What can I say? We really liked it here. Just right for rock fans. Many exhibited things from many famous singers are here. Starting from ACDC, Kiss, Madonna etc. The service is very good and also friendly to the guests. We didn't think the food was that great. What we ate was better and cheaper elsewhere than in Hamburg. I think here you're already paying for the name Hard Rock Cafe and also the space on the jetties. I still have to say something. When it's full here it's also very loud. It's hard to have a conversation then. We wanted to be able to eat here and won't be coming back again. Too bad.

The atmosphere in the Hardrock Cafe is, as always, great and unique, especially the terraces upstairs. Here you can enjoy a fantastic view of the port of Hamburg. The drinks are a little more expensive, but they are definitely something special. Normal is somewhere else... very special and imaginative food and drinks...

Our visit to the Hard Rock Café was mixed: The children's burger wasn't that good...it almost tasted better at the MC, not a particularly highlight. The fries were really tasty – crispy and perfectly seasoned! The chicken wings were absolutely amazing - we felt like we've never eaten so good! Juicy, spicy and simply perfectly prepared. It's worth a visit for that alone!

We liked the food. The vegetarian burger was tasty, even if there was no sauce. He would have been better with. What gets a point deducted, however, are the prices. Another point is deducted for the fact that the drinks consisted almost entirely of ice cubes. I've never experienced anything like this before. With 0.4 l glasses, the glass is filled with ice cubes and then perhaps another 0.2 l of drink is poured in. I think that's a rip-off because the drinks aren't exactly cheap either.

The roof terrace is very nice, we also enjoyed the food and it was plentiful. Our service employee only spoke English and was very friendly.

The Hard Rock Café Hamburg is really good and in a great location on the Elbe. The food is great as always. Of course, the music is, as always, really great.

Contrary to the assumption that Hard Rock or at least “guitar music” would be playing in the Hard Rock Cafe, Leif only played electropop during our short stay (due to the lack of the right music). I wouldn't have come here for that, even if the drinks are okay. SHAME!

Drinks took very long and they forgot my kids waters. One of the waiters spilled my husband’s beer on him and the max they offered us for the inconvenience was not to pay for it. (Around 4 euros as it was the small one). His pants and shirt were all wet and our lunch was ruined. Poor experience. Fries and music were good though.

Thanks for the good food! We had been looking forward to it days before and planned a visit. We really liked the food and service. We were lucky with the table. Only when we were finished did a family join us at the table that was 2mm further away. Due to the toilet and the narrowness, it was a bit unusually organized and no longer up to date. But we'll still come back.

Finally managed to visit the famous Hard Rock Café in Hamburg. Great atmosphere, super nice, entertaining employees. There is a lot of history in this café or restaurant. Original souvenirs everywhere you look. You have to visit it when you are in Hamburg.

The bartenders should be taught that a B52 has to burn. Even when I asked, I didn't receive a celebration. It's a shame about the drink and therefore way too expensive. Actually, it's really pathetic for a place like this!

It's very easy to get to. There is a roof terrace. The service was very nice, introduced ourselves, asked about allergies and we were very satisfied. The food was delicious and tailored to our wishes. Judging by the size, the burger was a bit expensive. It was very crowded so it was good that we made a reservation. It was a bit loud but the music really suited my taste.

You are placed. Music is too loud to have a conversation. Prices are quite expensive: 0.75 l of water: €7.15, Cicken Caesar salad €21.45 consists of green lettuce and chicken breast, New York cheesecake €11.95 is the size of a twelfth of a normal round cake (there is also some strawberry sauce and spray cream), the Cappucino Baby is certainly in the normal range for €3.95. The cake fork and the sugar for the cappu were missing. You had to chase and ask for everything. It is certainly a typical tourist meeting place. Interesting to see, I wouldn't recommend the food.

Normally a Hard Rock Cafe is a secure mortgage, but not here in Hamburg. The food (in this case the Messi Burger) was cold, the meat was more burnt than juicy and the fries (the best part of the dish) were only very sparse on the plate. The burger was missing the sauce which, along with the burnt meat, gave the whole thing a very tough taste. There was no attention from the service staff, it took a long time for the plates to be cleared away, and when asked about the bill they responded with a brisk “In a moment”. The two stars are only for the ambience and the music.

We wanted to have a drink on the roof terrace on April 16, 2025, unfortunately we were told that you can only go to the roof terrace if you eat something. Just embarrassing, I know it differently from other cities.

So...what can I say? When I was visiting Hamburg, I just had to go here. I didn't go to the cafe, drink or eat anything, but I still plan to. I was in the merch shop and bought a white (classic) Hard Rock Cafe Hamburg shirt and a teddy (see pictures), since I'm prone to merch and things like the Hard Rock Cafe shirts/sweats and teddy bears (there are different designs at each location and it says London or Hamburg, for example) so I had to take that with me. Just over €60. You can probably argue about the prices now, but I think they're completely ok. By the way, there was also a free Hamburg Hard Rock Cafe lanyard. The staff was also very friendly. Overall, great and worth a visit.

The atmosphere is great, the employees are sympathetic and helpful, we had dinner with my wife and daughter and had a great time.

There were two of us there. We had a table in the middle of a passage, which is why we kept getting elbows or something similar in the back. When we asked if we could get another table, we were told it was very full and everything was reserved. During our visit, 5 tables remained free the entire time and were not occupied for over 60 minutes. So the time would have been very possible. It's a shame, it used to be better

But we had a few problems with the BirthdayBash as a reservation because what was stated on the internet was not known there and had to be checked several times by a manager named Lena. But then it worked and the nice employees gave us a little serenade. Unfortunately the burgers were very small and didn't taste that good. For the price we thought it was a real shame. The fries were also a bit bland. Generally we waited about 45 minutes for the food, you should take the time into account.

