Tasty, but very slow service, few staff, waited a very long time for the order (((((

Probably the worst branch in Cologne!!!!!! Very bad service! Rude when you complain that the order is not complete. And you can listen to the saying “it can happen”. But now it happens 5-6 times in a row!!!!! Every time at least one part of the order is missing, sometimes a burger, sometimes a drink, sometimes 7-8 nuggets are missing from the 20 chicken nuggets, then people forget to put toys in the happy meal... I have the impression that people do this specifically... And what's more, the shop is rarely clean... there are tablets full of rubbish on the tables, tables are glued together... Seriously, the employees in this store should learn to work properly and correctly.

This facility is a disaster. Slow, disorganized and very unprofessional.

We waited 50 minutes for the order to be completed, but part of the order was not delivered. The potatoes were not salted. There are no napkins or straws. Our order today was 240.

Cleanest McDonald's I've been to recently. 😊

*Never again*. We were there and waited 20 minutes at the checkout for STAFF. When someone finally arrived we thought it would be quick but NO, we waited 45 minutes and they forgot half of the things. When we pointed this out to them, they were more than disrespectful and complained to us. Plus there were hardly any seats and some burgers had FLOUR on them!! Ten horses won't get me in anymore

The branch isn't exactly clean. Waiting time unusually long for McDonalds (not fast food). What I can't understand, however, is that you have to wait a long time for your order and that it is then cold. Long waiting times and cold burgers and fries. Plus point: the decoration was adapted to Easter.

Best McDonald’s branch ever! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've been to many McDonald's restaurants, but this one really tops them all! It's spotlessly clean - so clean you could theoretically eat off the floor. There are fresh flowers and lovingly designed Easter decorations on the tables, which creates a really pleasant atmosphere. But the best thing: the food! I didn’t know McDonald’s could be THIS delicious. Everything was fresh, hot and just perfect. I would have paid more without hesitation, it was that good! The team is also exceptionally friendly and attentive - you really feel welcome here. I absolutely don't understand where the bad reviews come from. For me, this is the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to!

As always the hamburger is delicious

As an external delivery courier you have to wait in a room where you can't even stretch out your feet. This room is extremely narrow, gray, dreary, like a prison cell. Several drivers feel very uncomfortable and psychologically stressed there. The staff tends to make fun of complaints about this (especially this, in my opinion, arrogant 45-year-old Iranian shift manager) when you bring it up. Well, they didn't design this mess. Mini pancakes so hard you can throw them at the stadium. When they were told they just said, bad luck, they waited too long. NOTE: first check your food and then start consuming it.

Clean restaurant and the first McDonald's I've been to where you couldn't see the kitchen. It was quite pleasant not to hear the usual McDonald's kitchen beeps.

This is the biggest dirty shop. The shop is dirty and filthy. We won't set foot in here again. Employees standing behind the counter instead of wiping the tables or clearing away the trash are simply disgusting.

When we got home we noticed a portion of potatoes and Chicken McNuggets were missing! We also chose a book as a gift for our child in the Happy Meal, but we received something completely different! I don't understand at all how something like this is possible... It's very disappointing - in the end we were simply cheated and robbed! I was at the McDonald's on Bonner Strasse in Cologne. McDonald's is currently having Mexican weeks. But I ordered an El Gigante Beef and Chili Cheese Nachos. First of all, the El Gigante is very expensive at around €6, compared to other hamburgers. The taste of this hamburger was absolutely disappointing. On the one hand, the hamburger bun was totally flabby and tasted bland. Likewise, the topping was just greasy and simply didn't taste good. There were also nachos on this hamburger and they were a real foreign body in terms of taste. One thing I know, I will never order El Gigante again. Same disappointment with the Chili Cheese Nachos. Like the El Gigante in the advertising, these also look very appetizing. A real disappointment in terms of appearance and taste!!! It's a few dry nachos with a few dollops of chili cheese sauce and a few jaleponos. The sauce doesn't taste that bad. Overall, this composition just tastes poor!!! I always prefer the original Burger King, namely Chili Cheese Fries!!! Because of Because of these bad experiences, it will probably be quite a long time before I try any McDonald's product again If I fall for Burger King, I usually don't experience such disappointments. Plus you save a lot more with the coupons at Burger King than at McDonald's!!!

Newly remodeled and relatively clean. The food was freshly prepared and the staff was very friendly. However, as is often the case, the guests were rather untidy, inconsiderate and selfish.

I ordered plant based nuggets at the drive in and got chicken nuggets after a long wait.

The cappuccino is now a joke. Since the renovation, this has often been done somewhere in the kitchen, probably in a fully automatic machine. At least that's how it tastes. And after a minute the milk foam collapses and the cup is no longer even 1/3 full.

