I expect good quality from a restaurant that specializes in schnitzel and steaks. Instead, you get 100 percent system catering. And all at an outrageous price. Quality and price are not right.

I liked everything very much, fast, tasty, pleasant atmosphere, and if you overpay a little it won’t make your pocket poorer, but it’s worth the money, if you want to save money, buy yourself a kebab. I recommend this place on the Reeperbahn.

Unfortunately, the restaurant cannot be recommended. Tables were not wiped down, you could still see what the guest had before. I haven't experienced such bad service in a long time, after 15 minutes they took pity on asking for drinks. Then the waiter sat down again and played around with his cell phone, which was loudly heard. The big hit was the question about the bill, so the waiter then went to make a phone call. The food was so-so, not bad, but you've definitely eaten better.

NEVER AGAIN. The employees only had to do with their telephone, the service was terrible, the restaurant was dirty, I'd rather not talk about the cutlery and the previous person's dishes weren't put away immediately.

The restaurant is very inconspicuous from the outside as well as the inside. But the waiter who came through his Kind is very accessible, as well as the Staek we ordered were overwhelming. Always my pleasure.

Went very late for dinner at the Steak & Fish House after a musical visit. The service was very nice and attentive, the steaks were very tender and well cooked. The garlic bread was also great, a green side dish would be nice if necessary. The plaice fillet was also great.

The quality of the food was completely inadequate for the price. Lukewarm, the meat was dry. The baked potato had a hard, shriveled skin You can tell that the man there wants to get as many tourists through as possible.

Unfortunately I was a bit disappointed with this steakhouse. The meat was the only thing that was really good, everything else... It started when you didn't ask what dressing you wanted for a side salad. Then we ordered beer, the first one that came was a naturally cloudy one, but we weren't asked what kind of beer beforehand, then another beer was ordered, and now we got another one, although again we weren't asked or said anything about it beforehand. Compared to others, it's initially more expensive because it's on the Reeperbahn, but the service isn't as usual in a steakhouse. It's a shame, but maybe we can work on it. Ambience is very simple...

Chic little steakhouse. During our visit it was sparsely occupied with guests. This couldn't have been due to the food or the service, as both were very appealing. Always my pleasure.

So how you can spoon-feed your guests in such an unfriendly way is a mystery to me. We could only pay by card, which is probably only possible from 20€ (we were under 20€). The service came to us really rude and said how you can't carry cash with you, got really angry, totally unfriendly and didn't even say goodbye or anything like that. Strangely enough, card payment was then possible. So you shouldn't treat your guests like that! The table next to us also had various issues with service and food. For us it was the last visit!

Food was generally ok, only the ice-cold salad was unpleasant, the price was acceptable... But when it is only mentioned when paying that card payment is not possible and cash is expected, this is annoying.

Food is okay. Service is tailored to clearance. Ambiance is not steakhouse like. The prices are expensive for northern Germany.

Bad service, bad food! Onions in salad brown and not even cut. Food cold. Waiter doesn't know his tools the menu and what is available and what is not. Orders are not taken into account; you have to place them several times before you get them. The staff would rather stand around with their hands in their pockets! Tables are placed much too closely, you have zero distance from other guests!

Bad intentional service: they are already not rushing to serve hot dishes, in order to give us waiting time to recommend beers. Since we didn't move, the waiter then suggested beer when serving the dishes. The announced amount is 80 euros while our orders are 73 euros. No detailed notes, server says there is a 10% service charge.

The food was delicious, plentiful, served warm, good value for money. Nice service, choice of seating was taken into account. Even though it was very busy, very fast and good service. Unfortunately (for me) the steakhouse was full of guests that evening, so people sat close together and the noise level was correspondingly high. That was very uncomfortable.

We had a quick dinner here near to the Xmas Market. Full of people, very quick changes of going and coming Guests for dinner. Prices are pricey compared to the quality of meals you get. Side salad 7,50€ which is quiete expensive. The Salmon was to little and boney. We wanted to give it a try and know now, that we won't come back again. No Fotos, as it was not possible to take any decent Fotos, having the Neighbour table too near to our table...

Food was very good! The portions were for adults who weren't hungry... our table was unfortunately right next to the food distribution... which meant there was never really a quiet moment to chat in peace.. The shop was full at 7:00 p.m.

Instead of back potatoes, we simply had fries without asking because they were probably out of stock. The food is more like a snack bar than a restaurant. Service overloaded.

Not recommended!!!! I had a Jägerschnitzel, the sauce was indefinable and light and there were exactly 3 small mushrooms on it. Never again!!!!

This restaurant was so full that even the service staff couldn't come to individual tables to bring the food or collect the money. We had to get up during the meal and let other guests out. This gap was then used to quickly clear the table instead of waiting until others left who were already paying. Our wine glass was immediately knocked over and there was no apology or even a cloth to dry off. Food was ok, but not for that price. This restaurant is lucky that it thrives on one-time guests, otherwise it would have closed long ago as the focus is on mass processing.

