I have been visiting the Pizza Hut restaurant for 30 years. So I can allow myself to judge. The quality of the food has deteriorated incredibly. Yes, I would even go so far as to say that the quality is poor. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and broccoli-chicken noodle casserole with garlic sauce. The salami pizza looked like it was from yesterday. My wife ate a piece and left the rest on the plate. The chicken and broccoli pasta casserole was pretty much the worst thing I had ever eaten. The garlic sauce was completely missing and the food tasted absolutely nothing. It was like eating tagliatelle without any side dish. It was not edible. Horrible! The highlight was when the waiter asked whether it was tasty. The price-performance ratio is extremely poor. I will never set foot in a Pizza Hut again.

I've never seen such grumpy staff. No hello, no goodbye. The restaurant wasn't exactly crowded, so the staff would have been stressed. Rolling your eyes after asking to pack up the rest of the pizza is the most harmless thing. The food itself was, like in every Pizza Hut, very good, but the friendliness could still be worked on.

I ordered a medium sized pizza which tasted good. However I had to pay 2 euros for ketchup and 4.99 Pay euros for cola. Everything is so expensive. I think it's not worth it.

We were second in line and it was actually our turn. When we wanted to ask the cashier something, she served other customers who actually wanted to go into the store and completely ignored us. We left less than a second later because we were very impressed by the cashier's disrespect.

We had the idea that Pizza Hut was some kind of fast food chain, but with pizzas. It had that look. However, we had to wait a long time for our pizza. The wait staff didn't speak English. We were also very disappointed with the price: 25 to 30 euros for a pizza! The worst part is that we got a pizza with cheese in the crust (deliberately did not order this), but accidentally made it. These costs have simply been charged. The tables were also cramped. So the atmosphere and service are inadequate. The pizzas themselves were tasty and very large (as expected for that price) so we had more than enough. You can get a box to take the leftover pizza with you. You can pay by card. All in all, 3 stars is just enough, but next time we will look for something else.

Visited this place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd July’24. Food was reasonable although expensive for what we had. Restaurant was open until 9pm; at 8:35pm I attempted to order dessert- simply 2 small Ben & Jerry’s ice cream tubs for myself and my daughter. However this was refused by staff as they said the kitchen was closed! The waiter serving us was aware that we were going to have dessert and should have advised us about the kitchen- although surely 2 tubs of ice cream could have been brought from the freezer! Extremely rude and unreasonable staff about this, and the sight of a mouse running across the floor was not what we expected either. I would not recommend this Pizza Hut.

Terrible service! Staff told us they’d take 2 minutes to make our pizza, but then proceeded to totally forget about us. The pizza’s are also terribly overpriced, I get that it’s the centre of the city, but nearly €20 for a small pizza is unacceptable! Don’t recommend!!

Food here is pretty standard and what you expect from The Hut. We were able to get a large pizza and two sides and drinks for under 30 euro. The service on the other hand is terrible, we had to call upon the server for menus, to order, to pay, for cutlery....literally whilst they stood around chatting.

Very friendly staff. Service was ok for a fast food restaurant. It was clean and pleasant to sit there. We ordered three different pizzas, in a pan, with a cheese crust and "normal" - all pizzas were excellent, light dough, tricky, well topped and coordinated. I can't understand why they only respond to children when they ask and offer a children's dish for seven euros. If you don't ask, you'll pay more than double the price. The restaurant is located in the middle of Schildergasse. The transport connections are great. The resteraunt is clean and tidy. Our food was delicious as usual. Unfortunately it is very crowded due to the location, which is also noticeable inside: it is very loud. If you want to have dysentery, you're wrong here.

Never had such bad food. Warm wine spritzer, almost only water, food didn't come all at once but always something from our order, the pasta just wasn't appetizing, not even a garnish, the edge of the plate wasn't cleaned. That's really a pity

I was there on 4/6/24 with my oldest daughter (25) and her boyfriend. The reception was awkward because we had to wait until someone assigned us a table. The restaurant was full in the lower area and the employee asked us if we would like to eat in the upper area (as it was emptier there). So go up alone. Sitting independently at a table. It took a little longer than expected for an employee to come and bring us the card. Normally you will be asked if you would like to drink something before you order the food. But we would then have to tell the employee that on our own initiative. By the time the ordered drinks arrived, the employee had to buy the cola from the drinks retailer. When we had chosen our meal based on the menu, a size S pizza, the employee came after a while and told us that there was no size S pizza in stock. That was already a reason to go. But we were hungry. The culinary experience made up for this negative experience, as we also had to wait a long time for our newly ordered food and other guests who came after us finished it quicker. The larger pizza that my daughter and her boyfriend ordered was greasy on the outside and dry on the inside. My starter was plentiful but dry. In the years that I was a guest there, I have had better experiences in terms of service from ordering to the end. Even when I went to a Pizza Hut in Trier, the service was better. We were there, were asked upstairs, were first asked to a very narrow table, then brought to a table that had not been cleaned. The lady wiped it briefly. All guests received their things late. There were more staff downstairs than upstairs. It's a shame, I remembered it better. Unfortunately, customer service falls by the wayside here.

