Bedienung ist nett, aber das Essen war unterirdisch. Das Ente war erneut erwämt. Die Preise sehr hoch. Essen mit Imbiss Qualität deutlich zu teuer. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Der Service war nett, jedoch hat uns nur eine Person bediente. Daher mussten wir echt lange auf unser Essen warten, welches am Ende für den Preis nicht so gut war.

Der Services war sehr lieb und freundlich, aber nur 2 Personen haben zur Zeit gearbeitet. Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe essen und haben insgesamt über 1 Stunde gewartet. Die Getränke waren gut, aber das essen viel zu schlecht für die Qualität. Man merkte das, dass Essen Tiefkühlkost war. Das Toiletten Licht für die Kabine bei den Männern hat nicht funktioniert und man konnte die Türen nicht schließen!

Kartenzahlung steht am Eingang sei möglich - die Dame hat auch ein Kartengerät, und wurde sie verweigert. Schade.

Ein wirklich tolles vietnamesisches Restaurant! Das Essen war frisch, authentisch und sehr lecker. Besonders die ausgewogene Würzung und die frischen Kräuter haben überzeugt. Der Service war freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Auch das Ambiente war angenehm und einladend. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Besuch – ich komme sehr gerne wieder und kann das Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen. 😊🍜🌿

Haben spontan vorbeigeschaut und waren überrascht. Der Service ist freundlich, das Essen war lecker und die Portionen groß. Das Essen schmeckt authentisch vietnamesisch. Würde immer wieder kommen!

Meine Familie und ich wollten mal Vietnamesisch essen gehen also gingen wir zum Restaurant mit dem Fahrrad .Wir stellten unsere Fahrräder hin als mein Bruder schaute ob es überhaupt offen war, es war offen und wir gingen unsere Fahrräder Parkieren .Also kamen wir nach etwa 1 min wider an, als wir dann aussen standen warteten wir noch für meine Schwester. Wir schauten in den Laden auf einmal kam der Chef und Schloss die Tür vor unseren Augen ab ! Wir waren um 6 Uhr abends da und die Öffnungszeiten waren bis 10 Uhr in der nacht . Sehr schade!!!

Das Ambiente war wirklich sehr schön und einladend. Was uns persönlich gefehlt hat war die Musik, die die kulturelle Atmosphäre verstärkt, stattdessen Probleme vom Nachbartisch und die Klimaanlage, sehr schade. Das Personal war zurückhaltend, aber sehr freundlich. Das Essen war leider etwas enttäuschend, die gebratene Reis war mit Zwiebeln überladen, die Erdnusssoße hat mit Reis eher nach Milchreis geschmeckt, die war viel zu dünn, da fehlte ordentlich Power drin und dafür waren die Preise dann zu teuer. Auch wenn man natürlich auch die Lage mitzahlt.

Ein schön eingerichtetes Restaurant mit freundlichem Personal. Die Portionen sind großzügig und das Essen schmeckt gut, die Preise sind jedoch recht hoch, selbst für Getränke. Bei Allergien oder besonderen Ernährungsbedürfnissen ist dieses Restaurant nicht zu empfehlen. Die Speisekarte im Restaurant und auf der Website widersprechen sich, wobei das Personal angab, die Online-Version sei veraltet. Allerdings enthält auch die Speisekarte vor Ort Fehler (z. B. wird auf einer Seite angegeben, dass Wan Tan Gluten enthält, während die Suppe mit Wan Tan glutenfrei ist). Zudem sprechen die meisten Angestellten kaum Deutsch oder Englisch, kamen nur an unseren Tisch, wenn wir etwas bestellten (und es war nicht sehr voll), und konnten Fragen zu den Zutaten der Gerichte oder zu Allergenen kaum beantworten.

Sehr leckere Speisen und Getränke. Nette, ruhige Bedienung. Getränke und Gerichte kamen zügig. Bei unserem Besuch waren nur wenige andere Gäste dort, was aber vielleicht tages- und uhrzeitabhängig gewesen sein kann. Ich kann das Lokal empfehlen und werde es sicher erneut besuchen.

Die Preise des Essens sind etwas höher als in anderen Restaurants, das ist aber wohl der Lage geschuldet. Die Portionen waren wirklich angemessen groß, seeehr lecker und der Service war sehr nett. Das Ambiente ist typisch asiatisch überfrachtet :-)

Stimmiges Design,top Karte...Essen authentisch lecker!

Wir waren nach einem Besuch der Elbphi-Besucherterrasse dort. Wir hatten nicht wirklich viel Zeit, da wir noch eine Verabredung hatten, doch das Essen war sehr schnell zubereitet und auf den Tisch. Curry ist scharf. Denkt daran, wenn ihr das Essen bestellt.

