Louisiana in Hamburg

Leider sehr teuer geworden und es gibt kein Rotbier mehr. Der Louisiana im Othmarschenpark war viel besser.

Wir waren als Familie mit 4 Personen zum Abendessen hier . Auf der Karte sind allerlei Speisen , damit auch wirklich jeder etwas findet. Das Essen selbst war sehr lecker und die Portionen waren ausreichend groß. Es war ein Freitag Abend . Eine Reservierung im Voraus ist auf jeden Fall notwendig

Schon vor 15 Jahren war das Essen eher durchschnittlich, aber nun 15 Jahre später hält der Laden sich noch immer und so dachte ich mitC er müsse sein Essen verbessert haben. Aber am Essen kann es nicht liegen. Die Tiefkühl-Burger patties sind totgebraten wie eine Schuhsohle. Die Pommes etwas roh gewesen. Cole slaw aus dem Großhandel, scheint jedenfalls nicht selbst zubereitet, schmeckt säuerlich, nein danke. Chicken etwas trocken, aber kann man noch essen. Service und Getränke waren ok. Aber nein danke , muss noxjt wider sein

Ich kann definitiv empfehlen. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut. Gute Lage.

Waren nach einem Kino Besuch dort essen. Auch als größere Gruppe haben wir direkt einen Sitzplatz bekommen. Die Speisekarte ist einfach gehalten was den Auswahl Prozess etwas einfacher macht. Das essen war insgesamt sehr lecker und die Portionen waren mehr als ausreichend.

Es gibt viele Gerichte auf der Karte darunter leckere salate und viel Hühnchen. Ich hatte das Hühnchen mit Kartoffelspalten und Sourcreme Dip. Es hat ganz gut geschmeckt, aber das Hühnchen war etwas trocken, und dafür das sie den Fokus auf Hühnchen legen fand ich es nicht gut gelungen. Die rips hatte auch probiert mit der BBQ sauce und die waren super. Also im großen und ganzen würde ich es empfehlen da die Karte ziemlich viel bietet.

Es ist immer wieder ein Erlebnis, in diesem Restaurant zu essen. Die Mitarbeiter sind mega nett. Das Essen frisch zubereitet und schmeckt fantastisch. Ich liebe das Menü "Ofenkartoffel griech. Style". Leider sind die Öffnungszeiten nach den Zeiten des Einkaufscenter gerichtet. Sonst wären wir öfters da.

Auch wichtig: Gute Cocktails, nicht solche die sich nur so nennen, in Wahrheit aber teure Fruchtsäfte sind.

Fritten waren gut und der Wrap auch. Es hat bei den eisigen Temperaturen an meinem Platz etwas gezogen. Service war aufmerksam und nett. Ich war schon lange nicht mehr hier und war über die Preise etwas schockiert. Für 2 Standardessen, 1 kleines und ein grosses Getränk plus 1 Kaffe 55€ plus Trinkgeld empfand ich als zu viel. Zumal das Essen jetzt nichts Aussergewöhnliches ist. Es war gut und man kann dort essen gehen, aber bei dem Preis gehe ich doch lieber wieder woanders hin, wo ich ein wenig mehr Besonderheit bekomme.

Eines der besten Restaurants wo ich je war. Mege selbst gebrauchtes Bier und leckere Burger.

Wir waren hier mit einer Gruppe von sechs Leuten und haben verschiedene Burger (Fleisch und vegetarisch bestellt). Die Burger waren leider wirklich nicht gut. Das Brot war sehr trocken und zäh, der Salat labbrig und die vegetarischen Patties schmeckten wie aufgetaut und kurz erwärmt. Für ca. 16€ pro Burger hatten wir hier etwas mehr erwartet und können diese leider nicht empfehlen.

Kann man mal machen, wenn man nach dem Shoppen noch schnell was Essen will aber mehr auch nicht. Burger für den Preis mit trockenem TK-Patty ist nicht akzeptabel. Loaded Fries mit Fertig-Guacamole on top. Es schreit leider nach Convenient Kitchen hier. Schade...

