This is not Italian, and neither is the food. We ordered Melanzane Parmigiana, what we got had nothing to do with it. The tagliatelle (daily special) with mushrooms were overcooked and tasteless. On a positive note, I have to mention that after our complaint we were able to have the food returned and not pay for it.

Is that supposed to be an Italian? Pizza dough is indefinably bad and toppings are the cheapest product. “Fresh” ravioli were fried and swimming in oil. There wasn't a single Italian among the staff and from what it tasted like, not in the kitchen either. We will definitely never go there again!!!

Nice restaurant a little away from the hustle and bustle and overcrowding of the restaurants at the town hall and Alster pier. There are enough dishes from all categories on offer, as well as drinks. Service is courteous. You can sit comfortably inside (we were there in October) and in the summer you can also sit comfortably outside. I will definitely come back.

We spontaneously visited the restaurant in the evening with several people. Pizza rolls were served with the starters and main course. These were not freshly made, but dry and cold. However, in an “Italian” restaurant you can expect both fresh pizza and fresh pizza rolls. With the right oven and fresh dough, these could be made quickly. The oil provided on the table is not olive oil, but a neutral, cheap oil. Here too I would have different expectations. The antipasti starter platter consisted mainly of oily and tasteless components, ready cut mozzarella etc. The bruschetta consisted of warm bread with a topping of tomato salad with onions. Garlic and other more valuable ingredients were not included. This is also not up to the standard you would expect from an Italian restaurant. The composition of the main courses and side dishes is also rather random. Meat dishes are served with fries, which doesn't go with the supposedly Italian dishes. The side salad is most likely a ready-made salad from a bag. Some of the salads were served with a dressing, others without. Overall, the food made a rather unappetizing impression. The ambience of the store is mixed. Several guests wondered about the world clock on the wall (times in Hamburg and Vancouver?!). Somehow you don't understand what kind of restaurant you are in. What is the topic? Tiffany? Italy? You don't know. But it wasn't uncomfortable either. The service was fine. Contrary to other reviews, they weren't unfriendly, but not particularly professional either. Overall, it was processed quickly. For Italian food in the future I would rather go to a chain (L'Osteria and co.) than here. The main factor determining the rating is the poor quality of the food. For me, this takes priority when reviewing a restaurant. However, due to the service and ambience, I still give it two stars. Overall, there seems to be a lot of emphasis here on cheap and uncomplicated cuisine. They save on the cuisine and rely on the guest's hope that this could be a “real Italian” restaurant. Overall, I can't make a recommendation.

Hamburg's only "Italian restaurant" where even the pasta water burns! When you come in, ask for the first table right by the door, which is hot. If you don't ask for it, you'll get it assigned anyway, even though the restaurant is empty! By the way, if you think you're in an Italian restaurant, you're wrong. The shop has as much to do with Italy as the Pope has with abortion or gay weddings! They end up somewhere between Anatolia, Kazakhstan or Afghanistan. A yellow tunke is distributed everywhere in the food, which is sometimes sold as lobster soup or as a sauce for pasta. If it turns red, it's probably lasagne or bolognese. Even the dogs refused food. And instead of a nightcap afterwards or espresso, just to be on the safe side, ask for a charcoal tablet! Wish you bon appetite 😋

The Tiffany restaurant in Hamburg offers authentic Italian cuisine in a cozy atmosphere. The dishes are fresh and tasty, the prices are fair. The service is friendly and attentive. Definitely worth a visit!

After the delicious meal with several people, we all threw money into the pot and there was around €5 left over as a tip. Comment from the service: "He wouldn't accept charity!" I'll leave it like that for now - we've put the money back in our pockets. Who doesn't want... I treated myself to a wine from the competition.

The food was delicious. The service was really only half-hearted, very disinterested when taking the order - that ruins the experience straight away. It's a shame. When we wanted to pay we were ignored. When we then proactively went to the checkout after waiting for a while, they said literally: "we also have other guests..." not even an apology. (the restaurant was not very full, a waiter was sitting at the table and was only using his cell phone played...)unfortunately I wouldn't come back...

The two of us ate there on Saturday evening and were very satisfied! We were greeted warmly and chose two dishes from the recommendations: beetroot gnocci with chicken breast and tagliatelle with beef, chanterelles, rocket and parmesan. The dishes were delicious. First of all there was the mixed starter plate, which was also ok. The waiter was attentive. We sat outside and felt completely comfortable. The prices there are more than fair!

Probably one of the favorite places in Hamburg! Tasty food, I tried many different meal from the menu , I like service , nice and quiet place ! UPDATE: 2 months ago we have been eating there again, coz its became our tradition to visit this place, but plates were oily with fingers marks , and we saw a few times mouse there , it was running under our table , I was so scared and confused, we said it to the staff but they told us that there are always mouses in here , so no problem … I felt disgusted even to stay there, rather to eat in that restaurant . we had to stop going there since the first time I went down to the ladies' room and passing by I saw the kitchen - everything looked very sad, untidy and disgusting , but !!!! we liked the food , it was really tasty 😑

We often eat here as part of our regular get-together. Not too expensive. Solid food. Attentive waiters. You can do it. It's not a star restaurant, it doesn't have to be. Price performance is right here.