We had a fantastic experience at the Hard Rock Café in Hamburg. We were very well looked after by the employee Javi, who was very friendly and polite, always helpful with everything we needed. Were there for the first time today, it was ok but the food has been much better. To be honest, I don't understand why the crowds are always so big. Well, now you can say that you were there.

Once and never again. After booking online, they didn't find us and put us on a bench and left us sitting. When I asked for 10 minutes, they no longer remembered that they wanted to assign you a table. Actually, they didn't even remember what they had planned for us. There was no explanation as to why they couldn't find us. You can't complain about the ambience. The waiter was really nice and accommodating. But he didn't speak German, and he said we had ordered a bottle of bubbly and that there would be a challenge here...Where did I end up? We only reserved one table! The food was good. The hefty markup for the extra portion of cheese sauce was a little over the top. But now okay... My wife had a similar experience with reservations more than 10 years ago. I have rarely been so disappointed. Never again.

We were there on a Tuesday, late afternoon (4:30 p.m.). You should also make a reservation at such a time. Everything is quick and easy online. Even though we were there 15 minutes earlier, we were taken to our seats straight away and given the ticket straight away. The selection is absolutely sufficient and the food is excellent. There was about 25 minutes between ordering and eating, even though a good 2/3 of the seats were occupied. The burger meat was perfect and the fajitas with chicken breast are also recommended. You just have to keep in mind that the food and drinks are already drifting into the slightly higher price category. We paid around 60 EUR including a tip for two meals and two drinks. The only point of criticism is that the Cola with ice cubes was only slightly colder than the one without and was more watered down. That means you can order a cola without ice and still get a delicious cold drink.

Please reserve in advance. Reasonable prices and nice service.

The name “HardRockCafe” justifies the prices. The food is good, but can now (thank God) also be found in other burger joints. Service needs to be better trained. We had to be after ourselves to get something to drink. We weren't asked... Oh well, the Somersby Blackberry surprised me, very tasty. (But HRC can't do anything for it now)

We went to have dinner and something to drink, but the friend at the door said there was no room. We said okay, we can wait, no problem. Even though he told us that it would take about an hour and that we should leave our number and he would call, he did not call.

The Hard Rock Cafe is located directly at the St. Pauli Landungsbrücken. The location is something special. From the roof terrace you have a wonderful view of the Elbe. We were greeted warmly at the entrance and were given seats. The cocktails were fantastic and the music was great. The highlight is of course the ambience and the collectibles of the various music stars. From signed guitars, stage clothes, photos to memorabilia from rock legends. All exhibits are purchased at auctions or provided directly by musicians. Right next to it is the sales shop with T-shirts, pins, magnets and much more. We'll definitely be back.

Oh, I'm a very big Hard Rock Cafe fan and have been almost everywhere from Las Vegas to Los Angeles. Unfortunately, I have never eaten such bad food as here. The Caesar salad was really a disaster. A few green leaves, a little dressing and hardly any croutons very disappointing

Hard Rock Cafe HH is definitely one of the better Hard Rock Cafes. Sky Top Bar is recommended, but preferably when the weather is nice. I always enjoy coming here.

Phew, where's the hype coming from? Absolutely incomprehensible. It's overpriced, to say the least; they only serve junk food and hardly anything without meat. The room is rather dark, and the only view is through the window, and even that's rather limited. The chairs and tables are really worn out, and the number of memorabilia from music history is rather limited. All in all, we were very disappointed.

Classic tourist restaurant: Good location, service staff are hard-working laypeople who are nice, but have no idea about professional service and some of them don't speak any German. The food is just ok, but several burgers including side dishes taste very bland / boring / bland and at extremely high prices. The portafilter machine should be highlighted positively. We ate here for the sake of friends from outside who really wanted to go here. But there are so many better (American/burger) restaurants nearby that are actually much cheaper, so it will remain a unique experience.

Highly recommended! Even though the location was already full, we got a seat at the bar. The waitress was there for us immediately and we were able to place our entire order promptly. Since we were thirsty, we ordered more drinks without delay and when the second round of drinks was served, we already received the food. The service was excellent, the food came quickly, was definitely freshly prepared and came to the table still hot. The location is a typically furnished Hard Rock Café. Despite the location being well filled, you don't have that typical train station flair and you could have a conversation at normal volume. We would love to come back.

We booked two months early through Get your Guide. The seat on the stairs was quite narrow and the people sitting next to us couldn't get up without us getting up too. The burgers that came, by the way for a total of €62, were a joke!!! Unfortunately, a little joke with a slice of meat on it. The manager then explained to us that they had to give money to Get your Guide for our booking and that's why they reduced the portion of food. I was now at Burgerking, huge burgers Secondly, no 30 € with drinks. Summary: Never again Hard Rock Cafe Hamburg. PS: We were previously in Cologne with Get your Guide, it was super tasty and not overcrowded. Everything fine. Hard Rock Cafe Hamburg is just a rip-off and ripping off the guests.

Have been there for a pubquizz, which was quiet fun, even though quiet expensive for about 15 Euros. What is ridiculously overpriced is the food. The quality is below average, made with passion is something else. No idea why you would eat there, Hamburg has much more to offer.

A relaxed atmosphere, the music to match, and despite the popular and crowded atmosphere, you can always find a seat. The prices are a bit high, but understandable given the location and the name, and the portions are plentiful. The staff are colorful, relaxed, and quick.
