Sehr Leckere und sehr große Pizza, schnelle und freundliche Bedienung! Einziger Nachteil, wir saßen draußen und es stank etwas nach Abfluss. ...aber da kann das Restaurant ja nichts für.

I love the pasta and pizza here. The salads are also always fresh. Always taste great. My favorite pasta gorgonzola and the César salad. The bread is also absolutely great every time! The service is always good to very good and also friendly. Sometimes you are asked whether everything is OK. is and sometimes not. It's not dramatic, but it differentiates between good and very good service. The atmosphere is typical LOsteria. Reverberant, loud and lively. You can like it, but you don't have to. The seating is mostly made of wood without seat cushions! A bit uncomfortable for me but just typical Italy. Concept is concept! Definitely authentic! But here and there there is also an upholstered seating situation. So there is something for everyone, if not already occupied. I like it when life is raging here...but it's semi-good for a relaxed conversation. Bottom line…Recommended!

Great pizzas in a generous size. It was very nice to offer, except that the volume increased significantly as the number of visitors increased. Service very friendly and a kitchen to watch behind glass.

It has basically become our regular restaurant. Everything is absolutely great! In particular, the praise goes to all the employees in the kitchen; our daughter always likes to stand in front of the glass and watch how the pizza is being made. Everyone who works there is incredibly nice to her and occasionally gives her a slice of salami or a tomato 😉 Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I ordered here again today for self-collection. This time too, the service was very annoyed on the phone. The pickup time was 20 minutes past the actual pickup time, the monthly offers were unknown and there was no adequate answer at pickup as to how long the wait was. Despite everything, the food is still delicious. The atmosphere is loud but cozy.

I went to this restaurant when the weather was relatively good. There was no rain forecast. I was forbidden to sit outside. There were even used dishes outside from which you can indicate that other guests were allowed to sit outside. I have already been disappointed by this and other L’Osteria branches. Sitting outside generally seems to be a problem at L’Osteria. It has already been refused in other branches in the best weather! In this branch the onions were missing from the pizza and I was offered raw onions. Only when I refused did I receive my pizza as I ordered and paid for it. Often the pizza doesn't arrive at the table hot. I had a lot of positive experiences at L'Osteria but the negative ones now outweigh the negatives and I'd rather go somewhere else. It's a real shame

I can happily recommend this place. If you're craving pasta or delicious pizza, then you should try it here!

All in all a stable average! It's just a chain, the service was greenish, the atmosphere is good and the menu is very diverse! So everything would be great if the food wasn't so average and quite expensive. Can be done, does not have to be. But portions are big!

Pizza is always top and huge, nothing else to say. But service and atmosphere is inferior compared to other restaurants. I find that with the exception of pizza, Losteria has become a bit overpriced (compared to quality). Reserving a table is sometimes complicated, as online reservations always show fewer free seats than in reality. But they are difficult to reach by phone.

A lovely outdoor and indoor area. Disability friendly entrance. The service was a bit slow when we needed to order or get the check. The food came fast. Delicious pizza and tiramisu!

The veggie pizza had almost zero vegetables on it, so we paid € 15 each for essentially a tasteless margarita.

Nice restaurant, friendly staff and delicious food. Everything went great for us.

The pizza was good, nice thin dough and it's huge. It's also very nice that you can order 2 versions. The pasta dishes were just average and tasted rather unimportant. You can hardly see the grilled vegetables under all the sauce. The tiramisu was also completely ok, I wouldn't order the mascarpone dessert with strawberries again. Although there is a lot, there are hardly any strawberries in it and the taste is poor. Then rather less and better. The service was friendly and actually attentive, but then served the food before the drinks (and they were actually aperitifs)...that's not possible. The restaurant is nicely decorated, but far too loud inside when it's full. And it's already showing signs of wear and tear: torn artificial leather covers on the benches. There should be a repair included in the price, because it's not cheap for what's on offer. Basically any good Italian can do that, no chain is better.

The food is simply great. Best chain Italian ever! Price wise so far okay. You should look for the lunch and special offers to save a coin. Unfortunately, the atmosphere is always a bit loud and crowded, so not recommended for romantic dinner evenings for two. However, the best choice for lunch, larger groups and simply pizza in between. I get dinner here for my partner and I at least twice a month, and every now and then we also go out for pasta on site. Delicious selection of drinks too. It is better to make a reservation during peak times. Despite seating outside, it can be completely booked out. There is hardly any parking available, but there is a parking garage nearby. Otherwise, it's always worth a visit, centrally located and you can get the hottest, biggest pizza there.

