I would particularly like to emphasize Max's advice: attentive, competent, and genuinely happy to serve guests. For a snack, I chose the cocktail shrimp – wonderfully paired with homemade sauce and fresh bread. The chef, David, was also there, and his warm, knowledgeable manner perfectly rounded off the experience. But Max's final tip for a special mezcal to finish the meal was spot on. Conclusion: If you're looking for a sophisticated break with top-notch service and a great drinks menu, this is the place for you. I'm already looking forward to my next visit – with a set menu, if possible!