Unfortunately a failure. The Viennese style schnitzel was the size of a children's schnitzel and came straight from the freezer into the deep fryer. Served lukewarm with a generous children's portion of fries and the price of a normal steakhouse is just an absolute disgrace. Unfortunately the service was also non-existent! Unfriendly waiter who forgot the requested side dishes for the main course, which we then picked up at the counter. If you wanted to drink something again after your first order, you had to wait in vain here too. I would prefer every kebab shop in the neighborhood on my next visit!

The three of us spontaneously visited. The food (2x rib eye and 1x turkey) wasn't bad, but didn't do justice to the price. Service was okay. If the card machine is not working at the moment and you hear the saying “only card payment possible at the moment or wait 20-30 minutes” because “there is no GPS”, you can still pay with card at the counter….

We spontaneously chose this restaurant on Saturday evening as we were visiting Santa Pauli. There was a space available straight away and we were able to order our food quickly. The quality of the dishes was okay but they were only served lukewarm. The side salad felt like it came out of the fridge already prepared.

A pepper schnitzel with fries was ordered. After waiting for over 60 minutes without an apology, the food finally arrived. The schnitzel came as frozen meat straight from the deep fryer onto the plate, with limp fries without seasoning and a small dollop of ready-made sauce... Conclusion: once and never again…

The two of us went to this "restaurant" for dinner, which unfortunately turned out to be a mistake. Rarely have we been treated like this and sat so uncomfortable. The food was okay, but that was it. When it came to paying, we were told that there were 40 Danes sitting in the upper area who would all pay by card and therefore only cash payment was possible at the moment or there would be a 45 minute wait. Since the waiter had said the same thing some time before at the next table and of course no Danes had ever left the restaurant in the meantime, we thought we were kidding ourselves and insisted on paying by card, even with a waiting time. Miraculously, this was possible immediately. An impossible behavior. Never again. One can only advise against a visit.

Everyone told me that you shouldn't expect particularly good food in a restaurant on the Reeperbahn. This restaurant is very busy, tables are constantly being filled and vacated. There is little staff and in my opinion the service is not good. When our food came to the table, it was almost lukewarm. I think the price is not justified compared to the quality. But I also have to say, it's not entirely bad.

Carelessly prepared plate of industrial schnitzel. The Viennese style schnitzel was served with a small portion of fries and a wilted lettuce leaf and a lemon wedge. No ketchup, no mayo. And that at a price of EUR 15.90. Plus a Carlsberg from the flat, served with a Holsten glass, for EUR 5.50. The service staff was quick but not very friendly.

The service was nice and friendly. The food was of very poor quality. The turkey steak with fries and champion sauce was carelessly prepared. Just a torn lettuce leaf for decoration. The baked potato was very small, watery and very little sour cream. Instead of garlic baguette, a delicious fresh side salad would also be pleasing to the eye. I am very disappointed and will look for another restaurant where the quality and service are right.

Actually inviting from the outside and inside, but the rest is not nice. Neither a smile from the staff nor a question as to whether it was tasty. Ordered 200g medium beef for €20 and received 4 small pieces of meat lightly fried. Without plate decorations or sauce. There was also a rancid baked potato and a reasonably tasty garlic bread. I imagine it to be delicious differently. The mojito I ordered for €11 was papensweet, the sugar or the salt, I have no idea, I couldn't taste it, it was so horrible, it was lying on the bottom of the glass. The cola that was ordered on top of it - a dream. From my companion the Sex On The Beach - pure alcohol. Also not drinkable. Summasumarum; You can't call it a steakhouse. The McDonalds up the street is better.

We were eating there in front of the theater and had hamburgers and the pork fillet was all great. The fries were also good, but then we wanted ketchup with the fries and we had to pay €1.50 for the 0.20 g bag, which was an outrageous one star away otherwise it would be 5

Very well prepared steak. Great, pure taste without salt and pepper. Baked potato is a bit too small for the price but very tasty with sour cream. The garlic bread is top notch. Very attentive and friendly service. Highly recommended

In our opinion, the service was optimal. Requests regarding seating were fulfilled in an uncomplicated manner and were otherwise quick and friendly. But that was it. Eating under the sun. Price/performance = zero Little food - big price - very carelessly prepared.. Tables are really very close together, but we were able to come to terms with that We can't say anything about the sanitary facilities.

Very unfriendly, mass processing

We had the Schnitzel with fries and both tasted good. The food took some time to arrive but not too bad. The staff was friendly. At first we were told there were problems with card payments but after we explained we didn't have any cash with us we could pay by card without too much fuss.

We ate twice during the day. Both times it was very good. Due to the weather we were able to sit outside. Toilet very clean, unfortunately in the basement. After a full-day city tour, every staircase is too much. But that's complaining at a high level. Waiter was funny and friendly. Price/performance okay. If you want to take a break to eat on the Reeperbahn, this restaurant is a good tip. Gladly again at any time.