Arcadian Burger mit Süßkartoffel Pommes - einfach spitze! Wir haben zu fünft für 15 Uhr vorreserviert. Es blieb Zeit zum mitgebrachten Würfelspiel bevor wir ins Kino sind. Das war gemütlich!

Wir haben hier meinen Geburtstag gefeiert. Reservierung klappte super. Sitzplatz wurde sogar genau so freigehalten, wie ich es in der Reservierung angegeben hatte. (Gewünscht habe). Es gab eine kleine Dekoration zum Geburtstag und eine Wunderkerze auf meinem Cocktail ❤️🎂☀️ Cocktails waren lecker. Service war sympathisch. Kommen gerne wieder.

Ich bin seit 20 jahren gast hier und bin immer sehr zufrieden gewesen mit dem Service und dem Essen. Gestern habe ich mein Lieblingsessen bestellt,Nachos und French fries mit extra spur cream and guacamole. Die sour cream und guacamole waren früher sooo lecker,aber diesmal schmeckten die Sour cream und Guacamole ganz anders,ich denke beides wurde im Supermarkt eingekauft,was sehr schade ist. Denn leider hat mir somit auch das restliche essen nicht geschmeckt. Ich hoffe sie werden zukünftig die Guacamole und sour cream wieder selber machen.

Wunderbares Essen (Ich hatte Rippchen). Das Essen kam sehr schnell, ich wurde sehr freundlich bedient und die Lemonades sind fantastisch. Vielen Dank.

Waren gestern zum ersten mal in diesem Restaurant. Hatten uns die BBQ Ribs und Chicken Sticks and Stripes bestellt, dazu zwei Cocktails und Cheese Nachos als Vorspeise. Generell wurden wir gut empfangen und nett bedient. Die Bedienung war generell sehr enthusiastisch, so hat das Spaß gemacht. Auf die Getränke und die Vorspeise mussten wir nicht lange warten und es war echt lecker. Kritisieren kann ich hier nur dass man 8-10€ für einen Cocktail bezahlt, welcher aber zu 90% aus Eis besteht. Die Hauptgerichte hatten mich wirklich überrascht. Die Küche muss einen guten Tag gehabt haben, dann ich hatte noch nie ein so saftiges, zartes und gut gewürztes Hähnchenfleisch. Die Pommes waren ebenfalls super und meine Begleitung konnte nur das gleiche von den Ribs sagen. Es ist preislich schon etwas teurer, aber man bekommt auch wirklich den Teller voll, genug so dass wir noch etwas mit nachhause nehmen mussten. Bei der Qualität bin ich dann gerne bereit etwas mehr auszugeben. Wären jetzt die Getränke etwas günstiger oder hätten eine bessere Eis-zu-Cocktail Ratio, dann würde ich auch die vollen 5 Sterne vergeben.

Nach dem Kino versucht dort noch ein Bier zu trinken. Haben 10 Minuten gewartet… keine Bedienung, obwohl doch recht wenig los war. Naja gegenüber dem Center im Flickenschildt war’s dann netter und man wurde direkt bedient.

Sehr sehr sehr leckere Spareripps. Und das Lousiana Blond ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. Dazu noch sehr freundliches Personal. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

The food was delicious – I was happy about the solid vegan selection. The burgers are quite large. The service was friendly, efficient, and very personable. It was a good experience. We made good (and random) use of happy hour. 😄

Hey, sorry but we have never been served so unfriendly. I would prefer 0 stars, really cheeky. We had to wait over 30 minutes for the food yesterday (Saturday 13/09/2025) OK, I understand that it can take longer, but the cashier was just unacceptable, we had to pay €82.60, which is crazy expensive for what we got, and then he pulled out the card machine for card payments, cheekily said to a friend 'at least' €82.60, which was pretty cheeky because he also said 'don't you understand, do you?' In an annoyed tone right from the start, and where we had paid, he stood with his hand outstretched, palm upwards, and made the typical 'give it here' gesture, then he leaves without saying anything and later walks past us again and says 'shame on you', that's just not okay. I will neither visit you again nor recommend you or anything else. In my opinion you are the worst restaurant.

