Zenthai in Hamburg

These were the worst noodles I've ever eaten in my life. The noodles were completely overcooked, and the chicken was completely gristly. The staff were unintelligible and spoke far too quietly in the hustle and bustle of a shopping center, and unfortunately, even after asking twice, they didn't raise their voices. The prices are far too high for the quality, and to top it all off, they only pay with cash. I'll definitely never be back.

I had rice with lemon chicken. The meat and sauce were good, but unfortunately, they added too much rice. It's not a good value for money when you get so much rice instead of everything else.

Had the noodle box with the lemon chicken here. The pasta was freshly prepared next to the checkout. But these noodles were overcooked zero 8 15 spaghetti. You also had to look for cabbage, sprouts and vegetables. They were also a no-go in terms of taste. Without the extra sauce it would be neutral. Definitely not a recommendation. Everything that could be done wrong was done wrong here. Up to the maximum profit. And service in 2025 will include card payments. There are signs everywhere here, bar only.

I was there with my wife. I was asked three times what sauce I wanted for my noodle box with chicken drumstick, and three times I said spicy, and yet I still got peanut sauce (which I'm also allergic to 👍). It would have been great, if I hadn't smelled it 👍

We live in Harburg, often go to the Phönix Center, and have been eating at ZenThai for years, or we quickly grab a box to go. The food is okay. The lady you order and pay from was always unfriendly, but we overlooked it; I can understand that it's tiring to stand there the whole time in a crowded, noisy place. What I cannot understand, however, is when someone shows disrespect to paying customers. Since it is quite loud in there and the lady doesn't speak German very well (which I don't mind), I didn't hear a sentence she said. After I asked her to repeat herself, she rolled her eyes in annoyance, grabbed her head, and spoke to me disrespectfully. Her behavior was very derogatory. The lady should urgently learn to treat paying customers, and people in general, with respect. We are not the first people to have been treated like this by this lady. My family will definitely never leave money there again, because if you don't care about your paying customers so much that you become so disrespectful, then I wonder how much they don't care about what we eat and what goes on in the kitchen.

Ordered a noodle box with chicken legs. The meat was gray and totally fatty. The sweet and sour sauce was unfortunately also very gloopy and fatty. I won't go there anymore. I then got spring rolls as compensation, but they were also too hard

Only paying in cash gives the impression of crooked business, but given the low prices here it's understandable that you don't want to share that with the payment service provider :) The food won't get any culinary stars, but if some people didn't like it, it would. For the price and the speed you can't expect star cuisine... But there should be a smile from the seller...

Disastrous experience. Cold food (we only get it lukewarm - according to the petsonal). After complaining, dad offered that it could be heated in the microwave. There was no money back. €13 sunk. Impudence!

Staff unfriendly and annoyed. Got the wrong food. Response from staff: Bad luck. Didn't get my money back or the right dish. It was my last visit there.

If you are not a purebred German from the cradle, expect rudeness, one of the two workers gets mad and is rude, if you do not speak German perfectly and, oh my God, you didn’t understand the first time, she is also not native German. The food is mediocre. Previously, at least the service was not at such a low level.

Box No. 4 (crispy chicken with noodles). Price performance is right. Costs €6 and unfortunately tastes the same. Portion size - much more than expected! There is a shy, shaped meat monster hidden somewhere in the breading, made from several chickens, and the noodles have a very floury aftertaste. Conclusion: The service is super friendly! Gutes Essen zu vernünftigen Preisen

Das Essen, die Bratnudeln, waren total fettig und haben noch nicht mal geschmeckt. Nicht mal die braune standard Soße konnte das Essen retten. Sie sollte pikant sein, schmeckte aber nur salzig.

Essen sieht gut aus, aber leider nicht heiß genug und geschmacklich geht es eigentlich. Ich habe Bratnudeln und Chop Sue gegessen. Es ist eindeutig zu laut da. Die anderen Speisen können wir nicht beurteilen, ich denke aber, dass man für den kleinen und großen Hunger da gut aufgehoben ist.

Ich esse sehr gerne diese Nudelboxen.diesmal war es auch ganz frisch zubereitet,sehr lecker.Einmal war ich enttäuscht weil es nicht frisch war

Other food is average but they have one of the best sushi rolls in the area! Especially considering low prices 5-10 EUR it's comes with cheese and fish so it's a perfect money/taste balance. Located within the food court.

