Man weiß was man bekommt. Ein HRC ist natürlich nicht das individuellste Restaurant aber der Service passt, die Speisen auch und die Atmosphäre sowieso

The cooktails were much too strong and definitely have to be called hard cooktails. Food was actually quite good except that the mac and cheese was lukewarm or cold.

I'm from the US. I liked all the food because it's very American and it's a cool spot to go. I understand the hype. I don't like how, it seems to be a European thing, where you cannot make substitutions or alterations to meals. For example, I wanted to take onion off of a salad because I am allergic. The waiter said it's not possible because they premake the salad. I totally understand, but it seems odd to premake a salad because wouldn't it get soggy? Anyhow, that's the only downside is no room for changes. The sangria was delicious!

The food was ok for the price. The service was friendly, but unfortunately it was a bit difficult to communicate. The ambience is a matter of taste. It was simply too loud for us to be able to talk to each other properly. We had reserved a table for 7 people and luckily there were only six of us, as even with six of us the table was far too small and too narrow. We have gained one more experience and will probably not come back to eat again.

We celebrated the New Year with you yesterday. And I have to say, I or we haven't had such a super, cool New Year's Eve in years. Everything was just right...live music, DJ, food and drinks. Not to forget the breathtaking view on your terrace at midnight. I have to say a lot of praise to the team at the Hard Rock Cafe, you are simply the greatest... you were quick on the move and always kept an eye on when the glasses were empty. And despite all the stress, you still celebrated and danced with us. It was like we were walking into 2025 with old friends. Many thanks to Essi, Natalia and everyone else, you are simply great. Gastronomy with ambience and music video. Food very tasty. Very well attended

I was at the Hard Rock Cafe with my family on New Year's Eve and we all had a very nice evening. The food was really delicious and the staff there is really perfect! Totally friendly, dancing and singing every now and then with someone who makes it clear that the job is fun and enjoyable, they are always approachable and quick about any matter. Really a nice place for a New Year's Eve! More visits guaranteed!

We came on a day when it was extremely busy. We hadn't booked a table, and the host at the door starts by sending us up to the rooftop bar so we could sit there. When we get up there there is no room, and we are sent down to the second floor. There we are received by the manager, who quickly finds us a table We both got a cocktail, and in addition we got a burger and twisted mac and chicken. The burger was good, the twisted mac was fairly tasteless.

As always, a wonderful visit. I'm always happy to come back to you ❤️❤️❤️

It's been a while since I was there, but it was great!

Quaint, good music playing. However, burgers are also expensive.

Best nachos, fast friendly service, proud prices... Brownie in the sundae was rock hard, later I got an extra brownie.

Visiting hard rock cafe in every new big city i visit is a fun, especially for kids. Everything was good, no objections.

We visit every city where there is a hard rock cafe. This one had a small restaurant. The staff was busy with everything except our table and I don't like waiting a long time for drinks. The meat was well done, but because they didn't see us we couldn't say anything more about it.

I feel like the Hard Rock Cafe has reduced its menu variety compared to the past, but I'm still satisfied with the taste of each dish. The food is still authentic American cuisine. I had made a reservation and was seated on the second floor. However, the tables were quite close together, and there wasn't enough space to put my coat or bag during the winter. It felt a bit cramped.

Clean dining area and excellent cocktails. Waiting service was a little lacking 🙄 compared to other Hard Rock Cafes that I have been to. Overall, however, I would dine here again.

Too bad, too bad, too bad. We had a long journey and were really looking forward to the meal at the Hardrock Cafe. But unfortunately we were pretty disappointed. Service was good. Ambiance was great, we had a table upstairs right by the window. But unfortunately the food was nothing. We have actually never eaten such a bland burger as we did here. The meat was seasoned 0.0. The "pizza" Magaritha in the children's menu was a pita spread with onions and tomato sauce. Garlic, so much that it was almost borderline adult-friendly. How can you call this a kids pizza?!? Luckily the pizza came with fries on the side, so at least the kids had fries to eat.