All 5 pizzas came as ordered. Special requests were taken into account. Had to wait a very, very long time for the food. The staff was very friendly, but a bit overwhelmed and disoriented. We spontaneously decided to visit the Pizza Hut on Schildergasse, as the restaurants we went to first were simply too full. The friendly welcome from, I think, the shift manager, who seated us after a short wait, was very positive. Personally, I find the seating a bit too narrow since the tables are so large. The service employee directly brought the menu and something for our child to paint. In addition to our drinks, we decided on oven fries for the child, a PanPizza and the lasagna bites. Unfortunately, the fries and the lasagna bites were an absolute failure: neither of them were bad or of inferior quality - no, they simply didn't suit our taste . The pizza was great! Conclusion: Shoemaker stick to your lasts. Next time we will only order pizza and nothing else! Then everyone at the table is happy. It was the most disappointing food experience of my life. About a week ago my wife and I had dinner there. We had eaten something beforehand and just ordered a few small things to snack on. Pizza Mac and Cheese small, a Caesar salad and a large drink. I would like to address the dishes individually. What I can say about the pizza is that it didn't taste like mac and cheese at all. Plus, we saved on pasta even though it doesn't make any sense to me? Why do you save on pasta? Above all, this is the main ingredient of the pizza. I have to be honest, I've eaten other pasta pizzas before, but this was the worst pizza I've ever had in my life. Regarding the Cesar salad, I have to say that I found it thoroughly disappointing. It's better to buy these ready-made salads from Netto or Lidl for €1 and they taste better. I've never had a worse Caesar salad. I know everything is more expensive at the moment and the restaurateurs in particular aren't having it easy, but I find €10 for a salad with a bit of iceberg, a bit of cheese and a bit of sauce a bit cheeky. The salad was full of water, which in my opinion wasn't even possible. The iced tea tasted more like water than iced tea. About the service: At first I thought it was okay. Nice, friendly demeanor. We laughed a bit, cracked two jokes, etc... but then it became relatively funny. It just doesn't taste good, it's very little. Just not good. You can really eat better in Cologne. That was my first and last time at Pizza Hut. I would like to conclude by saying that it is my personal opinion. Tastes differ, as do opinions. What I don't like may please someone else. Some aspects of the overall experience just didn't suit me.

Nobody responded in any way to the guests waiting outside the door. When the window opened for 'To Go' sales at 11:50 a.m., we had to ask the employee about the locked door. We were then informed that the restaurant would not open until 12 p.m. today due to a lack of staff. A pregnant customer asked if she could go to the toilet beforehand. The employee simply replied that he didn't have a key. I'm still speechless: Germany is a service desert. I understand the lack of staff, but at least one of the three employees should be able to briefly and kindly inform the guests and let a pregnant woman who also wants to eat use the toilet during opening hours. Unfortunately, this branch is not recommended because guests don't seem welcome here :-(

We’ve been waiting on a pasta chicken for more than 50 min. They ended up telling us the kitchen forgot it. Cancelled the pasta, but no compensation for the waiting whatsoever. Terrible place to eat.

My colleague said the pizza here is the best pizza. We came here on his recommendation. That's not possible, I got a stomach ache immediately after eating. My child ate a kids menu. Am Eingang mussten wir 20 min warten und daraufhin wurden wir vom Mitarbeiter N…..t angepöbelt das wir am Eingang 20 cm zu weit vorne warteten. Daraufhin hat der Mitarbeiter angefangen mit uns zu diskutieren und hat uns komplett den Appetit genommen. So ein respektlosen Umgang mit Kunden sollte man nicht tolerieren, weswegen wir auch gegangen sind.

Es ist ganz nett dort. Die Servicekräfte zu unreif für mein Geschmack. 3,99 für eine Pepsi zu überhöht. Pizza Hut hat nicht das Produkt und den Status für so hohe Preise. Dann doch lieber eine klassische Pizzaria mit größeren Pizzen bei gleichem Preis, Getränke zum halben Preis und besserem Service.
