Nice atmosphere, the food was okay but it could be better. Price/performance doesn't fit.

People check your receipts. Only when I asked for the receipt did they give me several, but not mine. So I asked again, then got mine. After I paid, the lady asked my daughter, was that a small Coke? She answered yes. I paid for a large one. Instead of 2 burgers there were 3 on the receipt. Annoyed ladies who just bong what they want. Then they justified this with a savings offer coupon. 2 for 2.99 each, instead of one for 5.49. Is the burger on offer right now? Girls who still pay 50ct too much if it would cost normal. Instead of giving me the third burger, which I paid for, they gave me 50ct. But Bon was wrong front and back. And that certainly wasn't an accident. Another day again today. Had to edit response because it wasn't posted.

The best schnitzel! Also the guy that served us was very friendly and very nice. Totally recommend.

Never again ! As bad as most today! For 10 euros (Jumbo Dürüm) you only get coleslaw in flatbread. Unfortunately you've gotten bad!

Very dirty for such a small shop. The staff is also very unfriendly... Maybe the branch manager should talk to his staff again about friendliness and how customers should be treated.

The Chicky Chick Patty felt black and the iceberg was very old and brown. the tomatoes were banana. Fries were broken and cold some were even black. The only good thing was that the driver was there quickly. Quality has nothing to do with this

Food was good, delivery quick. BUT a burger with a double patty was ordered and one was delivered. After a call, another one was delivered, as originally ordered - great. However, the driver insisted that he had to take the faulty burger with him. So we summarize: Error on Bugerme's part, double waiting time for food, faulty burger is taken away again to be thrown in the trash can - not great.

I used to be a regular and at least got three kebabs every week. Went there today and the way we deal with customers really leaves a lot to be desired (new employees, the old ones have always been nice). However, I don't like being ignored and what is really a no-go: Bread falls on the floor and it is simply put back in the bag in front of the customers (of course this should generally not happen...) ... was the last time here for me...

I bought the chicken, very soft and has a very unusual taste. I don't recommend the kebab shop to anyone. I wouldn't give it a star at all