Wir hatten vorab reservier, waren pünktlich da und wurden zügig zu unserem Tisch geführt. Der zuständige Keller konnte leider nicht gut/ kein Deutsch. Ok, also auf Englisch versucht, klappte relativ gut, leider durch dieses Kommunikationsproblem kein 2. mal die Karte erhalten um nach dem Dessert zu schauen, sondern die Rechnung.. naja, war dann nicht mehr zu ändern und wurde auf Pauli nachgeholt. Zum Ambiente: super tolle Ausstellungsstücke, mit kleinen Texten von wem und woher/ wann getragen. Kann man sich ansehen. Zum Essen: Vorspeise super, Getränke in Ordnung, Hauptspeise (hatten jeweils einen Burger) lauwarm, beim servieren die Pommes über den Schoß verteilt, geschmacklich waren die Burger leider nur Durchschnitt, Patty s waren sehr nüchtern und fad. Auch nachwürzen half da nicht wirklich, stellt sich auch als schwer machbar heraus. Service: in Ordnung, Aufmerksamkeit auf Grund der vielen Tische wohl in Orndung

The Hard Rock restaurants/cafés used to be a cool place to hangout and it would be expensive but high(er) quality. Nowadays it's just more expensive and compared to other restaurants/cafés it is simply not that great - one might say outdated...

We are from Hamburg and have been here several times. Yesterday was the last time. The nachos were an inedible, lukewarm mush. Spread out on a platter to make it look like more! After that we didn't feel like ordering anymore, especially since the prices are now outrageous. The service was terrible, we sat at the bar behind the bar, there were a lot of staff, but they were busy with themselves or holding on to the cash register and kept yawning heartily. Love all, serve all! Forget it, that was simply impossible. After being approached several times, we didn't collect anything, our money ended up in the receipt jar without a cent tip. Never again!

Food was okay, but value for money was rather pricey. Service could be better - friendlier and a little more attentive

The burger bun was cold and the waiter was busy, so we ate the food as it was. The waiter got a little mad about not getting a tip. Hard Rock is usually an above average experience, but this time it was average.

The food isn't really good and the price/performance ratio is zero. The meat from the burgers was just dry and tasteless. Ambiance is ok, service is friendly. Don't understand the hype about this necklace.

As always, a very cool visit. For a rock fan there is almost no better place to go. The food is always delicious and the long drinks also taste very good. And of course a visit to the shop couldn't be missed.

Be careful when ordering - the side dishes are rip-offs! Burgers including fries are on the menu - none were received but the full price was charged. 2 burgers and 2 drinks 63 euros ?? Never again for this quality and poor service

Was there with a colleague on Saturday December 14th, 2024. We didn't have a reservation but spontaneously got a place for two people. Just wanted a little something to eat. Service was very friendly and prompt. Now comes the bad. For the price of the burgers, you got bone dry burgers. The fries tasted rancid. Most likely old fat. The location alone can't justify the price and poor quality. The last time I ate there was about five years ago. It was good back then. Unfortunately, I live in HH and can't recommend it.

The Hardrock Café in Hamburg can be easily recommended for fans of music history. The decor includes many beautiful exhibits from various musicians such as Johnny Cash as an example. The service was very polite and courteous, the food tasted very good and the price was reasonable for the quality. The waiting times were also moderate for a Friday lunchtime.

Wir waren am Samstag da zum Essen. Das Essen war kalt. Die Preise dazu , viel zu teuer. Ich hatte mehr Zwiebeln auf meinem Teller wie Gurke und Tomaten. Schrecklich. Die Cola war schon abgestanden. Die Bedienung war nett. Wir kommen bestimmt nicht wieder. Mein Tee war auch kalt.

The Hard Rock Café Hamburg impresses with its unique location on the Landungsbrücken and a clean, stylish atmosphere with typical rock'n'roll charm. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive, which makes the visit particularly pleasant. The food – from classic burgers to ribs – is fresh, tasty and high quality. Although the prices are a little higher, the ambience and great service make the visit a special experience. A worthwhile detour for anyone who wants to enjoy good food in a special atmosphere!

Went twice.in.my.visot to Hamburg - the day I arrived December 8 and the day before I left, December 12. December 12 they were having a private party, so were closed to the public. I explained that I took an Uber from my hotel and was leaving Hamburg in a few hours. They offered to feed me at the bar and the evening was saved! Kudos to the Hard Rock Staff!

bad food , ok service, old and tired restaurant

Nice café, nice staff even if no one really speaks and asks how it tasted! Unfortunately the burger didn't blow me away, the burger patties were great, the rest didn't blow me away, what a shame!

We had the grilled salmon. Salmon = top, mashed potatoes = top Vegetables without taste. Service was nice. Prices have risen a lot, but that's the case everywhere.

I haven't eaten anything. I was just in the shop. Lots of choice and everything very expensive.

We were here recently to celebrate our company's Christmas party. So far a nice location but the food really wasn't good.

