It took the waiter 40 minutes to serve us. The meal took another 30 minutes.

As noted previously, the prices you see online do not match the prices on site. It's significantly more expensive there. I ordered the “crispy baked” duck with fried noodles. Unfortunately the duck was just warmed up and totally limp. When we complained they said they couldn't make them any crispier. Chicken was then offered as an alternative, which was only briefly fried in the pan. The sushi was bland and far too sweet, the soy sauce was watery. Overall, the food was mediocre and didn't match the high prices. We won't go there again, there are enough good alternatives in the area.

This was a excellent experience , the food was soo filling and gave a experience of Vietnamese food . The coconut nut ice cream was a hit too . The waiters and service was good 😊

Hello everyone, I was there for the first time today and tried the duck in peanut sauce. Vegetables and sauce were delicious, unfortunately the duck was out of the freezer and boy did I taste it. I think it's cheeky to serve duck from the freezer for €25. Never again

The interior is a bit old. But everything was very, very clean. Huge selection of menus and treats. Friendly, if not perfect German-speaking service. Excellent food at a fair price. Bubble tea is highly recommended - you can choose the ingredients yourself.

Amazing food! The service was really nice and the atmosphere was really nice too, but a bit quite. I strongly suggest the Bunh Bao, the Yakitori and the rice meals are also amazing. Worth the price for sure! The food made me feel so good and warm it’s really worth the visit, especially when staying close to the Elbphilharmonie.

The food was tasty, but… We looked at the prices on the website and there were other prices on site that were at least 2 euros more expensive. Also with the drinks. I ordered a water. On the menu there is only water 0.2 for 3.50 euros. I probably got 0.3 and then had to pay 4.90 euros. I don't think it's a good idea to get something bigger without asking. My colleagues also all received a larger drink without being asked, which is not on the menu in terms of price. Please adapt the map and renew it on the website! Please also ask when ordering which size you want.

Very tasty and authentic Vietnamese cuisine!

Bedienung freundlich, Essen reichhaltig und schmeckte ganz gut. Leider war die Ente nicht Kross, wie auf der Karte angekündigt.

We weren't really thrilled. It doesn't seem loving at all. There are better ones. But it really depends on the atmosphere, the atmosphere and the employees.

Absolutely awesome when paying...the prices were set again at short notice by the staff. Conclusion: Stay away from this completely unfairly overpriced “shack” with the most tasteless sushi ever.

Worst sushi I've ever eaten!! Wasabi tasteless and dry soy sauce from Kikkoman, which usually always has a very strong taste, didn't taste like anything (maybe diluted with water?!) In addition, the prices on the internet are not identical to the menu on site! doesn't work at all!

Solid lunch, but the service forgot to ask for drinks and every now and then you should perhaps go around and ask if everything is okay or if you would like something else instead of fiddling around the corner on your cell phone. Unfortunately, the food wasn't even at snack level, the prices are high for the category. The dishes were tasteless and very firm to the bite. Despite the recent construction year, the location is rather dingy, as are the washrooms.

My AI tool helped me write a suitable review: "I ordered sushi and wondered if I had accidentally ordered dry fish food. For the price I expected fresh sushi, but what arrived was so bad that even the pigeons outside would have politely declined. Next time I'd rather order a frozen pizza!"

Before my visit, I selected food from the online menu on the restaurant's homepage and ordered takeaway. When paying, it turned out that the actual prices were almost twice as high as the prices advertised on the website. For summer rolls (which were really just average) €9.50!! The prices are generally absurd and not transparent.

I was there in February this year after my birthday. Food was super tasty and the portion was huge. I've read through some reviews and can't understand why some people rated this restaurant so poorly. I can recommend everyone who reads this review to try the Pho Bo, ideally with a Spirzer hot sauce and lemon then it tastes really great <3 I will definitely eat at this restaurant again. The service staff was also super nice. The toilets were clean. The tables and floor were also very clean All in all, a really lovely evening

We arrived at an empty restaurant around 7 p.m., with only one table occupied except for us. Since there was no background music or anything like that, the situation was quite uncomfortable. It took a long time for our order to be taken and the waiters only spoke very poor German. The sushi was okay, the rice was a little too sweet and the avocado was too mushy. However, an absolute disappointment for the price. When we saw €9 for a 0.5 bottle of water on our bill at the end, it almost knocked us off our chairs. Unfortunately, overall everything is extremely overpriced. You could do more with this store...

