The employees didn't make you feel welcome. Talking wasn't their forte. If you asked something, you got short, boring answers. We wouldn't eat here again, but for some dishes and ordering via tablet you can give it a good C.

The staff is friendly and we managed to get a seat even though we were there an hour before our reservation. However, the food, especially the sushi, was rather mediocre, prepared with little effort and rarely corresponded to the pictures. Unfortunately it was very reminiscent of the prepackaged Lidl sushi. In addition, you never knew when and what would arrive at the table, what was ordered. Some came extremely late, some not at all. All in all, everything was ok, but definitely not worth the money (35€ AYCE).

We were at kofookoo on a very busy day and had to wait 20 minutes to be seated despite having a reservation. The reception was still very friendly. When we were seated, we were served very quickly. We ate "all you can eat". After 4 rounds we were already very full, but due to the full restaurant, the service staff unfortunately couldn't keep up, so some things took 30 minutes to arrive and were already cold by then. If you want to make more use of this type of buffet, you might not want to stop by on the weekend. What should definitely be mentioned positively is that despite the stress, the tables were cleaned thoroughly after each guest and the empty bowls were also quickly cleared away. I can definitely recommend kofookoo.

The food was really great. As country bumpkins we don't know the system at all. You order your food using a tablet that stays at the table the entire time. The selection is huge and there is something for everyone. We were there with our children and received a very warm welcome. When we are back in HH we would love to come back. The only thing that wasn't great was the noise there, but you have to say that the restaurant was full to the last seat and that speaks for itself... complaining at a high level.

Despite a confirmed reservation for 7:45 p.m., we stood in front of the cold store for over 30 minutes, with other people who were still waiting, some with previous reservations. By far the worst sushi and food I have ever eaten. Anyone who cares even remotely about quality should definitely avoid this store. If you appreciate good sushi, give this place a wide berth. I can only explain the 5-star reviews by saying that some people simply don't have a better comparison. The visit really exceeded everything – in a negative sense. Even supermarket sushi tastes fresher and better. For almost €80 we experienced one disappointment after another. The images on Google suggest a quality that is not even remotely achieved in reality. The sushi had clearly been prepared and stored for hours - the rice was dry, grainy and inedible. The fried foods were also a disaster: soft, steamed from being kept warm, and completely lacking in crunch. The edamame were hard and not even fully cooked. But the absolute low point was the musty, smelly shrimp, which immediately put us off. We were absolutely disgusted - luckily we escaped without food poisoning. The dishes on the ordering tablet are advertising images from the Internet and not from the restaurant itself - in reality, something completely different is served on the table. This became clear to us at the latest when our udon noodle bowl was served: It looked nice on the tablet - we didn't even expect it to look the same, but what we got was just absurd. A tiny bowl with exactly one udon noodle in a completely ordinary vegetable broth. Overall, the food was more reminiscent of a cafeteria in a pensioner's guesthouse than of a restaurant. Even the breakfast at our hotel was pure luxury compared to this food waste. In addition, the service was an imposition. The waiters were unfriendly and slammed the drinks on the table without saying a word. Of course we didn't tip given this grotesquely poor service. It's unbelievable how a restaurant like this can survive.

I feel sorry for the people working there. They look so miserable that one feels sad rather than angry with their rudeness and incompetence. We were a party of 4 with a baby and the manager could not have been more indifferent and passive aggressive with our extra needs for the infant (4 months old), such as space for the stroller and a minimum hygiene standard - yes, the food tastes that way for a reason. If the chairs and tables were that dirty, I can only imagine how the kitchen looks like. Run away from this hell-hole and instead go to the food court adjacent to it and try one of their many options, even going to the supermarket and grabbing a bar of Twix is a healthier more conscious decision than spending a single cent on this horrible scam.

I don't know if it's too much to ask the service to work with more vigor and perhaps also mention which dishes will be added if something is missing from the all-you-can-eat dish. When I asked why some things weren't included at the table, I was told that it was probably a system error. The second time I asked for the missing dishes to be re-served, but that didn't work either. The third time I was uncomfortable, I brought it up again in a polite tone. The waiter's comment: "You can order the crunchy rolls with your next order." That doesn't make sense to me because I'm paying for 5 plates per round. We even took photos of everything that came to the table, and even dessert was missing some things. Nonetheless: your concept and the food are really great! Still on the sidelines, there were three of us and at a still pleasant time when there wasn't much going on!

