Great Food, and reasonably priced..

Waiter completely forgot the order. The first drink came after 45 minutes. But the beer glass with leftovers from the previous person arrived at the table. Food, well... portions can't fall off the plate because they are so small. Not recommended.......

In our opinion, the service was optimal. Requests regarding seating were fulfilled in an uncomplicated manner and were otherwise quick and friendly. But that was it. Eating under the sun. Price/performance = zero Little food - big price - very carelessly prepared.. Tables are really very close together, but we were able to come to terms with that We can't say anything about the sanitary facilities.

Very unfriendly, mass processing

We had the Schnitzel with fries and both tasted good. The food took some time to arrive but not too bad. The staff was friendly. At first we were told there were problems with card payments but after we explained we didn't have any cash with us we could pay by card without too much fuss.

We ate twice during the day. Both times it was very good. Due to the weather we were able to sit outside. Toilet very clean, unfortunately in the basement. After a full-day city tour, every staircase is too much. But that's complaining at a high level. Waiter was funny and friendly. Price/performance okay. If you want to take a break to eat on the Reeperbahn, this restaurant is a good tip. Gladly again at any time.

Unfortunately, the food is anything but fresh, all frozen products (schnitzel and shrimps are the worst!!), sauces with flour and flavor enhancers and simply not tasty. Overpriced for that…never again

Actually, you're at a loss for words. Spontaneously popped in there on a Friday around 6 p.m. for a quick bite. First of all, a drink was delivered “wrongly”, that can happen. Food arrived after about 45 minutes. Totally standard in taste and warmed up. You get full, but you don't enjoy it. Then I wanted ketchup AND mayo with my fries. After about 10 minutes, ONLY the ketchup arrived, which I was allowed to pay extra for at the end (and that with fries, more later). At the next table, two ladies unmistakably and unmistakably ordered “two dark beers”. The waiter then delivered two pilsners. The ladies' objection that they had ordered "dark beers" was met with "we don't have that" and a turn and march off. Shortly afterwards I ordered the invoice. The waiter then came to the table with his digital device and explained to me that at the moment the only option was “cash”. Well, I told him that I would have liked to have received this information when I ordered the invoice. So cash. He typed something into the device and I paid. After about 5 minutes I had a strange feeling because I realized that I hadn't received a receipt and he hadn't asked either. I went to him and asked for the receipt. He “forgot, sorry”. Then it came and tadadada: according to the receipt, the booking was only made about 30 seconds ago. Whether card payment didn't work or card payment really didn't work: in any case, the money received in cash was probably only put into the regular economic cycle after request. Just avoid the store.

In this situation I was initially skeptical. My concerns were completely unfounded, totally friendly and attentive service, the food tasted very good and the prices are fair. Absolutely recommended!

The food was fresh and tasty, 1 star less because the salmon had too many bones. The chef should have noticed and not served it.

Always a point of contact when we are in Hamburg. Like everywhere else, it had become more expensive but was still tasty and the service was nice.

Went to the restaurant down by the harbor. Had two salad plates for around €13 each. For this you get iceberg lettuce, two thin strips of pepper, a tomato cut into 4 large pieces, 2 slices of cucumber, a whole egg and a ready-made dressing, so not homemade. My sister also had cheese and strips of ham on her salad. There was no bread with it. And the waiters seemed a bit overwhelmed and annoyed. So the prices are absolutely not justified.

Very attentive and nice service. The food was tasty and the portions were good. My beef fillet medium had the appropriate roasted flavors, but it was not as hot as the accompanying fries. Hence 1 star deduction.

This is a steak restaurant on the Reeperbahn: so if you're expecting a fine restaurant here, you're definitely on the wrong track. But: the meat was decent, my rump steak and the beef fillet were also flawless and - to my great friends - also well and properly fried, i.e. rare, just as I had ordered. The prices are at a good level, but not too cheap either. The service was, at least with us, very friendly and correct. The short black where do we come from where do we come from she fit. That's why there were five stars for the service.

The steakburger was a dry bullet, garlic bread and a baked potato. So it had nothing to do with a burger. The herring plate had a mini portion of fried potatoes floating in oil and a double-tailed herring. Both really outrageous for the money.

Rump steak was overcooked. Taste on a lower level. The salad with turkey strips is absolutely unimaginative and you're lucky not to get a whole head of lettuce. Take your time and look for something else.

Euro 2024 made the atmosphere surreal, but the staff didn’t live up to it… they took 20 minutes just to recognise us, than I asked for onion rings, they brought me french fries, I asked for some ketchup, they took another 15 minutes just to deliver an ice cold ketchup… overall the burger was really tasty, but besides that, it wasn’t a pleasent experience

The worst schnitzel I've ever eaten in my life, and I've eaten a lot of them. Very unpleasant waiter, nonsense about not paying by card. After being informed that we didn't have cash, we finally paid by card in the back so that other customers wouldn't see that there was a terminal. Wrong dishes, wrong beer, a hundred years behind Poland...

Unfortunately the service was very inflexible. According to him, he cannot exchange any inserts. That wouldn't be allowed. Because of intolerances, I also ordered a salad. Unfortunately for €7.90 this was just iceberg lettuce with a little seasoned dressing the size of a side salad. I would have canceled the soue cream with the baked potato if it had been on the menu. The salmon and the steak were of good quality.

We ended up here on our stroll along the Reeperbahn. The tables were placed very close together so that you could see what was going on at the neighboring table; there was a bit of a lack of privacy here. The waitress took the order a bit carelessly and you had the feeling that everyone was only laughing in the basement. What a daring tent this is. They are very nice when you come in, but after that the fun is over. We are served food here as if we were pigs. The food has been ordered and the wrong food has been delivered several times. And if you ask for something they say it's coming, but in the end nothing comes at all. Absolutely overpriced for the quality offered, no ketchup/mayo with the burger MENU and then being charged extra. Subsequently with the reference everything is on the map, which is simply not true. Food was ok, portions ok. The waiters were a bit moody. The table wasn't cleaned even though it wasn't clean, only a paper mat was put down for the plates.