Really good food, but unfortunately the open-plan design doesn't make it my preferred ambiance. Prices aren't cheap, but the service is courteous and attentive.

I wouldn't recommend it. It's significantly overpriced, but the frozen food is inexpensive (falafel burgers - not tasty) and the cooking skills aren't great. It doesn't work that way. Not the first negative feedback from the service team, but no changes have been made by management. Service was good (thanks).

The non-alcoholic cocktails are very good. The service is very friendly, and you don't have to wait long.

The food wasn't well presented. The price was high, but that's probably due to the location. The rent was still payable, but the cocktail was definitely not a good shake. It was difficult to stir with a paper straw; it was sweet on top and the alcohol was all over the bottom. The service was okay, but not great; we were never asked if everything was okay.

We spontaneously decided to stop by for a drink on a Saturday. Since it was still fairly empty, we had a good, relaxed spot to choose from and were served quickly. Along with our drinks, we also got some fries. Both the drinks and the fries were delicious, and the portion of fries was plenty for two people.

I can actually only recommend the place for drinks. Firstly, the food is too expensive and secondly, at best it is of sufficient quality. For example, I had the Caesar wrap and the salad in it was hotter than the chicken, which means it was simply warmed up too. You don't actually do that now.

The prices are completely beyond the scope. The burger was outrageously expensive and tasted like an order or microwave burger. Impudence!

We had a delicious meal there and received friendly service.

Since there isn't that much going on at the moment, you can at least get a good spot quickly.

Good restaurant with great food, at a bit too high prices. You have a lot of fun there, good food. The ambience deserves 1 STAR deduction because many pedestrians simply walk past there (passage to the Hamburger Meile).

The food itself was good, a bit expensive, but good. However, toward the end, the waiter was a bit rude when it came to paying and half-insisted on a tip. I said, "Please, card," but the waiter didn't enter a number into the machine. He waited at least 30 seconds before saying at least €24. I thought to myself: what the hell?

Very good food. I'm American and I'm recommending this place. I had the pulled pork with coleslaw and sweet potato fries. It's a german take on American food. Close but no cigar. The service was awesome, and the food will make me come back to try more items. With a name like Louisiana, I was expecting southern American cuisine.

I liked it very much. The pulled pork burger and fries were very tasty and cocktails at happy hour were also worth it.

The ambience was okay (03/18/2025) Although the upholstered seating area looked really nice. The drinks took a little long, even though the store was manageably full. The food tasted good, but unfortunately it was lukewarm to cold. I wouldn't eat there again. The service was really nice, not intrusive but very discreet.

I have never had such an awful pulled pork sandwich, it tasted like salt and bitter mustard, my tongue honestly hurts. The Coleslaw was also inedible. And they charged €20 for it. The baked potato and side salad were alright, just similarly over priced.

I ate here for the first time today and am a little disappointed, the service took a long time to arrive, but was very friendly. The burgers looked good, but couldn't impress anyone with the taste or quality of the patty. Very unfortunate.

As a resident of Aachen, I came to compare two Luisiana's with each other and found that the memory cards are not 100% identical and the preparation is also different. But the quality is also very good in Hamburg.

Yesterday I went to the cinema with a friend, it was the first time. We ordered two plates of nachos and two more beers. We wanted to order something else when our nachos were empty. We looked at the menu and were both shocked. The price of the nachos was incredibly high – €12.50. They're just plain chips! There's no gold on it or any shrimp. We asked the waitress why they were so expensive. The waitress was annoyed and didn't know why they were so expensive. We won't go there again, it's a shame.

Remarkably friendly and attentive staff. We immediately felt welcome. Although there was a lot going on and the employees had a lot to do, there was a pleasant atmosphere and no waiting time. We were there on a Saturday evening (with a reservation) to have something to eat before the cinema. The food was very tasty. The price has gone up a bit and with a burger plus separate side dishes such as fries or salad, which you have to order as an option, it's not exactly cheap, but this is now the case almost everywhere.

