Guter Sevice, Essen eher durchschnittlich. Aber vom Ambiente war ich völlig enttäuscht. Das war das schlechteste Hard Rock Cafe in dem ich jemals war. An der Bar ist der Sound schlecht. Und 7€ für ein Bier ist auch ein neuer Rekord 🙊

Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Der Service hingegen war alles andere als freundlich. Beim Bezahlen bestand der Kellner auf Trinkgeld. Er wirkte dabei fast schon aggressiv. Wohlgemerkt: Trinkgeld ist nicht obligatorisch! Ich habe welches gegeben. Aber ich werde nicht wiederkommen. Ich war schon in vielen Hard Rock Cafés, aber so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt.

Haben oben auf der Dachterrasse gesessen und hatten einen super Blick. Essen war lecker, die Toilette oben war jedoch etwas klein. Aber dafür war der Service sehr nett.

Ich war im Hard Rock Cafe, um mir Gitarrenplektren zu kaufen. Ian hat mir geholfen; er ist echt super. Er hat sogar in meiner Muttersprache mit mir gesprochen. Er war einfach klasse – freundlich, klar, direkt und schnell. Jetzt kann ich mit den Plektren vom Hard Rock Cafe in Hamburg glücklich Gitarre spielen gehen. Danke, Ian! Danke, Hard Rock! 🤟🤟🤟

Ich habe mir eine heiße Schokolade geholt und bin dann kurz in den Rock Shop gegangen, um ein bisschen zu shoppen! Ian Santanders Service und seine Aufmerksamkeit waren erstklassig! Super hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und freundlich! Er hat meinen Einkaufsbummel dort zu einem fantastischen Erlebnis gemacht! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Essen : Der Burger hat nicht so gut geschmeckt, denn das Brot war ungetoastet und im Burger war kein Käse vorhanden. Die Musik ist gut, waren mit einer Klasse drin im Gemeinschaftsraum. Service: War sehr gut.Man muss Geld haben, 0.5 Liter Getränk kostet über 5 Euro. Ambiente: Das Restaurant war sehr schön Toiletten sehr gut (sauber). Und ja war ein sehr schöner Abend, schöner Ausblick nach draußen zu den Booten.

Qualitativ war das Essen - ging so. Preislich eine Vollkatastrophe - das reißt dann auch nicht die Lage raus. Eine Portion Ketchup oder Mayo für je 1,45 Euro ist Wucher. Aber seht die Preise selbst.

Das Essen war wirklich gut. Die Getränke und die Atmosphäre waren fantastisch und einfach überwältigend!

Wir hatten das Funkmenü! Ich würde dieses nicht wieder machen. Die Speisen à la carte sind 100-prozentig besser als das, was dort im Menü angeboten wird. Der Standard Cheeseburger ist okay aber es gibt wesentlich geileres. Leider ist es auch nicht möglich, die Speisen in dem Gericht auch gegen Aufpreis zu wechseln. Im gesamten haben wir 2 Stunden dort verbracht und mussten sehr lange auf Essen und Trinken warten. Wir würden wiederkommen, aber nur noch à la carte…

Ein tolles Café, in dem man etwas weiter die Straße hinunter tolle Souvenirs, insbesondere Kleidung, kaufen kann.

Wir haben hier auf der Dachterasse etwas getrunken aber nichts gegessen. Deshalb kann ich keine Sterne vergeben. Service und Getränke top.

Hier passte einfach alles, das Essen war super lecker, das Team sehr zuvorkommend und lustig, wir hatte echt Spass hier an diesem Abend. Es kommt selten vor das ein Abend in einem Restaurant so gelungen war, vielen lieben Dank an euch.

Wir waren nur auf einen Drink dort, und es war in Ordnung, aber das Fehlen einer Klimaanlage war ein großer Nachteil; es war sehr heiß, vor allem drinnen.

Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam, und das Essen kam zügig. Besonders gut haben mir der Legendary Burger und die Cocktails gefallen. Ein kleiner Punkt Abzug: Die Preise sind recht hoch, und es war ziemlich voll und laut – nichts Ungewöhnliches, aber man sollte es wissen. Insgesamt aber ein tolles Erlebnis, wenn man die typische Hard‑Rock‑Stimmung mag. Ich komme gern wieder!

Super Service im Shop : Einfach mal mit Negin reden Top.

Ich war Ende Mai 2026 dort. Es herrscht eine ganz andere Atmosphäre als in anderen Städten, und mir gefällt besonders, dass es sich in einem alten Piergebäude befindet – passend zur Hafenstadt Hamburg. Die Angestellten waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wie immer habe ich mir Anstecknadeln und T-Shirts mit Hamburger Logo gekauft. Ein schönes Souvenir. Ich komme gerne wieder.

The Hamburg location really stands out, as it's right on the harbor and offers great outdoor seating in the summer. All in all, it's definitely recommended, whether you're a fan of the chain or not! We'll certainly be back – as we usually do when we're in Hamburg!

This Hamburg branch of a tourist chain restaurant offers a classic menu and average flavors. It primarily caters to young people and tourists.

We were there yesterday with friends who came to visit us. The service has gotten much worse! The guys don't speak or understand German or English! We all ordered dessert. The blonde girl with glasses who served us upstairs brought the brownie portions to three small girls—three enormous portions—without explaining that one portion was made for multiple people. I asked her why she didn't explain that the portions were so large and that it's her job and duty to warn us, but she arrogantly replied that she doesn't know how hungry girls are! I would have settled for a simple "Sorry," but this girl has forgotten her homework and kept arguing with me in terrible German! I asked to speak to her chef, but it wasn't possible! I will never return to a restaurant with such high prices and such terrible service! It's a shame no one manages these rude guys!

