I can actually only recommend the place for drinks. Firstly, the food is too expensive and secondly, at best it is of sufficient quality. For example, I had the Caesar wrap and the salad in it was hotter than the chicken, which means it was simply warmed up too. You don't actually do that now.

The prices are completely beyond the scope. The burger was outrageously expensive and tasted like an order or microwave burger. Impudence!

We had a delicious meal there and received friendly service.

Since there isn't that much going on at the moment, you can at least get a good spot quickly.

Good restaurant with great food, at a bit too high prices. You have a lot of fun there, good food. The ambience deserves 1 STAR deduction because many pedestrians simply walk past there (passage to the Hamburger Meile).

The food itself was good, a bit expensive, but good. However, toward the end, the waiter was a bit rude when it came to paying and half-insisted on a tip. I said, "Please, card," but the waiter didn't enter a number into the machine. He waited at least 30 seconds before saying at least €24. I thought to myself: what the hell?

Very good food. I'm American and I'm recommending this place. I had the pulled pork with coleslaw and sweet potato fries. It's a german take on American food. Close but no cigar. The service was awesome, and the food will make me come back to try more items. With a name like Louisiana, I was expecting southern American cuisine.

I liked it very much. The pulled pork burger and fries were very tasty and cocktails at happy hour were also worth it.

We only had a drink...the service was friendly and helpful with charging our phone.

The ambience was okay (03/18/2025) Although the upholstered seating area looked really nice. The drinks took a little long, even though the store was manageably full. The food tasted good, but unfortunately it was lukewarm to cold. I wouldn't eat there again. The service was really nice, not intrusive but very discreet.

I have never had such an awful pulled pork sandwich, it tasted like salt and bitter mustard, my tongue honestly hurts. The Coleslaw was also inedible. And they charged €20 for it. The baked potato and side salad were alright, just similarly over priced.

I ate here for the first time today and am a little disappointed, the service took a long time to arrive, but was very friendly. The burgers looked good, but couldn't impress anyone with the taste or quality of the patty. Very unfortunate.

As a resident of Aachen, I came to compare two Luisiana's with each other and found that the memory cards are not 100% identical and the preparation is also different. But the quality is also very good in Hamburg.

Yesterday I went to the cinema with a friend, it was the first time. We ordered two plates of nachos and two more beers. We wanted to order something else when our nachos were empty. We looked at the menu and were both shocked. The price of the nachos was incredibly high – €12.50. They're just plain chips! There's no gold on it or any shrimp. We asked the waitress why they were so expensive. The waitress was annoyed and didn't know why they were so expensive. We won't go there again, it's a shame.

Remarkably friendly and attentive staff. We immediately felt welcome. Although there was a lot going on and the employees had a lot to do, there was a pleasant atmosphere and no waiting time. We were there on a Saturday evening (with a reservation) to have something to eat before the cinema. The food was very tasty. The price has gone up a bit and with a burger plus separate side dishes such as fries or salad, which you have to order as an option, it's not exactly cheap, but this is now the case almost everywhere.

The Louisiana restaurant in the shopping arcade impresses at first glance with its southern look and generous seating. The ambience is inviting, with an atmosphere that makes you want to have a cozy stay. Service: The service was commendable: the waiter was extremely friendly, attentive and served us quickly - a clear plus that made the stay pleasant. Drinks: The Ipanema cocktail tasted okay, but was disappointing for the price. The small glass was filled almost entirely with ice cubes, so that the actual cocktail was hardly visible. A better price-performance ratio would be desirable here. Eat: The Southern Pulled Pork Poutine dish impressed with the portion size, but was disappointing in the quality. Unfortunately, the pulled pork was mushy and more reminiscent of porridge - a real mistake that spoiled the enjoyment. I wouldn't order this dish again. Conclusion: The Louisiana has potential and scores with a pleasant ambience and good service. However, the quality of the food and drinks leaves room for improvement. It's definitely suitable for a quick drink or a casual meeting, but I would choose more carefully when it comes to food in the future.

The burger (pulled, pork burger) was small but tasted pork delicious. The ambience could be better, but it's just a shopping mall. It's also pretty tight at the tables. But it doesn't change the delicious food.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von über 20 Personen mit Reservierung im Lousianna und hatten einen schönen Abend dort! Da es sehr voll war, mussten wir recht lange aufs Essen warten, aber noch im Rahmen. Von Burger über gebackene Kartoffel bis Salate war alles sehr lecker. Auch die Cocktails waren gut. Der Service war bemüht und freundlich. Alles in allem eine klare Weiterempfehlung!

