First class pizza, very nice staff…..!!

The worst pizza rolls I've ever had. The reason for this is the excessive saving of ingredients. The pizza rolls contained nothing inside and on top there was a crumb of cheese and a slice of salami that felt like it was distributed among all 8 pieces. The main thing is to attract people with 2for1

Worse loading, worse employees. Completely competent in communication. It is typed in and prices are given that do not match the promotional prices. Pointing out the terminal is omitted. Just bad customer service for me again

Ordered two pizzas and one pasta. Everything wasn't really good. The pizza dough didn't taste great, it made everything very doughy. We couldn't eat the pasta at all, it didn't taste like anything. It used to be better, somehow the recipes don't seem to fit.

Unfortunately I have to give one star for the poor service, I mentioned the condition to order, the lady at the checkout intentionally ignored me, which seemed very unpleasant and strange to me.

We ordered 4 pizzas. In one of the pizzas we found brown hair halfway through the dough and under the onions. In the kebab pizza, mind you. The hunger was gone immediately and the disgust factor was ENORMOUS. For us it was enough to order there again. How about a hat and gloves too.

Cutlery was dirty and chicken in pizza had a strange taste

This review is purely subjective, so I ask you to take this into account. We were there on Friday, July 26th, 2024. First of all, everyone works there without gloves. We waited on site for 37 minutes and even had diarrhea in the evening.

In general, the dishes have become super expensive. Even if you come to pick me up. The quantity of the dips was even changed - instead of 80ml there was only 70ml in the cup - but the price remained unchanged at 1.29 euros. I find that quite cheeky. The company hopes that the customer won't notice. As a customer, I feel like I've been duped.

Friendly employees, no long waiting times, consistent quality. Always my go-to on my “road trips” with the van. Greetings from a customer from Allgäu.🙋🏼‍♂️

My insider tip: the burger pizza! With fresh iceberg lettuce and delicious salad dressing and lots of fresh meat. Rarely have I had such a delicious pizza 😋

The food was prepared quickly. The staff at the order counter... cash register is extremely rude. The furniture is damaged... chairs without backrests... the empty boxes were piled up in the cart.. We will definitely not visit or recommend this Dominos again

*REPLY to Dominos' reply: It's not about the hunger! Man 🤦‍♀️ It's just that we guests/people expect a somewhat respectful response, e.g. "-One moment, please!" Or “I’ll come right away!”. And don't just look through the person! We walked in with a nice “Hello!” No answer! Even though she saw and heard us. So no matter what arguments you write, the lady is very rude! Ending. But I'm grateful for the lady😅 If she hadn't been like that, we wouldn't have found L'Osteria Pizzeria. (Otherwise we would have eaten at Dominos.) We ate there, a huge Italian pizza for €17. Bigger than the Dominos pizza... It was perfect and very tasty!! So yes, everything - this strange situation too - has an advantage too🙃 ####My opinion from April 13th Sunday: This afternoon's employee is very rude, unfriendly and disrespectful! I asked at the cash register "Excuse me, can I take the menu with me for a moment?" She heard me but no reaction. I asked again, louder. Then a rather cheeky, unfriendly answer was “I can’t hear you”. We sat down and I wanted to order at the cash register. I waited for 3-4 minutes. She saw me but didn't come to us. I said again "Sorry! Can we order?" but no answer, just a cheeky moment at me. Very annoying, very rude!!! Then we left immediately and will never visit this pizzeria. Shame on the Dominos!!

The pre-ordered pizzas (15 pieces, ordered the day before) were not ready even after more than an hour after the pre-ordered time. It was said that there was no more dough. But the information was only available upon personal introduction. Unfortunately we were not informed of this in time and all the guests were hungry. Very bad service!

Unfortunately no pizza was received despite the immediate debit. After several attempts to reach someone by phone, I drove there only to be told. We could deliver the pizzas in 2 hours, but not now. Money will be returned at some point. Thanks for nothing!

