Restaurant Tiffany in Hamburg

We ordered the food, and after a short time got drinks - but then nothing more happened. When, after a long time, we asked about our food, the waiter said that it was probably finished and he should just check. However, he never came back and after an hour's wait we chose to go, where they then came running and said the food would be ready in 2 minutes. Poor customer service that could have been handled much better.

Unfortunately, the food was still below the standard of an Indian pizza delivery service. Hands off !

We didn't have much time and were served very quickly and deliciously! The price is completely ok, especially for the location, really cheap for great food. In addition, the staff was very friendly and competent and would be happy to come back again :) Pasta Gorgonzola and the pizza breads are highly recommended

The pasta was delivered completely spilled and Pasta Gorgonzola tastes like nothing, it's a cheap cream sauce and there are also 3 different types of pasta in it as if you were getting the leftovers that were not normal

Friendly service and very tasty pizza. The food came to the table quickly, hot and fresh. For dessert we had panna cotta and tiramisu. Both were homemade and also really tasty! Price-performance convinced us completely. Gladly again!

We went to visit Hamburg for the weekend. We decided to eat at this restaurant. Very good food. Relatively ok price. We got a super friendly waiter.

Great service and delicious food

It was so mediocre. The selection is very large with 97 dishes but the quality suffers greatly. Pizza had no taste, the lasagne was way too hot and the portion was too small. The 3 small steaks from the grill were quite good but the fries were soaked in oil. The intermediate door to the rear area was broken and not tight. Therefore, you could feel the wind in the restaurant, which made the long wait for the food much more difficult.

We ate here for the first time today and it was by far the best pizza we've had in a long time! World class! Big praise and thanks to the kitchen! Very courteous and nice service! We'll be back!

Prices OK, but pizza with burnt edges, even though there was nothing going on so early, around 6 p.m.!?

When you look in from outside it looks very dated and almost like a small pub. We were very rewarded when we went in. Warm welcome, great food. We both had something from the favorites menu and it was really something special and not what you get on every corner. (Gnocchi filled with goat cheese) Prices are absolutely moderate.

This was the third time we were guests at Tiffany. And we were never disappointed, neither by the food nor by the courteous but also discreet service. The meals are always perfectly prepared, appetizingly presented and well-balanced in taste. Definitely not star-rated cuisine, but the price/performance ratio is almost unbeatable. Keep it up! We will moor here again on our next trip to Hamburg.

Highly recommended Italian restaurant near the State Theater. In the immediate vicinity there is a Vapiano and an Osteria, which are much more modern. But it's not that loud at Tiffany's, the food is very good and the prices are cheap. So don't be put off by the name.

Hello So we spontaneously went to dinner at Tiffany's. So he's not Italian. The food tasted great. No salt on the noodles and the taste was pretty good. The beer from the tap tasted very metallic. Service was okay, only the bedside tables were finished at the counter at the toilet entrance. Price performance but ok. When it came to tipping (10%), there was never a thank you. For us it is no longer an option.

Ordered an onion soup, what can I say. Taste: Water with raw onions... I've never eaten something so bad, or left it alone. When we asked for the bill and paid it. I gave my opinion, which wasn't even accepted yet. All they said was, we'll pass it on to the boss tomorrow. Doesn't help! We won't come again...

I thought it was very good. Delicious food, prepared fresh and hot, friendly service, reasonable prices. Additionally, the place is clean and comfortable. I would definitely return.

This is not Italian, and neither is the food. We ordered Melanzane Parmigiana, what we got had nothing to do with it. The tagliatelle (daily special) with mushrooms were overcooked and tasteless. On a positive note, I have to mention that after our complaint we were able to have the food returned and not pay for it.

Is that supposed to be an Italian? Pizza dough is indefinably bad and toppings are the cheapest product. “Fresh” ravioli were fried and swimming in oil. There wasn't a single Italian among the staff and from what it tasted like, not in the kitchen either. We will definitely never go there again!!!

Nice restaurant a little away from the hustle and bustle and overcrowding of the restaurants at the town hall and Alster pier. There are enough dishes from all categories on offer, as well as drinks. Service is courteous. You can sit comfortably inside (we were there in October) and in the summer you can also sit comfortably outside. I will definitely come back.

