Super fast delivery! Food really hot! Lovingly packaged and delivered clean! Telephone queries were handled very friendly! Food really tasty and absolutely very good value for money!!!

For many weeks I have repeatedly seen Dominos delivery drivers with defective lighting in the dark, for example on Berner Chaussee!!! Dear management, how can that be??? You are putting the health and lives of your employees at risk!!! Please take care of the technical condition of your delivery vehicles! Dear drivers, please refuse to use bicycles with defective lighting for deliveries. It is your life and your health that you are putting at risk for a few of your earnings! In any case, I won't be ordering anything from Dominos again and I hope that many others won't either 👎👎👎

I ordered the food at 4 p.m. via the Lieferando app and it was supposed to be there at 5 p.m. The app had been telling me for half an hour that the delivery person would be with me shortly, so I decided to contact the restaurant at 5:30 p.m. I couldn't find a phone number on Lieferando or Google. Since we had theater tickets, we had to leave the apartment by 6:15 p.m. at the latest. I complained to Lieferando and demanded a refund because I didn't expect the food to arrive after 1.5 hours. At this point, the restaurant was already listed as closed on Lieferando and Google. As soon as I complained, someone called me from the restaurant and said the driver would be there shortly and would be with me in 15 minutes. I had to call two more times and each time they said the driver would be there shortly. As I can see from the other reviews, my 2 hour waiting time is nothing unusual and is even short. The driver arrived so that I could just get the food upstairs before we had to leave. I was repeatedly put off and put off on the phone, not given any accomodation and not offered a refund, a voucher or anything else. The food is okay, the edamame were completely oversalted, but in general it's definitely not sushi that you want to wait 2-4 hours for. For everyone in the Elbchausse region, I can only say that Henssler at Home was always quicker than advertised for me, was similarly priced and tasted better. I ordered here a few years ago and had to wait a long time, so there is probably no improvement in sight.

We order food from Qasr at Home very often. It's really good and tasty and always arrives in 30 minutes.

Got really bad. It used to be very crowded because it was good and now it's yawning empty because it just tastes bad. Nobody wants to eat healthy, unsalted food.

We had booked the musical dinner and were totally disappointed. For starters we were given three different small bowls, two with spreads and one with olives and some white bread. Secondly, we got a larger bowl for both of us with some fried vegetables, tomatoes and cucumbers, peppers, all without dressing or anything else and in the middle a lot of rocket that had dressing 😳 plus a glass of champagne for each! That was the whole dinner…. We waited in vain for the burger and dessert. (See menu) I have to say that we booked this arrangement twice because we made a mistake. So there were two of us and we had vouchers for four people. We were then offered two free drinks for this second voucher, which we declined after this terrific bankruptcy... All I can say is never again...

Disastrous... Rarely have I experienced such poor, slow and inattentive service. Food lukewarm, beans from a can and reservation was messed up despite the "proof confirmation email".