Pure disaster!!! I said 3 times on the phone that the pizza should be crispy!! What's coming? Complete raw tuna pizza the last time I will order from you!!! I've been feeling bad all day, my stomach is at the end because of you. The tomato sauce was also disgusting. I said 3 times on the phone that it should stay open longer. The man on the phone was also very unfriendly and hung up on me even though I spoke politely, so I've never experienced pizza and service like this before.

Service was a complete disaster. When we asked for pasta, we ordered extra parmesan again and it was said that we should have done that from the start. It was just too much. And very unfriendly

Ordered pizza with ingredients and a margarita was delivered. (Paid full price) On the phone they said there was nothing they could do. Either the app is bad or it's the employees.

I recently ordered a tuna pizza from you and unfortunately experienced discomfort after two hours, followed by vomiting several times in the afternoon. I am very disappointed and upset about this experience. I definitely won't order from you again and won't recommend it to others either.

Food and service to international Dominos standards. Unfortunately there are no toilets in the branch, which can be annoying in downtown Hamburg...

Um ehrlich zu sein, was das beste an der Bestellung, die schnelle Lieferung. Die Pizza war recht trocken und man hatte Schwierigkeiten die Pizza ohne Flüssigkeit zu essen. Bei über 25 Euro für 2 Pizzen im TK-Pizza Format, erwartet man mehr. Vielleicht kann dafür die Filiale nichts, aber bei Dominos bestelle ich nicht mehr. Der allseits angepriesene Coupon „2. Pizza für 2 Euro“ wird in dem Store auch nicht angeboten. Und den Newsletter, der einem Rabatt verspricht, habe ich bis heute nicht bekommen.

War mein erster Besuch einer Dominos Filiale... war ok aber hatte mehr erwartet

Ich Frage mich warum es überhaupt noch Sitzmöglichkeiten gibt es sitzt dort keiner mehr....total unnötig..... Platz für Geräte oder sonstige ist vlt besser

Die Mitarbeiter sind richtig freundlich - Service 5☆ Der Standort ist super gelegen & sauber - Standort & Ambiente 5☆ Das Essen ist MEGA GUT, ich konnte nach vielen Bestellungen nichts negatives finden - Essen 5☆ Für mich immer wieder ein Highlight hier zu bestellen, danke an das Team, weiter so und bis zum nächsten Mal! ☆☆☆☆☆

Die zwei Sterne gibt es eigentlich nur weil man dort auch spontan einen Platz zum Essen findet (weil sonst niemand dort isst) und weil der Mitarbeiter an der Kasse immer recht freundlich ist. Essen ist eigentlich nicht wirklich gut, nur wenn man wirklich Hunger hat. Außerdem mag ich Kraken nicht die andere Ladenketten fressen.

Leckere Pizza. Besonders der käserand, einfach nur köstlich. 😋😋😋

Dominos macht einfach tolle Pizzen, auch seitdem ich Veganer bin, bin ich stets super zufrieden. Nur solltest ihr, wenn ihr hier wochentags Mittags esst in Kauf nehmen, dass viel los ist, Wartezeiten dadurch teilweise höher sind und es etwas unruhig ist wenn man dort isst.

Sehr lange Wartezeit, obwohl ich direkt im Laden bestellt & gegessen habe. Bei der veganen Pizza hatte ich das Gefühl das der Käse nicht vegan war. Hab auch irgendwie Bauchschmerzen, bin laktoseintolerant.

Teriyaki pizza was so delicious! But the place is nothing special - better to take food away and eat somewhere else..

Gefühlt der einzige Pizza Laden der auch nach 23 Uhr noch Pizza zubereitet, schnelle und problemlose Lieferung vors Miniaturwunderland.

Zum erstenmal dort gegessen,Pizza mit Lachs war überraschend gut.

You can eat pizza here, and the pizza is not to bad. Service is quick and friendly.

The pizza was done really fast, even before we came there (ordered online). We decided to eat the pizza there outside at their tables. The pizza was also good and meeting Domino's taste. We then saw someone coming in who clearly knew the owner very well. The owner did not wear any mask at all while working on pizza's while his employees did. Neighbourhood seems a bit off as well, might not be safe at night and alone. Just saying.