Incredible! I'm a restaurateur myself and I would be ashamed to serve such subpar quality. The service was nice but knew exactly what they were bringing to the table and always quickly left the table. Food only came partially at the same time and was either cold or didn't taste good. Sushi wasn't fresh, shrimp overlaid and/or not seasoned. When we complained to the boss about the food, he wanted to get rid of us quickly and didn't respond in the slightest to our criticism. This was an absolutely disastrous experience! The service was subpar, even when you were greeted you weren't even given any friendly attention. But the worst thing was the food: we went there for all-you-can-eat for just under €39 per person. The sushi was just warmed up and not fresh, the avocado was brown, the rice was grayish - just disgusting! The beef was completely tough, dry and tasteless. There was also the Cola Zero, which came out of the glass and was stale and non-carbonated. The dishes came individually and never together. A lot was forgotten and some of the things ordered in the first round only came at the end. The waiters always ran away from the table because it was extremely unpleasant to serve such food... even if you can't call it food... When I spoke to the boss after the coke and the terrible food, he completely ignored me at first. After asking several times, I finally asked him to come to the table so he could look at the inedible food. What followed was even more unprofessional: Luckily we didn't have to pay anything, but the boss "accompanied" us to the door and made it clear that we should leave. An incredibly unfriendly and disrespectful way to treat guests. This restaurant is the worst we have ever visited. Never again!

I especially find the meat from the “hot dishes” category delicious. We ordered duck, chicken, lamb and beef. I thought the lamb and the “steak” were the best. The chicken, on the other hand, was unfortunately a bit dry. When it comes to sushi, you just have to pay attention to what you order. For example, salmon nigiri is better than tuna nigiri. The portions are small but tasty, you never manage to finish 10 rounds. For the price of around €35 ​​(Weekend All You Can Eat) there is a huge selection of meat, side dishes and sushi. Even the desserts are very tasty, I especially recommend the matcha ice cream. So if you can eat a lot, the restaurant is definitely recommended!

We went to kofokoo for the first time yesterday and were totally thrilled. The first sushi arrived just a few minutes after we placed the order. You can tell that everything was super fresh and we liked everything very much. The selection was really huge and there was something for everyone. We will definitely come again next time we are in Hamburg.

I recently went to Koufoukou Restaurant and unfortunately I have to say that the experience was marred by the rude manner of the waiter. The waiter, a bald man with a few hairs on his head and a beard, was anything but friendly. Every time you asked him to do something, he sighed in annoyance. It seemed as if he was dissatisfied with the guests and constantly asked questions in a threatening tone like "You can't leave that alone!" - really unpleasant. Although the food was good, the waiter's behavior significantly detracted from the experience. On weekends the food is also quite expensive: 35 euros per person. It's worth keeping that in mind. Unfortunately not the most pleasant place in town in terms of service.

The employees are friendly. However, we were seated in the middle of the room. When I asked if we could have the neighboring table against the wall, as the tables were very close together and we were hoping for peace and quiet from at least one side, I was told that the one with another table was reserved for a larger group. Shortly afterwards, 2 people were seated there... There was dried leftover food on one of the plates. The chairs are worn out and rancid, the table was sticky and too high due to the worn out chairs. The food is ok, I expect better quality with raw fish.

Wasn't the first "tablet-all-you-can-eat restaurant" we've been to. However, we won't be coming here anymore. The service at the table was friendly and polite. The food is OK - but nothing special. The ambience in the Rinderhalle is reminiscent of a train station hall - loud and uncomfortable. The concept of 2 hours - ordering every 15 minutes works quite well in other stores. Here, however, we sat there for almost 30 minutes between two orders without service or food. Then the feeling of satiety came on its own. Too bad! Overall, everything gave the impression of being made to measure. For the money - it's not worth it for me. Praise to the service at the table - which was quick and always polite!!! The boss or whoever it was who pointed his finger at us at the entrance like in the parking garage ("up - right - back left - Tusch Nr...") where we could sit down - old Swede... flat zero.

