Die besten Restaurants in Köln

Cannot recommend this swimming pool snack bar to anyone! I ate there with one of the worst currywursts ever, the large fries were like a small one and the whole thing cost €13.50 and the waitress also walks through the restaurant with open slippers. I will never buy anything there again!

Probably the worst branch in Cologne!!!!!! Very bad service! Rude when you complain that the order is not complete. And you can listen to the saying “it can happen”. But now it happens 5-6 times in a row!!!!! Every time at least one part of the order is missing, sometimes a burger, sometimes a drink, sometimes 7-8 nuggets are missing from the 20 chicken nuggets, then people forget to put toys in the happy meal... I have the impression that people do this specifically... And what's more, the shop is rarely clean... there are tablets full of rubbish on the tables, tables are glued together... Seriously, the employees in this store should learn to work properly and correctly.

So I honestly don't know how you can forget the dirty sauces every time. Curlyfries are not bad without sauces, but only if they are warm and fresh, which doesn't happen very often. Nuggets - just as bad. It's really not difficult to read the order from the monitor and pack the things the way they were ordered, because after all I'm now missing €1 from the order (the two sauces). Then the 30 minute wait would be worth it if you can be sure that everything is there.

Tables dirty, only the third table was clean to some extent🫣. What happened to me once😂 is that I wanted to get a cafe. There was a sign in the door that said it was on the street, the employee said to me it's still closed... okay, no problem, I'll come back straight away... half an hour later There is still a sign in the door, no one can get through. Employee can't be disturbed. Hello, they should be open already. Employee, yes, come in... yes How? The sign is in the way...she really says then they'll put it out🤐? I asked..what? She then came to me...I replied I should do your job now? Employee told me I should have just forced myself through it...🫣🤣🤣🤣 I've never experienced anything like that either

Store was practically empty but it was pure chaos, they couldn't get the order right, it took a lot longer and in the end I still didn't have the right thing but missed the train.

Delicious burgers have their price, but it was worth it for us!

What you have to remember is that everything is hot because it is freshly fried. Standard fast food taste. But the prices for these are outrageously high. There are also some details - you can get the cheapest plastic cups as cups for your drink. - Menu with “Capri sun”, but what we got is the Aldi equivalent. Not bad so far, but misleading. Portions in the menu aren't exactly generous either. You get full, but you don't come back again. All in all it's just not worth it.

We regularly go to this restaurant before going to the cinema! We are always extremely satisfied! The food is of a very high standard, the service is very good! We love the food and the prices are fair! In any case, we are very satisfied!

Worst Megges Burger I've ever eaten... The life-sized HP Baxxter standee at least saved the ambiance.

Very nice restaurant, nice service, great food, everything was great. :-) We have been here several times and would like to come back.