Die Getränke waren super! Wirklich 10/10 Maracuja Limo + Mangolassi waren beide sehr fruchtig und gut abgeschmeckt. Die Ente war lecker. Gute Portionsgröße und viel Gemüse. Zitronengrass Hähnchen fast geschmacksneutral. Eventuell sogar TK Hähnchenbrust? Ziemlich enttäuschend. Preise überteuert. Getränke jeweils fast 7€ und Essen pro Hauptgericht zw. 20-30€. Bei der Qualität enttäuschend. Service, nur beim aktiven Nachfragen. Ansonsten aber freundlich. Toiletten sehr sauber, Ambiente positiv. Stühle aus Holz leider sehr ungemütlich. Ich würde nicht nochmal kommen, da gibt es für mich bessere Vietnamesische Alternativen.

Das knusprige Entencurry war wirklich das beste Essen, das ich in Deutschland gegessen habe.

Wir warten an einem Samstagnachmittag dort. Es war nicht stark besucht, wir haben uns einen Platz aussuchen dürfen. Eigentlich waren wir auf der Suche nach einem Café, haben uns dann aber für ein frühes Abendessen entschieden und es nicht bereut. Die Gerichte waren lecker, Portionen gut bemessen. Der Service freundlich. Preis etwas hoch, aber hier muss man auch mal schreiben: Die Hafencity ist für Restaurants eines sehr teures Pflaster, die Preise müssen so hoch angelegt sein, damit die Restaurants überleben können. Ist so.... wer billig möchte, muss in andere Stadteile gehen.

There were five of us there, and we had to wait an hour for our food (which was a bit tricky with three children). The food itself was delicious, and the portions were generous for the price. I don't know if it took that long because they were understaffed or if it's always like that. I would gladly come again.

The food is top-notch! The sushi was excellent and freshly prepared.

Highly recommended! We actually just wanted a coffee, and that wasn't a problem. Then we looked at the menu and decided on lunch. All three of us were satisfied. My egg fried rice with vegetables was very tasty, well-seasoned, and piping hot. And more than enough. The staff is friendly and attentive. The women's restroom was clean. If I'm ever there again, I'll definitely come back.

The food is undoubtedly delicious. The pho is hearty and plentiful, but seasoned subtly. Unfortunately, the kitchen leaves the young waiter hanging in the air... some support would be helpful. He can't keep up with the kitchen's pace alone. While guests are served quickly in the restaurant, long waits can be expected with delivery. This could be organized much better—diners aren't on the run.

The food is great here!! The view is amazing outside, and inside, you have a perfect view of the jetties, and the interior is beautifully designed. The sushi, pho, and fried noodles are perfectly prepared, and the wait time is unbeatable. The desserts are amazing. I'll definitely be back a second time. 100% recommended.

The sushi tastes great and is beautifully served. The ambiance is very nice and romantic. The service is a bit complicated, as they don't speak German very well, but it's still very friendly. The location is very central to the Elbphilharmonie, so it's very pleasant. Prices are OK but a bit on the expensive side; everyone has to decide for themselves whether it's worth it. We paid around €20 for 24 sushi pieces for two, €3.50 per drink, and €5 for mochi, which we can't recommend at all.

Service was great, drinks were great but that was a complete disaster. The prices for this are utopian. We were alone for just under an hour during the week in the evening.

The portions are very large. We had spring rolls, udon noodles with duck and tofu. It didn't taste bad, but it was somehow missing some flavor. We found several small pieces of aluminum foil in the pasta with the duck. The duck had clearly been prepared long beforehand. The tofu tasted the same... you can tell it was once fried, but now it's soaked with liquid again. However, the waiter was quite nice and we didn't have to pay for the dish with the aluminum foil.

We were very disappointed when we visited this restaurant last Tuesday. We went to the restaurant because of the good reviews. We often eat Asian food together, with a focus on Vietnamese cuisine, because we love it so much. There weren't many things we wanted. The waiter and waitress always said “unfortunately not there”. The sushi was obviously freshly rolled, but lackluster. For the price it should be neat and well presented. Overall, the taste was ok, but not extremely tasty, it tasted more like department store sushi. To be honest, our main courses weren't particularly tasty either. They also smelled strongly of ready-made broth, which doesn't mean the typical soy smell. The chicken was undercooked and contained a lot of gristle and fat. The beef was also tough. In the end the price for 3 people was in no way commensurate with the quality. If the starters and main courses had been delicious, we would certainly have ordered a dessert, but we didn't feel like it anymore.

The menu is really extensive, although not particularly informative, and we enjoyed the dishes we chose. The staff is very polite and also answers questions about the menu.

Super delicious food! Top service! Everything was really beautifully decorated and the food arrived super quickly! I ordered a Vietnamese lime iced tea and it was really refreshing and I can only recommend it.

