Poor service, ordering at the terminal, several orders were processed after me when I complained and wanted money back because there was no time and the employee ran away
Too many things go wrong here. Everyone has a bad day, but here I felt ripped off and not taken seriously.
Anyone who sells themselves as a premium citizen (at least according to the price list) should make sure their processes are working. But things get hectic after three customers:
I got a Sprite I didn't order. When I complained, I was told, "Yes, that's yours." I didn't want a Sprite, and I didn't order one either. What's that all about?
But my fries were the wrong ones... (regular instead of sweet potato)
And then the ultimate disappointment:
The cheesesteak tasted exactly like a jbminicheese... It was appalling.
When I asked if "everything was okay," I expressed the criticism described above. I got an annoyed eye roll and some kind of mumbled response. Later, she came back with the correct items and apologized half-sincerely.

We visited the branch on February 14th, 2025 in the evening at 7:30 p.m. It wasn't full at first, but you still shouldn't notice that. I ordered via self-order with special requests and wanted to pay at the checkout. There I was ignored by 6 employees. An older lady was fumbling around with an order in such a calm state that the food was certainly already cold. Everyone else played dead bug. They were all so extremely slow with their work that one had the impression that everyone had just started working there that day. I actually waited almost 20 minutes all in all before I got my food. And there was almost nothing going on at first. However, after me it became extremely congested. You can't expect international behavior there either. If you don't understand your order number in German, you shouldn't expect it to be called out again in English. Embarrassing, really. Hamburg also wants to be an everyday city. Luckily I don't have to go there often. At least the special requests worked and the branch itself is clean. I don't often write reviews, but I had to get this one off my chest in the hopes that something will change.
Unfriendly staff. The store was empty, you go to the toilet to pee and the employee complains that it's taking so long and complains. The meat was gristly, really not edible. In addition, our kebabs/dürüm had almost no content.

I worked here and unfortunately didn't have a good experience. The working atmosphere was tense as communication with management was very disorganized. Paying wages was particularly problematic: my salary was paid late or not at all several times, and I didn't receive a clear answer when I asked.
