The first time and the last employee doesn't know about the menu the prices changed after I ordered and had to pay the food was really bad has nothing to do with sushi not recommended

Unfortunately I have a very disappointing one experience with my order. After waiting over an hour for my food, I called the restaurant to check the status of the delivery. The conversation was forwarded several times until an employee who spoke German finally came to the phone. Unfortunately, he wasn't very helpful and only briefly explained that there were a lot of orders and that my delivery was on the way. The tone of the employee was unfriendly! When the delivery driver finally arrived he was also very rude and extremely disrespectful and bitchy. In addition, the food was unfortunately cold, which suggests the long delivery time and the way the order was handled. Overall, the quality of the food and the service were inadequate, which is why I unfortunately cannot recommend the restaurant.

It has often happened that, despite ordering, the shop has already closed without notice.

Ordered food to pick up for 10:30 p.m. (order was placed shortly after 9 p.m.). Arrive shortly after 10:30 p.m. and find that it's already closed. No notification or anything similar (contact details were provided when ordering). I've ordered from there several times because it was ok in terms of price/performance ratio. But that is an absolute disgrace!

I picked it up myself to eat in the apartment and wasn't put off by the first entrance. And it was worth it. The store is geared towards delivery, but there is a small restaurant on site, which is really appealing. And the sushi and seaweed salad were plentiful and very tasty.

Price-performance is great! We are particularly happy about the great offers right now!

All very tasty. The supplier simply said €0.10 more, which doesn't bother me but you just don't do that. In addition, you can't find the store online after the end, which is a shame. But the sushi is great.

Very disappointed, delivered completely wrong, paid €32.20 and only got €10.50 back. Service was very cheeky on the phone and we were even threatened. It's a shame I've been ordering for years but never again...

One of the better sushi shops in Harburg. Thanks to the pickup discount, I like to pick something up there in the evening.

Richtig richtig gutes Sushi, qualitativ und frisch. Die Sushi Größe ist auch optimal (nicht zu klein) und selbst die Soßen, Stäbchen, Verpackung usw. sind qualitativ und hochwertig. Alles war pünktlich und der Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Macht satt und schmeckt sehr gut! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Bereits mehrmals bestellt, alles superfrisch und lecker. Nette Mitarbeiter bei der Abholung. Immer wieder gerne :)

Preis-Leistung unschlagbar durch den 30% abholer Rabatt. Der Lachs wirkt sehr frisch und die Chicken Nigiri sind der Hammer. Wenn Sushi, dann nur noch hier!

Liegt ziemlich versteckt in einem etwas merkwürdigen Stadtviertel aber ausgezeichnetes Sushi. Unbedingt probieren.

Das Sushi wird hier frisch zubereitet und ist unfassbar lecker. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Meine Bestellung wurde zügig vorbereitet. Der Laden ist für Harburg eine echte Bereicherung.
