That used to be my favorite piggy because it had a small room at the back. I sat there with my father as a little boy. There was even a pinball machine there back then. Just like I did with my son a few years ago. But today, on my birthday, I was told that the room is not open to guests. The tone was not friendly and I then left the store and unfortunately I will probably never come back!

Pleasant, almost diner-like atmosphere. Even large groups can easily find a table here. It takes a while to take the order, but the drinks and food arrive very quickly. The schnitzels are super tasty and we were also impressed by the greetings from the kitchen. We'd love to come back.

I ate here twice in less time. I wasn't happy with the service the first time and found the waiter to be extremely unfriendly. Other guests have also commented on this. Today I wanted to give it a second chance and was disappointed again. Service was mediocre and I could conjure up food myself if I had no cooking skills. I'm easily inspired, but I probably won't go here again.

We were in Hamburg for two days and had dinner in this restaurant on both evenings. In the street it is immediately noticeable because of the lighting that shines on the house, in the colors of the Italian flag. We were served very nicely by Bella. We would recommend it to anyone who is in Hamburg near the main train station. Great service and great food!

Location difficult to find at first but very nice staff, very nicely located on a lake and delicious food.

Very tasty food, nice atmosphere. Unfortunately closed due to fire damage. Hopefully it will open again soon.

I have to stand up for the store: Since the pandemic, I've been ordering here 2-3 times every month 🙏 fair prices, fast service and always the same quality with generous portions. Very reliable, thank you!

The kebab tastes okay when drunk, but the employee doesn't work at all. I ordered my kebab with extra cheese and asked nicely if a little more meat could be added. Instead of reacting normally, he immediately became aggressive and made a complete fool of me. He also forgot the cheese! In the end he just gave it to me on a cardboard tray - really badly made and totally rude. Since the shop is located in the middle of the Reeperbahn, it will probably still have many customers. It's a shame, because he doesn't really deserve it with such behavior. Never again!

I have never had so many complaints in a single order. Paid drink 0.5, got 0.4. Ordered apple bag, got chocolate bag. Ordered spicy nuggets, got regular nuggets. The shift leader was friendly and apologized several times. Since it was generally very difficult to talk to the employees on site (language barrier), I will avoid this branch in the future. Three stars for the shift leader's helpfulness.