I have to admit that I struggled with my rating for a long time. I am a person who likes to turn a blind eye and evaluate mistakes or wrong behavior even more highly. But here it is simply no longer possible. Ugh, where do I start? So I was constantly freezing on my back because there was a constant cold draft (in winter). When we sat down we were already asked for drinks, which might have been seen as attentive if we hadn't been asked every 2 minutes whether we already knew what we wanted to order for food... The food itself. My citizen cold, that Cheese fries tasted good and looked as if you had thrown a slice of cheese over old fries and warmed everything up briefly in the microwave. My wife's fries (without cheese) were the only thing that was great, only that they had a mustard mayo instead of mayo?!. receive. Their chicken strips tasted so bad that you had to be careful because even frozen food is better cold after 3 days. What have I forgotten? Oh yes, the music in the Hard Rock Cafe was turned up nice and loud and the highlight was a round of EMINEM and other rapper music... When we asked about all of these things, we were offered discounted drinks and we were allowed to express a music request. We paid, went and got a sausage in a roll at the Christmas market. It was delicious and saved this review from getting 2 stars. I have rarely been so disappointed with a restaurant.

Absolutely fantastic staff. Really good gluten-free option, gluten-free menu card and incredibly attentive staff. Hard Rock Café is like Hard Rock Café is in all parts of the world, but the staff here is second to none!

We were there for dinner with 6 people. Nobody ate because both the beef burgers and the fries tasted like fish. Price-performance ratio is 0.👎 The waitress addressed my youngest daughter as “Hey girl” and only came after we tried to complain about the food for 10 minutes. Nothing was changed. It's a shame that the food was so bad in a great location.

Went as a couple after a long day in the HRC. First we had to sit at the bar because we were only going to have a drink. When we decided to eat something, we first had to pay before we were allowed to move. The service at the new location was a long time coming. Full of anticipation, we first discovered that there was only one vegetarian dish. Well, okay. Maybe it also fits the theme of Hard Rock, we thought. I ordered The Big Cheeseburger and was really looking forward to it. When it finally came, the disappointment was huge. Two three fries (so it was really a very small portion of the side dish) without sauce - no request, no note on the menu. Well, even asking was difficult without the appropriate service. The burger itself was weak. The cheese is still almost solid but has no clear taste like the patty. Overall, a rather boring burger, where at least the bun and the other components were worth it. Everyone has to decide for themselves whether that's enough. We are a bit disappointed and don't plan on staying here again. Too bad!

Service was nice but you have to decide quickly. Personally, I read the map properly, but it was too slow to use. Otherwise very neat and clean friendly. My husband's burger 🍔 was dry and too expensive for the price. My food was delicious and would be recommended. We tried it and that was it.

After dinner we went to buy souvenirs in the adjacent shop. A big thank you to Estefania for her extraordinary helpfulness! She patiently helped us choose the perfect hoodies and informed us that there was a discount with the Hamburg Card. Thanks to their great advice and tip, we ended up buying more pieces than originally planned. Estefania was very involved and helped us choose the hoodies. Above all, her patience and friendly nature made the purchase a real highlight :) Thank you for the great service! We'll definitely come back next time!

Great facilities, unfortunately very overpriced, especially for the food. A large Warsteiner was almost 7 euros, while the Pumpkin Martini cost almost the same. It's a shame, only guests who want to drink are seated directly at the bar even though the shop was empty. Otherwise everything is nice to look at and good old music.

We shopped with Estefania in the Hard Rock Cafe shop and received very friendly and courteous service from her. You have a great employee. We'd love to come back.

We had something to drink there. The service was very nice. Our two dogs were even given a water bowl without being asked.

We were shopping at the Hard Rock Cafe and were assisted by the lovely employee Estefania. Estefania served us really very well. Very friendly, very caring, you just simply felt it was more than just a typical customer conversation. She really put a huge amount of energy into the customer service! She really made the shopping experience to a very pleasant event. I am thankful for the great service, that didn’t even make me doubt to visit the store again!

It's a scam Two mulled wine with a shot for €25 because the rum was charged as a separate drink… LOL The mulled wine didn't taste good either because it was 4cl rum We had 200ml of mulled wine

I've never experienced that for a simple mulled wine with a shot, you get charged extra for the shot and it's not even pointed out in advance. The waitress seemed very irritated when we ordered “mulled wine with rum” and her question was “You want mulled wine with extra rum?” As a guest, I don't derive from this that the rum itself will be more expensive than the mulled wine itself or that the rum will be added to the bill as an extra item. Just really cheeky and absolutely wrong. I feel fooled. And I won't talk to the manager for two drinks - the other waiter offered this to us. But I find it a bit silly to do this with two drinks. The waitress who served us was unfriendly and anything but service-oriented. Your claim that she asked us beforehand is simply not true! PS: the mulled wine was also almost cold and didn't taste good!