Unfortunately, the food is anything but fresh, all frozen products (schnitzel and shrimps are the worst!!), sauces with flour and flavor enhancers and simply not tasty. Overpriced for that…never again

All in all, a pretty good experience. Red wine was crap, had to chill it with ice, but suppose people drink beer. High end of restaurants in the district. Suppose people have other motives for visiting this area.

Actually, you're at a loss for words. Spontaneously popped in there on a Friday around 6 p.m. for a quick bite. First of all, a drink was delivered “wrongly”, that can happen. Food arrived after about 45 minutes. Totally standard in taste and warmed up. You get full, but you don't enjoy it. Then I wanted ketchup AND mayo with my fries. After about 10 minutes, ONLY the ketchup arrived, which I was allowed to pay extra for at the end (and that with fries, more later). At the next table, two ladies unmistakably and unmistakably ordered “two dark beers”. The waiter then delivered two pilsners. The ladies' objection that they had ordered "dark beers" was met with "we don't have that" and a turn and march off. Shortly afterwards I ordered the invoice. The waiter then came to the table with his digital device and explained to me that at the moment the only option was “cash”. Well, I told him that I would have liked to have received this information when I ordered the invoice. So cash. He typed something into the device and I paid. After about 5 minutes I had a strange feeling because I realized that I hadn't received a receipt and he hadn't asked either. I went to him and asked for the receipt. He “forgot, sorry”. Then it came and tadadada: according to the receipt, the booking was only made about 30 seconds ago. Whether card payment didn't work or card payment really didn't work: in any case, the money received in cash was probably only put into the regular economic cycle after request. Just avoid the store.

In this situation I was initially skeptical. My concerns were completely unfounded, totally friendly and attentive service, the food tasted very good and the prices are fair. Absolutely recommended!

The food was fresh and tasty, 1 star less because the salmon had too many bones. The chef should have noticed and not served it.

Always a point of contact when we are in Hamburg. Like everywhere else, it had become more expensive but was still tasty and the service was nice.

Went to the restaurant down by the harbor. Had two salad plates for around €13 each. For this you get iceberg lettuce, two thin strips of pepper, a tomato cut into 4 large pieces, 2 slices of cucumber, a whole egg and a ready-made dressing, so not homemade. My sister also had cheese and strips of ham on her salad. There was no bread with it. And the waiters seemed a bit overwhelmed and annoyed. So the prices are absolutely not justified.

Very attentive and nice service. The food was tasty and the portions were good. My beef fillet medium had the appropriate roasted flavors, but it was not as hot as the accompanying fries. Hence 1 star deduction.

This is a steak restaurant on the Reeperbahn: so if you're expecting a fine restaurant here, you're definitely on the wrong track. But: the meat was decent, my rump steak and the beef fillet were also flawless and - to my great friends - also well and properly fried, i.e. rare, just as I had ordered. The prices are at a good level, but not too cheap either. The service was, at least with us, very friendly and correct. The short black where do we come from where do we come from she fit. The steakburger was a dry bullet, garlic bread and a baked potato. So it had nothing to do with a burger. The herring plate had a mini portion of fried potatoes floating in oil and a double-tailed herring. Both really outrageous for the money.

Rump steak was overcooked. Taste on a lower level. The salad with turkey strips is absolutely unimaginative and you're lucky not to get a whole head of lettuce. Take your time and look for something else.

Euro 2024 made the atmosphere surreal, but the staff didn’t live up to it… they took 20 minutes just to recognise us, than I asked for onion rings, they brought me french fries, I asked for some ketchup, they took another 15 minutes just to deliver an ice cold ketchup… overall the burger was really tasty, but besides that, it wasn’t a pleasent experience

The worst schnitzel I've ever eaten in my life, and I've eaten a lot of them. Very unpleasant waiter, nonsense about not paying by card. After being informed that we didn't have cash, we finally paid by card in the back so that other customers wouldn't see that there was a terminal. Wrong dishes, wrong beer, a hundred years behind Poland...

Unfortunately the service was very inflexible. According to him, he cannot exchange any inserts. That wouldn't be allowed. Because of intolerances, I also ordered a salad. Unfortunately for €7.90 this was just iceberg lettuce with a little seasoned dressing the size of a side salad. I would have canceled the soue cream with the baked potato if it had been on the menu. The salmon and the steak were of good quality.

We ended up here on our stroll along the Reeperbahn. The tables were placed very close together so that you could see what was going on at the neighboring table; there was a bit of a lack of privacy here. The waitress took the order a bit carelessly and you had the feeling that everyone was only laughing in the basement. The food was ok, to the point and served at a good temperature, the prices were also ok - after all, you are on the Reeperbahn. The restaurant is very busy due to its location and I give it 3.8 out of 5 stars.