The Food was for the Kids Ok.. the Service was fantastic... the Food was fresh but nothing special...I'm missed the original Asian taste...

Went to the restaurant in the evening around 5:30 p.m. According to the website and Google, the restaurant is open. The door was open and when we entered we were told there was a 30 minute break. In this case, it should be closed and information should be posted on the website or directly on the door. It was very rainy outside and instead of being offered to wait inside we were sent out without an apology. This is very unprofessional.

Whatever the reason, it was very empty when we were there. That's why it was surprising that it took a long time for someone to take our order. I had Bun Bo Nam Bo, which tasted quite good. I know the dressing differently - everything tastes even fresher.

Fast, friendly, super delicious S6a coconut soup (without coriander) + wonton soup, 112 with roasted. Pasta + fried chicken/duck - absolute recommendation!!

Leider kam nicht im Genuss das Essen zu probieren weil ich hatte einen Groupon Gutschein und wollte tisch reservieren aber kam keine antwort per mail. Wie man sieht die restliche Rezensionen, kann man sehen das Groupon gutschein nicht gerne gesehen werden.

Leider war der Service unfreundlich, das Essen nicht besonders und man wurde nach kurzer Zeit rausgeschmissen !

Leider war mein Besuch im vietnamesischen Restaurant enttäuschend. Die Speisen schmeckten nicht besonders gut, der Service ließ zu wünschen übrig, und zum Schluss wurde mir sogar mitgeteilt, dass es Zeit sei zu gehen. Ich hoffe, das Management kann solche Probleme in Zukunft angehen und die Qualität verbessern.

Auch ich hatte einen Groupon-Gutschein und kann nichts Gutes berichten. Als Vorspeise ein Mangosalat, leider war die Mango hart und trocken. Die Bowl mit gegrilltem Lachs (Thunfisch konnte ich leider nicht bestellen) war mit Dosenmais, Dosenbohnen, ein wenig Gurke, viel Reis und sehr trockenem Lachs die schlechteste und liebloseste Bowl, die ich bisher gegessen habe. Normalerweise kostet sie 21 Euro, unglaublich. Schade, denn ich suchte ein gutes asiatisches Restaurant, da ich öfter in der Gegend bin. War leider nix, nicht zu empfehlen.

Gutschein über Groupon gekauft. Telefonisch nie erreichbar. Wir haben dann online reserviert mit Hinweis auf den Gutschein. Keine Info kein Rückruf. Als wir dann ankamen hing ein Schild in der Tür dass die Gutscheine nicht eingelöst werden. Was für ein mieser Service. Die sehen mich nie wieder. Eine absolute Frechheit. So geht man mit Gästen nicht um. Den sollten man die Anfahrt in Rechnung stellen.

Das Sushi ist gut, aber leider nichts besonderes (sehr einfach). Der Preis ist dafür meiner Meinung etwas zu hoch gestochen bei den Platten. Mitarbeiter am Telefon waren unterschiedlich freundlich. Vorort war die Bedienung sehr nett. Das Restaurant ist in einer top Lage und hat ein süsses Flair. Im Sommer mit Aussenbereich bestimmt schön zum entspannt sitzen.

Danke für das leckere Essen! Wir kommen immer wieder mal aus der Nachbarschaft hierher und probierten mittlerweile schon einige verschiedene Gerichte! Alle waren sehr lecker. Das Team ist sehr freundlich, wir essen sehr gern bei Euch!

Wir waren in der Speicherstadt und Hafen City unterwegs und haben dann das Restaurant entdeckt. Es sprach uns gleich an und so gingen wir dort etwas essen. Als Vorspeise gab es einen Glasnudelsalat und als Hauptspeise einen große Portion Nudeln mit sämtlichen Gemüse und einen Salat dazu. Zum Trinken gab es Maracuja Limonade und Limetten Limonade. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und der Preis war auch total okay. Ich kann das Restaurant Vietnam Town Sushi Bar ganz klar weiter empfehlen.

Hier werden Gutscheine verkauft und dann nicht eingelöst. Daher kann ich das Essen nicht beurteilen.

I had tha Xa Sa Ot and wasn’t the best viet food i had. It has more vegetables and less meat but food was served hot and quick. They also had only Saigon beer. It felt nostalgic having the beer. Its the only thing that I really enjoyed. Tbh

Ambiente und Essensqualität eher durchschnittlich. Service nicht gut - nicht besonders freundlich & wenig kompetent. Zudem auch verhältnismäßig teuer für die gebotene Leistung.