We spontaneously visited the restaurant in the evening with several people. Pizza rolls were served with the starters and main course. These were not freshly made, but dry and cold. However, in an “Italian” restaurant you can expect both fresh pizza and fresh pizza rolls. With the right oven and fresh dough, these could be made quickly. The oil provided on the table is not olive oil, but a neutral, cheap oil. Here too I would have different expectations. The antipasti starter platter consisted mainly of oily and tasteless components, ready cut mozzarella etc. The bruschetta consisted of warm bread with a topping of tomato salad with onions. Garlic and other more valuable ingredients were not included. This is also not up to the standard you would expect from an Italian restaurant. The composition of the main courses and side dishes is also rather random. Meat dishes are served with fries, which doesn't go with the supposedly Italian dishes. The side salad is most likely a ready-made salad from a bag. Some of the salads were served with a dressing, others without. Overall, the food made a rather unappetizing impression. The ambience of the store is mixed. Several guests wondered about the world clock on the wall (times in Hamburg and Vancouver?!). Somehow you don't understand what kind of restaurant you are in. What is the topic? Tiffany? Italy? You don't know. But it wasn't uncomfortable either. The service was fine. Contrary to other reviews, they weren't unfriendly, but not particularly professional either. Overall, it was processed quickly. For Italian food in the future I would rather go to a chain (L'Osteria and co.) than here. The main factor determining the rating is the poor quality of the food. For me, this takes priority when reviewing a restaurant. However, due to the service and ambience, I still give it two stars. Overall, there seems to be a lot of emphasis here on cheap and uncomplicated cuisine. They save on the cuisine and rely on the guest's hope that this could be a “real Italian” restaurant. Overall, I can't make a recommendation.

Hamburg's only "Italian restaurant" where even the pasta water burns! When you come in, ask for the first table right by the door, which is hot. If you don't ask for it, you'll get it assigned anyway, even though the restaurant is empty! By the way, if you think you're in an Italian restaurant, you're wrong. The shop has as much to do with Italy as the Pope has with abortion or gay weddings! They end up somewhere between Anatolia, Kazakhstan or Afghanistan. A yellow tunke is distributed everywhere in the food, which is sometimes sold as lobster soup or as a sauce for pasta. If it turns red, it's probably lasagne or bolognese. Even the dogs refused food. And instead of a nightcap afterwards or espresso, just to be on the safe side, ask for a charcoal tablet! Wish you bon appetite 😋

The Tiffany restaurant in Hamburg offers authentic Italian cuisine in a cozy atmosphere. The dishes are fresh and tasty, the prices are fair. The service is friendly and attentive. Definitely worth a visit!

After the delicious meal with several people, we all threw money into the pot and there was around €5 left over as a tip. Comment from the service: "He wouldn't accept charity!" I'll leave it like that for now - we've put the money back in our pockets. Who doesn't want... I treated myself to a wine from the competition.

The food was delicious. The service was really only half-hearted, very disinterested when taking the order - that ruins the experience straight away. It's a shame. When we wanted to pay we were ignored. When we then proactively went to the checkout after waiting for a while, they said literally: "we also have other guests..." not even an apology. (the restaurant was not very full, a waiter was sitting at the table and was only using his cell phone played...)unfortunately I wouldn't come back...

The two of us ate there on Saturday evening and were very satisfied! We were greeted warmly and chose two dishes from the recommendations: beetroot gnocci with chicken breast and tagliatelle with beef, chanterelles, rocket and parmesan. The dishes were delicious. First of all there was the mixed starter plate, which was also ok. The waiter was attentive. We sat outside and felt completely comfortable. The prices there are more than fair!

Probably one of the favorite places in Hamburg! Tasty food, I tried many different meal from the menu , I like service , nice and quiet place ! UPDATE: 2 months ago we have been eating there again, coz its became our tradition to visit this place, but plates were oily with fingers marks , and we saw a few times mouse there , it was running under our table , I was so scared and confused, we said it to the staff but they told us that there are always mouses in here , so no problem … I felt disgusted even to stay there, rather to eat in that restaurant . we had to stop going there since the first time I went down to the ladies' room and passing by I saw the kitchen - everything looked very sad, untidy and disgusting , but !!!! we liked the food , it was really tasty 😑

We often eat here as part of our regular get-together. Not too expensive. Solid food. Attentive waiters. You can do it. It's not a star restaurant, it doesn't have to be. Price performance is right here.

