Subterranean. I haven't seen such a dirty place in a long time. The tables were dirty. I cleaned a table and a bench myself with wet wipes. The disinfectant dispenser was empty and completely contaminated. There was no soap in either restroom (men's or women's). I can't say much about the food. I didn't dare eat more than four Chicken Nacho Bits.
I've been waiting for two hours, they say the driver rang the bell, but no one did. The driver just "knocked." Unfortunately, you can't hear the knocking when the TV is on and the door is closed. Among other things, they say they called, but no call was received. It's a shame. This is the second time something like this has happened with this company; never again! No apology or compensation received.
We didn't expect such a high quality since it is a "quick service restaurant". It was freshly prepared for us and the portion was more than enough. The presentation does not need to be hidden in any way. In terms of taste, the vegetables were cooked to perfection, unfortunately the food wasn't warm enough and the tubes were a bit too firm. We will definitely come back. By the way, the service was excellent.
Had table service. There were no napkins on the tray!
Fries were lukewarm.
The McSpicy at regular price is a real joke. Tasted OK.
The restaurant looked like a battlefield. Even though it wasn't very busy, no one took out the trash, high chair, etc., or cleaned. It took about 30 minutes for it to be cleaned. But who knows how long it had been like that.
I hope the restaurant management reads this.
If that's all there is on a burger, it's just sad. It was opened to see what's on the new burger. Obviously, there isn't much.
The burger was ordered as intended. No ingredients were canceled!
I recently went to Toyako Sushi & Grill and tried the all-you-can-eat menu. Overall, the food was really delicious, and the ambiance was very nice and modern. I particularly liked the fact that you could order conveniently via a tablet – it's really convenient; you can just stay seated and have everything brought directly to your table.
However, there were a few things that bothered me. First, the price labeling was a bit confusing. I initially assumed the price would be lower, but it turned out to be more expensive, which was a bit disappointing. Also, some of the meat pieces were sliced very thinly, and the salmon lacked flavor – it was very bland, almost tasteless.
The portions were generally quite small, which meant you had to reorder frequently. Additionally, the time limit is limited, which I find unfortunate – after all, you want to be able to relax and enjoy an all-you-can-eat meal.
What surprised me most: I wanted to take the leftover food with me so I wouldn't throw anything away. They actually wanted to charge me €6 for packaging five sushi rolls. Honestly, I found that a bit excessive and not particularly customer-friendly – especially if you're thinking about sustainability.
Otherwise, the food was fresh, delicious, and the location was really nice. The service was friendly, and you can tell the concept is generally well thought out – just a few areas could be improved. Overall, a good, but not perfect, experience.
I've been ordering from there for almost 5 years.
The service is always friendly.
The products have always been fine; I've never received poor quality.
However, it shouldn't be more expensive, otherwise I might as well go to the Italian restaurant ☝🏻😉
Overall, I'm satisfied and will continue ordering from there.
Best regards from Göggingen 😎
