I had a very bad experience with the staff today, especially with the lady at the counter. I ordered noodles with spicy sauce twice, which should have cost around €8. They charged me €18 because the lady thought it was chicken instead of sauce. She very cheekily threw my money back and demanded another €2 with her cheeky remark. I reprimanded her and received very little noodles with no sauce twice. I won't be going there again.

The restaurant is very bad, the service is bad, the staff is bad 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Bad Restaurant Experience I ordered a chicken noodle dish and wanted it in a takeaway box to eat right away. When I asked the staff to put my food in a box, I received a rude response. The staff member was extremely rude and told me she wouldn't put it in a plastic container. The service was really bad, and the food wasn't good either. The noodles were way too salty and not at all tasty. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I definitely won't recommend this restaurant!

I visited this place in 2022. In general, the food wasn't bad, but the staff's attitude towards customers was a little disappointing. Recently, I visited this place again. A woman at the cashier, instead of listening to my order, spoke to her colleague. It seemed like she simply didn't understand German. We ordered sushi, duck noodles, and soup. As a result, I got rice instead of noodles. The duck was overcooked. The soup tasted like water. The sushi was fresh, but the rice was like plastic. The mall atmosphere isn't impressive.

Today, January 18, 2025, at 5:30 p.m., I was there and an employee was extremely rude and mean to the customers as well as to her own employees.

The spicy sauce wasn't particularly tasty, and the food wasn't particularly fresh either. I had a stomach ache after eating it.

The way of taking to the guest is so bad . And saying bad words in her mother language and getting so angry as if we were there for free food. The was so annoying to me

I ordered box 1 twice without vegetables and got it with vegetables and for the most part there were only soy sprouts in it and then they didn't want to remake the box again, sorry but that's not possible........

Good food, price is better, would definitely go again

I got some wonton soup and found a maggot in the soup. I've been eating here often since the beginning of this year, but now I don't know how many insects I've eaten unknowingly. Not that great

Kindness (-) Eat (-) So...if you fancy Asian dishes, eat somewhere else. In Billstedt Center there is also Zenthai and Asia Hung.

Even one star is too much for such disgusting food... service sucks...

Asian fast food - nothing special, mostly quantity and quality are right. If you need something quick to sniff, this is the place for you. If you like Asian food, it's better to look for a real restaurant.

Taste wise ok. However, you have to pay extra for the sauces, which are free at every Chinese restaurant. A no-go for me.

Not a complete disaster, but far from good... The counter lady preferred to look at her cell phone for 15 seconds instead of taking care of the order. The fried noodles in the vegetarian version were only lukewarm. The spicy sauce, which was advertised as 'slightly spicy', was far far from 'spicy'. Neither when paying nor when receiving the food (to-go) a word, no please, no thank you... nothing 🤷‍♂️ In terms of taste, the noodles were far from tasty... For the €3.50 paid, there are 2 stars because the quantity was pretty much right. Otherwise not recommended… more bulk than class

Essen war durchschnittlich und die Preise waren auch normal. Die Atmosphäre war eher laut und hektisch, was dem Einkaufszentrum geschuldet ist. Die Sitzplatzmöglichkeiten sind begrenzt und durch Corona auch noch zusätzlich eingeschränkt. Insgesamt eher durchschnittlich, wenn überhaupt, dann würde ich to-go empfehlen.

Ich finde das Sushi und auch die Nudelgerichte sehr lecker, die Dame von der Bedienung sehr nett, einen Stern Abzug gibt es leider für die Location.

Reichhaltiges Angebot für dies Geschäft. Nur der Geruch , oben auf der Rolltreppe stört sehr.

Nett und freundliches Personal. Bemühen sich sehr im das Wohlergehen der Kunden. Man gat schnell sein Essen.

Kann ich nur empfehlen! Portionen sind groß und die Bestellung ist gut organisiert.
