In a rocking and very good atmosphere, I was able to spend part of my birthday there with my wife and two very good friends. The service was great, requests were met and the food was simply delicious. 100% recommended. And, if you get there on time, you can easily get a parking space. Thank you

The burger was nothing special and was very reminiscent of the well-known fast food chains. I ate much better burgers in Hamburg. For the price it's definitely not worth it. The service and ambience were still great!

We actually wanted to go to the restaurant at 10:05 p.m. to have something to drink.... Normally open until 11:00 p.m.... We were then turned away at reception because there was no space at the counter..... But there were about 10 free tables. .... Well then, not anymore.... In the USA you are treated better in the Hard Rock Cafe...... We then went next door to the Blockbräu which was almost full and we were warmly welcomed and served 👍

With the children at the jetties and a citizen listening to rock music, what could be better?

Hard Rock at the Landesbrücken is simply a beautiful place where you can treat yourself to another nice souvenir. A bit expensive, but hey... what's cheap? ;-) Quality top 👍🏽 Above all, have a nice cafe and experience the Hagen of Hamburg.

At first it was a huge mess with the other waiters. Domingo saved our evening and was super accommodating and quick. The food was also great.

Starting with the food: lukewarm, fried to death, barely seasoned. Fries taste old. When we asked, we were told that the meat on the burger was medium rare. It was so done, nothing more is possible. Then my friend asked for a new burger, preferably medium rare because it was also super dry. Suddenly they said they weren't allowed to sell medium rare? Contradictory! We're supposed to get a new burger, unfortunately not much better. The service at the entrance was super friendly. A disaster at the table, unfortunately. The lady was super stressed (it's okay, we all are at times), she left it out to the customer, her face looked like it had been raining for three days and unfortunately she only spoke broken English and no German. We both speak English fluently, so no problem. The lady seemed super annoyed again. I told her several times that it wasn't her fault since she didn't work in the kitchen - don't know if she understood that. I tried to find a manager or at least someone responsible - somehow hardly any employees in this store speak German and only speak broken English. Was the first and last time.

Massively dismantled! The best times are probably over. Wheat glass not clean, burger: paddy dry, overall loveless, fries luke cold and quality of potatoes below average. The only positive thing: Beer was exchanged without any problems and was not charged due to the poor food. If the quality was right, one could also accept the high prices.

Compared to before, a significant loss in quality. The burger patty used to be pink, today the burger bun is pink. You also couldn't notice much of the BBQ sauce on the BBQ bacon cheeseburger. Neither visually nor taste-wise. Instead, lots of dry fried onions from the discount store. The Grilles Chicken Caesar Salad was a carelessly chopped green salad with dressing and garnished with a few chicken strips. Salad topped with giant croutons and cheese chips. The service was ok until the food was on the table. After that you were no longer noticed. I had to request a waitress at the entrance to the store to pay the bill, which was overpriced for the service and quality of the food. The Hard Rock Café was once legendary, but now it is no longer recommended.

The service is perfect and very accommodating, there's no other way to say it. The meat of the chicken wings was super tender. The cocktails are more than tempting. I've already been to a few Hard Rocks Cafés, including in Hamburg. We were actually happy to get a table today without a reservation. Unfortunately it was a very mixed visit. Although some employees were walking around in the corner, it took a long time for someone to come. The food itself, the Legendary Burger was very dry and the patty was more than done. There was no condition to ask if everything was ok. I was happy when someone came to bring me the burger sauce I had forgotten, but it didn't make the burger any better. When we asked for the bill, we didn't even ask if everything was good. The floors in the toilets were freshly cleaned with no wet sign, so my husband almost slipped. In the women's toilet, the trash cans were so full that all the used feminine hygiene items spilled out.

Nice place, went for a drink and watched Kamil at work. He has a talent for combinations and makes great cocktails.

We ate here because it was close to the boat we came from. It's a Hard Rock Cafe, so it's not a culinary masterpiece. It was tasty but I have definitely eaten better. I had the mixed BBQ, but nothing had been on the BBQ. My wife had the Pulled Pork burger which was tasty. The dessert the Apple Cobbler was very tasty. You get large portions, so make sure you have an empty stomach

Service was great. Food was okay. Have eaten better in the Hard Rock Cafe. Dessert (brownie with ice cream and cream) was way too much! 6 people ate with us and it was still too much.

I went 3 days ago and my stomach is still craving more. The ambience was out standing and the host was very welcoming also hella cute 🫣 his name was risul. The only thing was that the food took a bit longer than expected.

Mein erstes Erlebnis in einem Hard Rock Cafe ging volle Kanne schief. Wir mussten sehr lange auf die Vorspeise warten, die war aber super lecker da kann man (noch) nix sagen. Dann ging das Drama los. Ca. 30min nach der Vorspeise kamen die Burger. Einer davon komplett falsch, der ging dann zurück mit der Aussage der neue brauch ca. 10 min. Der andere Burger war zudem allerhöchstens lauwarm aber dafür die Pommes heiß.. nach 20 min kam dann mein Burger. Ebenfalls nicht mehr wirklich heiß, da fragt man sich schon was die Küche da anstellt. Sehr schade... Und auch schade fand ich, dass man kaum bis gar keine Musik gehört hat. Da kam kein Rock Feeling auf. Ich werde zumindest in dieses Hard Rock Cafe nie wieder gehen.

Perfekte Lage mit Blick auf Hafen und Elphi. Nach einer Tour durch den alten Elbtunnel ideal für Getränke und Essen. Service gut, Preise OK und wenn das Wetter mitspielt ab auf die Terrasse nach oben. Tischreservierung nicht vergessen.