We visited the restaurant today during the CSD in Hamburg. Since it was a little quieter in the Collonades than in the rest of the city center, the Tiffany was an option. I can't confirm a lot of the reviews. The staff was friendly and attentive, the food was on the table after a short wait. The portions were large and no one at our table left the restaurant hungry. There is undoubtedly better restaurants in Hamburg, but we were all completely satisfied

It says italian, but the waiters didn’t know much about Italien food. I ordered an icream in a glas - I didn’t get the same as on the picture, the ice was crystalized, and no waffle as on the picture. Was not the 6 Euro worthy. We would have been stayed there for dinner, but ended up finding a much better restaurant.

I've been to many restaurants, but I've never experienced anything like this. The staff at this restaurant was rude, disrespectful and just plain terrible. From the moment I walked into the restaurant I was met with a level of rudeness that I could never have imagined even in my worst nightmares. From the start, the waiter who served us seemed to have no interest in our satisfaction. He responded to polite inquiries with derogatory comments and a facial expression that screamed "I don't care." When we finally went to place our order, we were greeted with an annoyed sigh and an eye roll. It seemed as if any further request placed an unreasonable burden on him. However, the climax was reached when a misunderstanding occurred when placing the order. Instead of clarifying the problem in a friendly manner, we were blamed in an aggressive tone. The waiter was standing so close to me that I seriously wondered if he was about to get physical. The situation was more than unpleasant and I felt really threatened. It is unbelievable that such behavior is tolerated in a restaurant. This experience completely ruined my evening and I can only advise anyone not to visit this establishment. Poor service is one thing, but the level of disrespect and aggression shown to us here is absolutely unacceptable. Conclusion: If you want to have a relaxing and enjoyable evening, avoid this restaurant at all costs.

We spontaneously ate outside there. The food was delicious. The waitress probably didn't really feel like it (unless you were a regular customer). When you paid, they didn't even ask you whether you wanted cash or card and then you got a stupid comment about whether you wanted the money would have scraped together.... You didn't really feel welcome.

Terrible service. We had to call the waiter 3 times to take our order. Then the order didn't arrive for more than one hour. You might need to consider that dessert arrives earlier than the main dish. The atmosphere is very chaotic.

Unfortunately, unfriendly and unwelcoming employees. I'd never heard of "customer is king", but when I asked if there was anything vegan (which, based on experience, there is always in Italian restaurants), this was vehemently denied due to obvious antipathy. It was even implied to us afterwards that we shouldn't come back. You certainly won't win customers that way. Once and never again. Not comfortable, the TV was on and the food wasn't really authentic either.

Very bad pizza from a regular oven which cannot reach high enough temperature, not a stone oven. Small and not tasty pizza. My home-made pizza tastes better than this one. Lasagna very small portion. Very rude staff. OK atmosphere. Do NOT recommend.

So einen schlechten Lachs vom Grill habe ich noch nie gegessen. Das war gar nicht frisch und dazu in einem alten fettigen Öl serviert- ein Übelgefühl habe ich immer noch. Das Ganze ist weit weg von der italienischen Küche. Sehr enttäuschend, dass in relativ guter Lage von Innenstadt gibt es so einen schlechten Laden. Das Service ist auch nicht empfehlenswert… desinteressiert an Kunden. Man hat mich nicht mal gefragt, ob es geschmeckt hat und ob es alles in Ordnung wäre, da ich mehr als die Hälfte auf dem Teller gelassen habe. Sollte es mir heute Abend noch schlechter gehen, , werde ich den Laden bei dem entsprechenden Behörde anmelden.

I can't say anything about the food. Because when I sat down alone at a table for four, a waitress asked me in an unfriendly tone to sit at a table for two, "after all, this is a table for four people". I then immediately got up and left. It should be noted that the restaurant was hardly attended! And I also asked at the entrance with a hand gesture if I could choose my own seat. I then received a nod.

The food is just mediocre, unfortunately nothing impressive, but at least the price is okay. The waitresses are polite, the atmosphere is boring, it's cold there and there's often little going on. All in all, time stood still there about 25 years ago, it's a shame that nothing has been modernized.

Sunday afternoon around 5:00 p.m., few customers in the restaurant. Friendly quick service, quite large menu. The food came quickly and was deliciously prepared. Unfortunately, the grilled calamari was a bit too elastic, otherwise everything tasted very good. Prices tend to be in the higher range

Nice atmosphere... very long waiting time from ordering to food on the table. Even though we were the second person in the restaurant with 5 people, we only got our food when the place was already packed. In terms of taste, it wasn't anything that would blow your mind away. The staff was friendly and tried hard.

Landed spontaneously in the restaurant and was pleasantly surprised. The Pasta al Forno (tortellini) was very tasty. And for such a good price in the area, you can't complain.

