Ordered for the 5th time now. As always, it was super tasty and incredibly quick. That's why it's really hot. The only suggestion for improvement is to deliver the sauce separately. This time it had already been served over the schnitzel. That's why it wasn't quite as crispy anymore. This was different in the past.

Unfortunately, when we first ordered we were given a waiting time of 1 hour. After 1.5 hours I called and he said the driver had left and it would only take 10 minutes. After 2 hours now you don't even answer the phone anymore.
I ordered the food at 4 p.m. via the Lieferando app and it was supposed to be there at 5 p.m. The app had been telling me for half an hour that the delivery person would be with me shortly, so I decided to contact the restaurant at 5:30 p.m. I couldn't find a phone number on Lieferando or Google. Since we had theater tickets, we had to leave the apartment by 6:15 p.m. at the latest. I complained to Lieferando and demanded a refund because I didn't expect the food to arrive after 1.5 hours. At this point, the restaurant was already listed as closed on Lieferando and Google. As soon as I complained, someone called me from the restaurant and said the driver would be there shortly and would be with me in 15 minutes. I had to call two more times and each time they said the driver would be there shortly. As I can see from the other reviews, my 2 hour waiting time is nothing unusual and is even short.
The driver arrived so that I could just get the food upstairs before we had to leave.

Delivery drivers are aggressive. If you try to complain by phone, they won't understand you due to their lack of German, and they'll treat you rudely. Not recommended!
We had booked the musical dinner and were totally disappointed. For starters we were given three different small bowls, two with spreads and one with olives and some white bread. Secondly, we got a larger bowl for both of us with some fried vegetables, tomatoes and cucumbers, peppers, all without dressing or anything else and in the middle a lot of rocket that had dressing 😳 plus a glass of champagne for each! That was the whole dinner…. We waited in vain for the burger and dessert. (See menu)
I have to say that we booked this arrangement twice because we made a mistake. So there were two of us and we had vouchers for four people. We were then offered two free drinks for this second voucher, which we declined after this terrific bankruptcy...
All I can say is never again...
