Tien-Asia in Hamburg

It's a shame for the money, I had a Tom Ka Gai soup, which I actually enjoy eating everywhere, but definitely not from Tien Asia, a disaster that was more like cream with a coconut flavor, but really nothing like the soup I otherwise love had to do. After a few spoonfuls it also went down the sink. Then I had beef with bamboo and mushrooms, as an extra side dish of fried noodles. To be fair, I want to describe the beef with the sauce as a matter of taste, unfortunately it wasn't my taste at all, and I can't confirm whether it was actually beef. The fried noodles were very greasy and had almost no taste at all. I don't know where all these good reviews come from. I am definitely very disappointed will never order here again.

Unfortunately we have a completely greasy and inadequate tasting delivery, Received 1 soup, 1 beef and 1 chicken dish and was extremely disappointed. Bland, unseasoned and tastes like ready meals from the discount store, rather lousy. Never again, we paid 32 euros for it, and that was for the trash can. Price-performance ratio is not understandable at all, but even for free I wouldn't eat anything from here again, sorry.

Best Asian in town, I'm very excited about my new discovery and am already looking forward to the next time. So far I have only ordered duck dishes (with red Thai curry), but I will try the menu, I think 😂 really very fresh, tasty and, above all, digestible! My husband had taken spring rolls (Kaiser rolls) with him, which used to be very good. It was a disaster, at first I thought it was completely vegan, just cabbage and dough, no chicken...that was definitely the last time we got food there. We don't drive there from Lurup anymore. Inflation or not, quality shouldn't suffer, especially since prices have risen sharply. The wonton soup was indefinable, the meatballs in it only consisted of nubs of stuff that you could barely chew....cartilage ????????

The food (duck and chicken) was very fatty. The quality of the duck was simply poor. The fried rice had a piece of plastic in it. Never again!

By far the best baked chicken, which the last orders are always crispy and soft on the inside! I have now tried all the sweet and sour chicken dishes from all the local restaurants via a separate delivery service and this is the best of all in my area. I'm lucky enough to live very close and delivery always takes less than 30 minutes. I've experienced so many times that other people's chicken was dry and tough + not crispy and here I've always been lucky. So definitely keep ordering 😊 Thank you very much 💛

Tien-Asia is a solid restaurant for Asian cuisine. The choice of dishes is varied and the quality of the food is good. The staff is friendly, although delivery can be a bit slow at times. In some cases, information about particularly long delivery times would be helpful.

Worst Asian fast food ever, unfortunately...

I've been ordering here for years and I've never been disappointed. The food is ALWAYS hot and delicious, drinks are cold. Driver quick and friendly. I've rarely waited a little over an hour for the food, but I can cope with that with deliveries if everything else is always right.

We often order from Tien Asia. The food tastes good and is plentiful. Some time ago Tien Asia probably had computer problems or had to re-equip. Since then we have often had problems with delivery. The address was recorded incorrectly and our food ended up in a completely different part of Hamburg. Of course, the food arrived late. Today it was the third time: food ordered online, delivery should take 46 minutes. After 1.5 hours we asked where the food was. Unfriendly information and finally received the food after 2 hours. The driver was, as always, very friendly and apologized a thousand times. It is not his fault.

The food is very good and the preparation is always authentic. The food is excellent and the Thai dishes in particular are highly recommended. Unfortunately, there is a very big BUT that you should be aware of! You have to be prepared to accept various adversities and insolence for this. The boss is always grumpy, bossy and in an absolutely bad mood and only speaks rudimentary German; especially on the phone. There is no exception! Its pricing is very flexible from now on. As a customer you have to be able to live with that. If there are several large orders after your order, then you have to take the back seat. For example, I ordered at 5:30 p.m., but the food didn't arrive until after 9:30 p.m. When I asked at 8 p.m., I was insulted and told to be patient because I had only ordered one meal. The wrong dish has been delivered several times. Complaints will not be accepted. You are insulted and then have to eat the menu that was delivered or you go to the trouble of personally taking the food back. You're constantly being harassed here and that means your hands are sweaty when you call to order. Nevertheless, I still order here every now and then because the food is really exorbitantly good. I would definitely order more often if the customer service was friendlier. A pity.

Ich bin mit dem Essen hier immer zufrieden.

Jetzt ein paar mal bestellt und irgendwie ist immer ein Gericht falsch oder etwas fehlt. Das kann mal passieren, sollte aber kein Standard sein.

Mit einer Stunde Verspätung geliefert aber erst nach einer telefonischen Beschwerde.