Went in without great expectations, the menu offers something for everyone. The dining room makes a good impression, the tables are still sufficiently spaced apart. It looks clean and tidy. Attentive service, always present but never intrusive. Starter bruschetta, well done, just under €5. Then salad with zander fillet (fish, mushrooms and onions freshly fried - delicious) for 11.90 and a spicy pizza from the daily menu (13.90). Everything was served in a reasonable time and we enjoyed it very much. Two people, including drinks, pay €43. We'll be back.

I can't judge the food, but the service is beyond unfriendly. Going to the toilet costs €1. If you don't have it in cash, then unfortunately you have to go to the toilet somewhere else. Very strange.

Unfortunately it was the worst pizza I have ever had. Didn’t know you can mess up a pizza like this. The cherry on top was a mouse in the restaurant and the waiter was quite chill about it and he said that it is common in the area.

1. Frage: Macht Ihr auch echte Spaghetti Carbonara oder nur mit Sahne und Schinken? Ja, wir sind international und machen mit Sahne und Schinken. Spaghetti Carbonara beinhalten weder Sahne noch Schinken. 2. Meine Cola hatte keine Kohlensäure. Habe ich aber sofort neu bekommen. 3. Nach der Vorspeise haben wir mehr als 30 Minuten auf unser Hauptgericht gewartet. Fertignudeln mit Pesto und Hähnchenstücken 4. Es hätte uns wundern sollen, dass ein Restaurant in perfekter Citylage an einem Freitag um 19.30h nur 5 von ca. 40 Tischen belegt hat.

Original Italian with tasty dishes. Pizzas for 10€ which are really good. So a full recommendation from me :)

Wir sind zufällig mit der Familie am 26.12 vorbeigelaufen und sahen das die auf haben und waren glücklich essen zu können. War alles TOP. uns hat es geschmeckt und was uns aufgefallen ist....der Kellner hat sich(5 Personen) unsere Bestellung alles gemerkt, nichts aufgeschrieben inkl. Getränke und wir haben alles so bekommen, wie wir es bestellte hatten. TOP, macht weiter so

Nach dem Besuch des Weihnachtsmarktes am Rathaus entschieden wir uns spontan, ins Tiffany einzukehren. Der erste Eindruck war so la la. Über das Ambiente lässt sich bestimmt streiten. Wir waren nicht ganz so angetan. Heimelig geht nach unserem Geschmack anders. Aber der nette und aufmerksame Service ließ uns aufatmen. Also bestellten wir eine Vorspeise und klassisch Pizza. Die Vorspeise ( gebratener Spinat mit Knoblauch) kam, für unser Empfinden, zu schnell. Sie schmeckte aber gut. Bei den ebenfalls zügig servierten Pizzen fanden wir den Boden zu matschig, geschmacklich war sie o.k., mehr aber nicht. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war dafür in Ordnung. Müssen wir aber nicht noch einmal haben.

Von innen wirkt das Restaurant nicht einmal halb so einladend wie von außen. Die Einrichtung ist weder gemütlich noch italienisch, sondern auf touristische Massenabfertigung ausgerichtet: Karge Tische, die je nach Gästeanzahl in die entsprechenden Konfigurationen geschoben werden. Das Personal ist freundlich, italienischen Charme haben wir aber nicht feststellen können. Die Karte weist die üblichen Verdächtigen auf, die Qualität der Speisen und deren Bepreisung sind in Ordnung.

Während des Hamburgurlaubs wurde uns das Tiffany von einer Freundin empfohlen. Wir sind spontan mit unserer 10 köpfigen Reisegruppe dort spontan eingeflogen. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, die Bestellungen wurden schnell aufgenommen, die ersten Getränke wurden schnell gebracht und das Essen war sehr sehr lecker. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen 😊🥰

Wir besuchten das Restaurant "Tiffany" an einem Samstagabend. Nach einer kurzen Wartezeit wurden wir freundlich am Eingang empfangen und erhielten die Menükarte auf die Hand. Der Tisch wurde uns per Zeigefinger zugewiesen. Das Lokal war um 21 Uhr nicht stark besucht, aber es wurde sich wenig um uns bemüht. Auf dem Weg zu unserem Tisch, sahen wir jeglichen „Müll“ auf dem Boden, ob Bierdeckel, Gabel Oder Krümel. Unser Tisch war Krümel frei und sauber bedeckt. Die Bestellung aufzugeben war etwas unangenehm, da der Kellner "Bediener 02" desinteressiert wirkte. Nach einem Gespräch mit anderen Gästen wurde uns geraten, sich auf Getränke zu beschränken und woanders zu essen. Bei weiteren Beobachtungen, konnten wir mitbekommen wie die Tische gereinigt werden. Diese wurden grob mit einem Lappen überflogen, und so landeten die menge an krümeln auf dem Boden. Das Essen wurde schnell und warm serviert. Mein Medium-Steak war eher "rare", aber die Beilagen passten gut. Die Tortellini meines Mannes waren geschmacklich nicht perfekt, aber das sehen wir als Geschmackssache. Die Toiletten waren sauber. Insgesamt war der Besuch in Ordnung, und wir verließen das Lokal satt.

Das Restaurant besteht seit 39 Jahren - eine wahre Institution in den Colonnaden 😊
