Nice restaurant, good service, and excellent fish dishes! Unfortunately, it's very noisy inside when it's full.

We had such a delicious meal and were lucky enough to try the cocktail the night before. An absolute delight.

Wir sind hier immer gerne zu Besuch. Aber leider musste ich feststellen, das der Service sehr nachgelassen hat... Am Eingang wurden wir schon skeptisch empfangen, wohl angesichts der späten Zeit, die wir online noch reservieren konnten. Gerne hätten wir auch einen früheren Termin gebucht, denn das Lokal war bereits zur Hälfte leer, als wir ankamen. Die Bestellung wurde aufgenommen und landete umgehend auf unserem Tisch. Aber das fehlende Geschirr für Essen und Trinken ließ noch länger auf sich warten. Der Service war wohl schon sichtlich erschöpft nach einem anstrengenden Tag. Da ich aber gegen Ende der Öffnungszeit auch noch den vollen Preis zahlen muss ;), hätte ich hier einfach noch ein bisschen Aufmerksamkeit und Service dem Gast gegenüber erwartet. Ich wünsche dem Klosterstüberl alles Gute...

Too slow for lunch, we were there at 11:30. It took forever to get the order ready. (We were the first table at 11:30.) Burgers were good, but they need to work on their speed. The card reader for payment didn't work either!

Had Cordon Bleu schnitzel and roast beef - Better than Vienna’s schnitzel - overall good taste with side dishes

Fantastic breakfast, not just waffles, also Kaiserschmarrn, French toast and pancakes :)) also Shakshuka, grilled vegetables, live cooking, Prosecco, fresh juices and much more. The wellness area is also beautifully designed and highly recommended! Overall, great value for money

My wife and I have dined at plenty of top-tier restaurants, and Tantris earns its place among them without trying too hard. The service struck the right balance—attentive without hovering—and the atmosphere felt naturally relaxed. The food is technique-driven but not showy; every dish highlighted great ingredients without overcomplicating them. It’s a confident kitchen doing excellent work. Easily one of Munich’s standouts, and worth a return.

We were at the restaurant on June 10, 2025, where we had invited a friend. We ordered three different dishes, first appetizers. The main course was lukewarm except for the fries and barely edible. I complained to the waiter, who took note of it without comment. No apology, nothing. I am very disappointed.

A special restaurant in a beautiful setting. The food is excellent, the service attentive. We'd be happy to return.

Pleasant atmosphere. Very good service. We ordered duck, and they made it excellent. The price was also reasonable. It's not very big and is quite cozy.

1 star because one man who was serving was very angry when I asked for big empty plate. I personally felt bad. Chicken tikka masala was supposed to be baked in Tandoor and he served Butter chicken which was damn sweet. ( chicken not baked in tandoor).

This restaurant deserves 10 out of 5 stars. We received a very warm welcome and were seated immediately, even though we hadn't reserved. After a 2-3 minute wait, the starter arrived. The side salad was one of the best I've ever had, and the sauerbraten was simply amazing. The meat was super tender, the sauce delicious, and plentiful. My wife's shoulder of pork was equally excellent. They even treated our four-legged friend to a Schmaggo (smothered pork). The service was very attentive and pleasant. The ambiance was the icing on the cake. Highly recommended!
