Very poor delivery. Always late, always missing something.

Unfortunately, I never received my €35 order. I ordered it two hours ago, and now the store is closed. Nothing has been delivered. I'm going to contact PayPal and demand my money back. I haven't received a message or a call. It's a shame.

Waited 1 hour + 32 minutes delay. Chopsticks only for one person, even though it was a combo for several people.

The vegan sushi is really delicious (even if the rolls fall apart easily), however, we were unfortunately very dissatisfied with the way our order was handled. We ordered with the delivery time "as soon as possible." While we were aware that it might take a little longer (the website states that it can take up to 2 hours), our order didn't arrive for about 2.5 hours. After 2 hours, we tried calling several times to ask how much longer it would take, but no one answered. After about 2 hours and 20 minutes, an employee called us and apologized for the delay. He offered us a bottle of wine as an apology, which we accepted. When the driver then arrived, he knew nothing about the bottle of wine, nor did he have our other ordered and already paid-for drinks with him, saying they were unfortunately sold out. We would have appreciated a phone call to choose other drinks. He then offered to buy us drinks at the neighboring restaurant. After I declined, he refunded me for the drinks we had already paid for. Then he said, "I'll transfer some money back to you via PayPal right away." But nothing came of it. So, for an order worth almost €80, we waited about 2.5 hours, no one was reachable, the ordered drinks weren't delivered, and the promised bottle of wine as an apology, as well as the promised partial refund, never arrived. Afterwards, we also noticed that the invoice stated a delivery time of 2 hours after ordering, instead of "as soon as possible." So, something seems to have gone wrong there too, and perhaps the food would have arrived sooner. However, our order confirmation correctly stated the delivery as "as soon as possible," which is why we didn't question it. Overall, it's a real shame how things turned out, as the food, while delicious, unfortunately isn't worth the high price and poor service.

I pre-ordered the food for a specific time slot. Delivery was supposedly between 6 and 6:30 p.m. At 6:45 p.m., an employee called me, apologized, and said the driver would be there in 5-10 minutes. After 15 minutes, the driver called again and said he'd need another 11 minutes. 20 minutes later, the driver shoved the food into my hand without comment and without a friendly manner. The tempura shrimp were no longer crispy, and the overall price/performance ratio was unbearable. I'd rather pay €20 more and order from Henssler!

I've ordered from Rohhäppchen several times now, including from different branches. In my personal opinion, the quality of the food bears absolutely no relation to the price (my comments refer to the vegan offerings). Yesterday, I wanted to treat myself to something proper. I had to throw away half of the order because all the rolls were somehow off-flavor. Unbalanced ingredients, too many flavors, just a mush of flavors, and everything was rather mushy and musty. The leftovers were left in the fridge overnight. The next morning, they tasted almost better than fresh. And I think the prices are simply too high. I realize that this all depends a lot on personal taste, but as I mentioned, the price-performance ratio isn't right for me. For someone with a big appetite, €40-50 is easily enough. If it doesn't taste good, it's very frustrating.

First, the positive: The sushi I ordered was delicious. The delivery and SERVICE, however, weren't good. The delivery time was advertised as one hour. When that hour had passed, they informed us that we'd been forgotten and the food would be sent out immediately. The food arrived another hour later, two hours later. The promised extra roll was missing, as was another (paid) part of the order. It was supposed to be delivered later. Nothing arrived until closing time. Considering the order cost around €40 (correction: €64.44), that's pretty questionable service. EDIT: Raw Bites is now trying to get rid of this review by filing a complaint with Google. They are demanding evidence to substantiate the claims I've made here, otherwise the review will be deleted within seven days. No problem at all, the receipt is attached, and no, we're not former employees... The remaining reviews speak for themselves; we don't seem to be the only customer who wasn't served well.

I used to be a big fan, but unfortunately the quality has declined considerably. The rice was overcooked, the avocado was rock hard, and there was way too much rice in the rolls. They also added soy sauce on top.

One of the best sushi I've ever ordered. The presentation and taste were simply amazing. The driver was super friendly! The price was perfectly reasonable for this sushi. This will definitely be on my Sunday menu again! Thank you, I'll gladly order again!!

Tolles Sushi. Nicht günstig, aber gut. Wir hatten auch veganes Sushi das war ebenfalls gut.

Rohhäppchen gehörte früher für uns zu jedem Wochenende und gemütlichem Abend dazu, nun macht einfach alles keinen Sinn mehr! Das Sushi ist kleiner und schlechter geworden, der Service ist fast nicht vorhanden und die Wartezeit mit 1h 45min für zwei Rollen ist definitiv eine Frechheit! Nach etwas Herzschmerz habe ich mich dafür entschieden, mein Geld anderen zu widmen, da bekomme ich für weniger Geld mehr geboten. Schade, aber Tschüss Rohhäppchen.

Das Sushi is superteuer und schick, aber so unglaublich süß, das ist nicht normal. Das ist nicht das beste Sushi der Stadt, sondern nur das ungesündeste von allen. Und was sollen diese Wortspiele in Verbindung mit deutschen Märchen? Macht lieber ordentliches Essen, liefert dieses pünktlich und macht weniger Zucker rein!

