Smiley's Pizza Profis Eimsbüttel in Hamburg

Ich habe über Lieferando eine Pizza bestellt hat mich über 30€ gekostet! Angebliche Lieferzeit zwischen 35-55 Minuten...leider ist auch nach 1h30 nichts geliefert worden! Trost das Geld wurde zurückerstattet. Service 0 den Kunden rechtzeitig in Kenntnis zu setzen. Fazit nie wieder ! Wenn ihr nicht liefern könnt dann sperrt doch bitte die Bestelloptionen .

Hat nicht geschmeckt. Man kann es zwar essen, aber es ist weder lecker noch wirklich genießbar. Wir hatten den „Ring of Fire“ und ein Pizzabrötchen mit Feta und Spinat bestellt. Das Pizzabrötchen war geschmacklos, hatte kaum Käse und der Teig war roh, nicht durchgebacken. Würde ich nicht wieder bestellen.

Hab bei Bonna bestellt. Super sympathischer und freundlicher Umgang. Essen war auch sehr lecker😊

Super entspannter Laden und Mega cooles Personal wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und das Ambiente bei Dämmerung bei den Außenplätzen läd zu einem entspannten Abend mit Freunden ein! Pizza war auch super lecker, gerne wieder!

Moin, ich habe heute mal wieder Pizza plus Snacks aus der Filiale in der Osterstraße geholt und bin wie immer voll zufrieden. Seit dem Betreiberwechsel absolut 5 Sterne! Super tolle familiäre Atmosphäre, sehr freundliches Personal und eine schnelle Lieferung. Die Pizza kommt immer heiß an, ist frisch zubereitet und schmeckt hervorragend. Besonders schön ist, dass man auch direkt vor Ort essen kann. Die gemütlichen Sitzplätze und die schönen Tische im Außenbereich laden zum Verweilen ein. Man merkt, dass hier mit viel Herz und Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird. Weiter so!

Top Pizza! Der Käserand schmeckt einfach soooo guuuuut 😍🍕 Und das Beste: Die Pizza wird direkt an den Tisch gebracht. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten hier schonmal bestellt. Es scheint aber neue Betreiber zu geben - richtig gute Pizza und super nettes Personal!

Was genau versteht ihr nicht an dem "Keine Werbung" Aufkleber auf meinem Briefkasten? Denkt ihr ich freu mich darüber dermaßen, dass ich bei euch was bestelle?

Das Essen hat gut geschmeckt. Auch das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Generell auch eine nette Location um vor Ort zu essen.

Die Dönerpizza mit Krautsalat war ein absolutes Highlight – einfach köstlich. Die scharfen Chicken Wings waren genauso beeindruckend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal, mit das freundlichste, das ich je erlebt habe. Das ganze Lokal hat eine warme, familiäre Atmosphäre. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wie Immer , Sehr leckere Pizza mit frischen Zutaten und knusprigem Teig. Der Service war freundlich und schnell. Preis Leistung passt , absolut empfehlwert

Es gab in diesem Smiley's offensichtlich einen Betreiberwechsel, was sich zu meiner Zufriedenheit sehr positiv auswirkt. Ich mag den speziellen Smiley's Pizzageschmack. Daher kommt für mich nur diese in Betracht. Da ich letztes Jahr mehrfach vor Ort gegessen habe, viel mir die positive Veränderung in den letzen Monaten auf. Das Personal ist viel freundlicher und aufmerksamer geworden. Die Pizzen schmecken wieder richtig gut und das Ambiente im Laden hat sich gefühlt ebenfalls positiv verändert. Bei meinem letzten Besuch hatte ich einen netten "Schnack" mit der jungen hübschen Frau hinter der Theke. Richtig nett, unkompliziert aber verbindlich-kompetent. Danke ans Team. Ich komme wieder.

Ich bestelle eigentlich immer sehr gerne bei smailys, nun habe ich widereinmal pizzabröthen und Snackrolls bestellt und bin fast schon entsetzt über die größ der Pizza brötchen wie auch der Snackrolls. Die waren Mal doppelt so groß 😶

Eure Pizzen haben mittlerweile so einen dünnen Belag, da kann man gleich schon Tiefkühlpizza holen. GEHT GARNICHT UND RECHTFERTIGT NICHT DEN PREI!!

I was absolutely thrilled with the cozy atmosphere, the attentive service, and of course, my pizza. We were able to eat in without any fuss and received very friendly service – you can tell the guys really put in the effort. A great tip for anyone looking for a simple, delicious meal! Even when I order delivery, everything is always top-notch: the delivery is quick, the pizza is hot and tastes amazing – just like the ice cream, which is a must. They also have a really good lunch special. Highly recommended!

Crazy! The staff's incompetence is reaching new heights. Now the seller didn't know what the ingredients in a pizza tonno are :). The pizza was dry... A single pizza has about 40g of fat! Update: Now they also have such weird staff who act super hip. Unpleasant. I'll just order somewhere else. Way too slow. Apparently very poorly organized. I've been waiting 50 minutes on a Monday evening. That's incompetent and not very customer-friendly.

I quickly got home from work at 11:20 p.m. and ordered something because my Rewe was already closed. Received email at 11:40 p.m. - order is on the way. 00:40 no order arrived Smileys has been closed for 40 minutes. By car it takes 10 minutes to get to me, after 40 minutes (ordering on the way) i.e. 1 hour after ordering it was clear to me that no more orders would come. Impossible ! It's not like I ordered two minutes before the store closed, I can somehow understand that.

True pizza artists. The very best. We're always impressed. My girlfriend and I have tried all the pizza delivery companies, and we always come back here. Thank you!

