Immergrün in Hamburg

The wrap had neither avocado nor chicken 😂 It only contained salad. The staff was completely unfriendly, and they closed at 7:20 p.m. Opening hours are until 8 p.m., but if you're that tired of it, they should just close the place...

Unbelievable, you arrive at 7:25 p.m., get nothing left to eat, and the oven is already turned off for the wraps. If you say you don't think that's okay, you get insulted three times in a row, absolutely unfriendly and unprofessional. That young man with his stupid insolence simply doesn't belong behind this counter.

What a disappointment today. The chicken teriyaki wrap consisted only of iceberg lettuce. There was no chicken. Absolutely tasteless. And all for €6.95 a piece. Honestly? Are you out of your mind? Never again. One star is too many.

One of the salespeople is always very unfriendly and arrogant, throwing the fruit into the container, making no effort, and not even paying attention to which fruit ends up in the juice… What a pity…

Today was a total disappointment. Chicken Caesar wraps with two small pieces of chicken, the rest of the filling was salad 🥬. A year ago, this was a favorite restaurant in Alstertal, where my son and I enjoyed a delicious meal. Lately, it hasn't been at all what I expected.

The price-performance ratio is absolutely terrible! The juices were lukewarm and not the correct amount as advertised! Half the cup was foam!

I recently went to Immergrün in the Alstertal shopping center, and honestly, it was exactly what I needed in a place like this. After a few hours of browsing the shops, I just wasn't in the mood for greasy fast food, but I also didn't want a big, long meal – I wanted something light and quick that would still fill me up. That's exactly where Immergrün fits in. I opted for a bowl with falafel, quinoa, fresh vegetables, and a yogurt dressing – along with a green smoothie. Everything was prepared right in front of my eyes, and you can tell they use fresh ingredients. The bowl was not only beautifully presented, but also really delicious. No overly seasoned junk or boring convenience food – just genuinely good food. The smoothie was cold, fruity, not too sweet – just right.

I was there for lunch today and initially thought the bowl wasn't bad. When the employee repeatedly used her fingers to pick up the nuts from the jar of toppings and shoved them straight into her mouth, my appetite vanished.

hardly any meat available. It's just an unbelievable shame for the price. A very expandable wrap. This has nothing to do with a matter of taste if what is shown on the menu is not available.

From 7 p.m. on request, there are no more salads in the AEZ, although there are three employees on site and the opening time is officially until 8 p.m. Answer: Management ordered it that way. My question: Why?

Bad is still well expressed. I didn't get a smoothie, but a Hayden ice cream that didn't even fit in the straw. Instead of getting a new smoothie, my old one was mixed back into a blender with some juice. The quality of always green is no longer what it was when it opened. That was my last order from you.

The wraps are okay. Its a bit expensive.

The young blonde employee is really great! She is very knowledgeable about ingredients, gives great advice and is incredibly nice!

We ordered two freshly squeezed orange juices. The service was very nice. We can't understand the bad reviews. Keep it up! 👍😊

Employees have no plan. The wrap was made with the wrong sauce and the smoothie wasn't really smooth. 😉

Hier konnte ich sehr gut Mittag Essen. Preis-Leistung fand ich sehr gut. Was mir nicht zwingend negativ, aber dennoch Ausbaufähig aufgefallen ist, war die Bedienung. Leider doch relativ kühl und zurückhaltend. Gerade bei der Geräuschkulisse sollte man laut und deutlich übern Tresen rufen. Trotzdem eine klare Empfehlung

Lecker, günstig und ich glaube auch gesund.

Zwei uninspirierte Damen bedienten ohne Plan. Mit den Fingern durch die Haare übers Gesicht, dann ins Essen und dann an die Kasse.

Auf dem Weg vom Parkdeck runter ins AEZ fährt man direkt mit der Rolltreppe auf Immergrün zu. Da war die Entscheidung fürs Mittagessen schon gefallen. Nach rund 3 Stunden Rundtour durchs AEZ wurde Immergrün erneut angesteuert. Einen Cedar Wrap für den Kleinen und je eine Bowl Beef Banditos und Lachsfang für uns. Das Personal war super freundlich und das Essen war schnell zu bereitet. Riesige Bowls, die man kaum schaffen konnte. Aber mega lecker, super frische Zutaten. Preise völlig okay bei der Menge. Eine Empfehlung, denn auch die Kinder finden hier leckere Gerichte. Die Säfte haben wir heute mal nicht probiert, sind aber auch immer mega!

Habe schon einige immergrün besucht, dieser gefällt mir sehr gut. Die Aufteilung und der Platz ist gut. Alles macht einen sauberen und aufgeräumten Eindruck, die Bedienung ist auch sehr nett. Und natürlich nicht zu vergessen die köstlichen Sachen 🥗🥤

Lecker, es lohnt sich einfach mal etwas Neues auszuprobieren

Personal ist unmotiviert und ziemlich ungesprächig. Ich war davon ausgegangen, dass wenn ich einen frisch gepressten Saft bestelle, diesen auch bekomme. Mein Mann bekam eher einen Smothie und ich eine Mischung aus Smothie und Saft. Leider kein frisches Obst sondern tiefgekühltes Obst. Die Becher liefen beim Deckel aufdrücken über. Praktisch war, dass ich eine Nummer größer bekam als bestellt hatte, da das Personal es mit den Größen wohl noch nicht so drauf hat. Aber was hat man schon gegen eine Nummer größer zum kleineren Preis bezahlt. Schade nur, dass es nicht frisch gepresst war, wie angegeben.

Das neu eröffnete Immergrün ist eine vegane Alternative zur abseits gelegenen Foodecke im AEZ. Preise sind im mittleren Bereich angesiedelt. Es gibt Wraps, Bowls und neben Smoothies auch Säfte. Wenn mehrere Personen anstehen kann es etwas kompliziert mit der Warteschlange werden, da direkt nebenan das AEZ WC sowie die Rolltreppen zum Parkdeck sind. In der Lokalität selbst gibt es eine ganz Hand voll Plätze mit Tischen, bei denen man sich zusammensetzen kann.