Even though we had a complicated order, everything went smoothly. We didn't have to wait long for our food either. Service was great, Atlas in particular was very nice 🥰 would be happy again!!

When ordering, we were given the opportunity to get different pizza styles on one portion pizza. Great! What a choice. This wasn't our last visit to a L'Osteria

Unfortunately there was salami on our vegetarian Margherita. Even after we informed the staff about this, all we received was an "oh, sorry". It's a shame, that's what no customer orientation looks like to us, thumbs down and no recommendation for vegetarians.

Delicious pizza. The pizzas are very large and one pizza was enough for two people. The positive thing here is that the halves can be used differently.

Waitress got me a seat, 10 min later another waitress, before offering the menu, asked me why I was seated in that place and said that I should leave. Most nonsense experience that I ever had in a restaurant. I am never coming back

Since our favorite restaurant L'Osteria Bleichenbrücke is closed, we went to Winterhude. There is chaos in this store. We had to wait a long time for service to even order. Even longer for the food - pizza arrived cold. Unfortunately the service was so busy that we had no opportunity to complain about it. The service was simply unprofessional - no one asked in the meantime whether everything was OK and at the end when we complained about cold pizza, the answer came: They could have said that. But to whom please? We cannot recommend this restaurant

So they have such a nice ambience, such a great work surface in the pizzeria, but it's a shame that there aren't any real ingredients in there. My pizza Primavera ordered just under 16/17 € for it, really dry rocket without oil, pizza dough like a biscuit, mozzarella topping, I won't say that very terrible, what happened to L'osteria???? Such cheap ingredients??? You have everything Italian in furnishings, but the quality is lacking. We Italians make pizzas like this. We don't pay a little attention to what is on the plate for the guest. I hope that you can report better on your next visit

The employees were not unusually polite to me and treated me so badly

At L'Osteria you know what to expect, but you rarely experience such cheeky staff. Our waitress asked if my husband's pizza should be pre-sliced...we happily accepted. Unfortunately it came uncut and we asked a passing waiter if we could please have it cut. He told us that we should let us know sooner next time. Unbelievable, we did!! After my husband was halfway through his pizza and I unfortunately still didn't have my food, I asked the waitress (who was clearing a table) if I could still have my food. At first she snapped at me with “SAME”. The pasta with dried tomato sauce had probably been at the pass for a long time! Unfortunately never here again because the service concept is completely missing. The guests have to wait forever because Lieferando etc. are also still being served.

We stopped by spontaneously and to be honest we were very positively surprised. The ambience was very nice and it was very quiet late at lunchtime. We also liked the menu and we personally like the fact that you can have the pizzas in half varieties, so we were able to order two types in one pizza. The pizzas are very large in diameter and I personally wouldn't be able to make one on my own. Good thing there were three of us. We would definitely like to come back.

Too crowded, long waiting times, food was so bad.

This well-known Italian restaurant chain is known for its XXL pizzas. At peak times it can be difficult to get a seat - patience is sometimes required. Due to the high volume of customers, service can sometimes be a bit rushed. Prices are reasonable for 2024 as long as you limit yourself to one dish and one drink per person. There is an option to split the pizza into two different toppings, which is really cool.

Tasty and chic, but the portion of pasta shouldn't be smaller. You should be careful where you sit. If you sit right under the outlet of the ventilation grilles, you can get a stiff neck without noticing.

I ordered spaghetti online and what I received was a blocky disaster. It doesn't even taste like pasta, the Bolognese is ok but what kind of pasta is that supposed to be? Unfortunately I can't eat it, it's inedible!

Visiting a restaurant with a friend, very crowded, unpleasantly loud, service staff quick and friendly but a bit “impersonal”. Pizza very good value for money - pasta dish bland and sauce very fatty, strips of beef fried to death. Drinks normal standard. Recommendation? If you want to people watch while eating pizza, you can do that there…. Not a cozy evening.

We had a reservation for 6 people and two children. (We understand it was busy) After the others who arrived 15 minutes late, we waited almost 40 minutes to order food, in the end we went to a waitress ourselves. When I wanted to pay the bill, the waitress came to me and showed me the final amount instead of giving me an interim bill. My bill came to €158 and something and she said an additional €4.80 was added because the one apple spritzer that we had exchanged for water wasn't booked. I didn't understand why she didn't just add that to the bill after the fact. I paid €175 including tip, but that seemed a bit strange to me and I asked for a receipt. Then I saw that the one bottle of water we hadn't received was also charged. I can't imagine that it was a mistake, that I paid for a drink that wasn't on the bill, and that I paid extra for the water because they deliberately didn't give me the bill, and When I asked about it, people looked at me strangely. Please always check your invoice before paying.

