I was there with friends. It was disgusting & a day later we had it all a food poisoning.

I have ordered from this place 3 times so far, and it has been a positive experience each time. For starters, the vegetarian spring rolls and Gyoza are very well made. Not only do they taste amazing paired with their sweet and sour sauce, but they always come still hot and crispy. I am by no means a sushi expert, so I cannot tell you what "amazing quality" sushi is. However, the fish in the Salmon Maki has always been fresh (no funky taste or smell). The same goes for the inside-out California Maki. The avocado is always fresh and ripe. I will say that when ordering online (Lieferando in my case) there is a minimum amount of money you must spend to be able to have it delivered, which I understand can be frustrating if you do not plan on spending around 20 euros. As for the delivery, it has always been super fast (like 30 mins when the app estimation says there is still 15-20 minutes left till delivery). The people who have delivered my food were never wearing Lieferando uniform so I assume they came from the actual restaurant, and they have been nice and friendly when delivering the food. Overall, the food was also neatly packaged and looked very presentable. I would recommend this place for sure, looking forward to trying more of their menu items :)

I was there with my wife, I was asked 3 times what sauce I wanted for my noodle box with chicken drumsticks, and 3 times I said spicy, and yet I still get peanut sauce (which I'm also allergic to👍). Great if I hadn't smelled it👍

I ordered via Uber Eats and couldn't give the name of the doorbell, only the address. Since I registered with my name on the app and am with my friend, my last name is not listed here because I don't live here. The app can therefore be set up a little better because not everyone orders it to their home. Well my boyfriend doesn't have the same name as me but I ordered and I explained that to the man who brought me the food but he was so rude and didn't want to give me my food. Told me he called me and I showed him my phone number which he also had. Still he didn't believe me, I showed my identity and he finally gave me my food. So really how rude people can be it's sickening. I wanted to get my money back and not accept any food from you. The food wasn't even heavy. Plus there was a hair in my food that wasn't mine 🤮🤮 Pink bamboo from Asia is a thousand times better.

The absolute worst meal I have ever had delivered to me. I ordered my burger without sauce, it had so much sauce on it the bun melted into paste. All toppings and ratios were totally ridiculous, it was a big wet pile of poor quality food. The pasta tasted gross. The whole meal had to go into the trash.

After entering the store, you can sit at the seat of your choice. We also have a wide selection of non-alcoholic beers, so don't worry if you don't like alcohol. The sausage is a must-order. If paying by credit card, select the tip amount at checkout and add it to your bill.

I was there for the first time today the service is very nice and quickly came to the table, brought the menu and I saw the prices. I saw the drinks list and both were very very expensive. 14.90 € for six small sushi rolls the other 16.20 € for six even smaller sushi rolls an apple juice 0.2l 3.90€ a Fanta 0.3l 4.50€ something like that is not possible, such small rolls are simply unbeatable for the price

I ordered the food at 4 p.m. via the Lieferando app and it was supposed to be there at 5 p.m. The app had been telling me for half an hour that the delivery person would be with me shortly, so I decided to contact the restaurant at 5:30 p.m. I couldn't find a phone number on Lieferando or Google. Since we had theater tickets, we had to leave the apartment by 6:15 p.m. at the latest. I complained to Lieferando and demanded a refund because I didn't expect the food to arrive after 1.5 hours. At this point, the restaurant was already listed as closed on Lieferando and Google. As soon as I complained, someone called me from the restaurant and said the driver would be there shortly and would be with me in 15 minutes. I had to call two more times and each time they said the driver would be there shortly. As I can see from the other reviews, my 2 hour waiting time is nothing unusual and is even short. The driver arrived so that I could just get the food upstairs before we had to leave. I was repeatedly put off and put off on the phone, not given any accomodation and not offered a refund, a voucher or anything else. The food is okay, the edamame were completely oversalted, but in general it's definitely not sushi that you want to wait 2-4 hours for. For everyone in the Elbchausse region, I can only say that Henssler at Home was always quicker than advertised for me, was similarly priced and tasted better. I ordered here a few years ago and had to wait a long time, so there is probably no improvement in sight.

Would like to eat in front of the Harry Potter Theater. Unfortunately only a very limited menu until 6 p.m. A good selection from 6 p.m., but unfortunately it's not possible to order so that we could eat from the menu from 6 p.m. at 6 p.m. So I didn't eat anything here because of the timing of having to be at the theater at 7 p.m. and went somewhere else. If you are a caterer in a hotel that has a lot of guests due to its close proximity to the Harry Potter Theater, it would be good to prepare for this in terms of time. But okay, then just tried out the bar after the theater. Cocktail menu with a reasonable selection and three additional cocktails of the day. The bar is open until 1am on Friday and Saturday. So you've really adjusted to the theatergoers. But unfortunately here is the next disappointment. Ordered the cocktail of the day with espresso first. Delicious. When we wanted to do it again at 12:30 a.m., half an hour before the end, it was no longer possible because the machine had already been cleaned and there was no more espresso for that very reason. If msn is open until 1 a.m., then all drinks should be available until then...

Few vegetables and not fresh frozen goods. Noodles fried for too long. Didn't really taste good. Duck was crispy but dry. I'll look for another store

Great hotel, very clean and very nice staff. The breakfast was very rich, we would love to come back.