Food poisoning from food: Yesterday (12/16/24) I had dinner here with a family member. That same evening we both suffered from food poisoning. The proximity in time to the food and both of our symptoms excludes other foods than the ones we ate here.

Everything was clean and the service was quick. But you can't call something like that a Big Mac, more like a SMALL Mac, and the Double Chili Cheeseburger is actually a slider, and was almost cold. And then the prices: a water over € 4,-??? In total for 2 small burgers, 6 nuggets and a water € 19, - catastrophe.

This branch has been an absolute disaster for years - the staff is completely overwhelmed - parts of the order are always missing or there are the wrong burgers or sauces - this has been the case with every McDrive order so far! The tray return is always full, tables and benches are not wiped down, guests' trash is often still on the tables and the floor is dirty. You don't even want to talk about the toilets.

Der Boden im Bad klebt. Wird also nicht gereinigt. Klobrille fällt sofort runter, wenn man sie vorher reinigen will. Alles eklig, Service Mist. Essen Mist. Das reicht nun wirklich. Never ever!

Was there for the first time yesterday. Had breakfast with my husband. Wasn't disappointed! The MC Morning Chicken is highly recommended! The ambience is clean. With background music, which I like. The lady who brought breakfast to our table was friendly. I will eat there more often from now on.

I wanted to share a double menu with a friend. So far so good. When I asked for 2 straws for the drink, I was refused and said: we won't give out any more. New law blah blah...I don't understand what the difference should be between our drink and that of the others at the next table (all with straws)....ridiculous.

Big Mac menu with extra mayo and a cheeseburger ordered at the drive-in counter, Amsterdamer Straße. Rounded up from 11.90 to 13€, then politely asked at the pick-up counter whether another sachet of ketchup would be possible...only suitable for 50 cents 😀...Okay then not. The waitress is in a bad mood, only speaks broken German...it doesn't matter, I don't want to marry you. But when I unpacked the paper bags, the cheeseburger and the mayo packet were missing! Got coupon 101 with netted potatoes and McChicken. Plus extra curry sauce. What is the Lord doing? He spreads suor dip and makes curry sauce. Tell him and he'll be bold. He cheekily says yes and bangs the window. Thanks to the manager, I received the order new and warm. These two Indian workers like to make customers wait so that the food gets cold.

The store is a disaster. As some people have already written here, the trash can in front of the door was completely full and overflowing when we visited. There were several error messages at the terminal when selecting the coupon, so we canceled the order and started from the beginning. After about 10 minutes the food came. The cheese on the Big Tasty Bacon wasn't even melted. A complaint doesn't make sense either, the person sitting next to you at the table is probably still waiting for his missing 6-piece nuggets. The netted potatoes were probably in the deep fryer the day before, but they didn't taste fresh by any stretch of the imagination. All in all, the store is not recommended.

We would have loved to sit here today. Thursday, March 21, 2024, 12:13 a.m. The restaurant states on the door that it is open until 5:00 a.m. But all the doors were closed and no one wanted to welcome us anymore. There were still staff inside. Something can always happen that causes the sudden closure. But there was no note on the door here either. Really disappointing.

I got my food personalized the way I wanted it and it was very tasty and the service is good but unfortunately the toilets are not that clean.

There's currently a huge construction site at the store, there's a mess everywhere :D well, and the issue of understanding German was already a problem 6 years ago. Charging options when you come by bike are just so rare, the Mülheim branch now has a lot more.

A friend and I came here at an late hour to treat ourselves to a small snack. When I drove into the parking lot and saw the entrance area, I already suspected something bad! The trash can was already overflowing in front of the door and trash was scattered all over the floor. Then we entered the store and I was shocked. There were trays from previous guests on almost all tables and some of the tables were very dirty with leftover food. We then placed our order at the terminal and waited for our call to receive the food, right in front of the counter in the pickup area. While we were standing there, I watched a bit of what the employees were doing. And at some point the burger that I had ordered arrived and an employee took it. He opened the lid of the packaging and lifted the top bun of my burger with his fingers to see if there was the extra cheese on it that I had ordered. This person touched everything beforehand and then almost touched his Fingering my burger doesn't work like that. We then took our order and left. I didn't eat the burger.

Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars. I order there often and it's really the worst McDonald's I know. Fries are 80% cold. Citizens don't taste fresh and are also not properly filled. Grade 2. BigMacs orders 2 patties in the bottom half, double salad and double sauces and above nothing except the roll. So please turn the place around.

Nach langer Zeit waren wir wieder hier. Wenn wir dort sind dann lassen wir es richtig knallen mit Burgern und allem was dazu gehört. Für uns ist es ein sauberes Mc Donald Restaurant und das Personal ist such sehr nett. Wir immer wieder gerne hier hin kommen. 1+++++++