I recently visited Vietnam Town Sushi Bar for the first time, eager to try their Pho, which I often use as a benchmark for Vietnamese restaurants. Overall, my experience was decent but left me wanting a bit more. The Pho was okay—absolutely fine, but nothing that truly stood out. I've had better at other places. Additionally, I found the prices to be on the higher side, which made the experience feel less justified. On a positive note, the service staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, I did feel that they could have been a bit more attentive during my visit.

Hello, I came here for lunch and was late at around 2:40 p.m. When I entered the store it was completely empty and the staff seemed quite surprised to me, as if they weren't expecting any guests at that time. So I had a free choice of seats, the menu came and I was surprised at the rather high prices for a Vietnamese restaurant, but of course everything has become expensive and I'm sitting in the Hafen-City, so I placed the order and the food came pretty quickly, the ingredients were fresh and the service was friendly and attentive, but unfortunately the food far exceeded my expectations, the taste was not what I would have expected for the price, it was simply bland, especially since the fresh mixed salad on the plate with fried onions was sprinkled from a can, which I find to be a strong no go for a restaurant. Unless it's a hot dog stand 😉 Greetings

I ordered sushi, didn't taste at all not fresh, Staff hardly speaks German ever again

The prices are far too high for the quality offered. The food was simple and tasted nothing special. The service was okay, but not outstanding. Overall disappointing – not recommended.

Unfortunately, the place looked a bit like a snack bar; unfortunately not so comfortable. And for a mini starter soup over 10 EUR was a bit overpriced.

It took the waiter 40 minutes to serve us. The meal took another 30 minutes.

As noted previously, the prices you see online do not match the prices on site. It's significantly more expensive there. I ordered the “crispy baked” duck with fried noodles. Unfortunately the duck was just warmed up and totally limp. When we complained they said they couldn't make them any crispier. Chicken was then offered as an alternative, which was only briefly fried in the pan. The sushi was bland and far too sweet, the soy sauce was watery. Overall, the food was mediocre and didn't match the high prices. We won't go there again, there are enough good alternatives in the area.

Hello everyone, I was there for the first time today and tried the duck in peanut sauce. Vegetables and sauce were delicious, unfortunately the duck was out of the freezer and boy did I taste it. I think it's cheeky to serve duck from the freezer for €25. Never again

The interior is a bit old. But everything was very, very clean. Huge selection of menus and treats. Friendly, if not perfect German-speaking service. Excellent food at a fair price. Bubble tea is highly recommended - you can choose the ingredients yourself.

Amazing food! The service was really nice and the atmosphere was really nice too, but a bit quite. I strongly suggest the Bunh Bao, the Yakitori and the rice meals are also amazing. Worth the price for sure! The food made me feel so good and warm it’s really worth the visit, especially when staying close to the Elbphilharmonie.

The food was tasty, but… We looked at the prices on the website and there were other prices on site that were at least 2 euros more expensive. Also with the drinks. I ordered a water. On the menu there is only water 0.2 for 3.50 euros. I probably got 0.3 and then had to pay 4.90 euros. I don't think it's a good idea to get something bigger without asking. My colleagues also all received a larger drink without being asked, which is not on the menu in terms of price. Please adapt the map and renew it on the website! Please also ask when ordering which size you want.

We weren't really thrilled. It doesn't seem loving at all. There are better ones. But it really depends on the atmosphere, the atmosphere and the employees.

Worst sushi I've ever eaten!! Wasabi tasteless and dry soy sauce from Kikkoman, which usually always has a very strong taste, didn't taste like anything (maybe diluted with water?!) In addition, the prices on the internet are not identical to the menu on site! doesn't work at all!

Unfortunately, the food wasn't even at snack level, the prices are high for the category. The dishes were tasteless and very firm to the bite. Despite the recent construction year, the location is rather dingy, as are the washrooms.

My AI tool helped me write a suitable review: "I ordered sushi and wondered if I had accidentally ordered dry fish food. For the price I expected fresh sushi, but what arrived was so bad that even the pigeons outside would have politely declined. Next time I'd rather order a frozen pizza!"

Before my visit, I selected food from the online menu on the restaurant's homepage and ordered takeaway. When paying, it turned out that the actual prices were almost twice as high as the prices advertised on the website. For summer rolls (which were really just average) €9.50!! I was there in February this year after my birthday. Food was super tasty and the portion was huge. I've read through some reviews and can't understand why some people rated this restaurant so poorly. I can recommend everyone who reads this review to try the Pho Bo, ideally with a Spirzer hot sauce and lemon then it tastes really great <3 I will definitely eat at this restaurant again. The service staff was also super nice. The toilets were clean. The tables and floor were also very clean All in all, a really lovely evening

We arrived at an empty restaurant around 7 p.m., with only one table occupied except for us. Since there was no background music or anything like that, the situation was quite uncomfortable. However, an absolute disappointment for the price. When we saw €9 for a 0.5 bottle of water on our bill at the end, it almost knocked us off our chairs.