Einfach vorbeikommen und 5-15 Wartezeit mitbringen. Kein Problem. Also sofort hingefahren und eine endlos lange Warteschlange vorgefunden , die an der Bar auf Tische wartet. Und jetzt kommt die Aussage: heute keine Chance auf einen Tisch mehr. Danke. Umsonst hingefahren. Keine Entschuldigung. Fakt: Osteria hat heute 4 Treue Kunden für alle Zeiten verloren.

Spaghetti carbonara was not good. Way too oily and hardly any bacon. Pizza was ok. but not anymore. The glass of beer was brought without a head of foam (poorly poured). The service was nice and friendly. I can easily do without another visit. I'm a little disappointed

We have been to L'Osteria many times, whether on Winterhude market, at the harbor, in Kiel or Lübeck but the visit today was very negative. It was 20 degrees today and everything was set up outside at the Winterhude market. We sit outside to have a coffee and a snack. Since there was no one at the table after 20 minutes, my wife went into the restaurant and wanted to order. In our opinion, the employee's answer was very malicious as he said that we would only be served outside from April and that if we wanted something he couldn't take an order for another hour. We have never experienced anything like this in any of the chain's restaurants. Unfortunately, a very negative experience that leads us to avoid this chain from now on.

We reserved in advance and it worked very well. The restaurant is usually very full and therefore it becomes difficult without a reservation. The food comes very quickly and is extremely tasty. The service is also great and very attentive. All in one a great modern Italian restaurant.

Due Pizza is still good, but was larger and had more fillings. Savings are clearly noticeable here. The service has no overview. When the restaurant was 20% full in the early afternoon, we were seated at a cat table despite objections. During off-peak hours, it's better to eat somewhere else if you don't want to be inconvenienced.

Wanted to order pizzas to pick up last night. We called there over 30 times within half an hour around 7 p.m. and it was busy all the time. The phone was never answered! Unfortunately, it wasn't the first time that we couldn't be reached by phone!

Nice restaurant right on the market square. As you can see from the picture, the pizzas are huge. Nice thin and crispy base and a very good topping. You can also make a mix when ordering. In other words, one half is covered with one topping and the other with another. The service was very friendly, helpful and quick. The ambience is very nice, the furnishings are a bit darker.

We had dinner with my mother on Friday and had a great waitress named Jana. Thank you so much for everything, you made our evening so nice with your presence and your warm, great service. Everything was perfect 🙏🏻 thank you, we'll be back 🫶

Too long waiting times. I was there with my girlfriend for International Women's Day, but the unprofessional behavior of the waiters spoiled our mood. After about 20 minutes of waiting outside we had to sit on bar stools for another 10 minutes. Afterwards, “other” guests were given preferential treatment – ​​they were served drinks and offered a window seat, while we were completely forgotten. After asking several times, we finally got a place at the entrance to the kitchen and customer toilet. The food and dessert were delicious and the ambience is very nice. It's a shame that with such good food and ambience the service was so bad.

Both noodle dishes - unfortunately completely tasteless - noodles in a strange consistency / floury, sticky. Pizza went. Service - when “she” was there was ok, volume level was like in the main train station, which made it rather uncomfortable. Price performance more like a 5- Thanks - no 👎

If I could give more than five stars I would. We ate there again on Wednesday last week. Very nice atmosphere and the service is also great 👍. I always enjoy coming there with my family and it's always been a great experience. I look forward to further visits. A very nice restaurant with good and tasty food. However, I will not visit this restaurant again and will not recommend this location to anyone because it was impossible how the employees treated us there. Accusing us of being late is another matter, but rushing us so much when taking our order and then brazenly and indirectly forcing us customers to pay a tip with a cheeky undertone is not acceptable. We all felt unfairly treated and found it impossible that the lady who waited at our table told us lies so that we would pay her tip. I quote: "If you don't pay me a tip, then I'll go into the minus area!" - Excuse me?! Dear lady, you have a fixed salary and do not live on tips from your visitors. Basically, we would have been happy to give you a tip, but after your behavior and the act you pulled, you quite frankly and honestly didn't deserve more. But that's not all, the dear lady complained about us to her colleagues because of the low tip and everyone looked at our table with a disparaging look. I'll be honest, if you're not willing to put your bad mood aside and take it all out on your visitors, this is definitely not the right job for you. I was really looking forward to this visit to L'Osteria to celebrate my friends' birthday, but now I will never visit again because of this bad and traumatizing experience. Unbelievable, I'm very disappointed!!!

