We ordered online through Mr.Hang and had it delivered because a flyer ended up in the mailbox. I didn't taste any coconut milk in the Tom Ka Gai soup. I know it completely differently because I have ordered and eaten them many times. Fried rice with vegetables and baked duck: The rice portion was quite large, the vegetables were homeopathic, but there was a lot of Chinese cabbage. The duck, on the other hand, had a very thick fat edge of a good 5mm to which the baked dough stuck. Fat edge off, crunch gone! The taste is typical of an Asian snack, but rather simple. Delivery was quicker than expected, hence 4 stars for this service. But the rest is only worth 2. Try it once and it's enough!

There were incompetent ladies at work at the drive-in counter. Order was incomplete and everyone was annoyed and didn't want to help us. Were sent on with half the order. Impossible..

We ate on site - 2 adults, 2 children. Unfortunately, the store wasn't clean at all (tables full of trash; not wiped at all), and the display showing orders ready for pickup was broken. But it's not all that bad. But a real knock was... our kids sat down at the table with the integrated touch screen to play Memory, played there while we waited for food, and continued playing while we ate. The tables around us were full of garbage (fruit nonsense bags) and leftover burgers (lettuce leaves and french fries crumbs). A member of staff then made the effort to come over to us and banish us from the table with the note: “…not for eating. Just to play.”. We apologized for the misunderstanding (why is it a table then?!) and wanted to move to another table. Unfortunately they are all dirty. That's no wonder, because the tray trolley was overflowing, so that some guests simply gave up trying to take their rubbish away. Tip: in the future, the employee may spend a similar amount of energy cleaning the tables as she does clearing the games table without necessity. Cheers!

Gutes Essen ( Nudeln oki, Pizza bischen trocken). Sehr freundliche Service. Preisleistung in Ordnung und Ambiente ist gut. Wir kommen wieder.

If there are problems or complaints, they get violent and hit customers! Management sees this as “unfriendliness” towards the customer and would like to offer training for more “friendliness”.

Yesterday I ordered a pizza from Smileys at 12:09 a.m. and it said the pizza would be delivered in 25 minutes. The delivery of the pizza took longer than an hour and I didn't think that was a big deal. When I opened the pizza package and saw that my pizza was cold and hard. Unfortunately, I could hardly eat the pizza.

I thought it was really good, polite, tasty and it was full of good pizza. I think Dominos is a good brand and the delivery person was also very polite and nice 😊 🙏

Even though advertising for the entire BK range is running everywhere on the screens in the store, there is only what the management seems to be up for. The current promotional products were not available at all. There are also no ice cream or shakes here. Fast food no longer applies here if you have to wait 15 minutes as the only customer standing in front of the counter for your food. Table service doesn't seem to be known at BK either. It is very commendable to mention that the food is at least freshly prepared and it was actually tasty. It's also good that you're not taking part in the anti-plastic craze that the competition is pursuing.

From enthusiasm to disappointment – a bitter aftertaste Excited about the many new offers, we ordered several times and then enjoyed extensive coffee and churros. Everything was very orderly and the visit could actually have been a fond memory. A few weeks later, however, we received a fine for €38 because we had allegedly parked in the Burger King parking lot for longer than 60 minutes. A fully automatic video system provided “evidence”. Of course, the fact that we were in the restaurant for the entire time is not taken into account - nor is a one-off note to supposed "long-term parkers". Instead, the maximum amount is demanded directly, which not only seems unfriendly but also completely disproportionate. Our appetite for Burger King is gone for now. May everyone else park for a shorter time - or perhaps decide to go somewhere else.

I like KFC, but this one is a complete disaster! Long waiting time because the shop is only kept alive by 3 people on a Saturday evening, everyone is very overwhelmed. Received the wrong order twice and the preparation was also very careless and far too expensive for the money. Save yourself the trip here!
