What can I say, it's a Hard Rock Cafe! The staff even granted my long-standing cocktail wish!

Everything as usual. Even though it's one of the smaller cafés, the ambiance is at least as nice as that of the "big restaurants."

I've seen nicer Hard Rock Cafés in other cities. The furniture and benches were worn...there was no service for a long time...the music was too loud. But that's certainly subjective! Since no one came, we didn't eat or drink anything and left.

Cool atmosphere with classic fast food options! Very noisy surroundings, plus loud music, but that's what you're supposed to get at the Hard Rock Café! The food came pretty quickly! The portions were generous!

We drove for an hour to the restaurant. The music was way too loud, you could hardly hear yourself. We really wanted to eat the ribs but they were already sold out at 5 p.m. on a Saturday. Someone must have drunk too much when ordering. I wouldn't recommend it, it was pure chaos!

Good location for a relaxed beer on the roof terrace... prices are reasonable, a 300ml beer for 4.50, a good burger with fries for around 22 euros... reservations weren't necessary... service was top-notch, nothing to complain about...

We recently visited the Hard Rock Cafe Hamburg at the Landungsbrücken (landing bridges) and had a fantastic evening. The location right on the harbor is unbeatable; from the rooftop terrace, you have a fantastic view of the Elbe River and the hustle and bustle of the Landungsbrücken (landing bridges). The ambiance is typical Hard Rock: cool rock music, lots of memorabilia on the walls, and a lively atmosphere. The staff was super friendly and attentive, which made the visit even more enjoyable. We opted for the Original Legendary Burger, which was juicy and delicious. It came with crispy fries and a refreshing cocktail. The portions were generous, and we found it to be great value for money. We particularly liked the small rock shop in the entrance area, where you can buy cool souvenirs and T-shirts. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable visit. If you're in Hamburg and want good food in a relaxed atmosphere with a view of the harbor, the Hard Rock Cafe is definitely worth a visit.

We travel all over the world and count on the Hard Rock for a good burger about half way through our trips. We were so pleasantly surprised at just how much better the food and service was at the Hamburg Hard Rock! Probably the best service and drinks we had in the 2 weeks in Germany. The burgers were really good as well. Great location as well, right on the river.

Always a good experience to visit a hard rock cafe. Don't think the food is. special. But it tastes good. For me it's the concept. Love to see what's hanging on the wall. Think the price is on the expensive side.

A quick nightcap with a warning that we were closing soon (we still had 20 minutes), so a quick beer and byeeeee. Still, it was nice.

Nice evening – coincidentally with a quiz event We stopped by briefly one evening during our trip to Hamburg. A quiz event happened to be taking place – the atmosphere was lively and the place was well-stocked. Overall, it was okay, but we found the prices a bit high.

We waited 1.5 hours for our food on the terrace, then we were told that the food hadn't been recorded in the system. We're used to better service from Hard Rock Cafes around the world. They urgently need to implement the ABC strategy for their staff to achieve better results.

The staff and the food were top-notch. Super friendly service, and even afterwards, they were attentive and helpful. However, I don't know why this chain is still called "Hard Rock." A music café would be fine, too. For the last half hour, they only played radio stuff like Black Eyed Peas, Backstreet Boys, Psy Gangnam Style... For me, that has no place in a (hard) rock café. It's a shame. It's a loss of its unique selling point... The view of the Elbe and the music exhibits are, of course, eye-catching. I wouldn't have written a review if the bad/inappropriate (I don't want to judge music) music for a Hard Rock Café hadn't annoyed me so much...

We had a great spot on the roof terrace with perfect weather. We sat facing the water and had a fantastic view. The service was very friendly, helpful, and had good answers to our questions. We really enjoyed the food. The fries were especially delicious!

The service was only moderately attentive; the Classic Caribbean cocktail for €17.85 wasn't well made and didn't even taste good. I also think a 0.25-liter water for €4.15 is a steep price. I won't go there again.

To be honest, I was a little disappointed on my last visit. The spot is quite nice—right on the harbor. The food was, as expected, a bit expensive, but delicious. However, I was very disappointed by the music. Only pop music played on the radio the entire evening. Not a single rock song played.