Sehr enttäuschender Besuch. Unsere Pizza war sehr, sehr trocken. Wenig Sauce und auch mit dem Belag waren sie sehr geizig. Zu dem schlechten Essen, war der Service mehr als schlecht. Während noch gegessen wurde, kam die Kellnerin und unterbrach uns mit der Frage: "schmeckt es noch oder kann ich es einpacken" Verwundert über diese Frage, stimmten wir irritiert zu, sodass das Essen eingepackt wurde. Daraufhin folgte direkt die Rechnung ohne, dass wir darum gebeten hatten. Schade. Hätten gerne noch einen Kaffee getrunken und ein Dessert verspeist. Nach der Pizza ging es uns überhaupt nicht gut. Für uns ist klar- nie wieder!

Meine Kritik geht gegen die Firmenpolitik/Management im Umgang mit vegetarischer Ernährung, nicht an den netten Servicemitarbeiter, der mich transparent über den nachfolgenden Umstand vor meiner Bestellung hingewiesen hat. Das Restaurant führt eine BBQ Chicken auf der Karte. Zusätzlich führt das Restaurant als Topping veganes BBQ Chicken. Ich bat also darum, dass ich die BBQ Chicken mit veganem Chicken bekommen kann. Kein Problem, ich muss nur den vollen Preis der regulären BBQ Chicken + zusätzlich das vegane Chicken bezahlen. Bitte was? Meine Pizza kostete damit über 20€… Wofür muss ich den vollen Preis für die normale BBQ Chicken zahlen, wenn der Hauptbestandteil gar nicht serviert wird? Das arme Hühnchen, das anscheinend so wenig vom Verkaufspreis ausmacht, dass man für die Pizza trotzdem den normalen Preis verlangen muss, obwohl es weggelassen wird. So sieht Support von vegetarischer Ernährung und Tierwohl aus. Nicht!

Pizza und Salat absolut erstklassig. Der Service ebenso

Die Pizza war schon leicht kühl, obwohl wir im Restaurant vor Ort gegessen haben und es war auch eine andere Pizzasorte, als wir eigentlich bestellt hatten. 😏 Es hat während unseres Aufenthalts 2 × das Personal gewechselt und beim Bezahlen wird man aktiv gefragt, wieviel Trinkgeld man geben möchte, was ich als etwas unhöflich empfand - obwohl ich immer gerne Trinkgeld gebe wenn der Service gut ist. Hier besteht aus meiner Sicht noch Schulungsbedarf. Insgesamt war es aber in Ordnung dort und somit 3 Sterne wert.

Soweit alles ok, nur leider war der Weg zur Toilette schon auf drn Stufen recht nass und drin war es dann auch nicht viel besser.

Ciao! wir waren heute in der Losteria gegen 22:30 Uhr für einen schnellen Besuch zum Dessert essen. Leider wurden wir am Eingang lange nicht beachtet, obwohl es nicht voll war. Wir sind aktiv auf den Kellner zugegangen. Der Betriebsleiter war auch nicht zu sehen. Am Tisch waren die Karten leider mit Zwiebelresten versehen. Passiert. Die Kellnerin war nett wusste aber leider nicht genau, was ein Bellini ist wie der aussieht beim servieren. Die Gläser wurden beim servieren am Kopf angefasst. Kann man machen muss man aber nicht.🙈 Auf den WC war leider kein Papier mehr für die Hände.(Damen) Das Tiramisu eig. immer mein Highlight, war an dem Abend noch leicht gefroren in der Mitte. Schade aber war dennoch lecker. Zudem hatte ich nach einem zweiten Löffel gefragt, statt einem langem Löffel habe ich einen Kinderlöffel bekommen, bringt keinen um aber nicht korrekt. Ich war selbst ein Jahr lang bei der Losteria beschäftigt und war etwas enttäuscht. Dennoch komme ich wieder & feier das Konzept & Essen.😊😊😊

Sehr aufmerksames, freundliches Personal. Das Essen ist gut und reichlich für den Preis. Man merkt aber das es Franchise ist. Das Ambiente ist mir etwas zu düster.

Sehr schönes ambiente.. Waren da wo nicht soviel los war. Sonst hat man ja immer einen sehr hohen Lärmpegel. Waren nicht viele Leute im Laden. Service hätte ein bisschen aufmerksamer sein können. Essen kam sehr schnell. Dünner Pizza Teig war lecker.. bei so einer großen Pizza wo eine halbe Pizza Mozzarella Tomate ist und es echt 2,5 kleine Stücken Mozzarella es geschafft haben auf die Pizza war n bisschen Mau.
