Employees unfriendly and slow - obviously unqualified for a catering job. How can it be that these staff are shouting and fooling around in Turkish, while the customers are not being served and dirt is piling up on the tables? Price-performance (including the products) poor. Coffee totally watery. It stinks from the oversized attached smoking area into the lounge area. After the visit I have a stomach ache (coffee), a headache (from the smell of cigarettes) and am in a bad mood because of the impossible staff.

Ordered two croques today. A croque was delivered completely wrong - so called and asked for a replacement or correct delivery. On the phone it was initially understanding, until the receiver was put down and the employee in the kitchen was told: “Unfortunately he wants a new one”. He asked me several times if I wouldn't just eat it because there is so much going on on Friday evenings. Mistakes happen, but then at least apologize properly and offer a refund, then I would have thought about it... but simply saying "don't you just want to eat it, it costs 2 euros more anyway" is not good service. When I said I wanted a correct delivery, he annoyedly said ok, but then I shouldn't touch or bite the croque because he wanted it back as an exchange. I've never heard that before and it was probably a reaction of defiance. When I wanted to give the driver the wrong croque, which had now gone cold, in exchange, he said he would throw it away straight away anyway, if we didn't just want to keep it. The only correct one was the second driver. So if you want to have a crazy experience instead of a crazy croque, you've come to the right place. Last order from you.

Not recommended, ordered chicken kebab and got veal cubes... Salad not as desired and bread not warmed up properly. I know it differently - so far it's probably not for locals but just walk-in customers. Too bad!

A bit loveless. The bread with tarnished mayonnaise came late. Olives were ok. Vitello Tonnato basically ok. However, the sauce was a mayonnaise that tasted neither like tuna nor anchovies. The Hawaiian pizza was ok but nothing special. . I wanted pizza with prawns. Unfortunately not available. Ordered pizza diavoli instead. Dough too flimsy and not consistent and soggy and very thin in the middle. What a shame! Can you do more with it? Candles were lit and lights dimmed only after more customers arrived. Strange. Sat there with festive lighting. Uncomfortable because of it. Oh and I actually know how to finish things off with a schnapps or liqueur. But nothing came.

Ich hatte Lachsfilet mit Ofenkartoffel und einem kleinen Salat. Der Lachs war soweit ganz passabel, leider war die Kartoffel kalt. Beim Lachs war Kräuterbutter dabei, das finde ich eine ziemlich abenteuerliche Kombination. Die Saucen auf Salat und Kartoffel kamen vermutlich aus der Dose und waren dementsprechend fettig. Die Bedienung war freundlich und das Essen war schnell auf dem Tisch. Insgesamt: Naja…

Absolutely bad quality. I ordered a gyros box with fries through Liferando. It arrived cold, very little and bad meat, flabby cold fries and a disgustingly bad salad that Liferando didn't have. Never again! I haven't eaten so badly in ages.

We have been ordering from Burgerme for years and have been delivered from various shops. For a long time everything was OK as expected. For some time now and deliveries from Groß Borstel the whole thing has been a real nuisance. Delivery times are exceeded many times over (!), if you dare to ask, you will at best receive no answers, otherwise incorrect and condescending flippant answers, standard changes are not taken into account, requests that are subject to a surcharge are "forgotten" and the quality of what is delivered has a significant impact subsided. Especially when you order with children, this can be more than just annoying - and in our experience it is no exception, but now the rule. After we waited again today for over 1.5 hours instead of the announced 30 minutes, during which the driver was always supposed to be there in 2 minutes, it was finally enough. I can only warn against ordering here. In any case, we were customers of Burgerme for a long time.

Food was great in terms of price/performance ratio. Very nice and fast service, food was ready within 10 minutes. Unfortunately the atmosphere wasn't that nice, very dark and uncomfortable but still very clean.

Anyone who has picked up their own food there will never want to eat there again. Really not appetizing. Communicating with the guy in the kitchen is a disaster. Please do yourself a favor and don't order or get food there!

Very tasty pizza. I had the sucuk pizza and the parmesan garlic dip. Great, gladly again. Unfortunately delivery is not possible with a card, but in the restaurant it is.

Unfortunately we have a completely greasy and inadequate tasting delivery, Received 1 soup, 1 beef and 1 chicken dish and was extremely disappointed. Bland, unseasoned and tastes like ready meals from the discount store, rather lousy. Never again, we paid 32 euros for it, and that was for the trash can. Price-performance ratio is not understandable at all, but even for free I wouldn't eat anything from here again, sorry.

The entire entrance to the apartment, including the mailboxes, was filled with advertising brochures despite the express “No advertising” notice.