By far the worst service! But as compensation, we got four beers for six guests…

Food was okay, ambience nice but the service… we were 6 people with starters, drinks and mains. They managed to get something wrong on every single order and then we got 4 beers for free as excuse (for 6 people). Then the waitress managed to get the bill wrong too while being unfriendly. Another waiter came to get it right afterwards because the waitress was new… I like hard rock but this was the worst experience ever…

They said if you're in a bigger city and don't know where to eat, go to HRC. That's exactly how it was, and I wouldn't choose that place again. The food was cold and bland (the fries were great). The price was reasonable for the corner, but not for what you get. Unfortunately, for the great atmosphere, we were sitting on the wrong side of the roof terrace. The service was okay. They were friendly (the first burger was cold, and so was the second). We weren't charged for the burger. Unfortunately, our other meals were just as cold, but no one wanted to complain.

Yes...even shortly before closing, we received friendly service and entertainment. The drinks were delicious...we'll definitely be back (it wasn't our first time there).

Finally, it was there, first and last time. The food was okay, but completely overpriced, and we left hungry. The service was so terrible. I don't even know where to begin. Too loud, zero comfort, and it felt like they wanted us to get rid of us as quickly as possible after our meal.

We wanted to have dinner there as a surprise and were directed to the rooftop restaurant. Amazing views, but the dirty dishes left by previous guests weren't cleared away, nor were we given a menu or any attention. I tried several times to make myself known or to speak to the service staff, but they walked past us countless times without showing the slightest interest. After 25 minutes, we had to leave. What a shame, we weren't even greeted as we were leaving. We were actually really looking forward to it.

A very nice atmosphere with the Elbe River in itself. But we sat at our table for 25 minutes, the dirty dishes left by the people before us weren't even cleared away, we weren't even given the menu, and the staff didn't even acknowledge us. After 25 minutes, we left.

Great ambience, right on the Landungsbrücken, when the weather is nice the roof terrace is open and you have a wonderful view of the Elbphilharmonie and the harbor.

We actually just wanted to drink something and eat a snack. We ordered a large juice spritzer for €5. Unfortunately, it wasn't until we drank and used a fork that we discovered that there were 7 huge ice cubes in the glass. The drink came without a straw. Who wants to have 7 ice cubes on their face? I find that a disgrace. From this I learned: always order without ice cubes!!! I will no longer visit the restaurant for that reason alone.

I had nachos and it was the most frugally topped nachos I’ve had in my life! However, it was so salty that I couldn’t eat it. A very disappointing experience.

The location near the river is a great place to stop and get a drink after enjoying the views of the tour boats... We went back another day too because we enjoyed the atmosphere and looking at the memorabilia from musicians. They make great expresso martinis and sangras. You can take home a souvenir glass too. A shop is attached for other souvenirs. We didn't eat here but the food smells good.

We had a very long waiting time for the food around 45 minutes and when it was served it was realised that they had a wrong order and my wife's food is missing. When the waitress was informed her response was a "what can i do?" attitude instead of finding a quick solution so we cancelled her order. My wife talked with the manager but it was also didd not generate any result. On top of that food was average. I have eaten in several Hard Rock Cafes in the world but this is really average. I don't know if it was a general thing or specific to Hamburg. Also when we want to change our kid's table when another table in the shadows is emptied because they were under the sun. It was not accepted which I assume they want to keep it for new comers. Only good thing is the view and atmosphere in the terrace.

What can I say? We really liked it here. Just right for rock fans. Many exhibited things from many famous singers are here. Starting from ACDC, Kiss, Madonna etc. The service is very good and also friendly to the guests. We didn't think the food was that great. What we ate was better and cheaper elsewhere than in Hamburg. I think here you're already paying for the name Hard Rock Cafe and also the space on the jetties. I still have to say something. When it's full here it's also very loud. It's hard to have a conversation then. We wanted to be able to eat here and won't be coming back again. Too bad.

The atmosphere in the Hardrock Cafe is, as always, great and unique, especially the terraces upstairs. Here you can enjoy a fantastic view of the port of Hamburg. The drinks are a little more expensive, but they are definitely something special. Normal is somewhere else... very special and imaginative food and drinks...

Our visit to the Hard Rock Café was mixed: The children's burger wasn't that good...it almost tasted better at the MC, not a particularly highlight. The fries were really tasty – crispy and perfectly seasoned! The chicken wings were absolutely amazing - we felt like we've never eaten so good! Juicy, spicy and simply perfectly prepared. It's worth a visit for that alone!

We liked the food. The vegetarian burger was tasty, even if there was no sauce. He would have been better with. What gets a point deducted, however, are the prices. Another point is deducted for the fact that the drinks consisted almost entirely of ice cubes. I've never experienced anything like this before. With 0.4 l glasses, the glass is filled with ice cubes and then perhaps another 0.2 l of drink is poured in. I think that's a rip-off because the drinks aren't exactly cheap either.