Great location! We only stopped in for a drink, so we can't comment on the food. We sat at the bar for a beer and an Irish Kiss. ​​Lovely ambiance, very friendly service, and a great atmosphere. We were back again for New Year's Eve, having ordered tickets online. What can I say... fantastic atmosphere, really great food (finger food), and the service was, as always, exceptionally lovely.

My wife and I attended the New Year's Eve party in 2025. The food, the service, the music – simply put, very good and highly recommended.

We were seated on the first floor without any waiting time. The tables are so close together that the noise level is quite high, and you can easily overhear conversations at the next table. The service and food were good. The prices aren't low (probably due to the cost of living).

I ate at the Hard Rock Cafe Hamburg today and accidentally ordered the spicy Buffalo wings, which I couldn't eat. Our waiter Ali was incredibly friendly and replaced them with BBQ wings. Many thanks to Ali and the Hard Rock Cafe Hamburg team!

We stopped by spontaneously, but only had drinks, so I can't comment on the food. However, what I did see looked really good. The staff was very friendly. Nice location right by the Landungsbrücken (St. Pauli Piers).

The tables were too close together, so the waiter regularly bumped into my shoulders while serving other tables. A Coke cost over €5 for "400" ml, and it was poured over ice. The Big Cheeseburger tasted slightly different than the ones from the popular international chain. It was far too overpriced for what it was. The fried chicken sandwich was completely oversalted, had very little flavor, and the sauce was applied very sparingly. Also overpriced. The fries were okay. No sauce was provided because they charge an extra €1.50. On the positive side, they asked about allergies, and new staff members introduced themselves by name. In conclusion: You're paying for the Hard Rock name and the restaurant's location, not for the quality of the food. It's probably a good spot for tourists in Hamburg, being right by the harbor, but unfortunately, it was nothing more than average. The name makes it more expensive than it's worth.

The food was delicious, as you'd expect at any Hard Rock Cafe. Of course, it was a bit pricey. What we didn't like so much was the very loud atmosphere. The music was so loud that it was almost impossible to have a conversation. The place was packed; you should definitely make a reservation beforehand.

Great place just out of the way from everything

Great staff, fantastic atmosphere, delicious food, good music, and an extensive gluten-free menu. Because we were waiting for a table (it was a Saturday evening), we ended up in the rooftop bar, and what a stroke of luck! Great atmosphere and wonderful bartenders—we would have missed out if we'd gotten a table right away. We had an absolutely perfect evening; a huge thank you to all the staff!

Unfortunately, my visit to your bar/restaurant was very disappointing. The manager, a young woman named Alina, was extremely rude and showed no understanding of how to treat guests respectfully and professionally. Her demeanor, body language, and facial expression were consistently unfriendly and unprofessional. I find it hard to understand how someone with such social and communication deficiencies could have been appointed manager. Based on this experience, I will unfortunately not be visiting your restaurant again.

The food was awful. I ordered mac, chicken & cheese, and the chicken tasted like absolutely nothing. The only good things there were the burgers and fries. The staff were incredibly lovely, very friendly people. Unfortunately, the food was a disappointment. The music wasn't rock either; it was almost all pop. My girlfriend ordered water and never received it, and she also didn't get any cutlery. I'm truly speechless, in the worst way. 💔✌️

As a customer of the Hard Rock Cafe in Hamburg, I am writing to express my deep concern about the behavior of one of your managers, Mr. Arturo Rey. During my visit, I witnessed him yelling at and humiliating kitchen staff, which caused me considerable discomfort and concern. I believe this behavior is inappropriate in a professional setting and should not be visible to customers. Based on my experience and interviews with some employees, this behavior does not appear to be an isolated incident but rather a recurring one, and it is damaging the relationship with employees. It is important to emphasize that education and mutual respect are fundamental to a safe and professional work environment. While I feel it is important to document my experience, I have decided not to send this message officially, as I anticipate that HR may not take direct action. Nevertheless, I wish to document my observations and my concerns as a customer, since such situations negatively impact both the company's image and the well-being of its employees.

We had reserved a table online and were shown to it immediately at our reserved time without any waiting. It was very busy, so I can imagine that there might be a wait without a reservation. The service was very good, friendly, and attentive. The food arrived quickly and tasted good. However, I've had significantly better burgers elsewhere for less money. The fries were very good. The mayo was tasty, but I thought the extra €1.50 was expensive. I found the music playing to be very loud. At times, we had difficulty having a conversation.

A café like you'd find in other cities, but unfortunately the staff wasn't quite as attentive as you'd expect from other Hard Rock Cafes. The item (polo shirt) wasn't available in the shop next door.

We spontaneously decided to have lunch there today and were quite satisfied. The food was good, if not exceptional, the service was prompt and very friendly, and the restaurant by the Elbe River is also very nice. So why not 5 stars? Firstly, the food is of a good standard, but it lacked that certain something. Secondly, the seating was quite cramped, and it was very noisy. So noisy, in fact, that it was almost impossible to have a conversation at the table. I've experienced much better at other Hard Rock Cafes. Nevertheless, it's worth a visit!
