The food is good and the staff are very friendly. That's really the only positive thing you can say about this place. You go to the bathroom, the flush doesn't work properly, and you can't find any soap. When you ask at the counter, the staff tell you that there's no soap for the guest restrooms and they can't refill it, which is a complete disgrace in my opinion. You can't blame the staff in this situation; they've sincerely apologized a thousand times. There's no air conditioning either; the air in the store is stagnant, and even leaving the front door open can't change that. I wouldn't want to work under such conditions.
I've been waiting for two hours, they say the driver rang the bell, but no one did. The driver just "knocked." Unfortunately, you can't hear the knocking when the TV is on and the door is closed. Among other things, they say they called, but no call was received. It's a shame. This is the second time something like this has happened with this company; never again! No apology or compensation received.
We didn't expect such a high quality since it is a "quick service restaurant". It was freshly prepared for us and the portion was more than enough. The presentation does not need to be hidden in any way. In terms of taste, the vegetables were cooked to perfection, unfortunately the food wasn't warm enough and the tubes were a bit too firm. We will definitely come back. By the way, the service was excellent.
The food was disgustingly soggy. The nuggets tasted like they were yesterday's. The burger was scattered in the bag. And the fruity Happy Meal was also forgotten. A perfect visit, I'd say.
From what was once the best branch to the worst?
The pretty young woman behind the counter is very careful to protect her red fingernails. Therefore, no "delivery" to the counter. In any case, she's not having a heart attack from her leisurely work routine.
It's a good thing her colleague keeps trying to push her, otherwise she'd be chatting endlessly in the kitchen about vacation and other things.
I plan to go out to dinner with my mother, choosing the "All You Can Eat" option, and my mother ordering from the regular menu. It is required that my mother also choose the "All You Can Eat" option to avoid the appearance of profiting from my meal.
The new ordering system via the terminal is a disaster.
No more custom subs. Everything depends on the cash register system, which the employees can't fully explain.
Sorry, Subway, you're losing your only USP.