Soooo, we stayed there last night- the atmosphere was amazing! (We’re Hard Rock Cafe fans anyway😋). Food was good, our waitress anca was the best waitress ever! 🙏 she recommended amazing drinks and was always there when we needed something. Location is of course perfect- so def a recommendation if you want to spend a good night with a good view.

Perfect location overlooking the harbor and Elphi. Ideal for drinks and food after a tour through the old Elbe tunnel. Service good, prices OK and if the weather cooperates, go upstairs to the terrace.

I can only report positive things 😁 The food was delicious and we didn't have to wait long for it. Our two waiters Charlie and Nico were the highlight. Despite the high level of stress, the two of them are in a great mood and are always friendly and happy to have fun. 🤩

We didn't get a table because we "just" wanted something to drink. We wanted to go to the Hardrock Café again on October 12th, 2024 but this time there was NO table if you just wanted something to drink. We have never experienced anything like this in a hard rock café. NEVER again in Hamburg

It definitely takes too long for 3 drinks. At the bar you were directed to the waitress to take an order, even though there was nothing going on there. The waitress had a lot to do. Why the drinks couldn't be served directly at the bar remains a mystery to me. You only go there because of the atmosphere anyway. On top of that, it's extremely expensive. And actually you expect rock music there! What was wrong with the DJ?

I was really disappointed with the Hard Rock Café in Hamburg. When we arrived, they said that there were only two dishes left on the entire menu - even though it wasn't even that late. We thought this was a one-time incident, but when we tried our luck again the next day, it was exactly the same. This is really disappointing for a restaurant of this size and reputation. Unfortunately not a good experience.

Food was great, the service was even amazing. The host was Risal and he was absolutely amazing, he constantly made sure that we were satisfied while being very respectful and friendly. Would definitely come again with these services.

By far the worst restaurant I've been to First of all, despite having a reservation, we had to wait 40 minutes for the table Then the food arrived cold. The sauces came 20 minutes later when the dry fries had already been taken away. In addition, the wrong drinks were brought for every single drink ordered. Of course there was no compensation or apology. The burger was even drier than the fries. I recommend you go to Burger King for the prices.

Dirty shop, we only had to wait over 20 minutes for our reserved!!! Wait at the table because there was probably another group sitting there. Then the food comes and it's really cold. The plate was simply warmed up, but that doesn't make the fries and the burger warm and tasty anymore. Staff incompetent and just not right!!!

After an additional hour of waiting, the burger and fries arrived cold. Burger without a hint of sauce, cheese completely solid and petty overcooked. The brioche bun with a special color (pink), but particularly tough and dry. Honestly not a recommendation but you have to know for yourself...

It is exactly what you would expect. Great rock themed interior, great music. The prices for drinks are mid price range. If you alter a drink lightly like mezcal instead of rum, the price skyrockets. I payed 8euros more just for changing the alcohol. Service is still friendly.

Well, I really can't understand all the bad reviews. Yes, ok, it's more expensive than anywhere else, BUT it's a chain and the view or location has to be paid for or taken into account. There were two of us here and we were both satisfied. I had twisted chicken, mac and cheese and it tasted really great! The only thing - it could have been a little warmer, but it was still ok. The noodles were warm, the chicken was lukewarm. My counterpart's Messi burger was also great - both in terms of taste and warmth. The service was absolutely prompt and attentive! We'll be back!

Just for a beer is good, l expected to hear music such as the name says Rock , the music you had on display on TVs had nothing to do not even with pop just some 70s disco garbage ..l change my mind 2 stars from 3.

Location is fantastic, as usual, Unfortunately the service wasn’t so nice: I waited with my food on table for long time before having cutlery, even if I asked twice at the waiter and the place wasn’t crowded at all. I suppose is just lack of skill and experience and poor training. I’ll try again anyway since HRC is a nice place to spend time.

Great service in a great atmosphere. We got a place for Saturday evening even though we hadn't reserved. The service (both at the door and at the table) was very attentive and super friendly. We sat upstairs, even though it was full it was still quite comfortable. There was music playing the whole time but it wasn't unpleasantly loud and you could have a good conversation. Food was tasty and sufficient. We had a platter to share and were well fed. The dips and marinades were great. The milkshake was great, not too sticky sweet but still very rich. Prices are okay. What struck me positively was the cleanliness. The tables were cleaned properly after each guest and not just half-heartedly wiped over, the sanitary facilities were also impeccable. We'll come back on our next visit. :)

The location is of course great. I think that's the only good thing! Welcome and service very half-hearted! Then a cola for €5.15 which was half ice! Both burgers were lukewarm, the meat didn't taste like anything except salt, we could have complained, but then we would have had to wait even longer for our food!

Our stay was a complete success, especially thanks to our attentive waiter Victor. His warm manner and excellent service made a significant contribution to making us feel extremely comfortable. Victor looked after our well-being with a lot of commitment and friendliness and read our every wish. A big compliment to him and the entire team – we’ll definitely be happy to come back!

Very nicely located, directly on the Elbe in the Landungsbrücken area. The table reserved online was available on time. The food was very tasty and filling and the service was very friendly and cheerful. We spent a very nice two hours here. Be careful, the dessert is really huge! 😉

It’s totally not done that when you order a starter and main course, the main course arrives while your still eating your starter. The toke the main menu back and said that they will wait upon that we’ve finished the starter and let prepare a new main course, but unfortunately the main menu was not a new prepared one as the meat was totally not hot at all.

We ate delicious spare ribs with delicious sauce and fries. Portion was plentiful. However, you have to expect 30 € per nose with 1 drink.