Had dinner with family in Louisiana yesterday. The food, we had, among other things, 3 different vegan burgers were super tasty, the jackfruit burger in particular was outstanding, meat substitute of the highest quality, I have rarely eaten such a good burger...and I usually really like eating meat😅. The pumpkin chia burger was also amazing in terms of taste (my friend let me pug it) 😉 Then we had the falafel burger, which also tasted very good, only the consistency was too special for us, but that's complaining at a high level 👍🏻 The food came quickly and we can also highly recommend the drinks (homemade lemonades)! The service was great, the nice young man was always attentive, had a good view of all the tables and was well organized, even if the EC card machine didn't work, but that's how technology is, but he is still remembered for his charismatic streak. The ambience is very harmonious, it's a shame that the restaurant is separated by a corridor, but the restaurant can't do anything about floor plans 😊 All in all, we were super satisfied and would be happy to recommend you, the price/performance ratio is just right here 👍🏻

The prices seem a bit intimidating at first glance, but the motto "no one goes hungry here" is taken seriously. Poutine and appetizer? But you must have been really hungry. The cocktails are good and even if they only offer a small discount, the happy hour is worth it. There's no skimping on alcohol here either. The location is okay, they make the most of the space, but you feel like you're sitting a bit in the hallway. On the other hand: Less than 5 minutes to UCI also makes it a great place for a pre-movie meal.

The burgers with fries cost 20 euros and are absolutely not worth the money. The patty tastes like the one at the janitor's kiosk back in school, the sauces, cheese, etc. are just bland and uninspired. I can also make a bag of rolls with a frozen meatball, a slice of cheddar and a few jarred jalapenjos at home. The service is nice, but if you don't read female, you tend to wait longer in front of your empty glasses.... I won't be coming back, there are better places in Hamburg.

Starter sampler for 21.20 for 2 people according to the card. 4 dead-fried onion rings etc. We asked ourselves whether there was anything that didn't end up in the deep fryer. The prices are definitely too high. A burger with fries almost 20 euros. A burger individually 17 euros. Homemade lemonade 6 euros. The quality is good, no question. The service is also super nice. But the prices are way too high. Who else should afford that? We now always share a meal because the quantity is enough for us and also because the prices are so high.

I was there with a small group. More like a club meeting. A nice and balanced menu with lots of delicious things. Including vegetarian (I didn't pay attention to vegan). Depending on what you order, the portion is larger or smaller. But I can't complain about the taste and the price is good too. Likewise the staff, friendly, always present somewhere and quick. Recommendation.

Well-intentioned advice, don't get a burger there. The burger pettie can't even be called meat anymore, I've never seen anything like it, such solid, hard chemically formed meat. It's a real shame that they sell something like that to customers, it really didn't taste great and that's exactly what it looked like. Service was top but unfortunately the food was not.

Located directly below the UCI cinemas in Mundsburg with a lot of walk-in customers. Somehow still quite cozy and quaint. American ambience that should be reflected in the food, i.e. quite acceptable Cajun cuisine.

Caesar salad had nothing to offer except lettuce leaves and a few tomatoes... for 13 euros!! With chicken the fun would have cost 19 euros. An absolute disgrace! The open potato with salad was okay.

Before we went to the cinema we had lunch here. We haven't been here for a while, but nothing has changed in a positive sense. The staff is attentive and very friendly. The food is very, very tasty. But you can also just have a drink, as some guests did. Simply a great place!!!

We ate there this week. I ordered the spare ribs and was not disappointed. Cooked extremely tender. Great in taste. The BBQ sauce, as thick as syrup and the taste... heavenly! The best spareribs in a long time. Everything is consistent. The restaurant is well furnished and does what the name promises. Always my pleasure . Simply class.