We spontaneously stopped by the Reeperbahn during our trip to Hamburg and were not disappointed. The rump steak was grilled to perfection and really tasty. The service was super nice and really quick. So I can really recommend this restaurant.

We were there with 2 couples. The waiter took the order. The order was then served at 0815. When paying, 1 couple wanted to pay by card and 1 couple wanted to pay in cash. The waiter said everything could either be paid in cash or everything could be paid by card. Very bad service.

Would have said my meal was a 6/10. But I was a bit unlucky. My colleagues’ was good. Portion size OK I'll just be processed as a tourist, but I knew that and that's why it wasn't a big deal.

We ate here during our visit to Hamburg. We ended up here by chance while strolling along the Reeperbahn and were pleasantly surprised. Even though it was very full and we didn't have a reservation, we got a seat. The waiter in service was very nice and communicative. The meal we had salmon with baked potatoes and quark was very rich and tasty. We would definitely come back again on our next stay in Hamburg.

Eating something quickly is okay. Nothing special and no dedicated staff. Long waiting time and not a nice atmosphere.

We came to the restaurant with 6 women. We ordered and when ordering you could tell that the waiter wasn't very focused. The food came. Two dishes were wrong and one side dish was completely missing. The fries were delivered later when the main course was almost eaten, but it was emphasized that they were “free” (uh, but they also ordered something else) When one person was still visibly eating, it was already being cleared away. Another person commented. The waiter then asked the person who was still eating, “Are YOU in a bad mood?” She explained herself and the waiter seemed visibly “pissed off” then said “do you want some short ones?” we politely declined. The waiter brought the bill. We entered the PIN incorrectly twice, then he threw the card back on the table twice and said rather briskly “YOU have one more try, girl!” One person was already putting on the jacket to leave, the waiter “poked her in the arm and not very nicely asked her to leave” we made it clear that we were all leaving together. No sooner said than done. On the way out the waiter races past us and makes very shabby comments, including suddenly saying “I’m more German than you.” We were all stunned. The waiter, who also seemed to be the boss, was apparently incapable of criticism at all. 1 star is actually too much. Very, very unpleasant. Unfortunately we only read the reviews after we visited the restaurant. But the overall rating of 3 stars actually says everything you need to know. We would give zero stars if that were possible. The service was unfriendly from the start and didn't particularly care about their guests. The atmosphere was cold and uncomfortable. The food wasn't completely inedible, but it was clear that it was all convenience products, the mushrooms came from a can and the sauce wasn't even fully mixed because it was lumpy. The garlic baguette tasted like it had been warmed twice. Even the currywurst opposite is better than this. We were there on a day of the week where there wasn't much going on, but the service wasn't great... As you would expect, everything took a long time, and we were never asked if everything was good, if the food was tasty... have read more than 200€ and you still have to pay for every keptchup... It was a beautiful, stylish restaurant. At first we had our doubts because it smelled slightly of a cellar, but then we were fully convinced by the service and the excellent food at very reasonable prices that we had made the right decision. Highly recommended.

After we had to wait over an hour for the food and our request was answered in a rather annoyed manner, it came lukewarm, the turkey was unfortunately quite dry, the fries were unseasoned, the orders were wrong, here too they were visibly annoyed and said this without saying a word took food back with us. Then it came back wrong again. When I asked for steak sauce, I was simply told that there was no such thing. He came with the bill all the quicker, but supposedly card payment wasn't possible, which was still possible at the neighboring table 5 minutes earlier. A short greeting followed by placement in the last corner, the shop was empty, which was nice. Prices are normal. However, the portions are very small. Beware of the Steak House Burger! It's just a bullet with fries, a bland leaf of lettuce and a cheap frozen baguette. Absolute disgrace for almost €20. We also had problems with card payments. We said with a card and the waiter came back without a device and wanted us to pay in cash! Unfortunately my beef fillet steak was not pink but bloody, fries were cold and didn't taste good. Garlic bread didn't taste like garlic. Baked potato was super tasty. Unfortunately it's mass processing in the store, you don't feel comfortable while eating there.

We chose the restaurant because it was opposite the Stage Operettenhaus on the Reeperbahn and reserved a table there. When we got there, our reservation was of no interest at all and we were both assigned a table right by the stairs on the first floor by throwing two menus on the table. The waiter immediately disappeared afterwards and so we looked for a nicer place. The food came quickly and was averagely good. Next time we'll go back to Block House to eat steak, as unfortunately there's no Maredo anymore. The payment was extremely strange. My wife wanted to pay by card, which was also possible at the next table. The waiter wanted us to pay in cash. In order not to get involved in discussions, my wife accepted this. I find such behavior a bit strange. My guess is that people are trying to funnel money past the tax office without a receipt. In any case, we won't be coming back.

Not really recommended. The prices are too high for the quality. For the steak plate you wanted it to be medium rare and of the 4 pieces you got two, the other two were done. Were there today before the musical... we ordered Wiener Schnitzel and pork fillet. The service was very nice but the food was served carelessly. We would have gotten schnitzel with fries without anything better and cheaper in our snack bar. Pork fillet as well, with one Tasteless sauce. Terrible service and mediocre food. The tables are so close together that you can hardly get to your seat. We had to wait three quarters of an hour for our food. The service was just catastrophic. Tourist trap. The waitress was completely confused. The salad was brought before drinking. Some drinks were forgotten.