Sehr lecker. Die Panade vom Geflügelfleisch war sehr schmackhaft. 👍😋

Essen im Shopping Center eben. Das Essen schmeckt OK. Aber mittlerweile sind die Preise doch ziemlich abgezogen wulorden und die Portionen reichen nicht zum SAT werden zumindest mir nicht. Da letzeal über 10 min gestanden und auf des essen gewartet keiner sagt was keiner redet mit einem Personal ist Grund freundlichen solange keine Extras sind oder was nicht ist wie man es wollte.

Egentlig ok mad. Men blev ødelagt af ben og sener i kylling ret. Personalet er for hurtige og man skal gentage x 3-4 hvad man vil bestille

Eigentlich immer super leckere Bratnudeln, aber hin und wieder etwas trocken und geschmackslos wenn man ohne soße bestellt. Aber kann man empfehlen ❤️

Reis ist kalt und hart, Gemüse zu wässrig. Ente war in Ordnung. Soße Konsistenz von Gele.

Grundsätzlich gut und günstig. Manchmal etwas zu schnell. Dann ist das Gemùse noch etwas roh oder die Brautnudeln nicht heiß.

First. This isn’t Thai food. This is East Asian food mixed but mostly Chinese junk. The people who work there are Vietnamese. It’s a shame they don’t serve Vietnamese food because that would be very unique. The food is very buffet style and just stays cooked waiting for you to order. Also they only accept cash payment which is unacceptable in 2023 as a sole form of commerce.

Chinesisches Essen : reichlich Auswahl vom Buffet. Kostengünstig. Gute Alternative zu Burger und Co.

Das Essen war okay, die süß saure sauce war viel zu stark angebunden und richtig glibberig. Das hat den Appetit gesänkt. Preise sind günstig.

No está mal, prefiero que el sushi se haga al momento para saber que es fresco. Puedes coger un plato y llenarlo de comida hasta que ya no quepa más y comertelo allí mismo por unos 8€, bebida no incluida

Es wären 5 wenn man nicht ständig die Sauce vergessen oder viel zu wenig reinmachen würde 🥲

Ich war zum Mittag hier und ich bin sowasvon begeistert. Das Essen wurde direkt frisch nach meiner Bestellung zubereitet. Das gebackene Huhn war sehr viel und super lecker. Genau perfekt kross und keinesfalls alt. Auch die Nudeln und die Erdnusssauce sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Auf den ersten Blick sieht es ziemlich okay aus und das Essen ist ebenfalls grade so noch an meiner Schmerzgrenze. Die Sauce schien mir etwas alt und die Nudeln waren nicht ganz durchgebraten, doch für das Preisleistungs Verhältniss geht das voll ffit.kann man machen muss man aber nicht

Die Gerichte sind okay. Mit der schnellen Abfertigung wie am Fließband habe ich kein Problem. Ein wenig mehr Lächeln im Gesicht hätte 5 Sterne gebracht. Wer den Job macht, sollte auf gewisse Grundprinzipien, gerade im Service-/ Gastrobereich, achten. Nächstes Mal ;-)

Ich war heute da und habe mir Nr. 32 und 34 bestellt (Sushi) da sie es nicht fertig hatten, wurde es mir frisch zubereitet, wie immer sehr lecker Wartezeit ca. 4 min hab ein 10ner bezahlt. Geht ruhig, hin lohnt sich und man hört japanisch, wenn sie untereinander reden. Man denkt, man ist im Urlaub.🙃

Ausgezeichnetes Sushi und andere asiatische Gerichte mit frischen Zutaten und zu vernünftigen Preisen zubereitet. Man muss auch nicht lange warten. Alles top! Fünf Sterne und ich empfehle es ohne Zweifel.

Ich habe hier öfters (in den lerzten 3-4 Jahren) unterschiedliche Gerichte als Take-Away genommen. Die Qualität war sehr gut and das Essen hat immer gut geschmeckt. Aber in den letzten zwei Male die Qualität hat nachgelassen: Die Soßen sind wässrig, der Reis war zu Al dente, keine Servietten werden gepackt ... Es sind einige Kleinigkeiten die aber im ganzen große Wirkung haben.

Top Sushi, wird bei Bestellung immer frisch gemacht und dauert nicht lange (5-10 Minuten). Für Leute die es eilig haben gibt es auch eine Auslage. An den Preisen kann man auch nix meckern.