The Louisiana restaurant in the shopping arcade impresses at first glance with its southern look and generous seating. The ambience is inviting, with an atmosphere that makes you want to have a cozy stay. Service: The service was commendable: the waiter was extremely friendly, attentive and served us quickly - a clear plus that made the stay pleasant. Drinks: The Ipanema cocktail tasted okay, but was disappointing for the price. The small glass was filled almost entirely with ice cubes, so that the actual cocktail was hardly visible. A better price-performance ratio would be desirable here. Eat: The Southern Pulled Pork Poutine dish impressed with the portion size, but was disappointing in the quality. Unfortunately, the pulled pork was mushy and more reminiscent of porridge - a real mistake that spoiled the enjoyment. I wouldn't order this dish again. Conclusion: The Louisiana has potential and scores with a pleasant ambience and good service. However, the quality of the food and drinks leaves room for improvement. It's definitely suitable for a quick drink or a casual meeting, but I would choose more carefully when it comes to food in the future.

The burger (pulled, pork burger) was small but tasted pork delicious. The ambience could be better, but it's just a shopping mall. It's also pretty tight at the tables. But it doesn't change the delicious food.

There is also a nice place to linger and eat and drink. It's always interesting to watch the people rushing or strolling past.

Service was great and the ambience itself was great too, but the meat on the burger was subpar. Tasted like a very cheap meatball.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von über 20 Personen mit Reservierung im Lousianna und hatten einen schönen Abend dort! Da es sehr voll war, mussten wir recht lange aufs Essen warten, aber noch im Rahmen. Von Burger über gebackene Kartoffel bis Salate war alles sehr lecker. Auch die Cocktails waren gut. Der Service war bemüht und freundlich. Alles in allem eine klare Weiterempfehlung!

Had dinner with family in Louisiana yesterday. The food, we had, among other things, 3 different vegan burgers were super tasty, the jackfruit burger in particular was outstanding, meat substitute of the highest quality, I have rarely eaten such a good burger...and I usually really like eating meat😅. The pumpkin chia burger was also amazing in terms of taste (my friend let me pug it) 😉 Then we had the falafel burger, which also tasted very good, only the consistency was too special for us, but that's complaining at a high level 👍🏻 The food came quickly and we can also highly recommend the drinks (homemade lemonades)! The service was great, the nice young man was always attentive, had a good view of all the tables and was well organized, even if the EC card machine didn't work, but that's how technology is, but he is still remembered for his charismatic streak. The ambience is very harmonious, it's a shame that the restaurant is separated by a corridor, but the restaurant can't do anything about floor plans 😊 All in all, we were super satisfied and would be happy to recommend you, the price/performance ratio is just right here 👍🏻

The prices seem a bit intimidating at first glance, but the motto "no one goes hungry here" is taken seriously. Poutine and appetizer? But you must have been really hungry. The cocktails are good and even if they only offer a small discount, the happy hour is worth it. There's no skimping on alcohol here either. The location is okay, they make the most of the space, but you feel like you're sitting a bit in the hallway. On the other hand: Less than 5 minutes to UCI also makes it a great place for a pre-movie meal.

The burgers with fries cost 20 euros and are absolutely not worth the money. The patty tastes like the one at the janitor's kiosk back in school, the sauces, cheese, etc. are just bland and uninspired. I can also make a bag of rolls with a frozen meatball, a slice of cheddar and a few jarred jalapenjos at home. The service is nice, but if you don't read female, you tend to wait longer in front of your empty glasses.... I won't be coming back, there are better places in Hamburg.

Starter sampler for 21.20 for 2 people according to the card. 4 dead-fried onion rings etc. We asked ourselves whether there was anything that didn't end up in the deep fryer. A small handful of fries. Definitely poor quality and way too expensive. The best thing about the evening was the friendly service

The prices are definitely too high. A burger with fries almost 20 euros. A burger individually 17 euros. Homemade lemonade 6 euros. The quality is good, no question. The service is also super nice. But the prices are way too high. Who else should afford that? We now always share a meal because the quantity is enough for us and also because the prices are so high.