Unfortunately not fresh. Anyone who knows good sushi shouldn't go here. Deep-fried sushi wasn't fresh, even with the second order then the maki sushi like at Aldi. It would be pearl cheap like in Hamburg but we're talking about €35 here.

We had the proverbial last seat in the back corner. Our table wasn't against a wall. It was a door. My chair was right on a step. There was no way I should have slipped back 2cm. Then I would have fallen 2 steps backwards. It's a shame for such a restaurant.

Erst hieß es am Telefon, dass es kein Problem mit einem Tisch für 6 Personen mit kleinem Hund gibt. Als wir eine halbe Stunde später ankamen gab es doch ein Problem mit dem Tisch. Der junge Hund unterm Tisch erschrak in der ersten viertel Stunde 3 mal und meldete sich ganz kurz, hörte aber sofort wieder auf. Der Chef kam und behauptete, der Hund würde andauernd bellen, was überhaupt nicht stimmte, und wir müssten den Hund sonst raus oder ins Auto bringen! Oder gehen Zum Essen: Fad, keine große Auswahl, teilweise kamen ausgewählte Speisen verspätet oder gar nicht, Sushi schlecht gefertigt, Fleischteilweisesehr fest. Die Bedienung war gut. Und nun kommt es: Toiletten nur über eine Treppe erreichbar, also nichts für eingeschränkt Bewegliche! Wenn Kofookoo, dann gerne und nur an der Mönckebergstr.

Wir waren zum Abendessen . Bestellung über Tablet je 5 Gerichte alle 15 Minuten 2 Stunden lang. Die Bestellung klappt super. Dann kommen die Gerichte ohne Nummern und man muss schauen was es genau ist. Teilweise kommen die Gerichte erst nach der 2 Bestellung. das größte Manko: das Essen ist immer nur lauwarm bis kalt. Nachspeisen ungeniesbar viel zu Süss, Eisstücke im Eis. Einmal und nie wieder

Went to “all yo can eat” for the first time with 4 people on Saturday evening from 6 p.m. The location makes a good impression, but that's where it slowly ends. After the first order (1st round) it took a little longer until the first dishes arrived. Unfortunately, not all of the dishes from the first order were delivered. And that's how it went through the whole evening and everyone ordered rounds. The dishes we ordered were always missing, and unfortunately the hot dishes were also lukewarm to cold. We spoke to the service staff several times about the situation. Unfortunately nothing changed the whole evening. We were repeatedly dismissed with the statement that there was a lot going on and that cold food might occur. Oh WOW we thought, awesome statement. Our complaint would have been communicated to the restaurant management, but unfortunately we didn't hear anything from this person. Except when the 2 hours were up, he came and asked quite arrogantly if we would like to order anything else, if not we should pay. Ok, second WOW was our negative realization again. With all due respect for the catering industry and the employees. But at €34.90 per person, you can expect trained staff to respond to the customer's needs and address any negative points. Cold food??? Seriously??? Just because the store is full??? As if it was such a miracle and unexpected event for those responsible that on a Saturday evening in Hamburg, the restaurant right next to the Winterdom is full... The way in which the complaints were then dealt with simply shows once again that “the fish always starts to stink from the head on”. But even after this feedback is published it will unfortunately be the same as always; The store is so busy that nothing will change. But the store has definitely lost us as guests. Really a shame.

Raw chicken!!!!! What more can you say about that?!!? Emails are not responded to. No position is taken on this. Unfortunately, it was only after 2 days that we saw that some of the meat was very raw, and we were wondering why we were sitting on the bowl all the time. When I saw it, it really came back to me. You don't really comment on it over the phone, not even a real apology or anything. You are offered a free sushi roll with your next purchase! I just think to myself, is that still possible?, how can you want to fob off a customer with something like that? The health department should urgently take a look here.

You forgot to send me part of my order. I called them and explained this to them. They told me they would speak to the boss and call me back. Of course they didn't call me back. I went there to pick up my order and the boss was really mad at me even though he forgot to put a big part of my order.