Das Essen ist wirklich lecker und die Kaiser Frühlingsrollen werden selbst gemacht, also kein Tiefkühlzeug. Im Gegensatz zu Asia Quick sind die Nudeln viel besser, schmecken nach etwas (tatsächlich gewürzt) und die Fahrer sind sehr freundlich! Dazu ist es günstig und das Geld absolut wert. Ich bestelle so gerne dort! Macht bitte weiter so! ❤️‍🔥

Das Essen ist nicht grade lecker, die Erdnuss soße ist zu dünn und die Portion sind viel zu klein. Bei Asia quick sind die Portionen fast doppelt so groß. Der Lieferant war fasst schon Fassungslos das ich ihm nur 40cnt Trinkgeld gegeben habe. Warte zeit war ganz ok. Liebe grüße J.C.

Für schnelles Essen immer wieder lecker

Gut - frisch - günstig - schnell . Ich bestelle hier regelmäßig via Lieferando bzw hole selbst. Meine Eindrücke beziehen sich nur auf Vegetarisch/vegane Speisen. Roter Curry ist mein Favorit.

Preis Leistung okay das Essen lecker aber die Suppen waren schon mal besser

Die Frühlingsrollen sind geil! Wir bestellen seit Jahren dort, aber die Lieferzeiten waren in letzter Zeit extrem lange. Hoffentlich nur vorübergehend... ansonsten alles der beste Chinese, der liefert.

Aus meiner sicht der beste Asiate in Niendorf/Schnelsen. Speisen frisch und lecker ABER ich ziehe 1 Stern ab für den Optik des Ladens, könnte mal wieder eine auffrischung gebrauchen.

Haben heute das erste mal bestellt. Sehr freundliche Telefonannahme. Essen kam sehr schnell nach nicht mal 20 Minuten. Es war heiss und vorallem es war sehr lecker. Wir bestellen garantiert wieder

Schnelle Lieferung und sehr leckeres Essen.

Nach 1 Std 10min fragte ich nach, da wurde gerade erst gekocht. Das Essen kam in Aluschalen, man sollte meinen das Zeitalter ist vorbei. Es wurde sich an keiner Stelle entschuldigt für das lange Warten, oder ein kleines Extra dazugelegt, daher gab es kein Trinkgeld. Geschmacklich war es leider auch gerade so essbar. Kaum Gemüse, fast nur Tofu in dünner Currysoße, die Bratnudeln eher fad. Der Salat war immerhin frisch. Nicht wieder.

Für die günstigen Preise geht das Essen in Ordnung. Die Lieferzeit ist auch meistens schnell, doch bedingt durch die Verpackung und Logistik kommt das Essen selten richtig knusprig an, da es hermetisch verpackt im eigenen Dampf vor sich dünstet. Wer die Möglichkeiten hat, sollte vor Ort essen oder selbst abholen, dann schmeckt es besser.

Flott und freundlich das bekommen was ich wollte! Daumen hoch :-) ...alles lecker.

Einer der besten Asiaten in Hamburg vielleicht sogar der beste Asiate, wenn es ums Liefern geht. Habe lange in Niendorf gewohnt und da regelmäßig bestellt. Das Essen hat IMMER gut geschmeckt, war frisch und sehr gut gewürzt. Jetzt wohne ich in einem anderen Stadtteil in Hamburg und habe schon bei 4 Asiaten bestellt, keiner von Denen kam an das Niveau von Tien-Asia ran. Manchmal kam das Essen in weniger als 20min an. Ich vermisse Tien-Asia sehr. Essen Top! Service Top! Lieferzeit Top!

Kann man essen. Weiß aber jetzt wo ich in Zukunft nicht bestelle. Erdnuss Soße schmeckt nach Maggi mit Wasser . Portion klein wie für ein Kind. Bestellt lieber bei Asia crown, dort bekommt man vernünftiges Essen.

Wir bestellen seit etwa 2 Jahren ein bis zweimal die Woche essen im Tien Asia und sind im Großen und Ganzen sehr zufrieden! Ganz selten, wenn der Chef nicht selber am Herd steht, schmeckt das Essen etwas anders als gewohnt. Wir empfehlen die Küche bedenkenlos! Der Standardspruch bei der Bestellung ist „50 Minuten Lieferzeit“. In der Regel ist das Essen viel früher da 😃

Das Essen ist ganz ok aber man wird mit nicht sehr viel Freundlichkeit bedient. Zudem gibt es laut Broschüre und auch laut Schaufensteraushang 10% Rabatt bei Selbstabholung, die jedes Mal beharrlich ignoriert werden. Man muss es selbst ansprechen und hat dann, je nach Bedienung auch noch Diskussionen.