Super leckeres Sushi, und Ahmed am Telefon war mir eine große Hilfe bei der Bestellung. Ein sehr netter geduldiger Mensch! :))

Kann die ganzen schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Ich bestelle schon lange gerne bei Rohhäppchen die Lieferanten sind immer freundlich und das Essen wirklich kein Vergleich zu herkömmlichen Sushi. Klar kann es sein dass mal so viel los ist dass die Lieferung sich etwas verzögert grade an Tagen wie dem Valentinstag. Wie auch immer ich kann Rohhäppchen auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlen!

Premium Suhsi auf ein anderen Level die verpackung das ganze drum und drann alles frisch ich mag eigentlich kein Sushi aber meine frau hat mich überredet ubd jetz bin ich bereit häufiger da zu bestellen. Schnell , frisch und lecker besser gehts nicht.

Trotz 7 Stunden Vorbestellung haben wir kein Essen erhalten! Mussten dann selbst los fahren um noch Essen zu bekommen. Hier werden eindeutige zu viele Aufträge angenommen. Das Geld wurde uns jedoch zurückerstattet (nach Problemmeldung bei Paypal)

Leckeres sushi in bester Qualität mit dem extra geschmackserlebnis

Best sushi place in Germany: The style of sushi - including Vegan options - is extraordinary!!! However, their delivery service (- 1*) is not up to the task. The higher the demand, e.g. Friday evenings, the longer it takes to get your order delivered (2hrs+). Anyhow, we knew and ordered again - their vegan tuna rolls with truffles and mayonnaise are not from this world…. Definitively worth the wait!!!

Super lange gewartet. Zum Glück hat es geschmeckt. Zu wenig Soja und Ingwer.

Wer hier keine 5 Sterne gibt, der hat keine Ahnung von Sushi. 25 mal bestellt, 25 mal 5 Sterne 🌟

So to start; We used to love this place as a treat until this evening. The sushi was great quality and better than almost anywhere in the area, and the dumplings were top notch. The price was justified Tonight I arrived to pick up in person. A first, but was in the area. I was handed my delivery in the form of stacked boxes. No bag. You can decide whose fault that is, but a major inconvenience when visiting on a bike! The food: dumplings have shrunk in size by close to half. Taste has changed to the point that they fall into the category of "nothing to shout about" More than half the sushi fell apart when lifting out of the box and the fish seemed to be of lower quality than previously used I can only speculate that ownership has changed hands or that they just don't care as much as anymore. This negative review is in many ways related to the price, as everything fell short of what is expected at this "level", but have had equal and even better sushi experiences for a fraction of the price To conclude, Good presentation doesn't mean good sushi. The basics need to be in order first and foremost Upwards and onwards. Time to find an alternative

Ich habe jetzt schon mehrfach bei Rohhäppchen bestellt. Jedesmal mit gleichbleibender Qualität. Es ist schon ziemlich auf fancy gemacht. Geschmacklich sind tolle, auch ungewöhnlichere Kreationen dabei. Auch die veganen Varianten habe ich probiert und gefallen mir sehr gut. Tatsächlich sind die Preise schon etwas überdurchschnittlich, jedoch noch vertretbar. Mein größter Kritikpunkt und deshalb auch der Punktabzug, sind die immensen Wartezeiten, bisher tatsächlich immer länger gewartet als angegeben wurde.

Bei uns war die Lieferung schnell und dann kam optisch total toll und umweltfreundlich verpackt leckeres Sushi geliefert! Es war super! Und kein Plastik, was ich großartig finde!!! 👍🏻

Lieferzeit: 1:15 Freitags Abends um 20:00 war ok. Das Sushi war sehr lecker und sah toll aus. Wir hatten ca. 60 Sushi bestellt, wobei nur 2* Besteckpackungen mit insgesamt 2 Servietten und 4 Stäbchenpaaren dabei waren. Ebenso 2* mal Soja. Somit gehe ich davon aus dass es für 2 Personen gedacht war... was ich bei anderen Sushi Läden noch nie erlebt habe. Da wurde immer für 3 gerechnet. Jedoch: Das Sushi war so lecker, dass wir kaum Soja brauchten. Unterm Strich also 5 Sterne weil es wirklich lecker war und gut aussah.

Habe tagsüber die Bestellung mit ausgewählter Lieferzeit am Abend aufgegeben. Hat super geklappt, Bestellung kam genau in der ausgewählten Zeitspanne bei mir an. Trüffelsushi sowie Dumplings waren super lecker!

Super leckeres und kreatives Sushi und die Lieferung hat bisher immer wunderbar geklappt. Die Mitarbeiter in der Filiale Rotherbaum sind sehr nett und wenn die Lieferung doch mal 10 Minuten länger dauert, wird man telefonisch informiert. Toller Service und ich bestelle dort sehr gerne!

Also uns wurde Rohhäppchen von einer Bekannten empfohlen. Als ich die ganzen negativen Bewertungen gesehen habe, haben wir natürlich erstmal geschluckt aber gedacht komm give it a try. Wir können eigentlich nichts negatives berichten: Essen kam wie bestellt, Lieferzeit ca. 40 Minuten. Wir hatten über Lieferando bestellt. Klar es ist nicht günstig, aber das darf man wohl bei Sushi auch nicht erwarten finde ich. Werden bestimmt mal wieder da bestellen.