We continued our Christmas party here after the lights trip through the port of Hamburg. The ambience is OK, the food was partly OK - except for a salad that mainly consisted of onions and the complaint turned out to be impossible because the staff didn't understand - or wanted to understand (?) - what the problem was. The prices, however, are quite "salted" - for a milkshake (approx. 250 ml) just under €8 is not outrageous, but still hearty

Very tasty food Top service and nice staff

Three stars for the simple reason that there was almost no dish under €20. And the 'size' or quantity of the portions does not justify the respective prices for us. And unfortunately it only came to the table lukewarm. The food itself and the service were great. The cocktails were great. Too bad. Because of the 'pricing policy' there, we probably won't go to Hard Rock Restaurant again.

Long waiting times. The food was not brought to everyone at the table at the same time. When the smoked ribs we ordered were finally brought, they were burnt so black that they were inedible.

Wir haben vorher reserviert, kamen pünktlich und wurden umgehend zu unserem Platz geführt. Weil wir uns nicht schlüssig waren haben wir auf den Rat des Mitarbeiters gehört. Mega Burger bekommen und einen tollen Abend gehabt. Dazu waren alle Getränke hervorragend gemixt.Durch die Hamburgcard noch extra Prozente bekommen. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett und extrem gut gelaunt, genau wie man sich einen Abend wünscht. Das einzige was an diesem Abend gestört hat war der Shop nebenan. Auf unserem Tisch stand ein Flyer, wenn man zwei Shirts kauft bekommt man ein Glas dazu geschenkt. Wir waren dort einen Tag vorher einkaufen und so bin ich rüber gegangen und habe gefragt ob ich denn das Glas noch bekommen könnte.Zur Antwort bekam ich dass das Angebot nun nicht mehr für Shirts gelte sondern hoodies und im Nachhinein könnten Sie kein Glas rausgeben.Finde ich persönlich für so eine große Kette ziemlich geizig. Aber ansonsten waren die Mitarbeiter sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Super friendly and very attentive staff. Made my son really happy with a small portion of chocolate sprinkles. Thank you again. A bit cold there, I can't judge the food, but it looked very appetizing at the neighboring tables.

Wir haben oben separat gesessen. Unten wäre schöner gewesen. Die panierten Gambas etwas schlonzig, aber sehr lecker. Herausragend war der Messi-Burger mit Chorizo und Ei! Der Burger war sehr gut gebraten, die Zutaten alle schmeckbar! Ich habe selten so einen gut zubereiteten Burger gegessen. Aber der Laden war auch leer zu dieser Zeit! Gerne wieder!

A very nice evening, with friendly staff, good music and a good atmosphere. The food was fresh and tasted great, even though we had to wait a bit.

Quick stop to sit and rest. Walked for Miles and needed a toilet stop tbh. The pub was OK, not on par with other, bigger hard rock cafes whatsoever. Bit run down and lifeless. Partner loved the German beer. My coffee was OK. Would probably not return.

Great location! Since we wanted to pass the time until our harbor tour, we only had a coffee and it was incredibly tasty. The price for a latte macchiato was even below the average that you would otherwise have to pay at the bakery, which surprised us positively because the quality was really very good. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

It's all about Spare Ribs. Like, Standard to eat. I do not get it why I have to pay 1.45€ for Mayonnaise when I spend 39€ for Food and Drink. Is HRC so desperate? -2* I asked to shift the food to a bit later. This is not possible. So I beef to order later to receive it later. Lesson learned. I understand that HRC has Contact with some suppliers, like Warsteiner. But no local beer? Pity. Despite the complaints, the personell is really friendly and helpful. The WiFi, by the way, is not global standard, so it does not connect automatically and you need to manually connect (complaining on high level 😁)

Really great location for celebrating or just eating out. We were there with the company and had a Christmas party. The food, the drinks, the service were all great and super great. I highly recommend it. ☺️

From the reservation to the payment, almost everything went right again. The only unfortunate thing was that I didn't get any percentages in the shop even though I was wearing a shirt from HRC. It's actually never happened to me. The lady just said "we won't do that". By the way, it was all together over 100 euros

Rooftop bar is a disaster. Never experienced such bored and demotivated staff. They just didn't want to take our order, even when we specifically went to the bar.

The salad was not tasty and looked untidy. The burger was not tasty, the frying of the cutlet was different among visitors from the same group. The meat in the cutlet is not tasty with a strange, unnatural smell for meat. We were not asked about the level of browning. Before that, I had been to Hard Rock Cafe in other countries and everything was great there.
