Yoko Sushi Lieferservice Niendorf in Hamburg

They were rude on the phone when I called to report that my mayo was missing and I'd have to eat my crunchy snack cold! It took another 45 minutes for the mayo to arrive. Really bad!

So I ordered my meal there, but sadly I was very disappointed. The meal I ordered looked really bad compared to the picture on the Lieferando website. It didn’t taste bad, but you also eat with your eyes, so I don’t know if I can recommend this restaurant. Maybe it was just a mistake.

Incredibly bad shop... Unfortunately, no one there really spoke German. I placed an order, and at first they couldn't find my address. Then they just drove away without calling, and after two hours the food arrived. If their German had been better, they probably would have understood my message regarding my address.

Unfortunately, they're advertising with false promises. Our crispy chicken bao buns arrived completely devoid of vegetables. The otherwise worthwhile 2-for-1 offer seems to be interpreted as meaning one portion is split between two plates; in this case, the bottom of the bowl wasn't even completely covered with rice, and there were only two halved tomatoes and two bok choy leaves. This could definitely be improved. The taste was okay, but nothing more.

The portion was really small for €16; luckily, we ordered more. But it just wasn't good. The bao bun chicken was a complete rip-off. What was supposed to be on it? An Asian pastry filled with baked chicken, mixed salad, carrot strips, spring onions, chives, sesame seeds, Yoko cocktail mayonnaise, and sweet sauce. What did it actually contain? Deep-fried chicken with four small strips of iceberg lettuce. We also ordered the fried bananas. First, they were both put in one package, and then, while it was nice that the honey had already been poured on them (if it had been sealed), it would have been fine, but the honey wasn't on the bananas anymore; it had been smeared all over the bag. I will never order from there again. It was a complete waste of money.

The food was really tasty when I ordered, it arrived quickly but there was just plastic in the sushi roll. You're lucky I didn't report it.

Ordered three times, forgot drinks three times. They didn't deliver them even after asking. Paid with PayPal, so I lost my money. Never again :)

I ordered fried food there, which was cold upon delivery. We ordered for two people and noted that they should pack it separately, which was repeatedly ignored. One call, and all we get is apologies, but unfortunately, nothing changes in behavior.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed; the quality for the price was not good. The quality is better in every supermarket. We picked up the food and were very shocked because it didn't seem particularly clean. Not recommended; it was our first and last order! There are alternatives in Niendorf.

Ordered a bowl with chicken and salmon. The salmon bowl was okay, the chicken bowl was a joke. How can you possibly deliver burnt and dry food (chicken)? A solid 6! 2 stars because at least the bowl was okay. Considering the price of €15.20, a scale of up to 6 isn't sufficient. 6-----! Unfortunately, we can no longer recommend it.

I didn't agree with the sushi quality and contacted the store by phone. The interlocutor refused to take it back or exchange it. Unfortunately, €30 ended up in the trash. It's a shame that the person I spoke to was so unreasonable. 12/19/23

Yes, I don't really know. That didn't convince me at all. Price-quantity is right (I don't really want to write about performance here) but sophistication and good taste are definitely missing. Didn't pick me up, didn't convince me.

The voucher cannot be redeemed if you pick it up yourself. OK. Maybe it would make sense to say that when ordering and not 10 minutes after paying and waiting. Then I wouldn't have placed the order. :-(

Delicious sushi and good prices, especially for people who want to try sushi. Those who pick up get a 20% discount. Order worked well.

Everything was OK - I pre-ordered and when I came by to pick it up, the final touches were being made. Price and performance are absolutely fine.

Very fast delivery. However, the Philadelphia roll was missing cream cheese and the sushi was supermarket quality. I won't be ordering anything there again.

Sehr leckere Sushis, viele Variationen, für ein grosses Menü für ca 45€ haben wir zu Viert lecker gegessen :)

Einfach Klasse! Der Inhaber ist noch jung und hat jetzt schon alles drauf. Die Lieferung war schnell und das Essen war noch heiß. Einfach Hammer dieser Typ! Immer wieder gerne. Man kann leider keine 6 Sterne geben, deswegen gibts 5. Mach weiter so!

Super pünktlich und sehr frisch! Hatte länger nicht bei Yoko bestellt und war heute angenehm überrascht: Alles war sehr sorgfältig zubereitet. Geschmacklich habe ich nichts auszusetzen. Einziges Manko,das Sushi und die gebackenen Bananen wurden mir zu schnell geliefert. 😂 Unbedingt ausprobieren.

Hier stimmt einfach alles. Auge und Bauch sind hier ein Einklang🥰. Das sushi ist immer frisch, die Portionen wirklich groß und auch die Lieferung erfolgt super schnell. Immer wieder gern.

Mega leckeres Sushi! Tolle Mitarbeiter! Und preis-Leistung einfach nur top. Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen. Vielen Dank für das leckere Essen!