We visited the restaurant today during the CSD in Hamburg. Since it was a little quieter in the Collonades than in the rest of the city center, the Tiffany was an option. I can't confirm a lot of the reviews. The staff was friendly and attentive, the food was on the table after a short wait. The portions were large and no one at our table left the restaurant hungry. There is undoubtedly better restaurants in Hamburg, but we were all completely satisfied

It says italian, but the waiters didn’t know much about Italien food. I ordered an icream in a glas - I didn’t get the same as on the picture, the ice was crystalized, and no waffle as on the picture. Was not the 6 Euro worthy. We would have been stayed there for dinner, but ended up finding a much better restaurant.

I've been to many restaurants, but I've never experienced anything like this. The staff at this restaurant was rude, disrespectful and just plain terrible. From the moment I walked into the restaurant I was met with a level of rudeness that I could never have imagined even in my worst nightmares. From the start, the waiter who served us seemed to have no interest in our satisfaction. He responded to polite inquiries with derogatory comments and a facial expression that screamed "I don't care." When we finally went to place our order, we were greeted with an annoyed sigh and an eye roll. It seemed as if any further request placed an unreasonable burden on him. However, the climax was reached when a misunderstanding occurred when placing the order. Instead of clarifying the problem in a friendly manner, we were blamed in an aggressive tone. The waiter was standing so close to me that I seriously wondered if he was about to get physical. The situation was more than unpleasant and I felt really threatened. It is unbelievable that such behavior is tolerated in a restaurant. This experience completely ruined my evening and I can only advise anyone not to visit this establishment. Poor service is one thing, but the level of disrespect and aggression shown to us here is absolutely unacceptable. Conclusion: If you want to have a relaxing and enjoyable evening, avoid this restaurant at all costs.

We spontaneously ate outside there. The food was delicious. The waitress probably didn't really feel like it (unless you were a regular customer). When you paid, they didn't even ask you whether you wanted cash or card and then you got a stupid comment about whether you wanted the money would have scraped together.... You didn't really feel welcome.

Terrible service. We had to call the waiter 3 times to take our order. Then the order didn't arrive for more than one hour. You might need to consider that dessert arrives earlier than the main dish. The atmosphere is very chaotic.

Unfortunately, unfriendly and unwelcoming employees. I'd never heard of "customer is king", but when I asked if there was anything vegan (which, based on experience, there is always in Italian restaurants), this was vehemently denied due to obvious antipathy. It was even implied to us afterwards that we shouldn't come back. You certainly won't win customers that way. Once and never again. Not comfortable, the TV was on and the food wasn't really authentic either.

So einen schlechten Lachs vom Grill habe ich noch nie gegessen. Das war gar nicht frisch und dazu in einem alten fettigen Öl serviert- ein Übelgefühl habe ich immer noch. Das Ganze ist weit weg von der italienischen Küche. Sehr enttäuschend, dass in relativ guter Lage von Innenstadt gibt es so einen schlechten Laden. Das Service ist auch nicht empfehlenswert… desinteressiert an Kunden. Man hat mich nicht mal gefragt, ob es geschmeckt hat und ob es alles in Ordnung wäre, da ich mehr als die Hälfte auf dem Teller gelassen habe. Sollte es mir heute Abend noch schlechter gehen, , werde ich den Laden bei dem entsprechenden Behörde anmelden.

I can't say anything about the food. Because when I sat down alone at a table for four, a waitress asked me in an unfriendly tone to sit at a table for two, "after all, this is a table for four people". I then immediately got up and left. It should be noted that the restaurant was hardly attended! And I also asked at the entrance with a hand gesture if I could choose my own seat. I then received a nod.

Delicious food, nice atmosphere, nice service

The food is just mediocre, unfortunately nothing impressive, but at least the price is okay. The waitresses are polite, the atmosphere is boring, it's cold there and there's often little going on. All in all, time stood still there about 25 years ago, it's a shame that nothing has been modernized.