Four of us ate at Lousiana and it was very nice at first. The order was taken quickly and the food and drinks came quickly. The food and cocktails were good but very expensive… The waiter was initially very nice. When it came time to pay, things got uncomfortable. I was just talking to my friend and I usually tip too. I paid for everyone and then wanted to tip in cash. The waiter gets the device ready and waits tensely for me to give him a tip amount. Since I actually wanted to tip in cash, I just wanted to pay the bill first. The waiter in an inappropriate tone “I’m waiting for a tip!” If you're so cheeky about begging for a tip, it's best not to get anything from me! I was still kind enough to let him round up the bill by €1.30. He then tried to make me feel guilty, saying that he would now make a loss (please what?!) and in all seriousness he almost shouted. I didn't get involved in a discussion. I would like to point out again that although we were in the “Louisiana” restaurant, we are not obliged to tip in Germany, which I would have gladly done had he not insisted so cheekily on it. Anyone who asks for a tip in such an unfriendly way and tries to intimidate has come to the wrong address and won't see me again.

Super tasty, always prepared correctly and a friendly staff (can also be ordered clearly by phone) I have ordered here several times now and will definitely do so again. The ribs fall off the bone, the fries are crispy, definitely a treat.

Great southern restaurant with a large menu selection. The burgers and the homemade lemonade are particularly popular. Perfect for a refreshment before or after an exciting visit to the cinema on the floor above.

War mal viel besser, aber durch den saftigen Preisanstieg stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht mehr. Die Frites schmecken nicht wirklich und sollen gefühlt nur satt machen und die Burger waren auch schon mal besser. Cocktails für den Preis leider viel zu klein, erst recht außerhalb der Happy Hour. Service geht, aber leider wurden falsche Getränke geliefert. Das Lokal hat gemütliche Ecken und wenn diese auch frei sind, ist es sehr angenehm. Dennoch, knapp 19 Euro für ein Cheeseburger Menü, da stimmt das Verhältnis überhaupt nicht mehr... Wäre nur noch eine Notlösung nach dem Kino, wenn es schon spät ist...schade...

Die ‘Poutine’ ist keine: kein Gravy und die Bedienung wusste nichtmal was Cheese Curds sein sollen. Aber selbst als ‘Loaded Fries’ nicht zu empfehlen: Pommes aus der Metro, zu salziges Pulled Pork und homöpathische Mengen BBQ Sauce — besonders bei den Preisen echt krass Bedienung war aber schnell und aufmerksam

Es ist ein gemütliches Restaurant, welches den Charme von Louisiana vermittelt. Unser Kellner war sehr zuvorkommend und lustig. Das Essen kam mit etwas Verspätung, was der Kellner aber angesagt hatte. Aber fand ich nicht wirklich schlimm, da ich von anderen Restaurants sehr viel längere Wartezeiten gewohnt bin. Ich hatte einen Pulles Pork Burger, er war genau richtig, nicht zu groß und nicht zu klein. Die Pommes hatte ich leider nicht mehr geschafft. Mein Sohn hatte sich was mit Pulled Pork bestellt, was er nicht geschafft hatte. Er fand es schade, daß er sein Rest nicht mitgenommen hat, da wir noch Kinokarten hatten. Aber wir gehen auf jeden Fall nm hin. Aber dann nach dem Kino

Update. 8.11.23 Und wie immer vor dem Kino mal wieder im Louisiana zum Essen und die Qualität ist immer noch gleich geblieben wie auch der Service .Die Burger sind immer noch super lecker. Vor dem Kino im Mundsburg Center wollten wir noch mal schön was essen gehen und haben dann das Louisiana direkt am Kino entdeckt... Und mit einem guten Bürger kann man mich immer aus der Reserve locken... Wir waren bis jetzt zweimal in dem Louisiana und wurden bis jetzt immer mit gutem Essen Service und Ambiente überrascht... Die Burger sind super lecker... Und mit einem frischen Alster sehr appetitlich... Also sehr zu empfehlen

Spontan einen Tisch für ca 1,5h erhalten, obwohl es sehr voll war. Schneller Service und leckeres Essen. Die Ribs und Wings sowie das Pulled Pork haben überzeugt. Preislich mit 2 Getränken bei ca.45€. Leider hat das Bezahlen sehr lange gedauert.

Hier kann man gut Spontan was Essen, ein Bier oder Cocktail trinken...... Die beiden veganen Burger waren spitze und unsere Bedienung war auch super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Restaurant im Einkaufszentrum Hamburger Meile im Stil der amerikanischen Südstaaten mit den "typischen" Gerichten wie Burger, Steaks und Spare Ribs. Leckeres Essen, aber meiner Meinung nach etwas teuer wenn man fast nur Conveniencefood mit TK-Patties, Industrie Burger Buns und Fritten anbietet

Hübsches Café und eine wirklich nette Bedienung. Ich habe nur einen Kakao getrunken.