Sind spontan beim Vorbeigehen rein - haben sehr lecker gegessen - auch mit Kind - und wurde immer aufmerksam bedient. Gelungener Abschluss für unser Hamburg Wochenende

Сами суши были так себе,я любитель суши но рис был не тот.сервис слабо говорит но немецки.на вынос попросили еды не проверили,дома увидели,что пости одна лапша мяса было 2 кусочка.Растроилась,ожидала большего в таком районе

Richtig richtig schön und sehr lecker 😍 Nur ein kleines Stück von der Elfi aus zu laufen und es lohnt sich. Auch draußen kann man schön sitzen und es ist recht ruhig. Die Portionen sind sehr groß und für den Preis angemessen. Außerdem gab es auch einiges an vegetarischem Sushi. Auch sehr süß war meine Platze angerichtet! 🫶🏻 Alles in allem Daumen hoch 👍🏻

Leckere Bowl (mit Lachs), leckere Vorspeise (Salat mit Hähnchen) und sehr freundlicher, zuvorkommender Service. Zusätzlich sitzt man hier nur 100m von der Elbphilharmonie entfernt wirklich sehr schön und zentral. Das sind also schon einige Pluspunkte :)

Leckeres Essen zu fairen Preisen!

Personalen bestod av två tonåringar, som ej kunde engelska. Liten sushi för 19,90 Euro. Lämnar oftast dricks på ställen vi ätit på, här blev det inget. Det är ett mysigt ställe att vara på, men maten var något av de sämsta jag ätit, på länge.

Wir haben uns hier etwas zum Mittagessen heraus geholt. Der Service war etwas „rustikal“, vielleicht weil wir nicht vor Ort essen wollen. Das Essen war gut und das Lokal schön, aber etwas dunkel eingerichtet.

Sehr lecker, sehr schön, nette Atmosphäre, tolles Servicepersonal, ich fühle mich wohl hier zu essen.

Ich war auf dem Rückweg von der Elbphilharmonie und da ist mir diese schnuckelige Bar ins Auge gefallen. Es gab alles, was das Herz begehrte, aber wenn ich hausgemachte Sushi bekomme, dann werden es die. So lecker. Schaut dort unbedingt mal vorbei.

Vermeiden Sie es unbedingt! Die Sushi-Karte ist dürftig und nicht frisch. Als wir darum baten, den Ngiri (trockenen alten Fisch) nicht zu bezahlen, fingen sie (der Besitzer) an, ihn selbst am Tisch zu probieren. Am Ende haben sie es trotzdem zum Scheck hinzugefügt.

Waren mittags da und saßen draußen mit unserem Hund. Angenehmes ruhiges Ambiente, nicht zu viel los, dazu eine sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung. Wir hatten den Reis mit Hühnerfleisch in Erdnusssauce von der Mittagskarte. Preislich in Ordnung und geschmacklich einfach und gut. Wir waren zufrieden!

Wir hatten ein fabelhaftes Abendessen mit Summer Rolls, Salmon Bowls und Sushi. Alles war mega frisch und köstlich! Der Service war sehr freundlich und es ging flott. Sie haben neu eröffnet, waren vorher in Berlin, vermutlich gibts deshalb noch keine Bewertungen sonst. Wir waren begeistert und kommen gerne wieder.

Service war sehr entgegenkommend und ließ keinen Wunsch offen. Das Essen war lecker aber kam so schnell das es wohl kaum frisch zubereitet wurde. Von 6 bestellten positionen auf der Karte waren 2 aus so das auf alternativen ausgewichen werden musste. Enttäuscht war ich vor allem von dem "knusprigen" Entenfleisch. Dieses wurde wohl im Kontaktgrill aufgewärmt und war sehr lapprig. Schade, da ausser uns nur ein anderes Paar zu Gast war wäre wohl genügend Zeit gewesen alle Gerichte frisch zuzubereiten.

Als Vorspeise hatten wir Wan Tans und Banh Bao Cay und beides war sehr lecker! Zur Hauptspeise hatten wir Sot Lac und Mien Xao, ersteres war ok, da die Ente etwas trocken war und komisch gebraten. Letzteres war aber sehr lecker. Die Atmosphäre hat uns aber wirklich umgehauen, das war mit Abstand das schönste asiatische Restaurant in dem ich jemals war!
