The employee with the glasses at the drive through was very cheeky. He is always disrespectful to others and with that kind of behavior I would hate to go there again!
Once again, the toys were forgotten at the happy meal. The order itself was not taken correctly. Too little of one thing for too much of what was not ordered. The wait was a bit long, probably because the manager in the yellow shirt favored her friends.
I won't be ordering takeout from there again.
This is the third time the people here have been incompetent and completely overwhelmed. 45 minutes wait time for three standard meals and a happy meal. Every 200 guests were given priority over the 100. Even people who arrived after us were given priority.
The staff urgently needs to be replaced. It's a complete disaster and has nothing to do with fast food.
Everything's clean, everything's delicious, and we'll be happy to come back. The entire concept of the shop, in my opinion, is super customer-friendly. You can customize your burger however you like it at that moment.
On January 17, 2025, after picking up my children, I met up with my friend for dinner, to the applause of her children. After the six of us had chosen everything at the ordering terminal, I stood there for at least five minutes, and the machine froze during the payment process. Great!
We had to redo the order, and we also had to use a different McD app because mine was blocked by the malfunctioning machine. Then the order finally came. The food took a while to arrive. But, well, everything's been fine up until this point. Not nice, but fine. On February 10, I received a letter because I exceeded the parking time by 13 minutes. I was supposed to pay an additional €35 on top of the €63 I left at McD that evening, and I find that a disgrace.
On March 16. I received an email from the franchise company stating that they were sorry about these circumstances, but that they had experienced significant problems with unauthorized and long-term parkers in the past, and that they had to resort to parking enforcement. They canceled my ticket, which prompted me to adjust this review. However, I pointed out that it would be better for everyone to increase the time limit from 60 to 90 minutes, as it can happen quite quickly that the 60-minute limit is exceeded.
I just thought it was a shame that I had to go to a lot of trouble to resolve this matter through the franchise company and couldn't rely on the parking enforcement's understanding.
To avoid these problems, you should definitely make sure you leave the lot before the 60 minutes.

I really enjoyed it. The food, ambiance, and service were all very good. We did have to wait a bit for our food, though, even though the place was only lightly populated.
Ordered via Lieferando, 20€ per portion, the food is like for small children, turkey steak too small, salad old, dark fries all in one 0 stars.
I used to enjoy eating here but never again from now on.