I ordered a pizza that was delivered after about 1 hour. On Wednesdays I find that a relatively long delivery time. In addition, the pizza arrived lukewarm and the dough was quite wobbly. The topping was not very seasoned. All in all a rather bad experience for €20.

In any case, this store is better than the one in Altona.. It just tastes better.. I've often ordered from Altona but something was forgotten, especially hollandaise sauce in Ring of Fire and that's a no go!!!!

Great store! Food tastes good and comes quickly. Particularly noteworthy is the fact that they take their closing times very seriously. Ordering before midnight is no problem at all and they even answered the phone and added something to our order. Without any problems. Really, great shop. Thank you!

The staff are very friendly and accommodating, which makes the food taste even better. The door is held open for you, small mistakes are compensated for with free additional food without asking, etc. :-)

Smileys used to always be super fast, unfortunately the last 3-4 orders often took longer than 1 hour...

Rude employee wasn't even allowed to order with the bike even though there was no place to connect it. It's a shame smileys that you hire such employees, zero understanding, don't even listen, as if you've learned it by heart it means I'm not allowed to order with a bike.

I ordered here via Lieferando and received a half-charred croque and the wrong biscuit

Very unfriendly service today. I think it was the operator. A pizza exactly 22 minutes on a Monday afternoon at 3 p.m. and there was a customer from me there. Food was ok. But not any more.

Delivery takes more than 1.5 hours. And that on a Wednesday evening. Absolute disaster!

Had a salad there on Thursday. Consumption on site. Was delicious! However, when I brought my plate back, the employee asked me if everything was OK. While we talked briefly, he took the napkins I had used from the empty plate and tried to smooth them out and smooth them out. Btw I had 3 napkins. All used of course. Mouth wiped, etc. I asked him what that was about - what he wanted to do with it - whether they would possibly go back into the napkin holder at the front of the counter. He probably wasn't serious! This is an absolute nonsense! Have these people never received hygiene training? What's wrong with people like that? I don't even want to know what else might be going on behind the scenes in the kitchen. Trust is gone. You have lost a loyal customer.

Useless, gave me points for my birthday and deducted twice as much when I redeemed them. I couldn't redeem any of it. Nobody responded to my comment. The store lost a customer. I would prefer not to give any stars.

Waiting time 1.5 hours (not possible) plus the extra rocket for €1.90 was requested. And a lukewarm pizza arrived with 5 leaves of arugula 👎👎👎 The shop should be closed!!!

I've often ordered pizza here and it's always great, but unfortunately the rolls I ordered have often been burnt and dry lately :)

I ordered an extra large Margarita pizza yesterday. I live 5-7 minutes away by bike. Delivery took about an hour (unfortunately it often does) but I can still bear that. What I found to be a shame was that the pizza that came wasn't fully baked (not that first time)! It was soft and white at the bottom of the pizza and not really warm! I called straight away and the man on the phone - the shift manager or the boss - I think at first he said that that couldn't really be the case. I then said that I had a photo and that the pizza would still be here. He then said what we can do and said that around 70% of the amount would be credited to me but he couldn't send me a new one now because there was too much to do. I didn't feel like I was being taken seriously and then I went and talked to him and showed that I wasn't lying. He then apologized again and said it could have happened that two orders went out and mine was taken away earlier because it was nearby. I think it's a shame because I often order from Smileys at least 2-3 times a month (love pizza) but since the change from the boss who first owned the place it's unfortunately no longer the same. I'm thinking about not ordering any more because I think the problem hasn't been solved properly.

After I stupidly ordered the completely wrong pizza, the guys and girls from Smiley's were so nice and correct and delivered us the right pizza for FREE 🤩 Thanks again, you're the coolest!!!

Delivery time on a Wednesday 1.5 hours. Unfortunately the pizza was also cold and extremely dry. We won't order here again.

War mal 5 Sterne, wird immer schlechter leider, wirklich schade. 20 Euro für eine Pizza Margherita plus Salami und Zwiebeln, bei der Extra Käse für nochmal knapp 3 Euro Aufpreis einfach nicht geliefert wird. Dip vergessen. Lieferzeit immer weit über 60 Minuten. Wer es bezahlen kann und die mittelmäßige Qualität aktzeptiert.....

Leider bekommt man bei der Bestellung grundsätzlich keine Angabe, wie lange die Lieferung dauert, oder wie der Stand der Bestellung ist. Warte mal wieder fast seit einer Stunde... Wenn man dann anruft, heißt es, der Lieferant sei "gerade losgefahren". Ja sicher... Wenn die Pizza ankommt, ist sie meist ok, nicht mehr allzu warm, aber normale Smileys-Qualität.

bin auf urlaub bei einer freundin hier und es läuft nich so wie ich es mir vorgestellt hatte die pizza hat meine laune aber echt verbessert hat richtig gut geschmeckt danke falls ich nich schon früher als geplant von hier wegfahre bestell ich mir nochmal was👍🏻

1.5 Std gewartet an einem Dienstag, Pasta ohne Käse aber trotzdem wohl gebacken, total weichgekocht und trocken, kaum Sauce. Dame am Telefon superunfreundlich. War wohl nach 20 Jahren meine letzte Bestellung bei Smileys. Versuche jetzt erstmal die Mitbewerber. Obwohl meine Kids die Snackrolls vermissen werden. Schade.

Die Pizza kam nach 1 Stunde und 15 Minuten und ich wohne circa 600 m von Smileys weg. Hätte ich die mal schön alleine abgeholt. Problematisch finde ich, ich habe selber bei Smileys gearbeitet. Man hätte diese Pizza bei jeder Tour dazu packen können hätte man dann Kundenservice nennen können…….
