Extremely disorganized and poor service. For a small order, you have to wait at least 40 minutes, and you can't even cancel the order. No one wants to help you. Everyone says they don't know what they're doing.

Half of the order was forgotten, and you can't drag the coupons from your phone onto the order screen, so we had to redeem the coupons at the checkout and order the rest from the machine. Very inconvenient and a lot of hassle. And the newly added chocolate milkshake tastes like dish soap. I've ordered one here before, and there was definitely something different about this one, but at least I got my money back for the milkshake. Still better than some others.

Outrageous waiters who overcharge. Arbitrary billing…beware of unpleasant surprises.

Very friendly welcome, we were shown to an available table, and our order was taken quite quickly. Drinks arrived within 2 minutes... the doner kebab and fries took less than 5 minutes to arrive. So, excellent! TASTE: Fries: very hot and very tasty. Doner kebab: The bread was very crispy, yet fluffy. The salad, sauce, and meat were very good. Value for money: Absolutely fine. We will definitely come back. The only drawback for beer lovers: they don't serve alcohol.

Minus 5 stars. I've been a regular customer for 10 years, but unfortunately, the new owners seem to have recently taken over. Two hours and three phone calls later, I received a completely dried-out, reheated so-called family pizza that was only 40 degrees Celsius. After the fourth phone call, I was rudely turned away, even though a new, fresh pizza had been promised. I've been ordering a party or family pizza for decades when I don't have the time to cook it myself, but my family and I have never been so disappointed!!!!!!!! Never again!!!!!!!!

Absolutely horrible!!! Simply disgusting. Hygiene seems to be a foreign concept there: they spit, pick their noses, and apparently mix things directly into the food – real Indian street food vibes, but without the charm. There were several maggots/insects in my food; it's simply revolting. I didn't order insects as a side dish, you scoundrels. And all this for a fortune: €50 for three portions?! That was a fever dream. This restaurant should expect a visit from the health department – ​​the place should be shut down. On top of that, they're working at the sushi counter without hairnets. One woman's hair was easily a meter long. Perhaps they should add "Hair & Insects" to the menu. I STRONGLY advise against ordering from there. I will make sure that this food distribution point (restaurant ❌ snack bar ❌) is shut down.

Excellent food and friendly, fast service. The M22 is my favorite dish. The quality of the mango in it varies a bit—sometimes it's too hard or overripe. But otherwise, it's so delicious! :) The ambiance is due to the noise from the City Galerie shopping center, but the restaurant can't be held responsible for that.

Since the change of ownership the quality has improved by over 100%. The selection is great, the taste and freshness are great.

I had a steak sandwich at the Plärrer. They stuffed me with three slices of meat and what felt like half a liter of ketchup. The meat was lukewarm and streaked with gristle and fat. I gave up halfway through, otherwise I would have been covered in ketchup. One star is still too much!

Great noodles for takeaway. Maybe just a tiny bit more soy sauce, but that's a matter of taste. 👍👍

The delivery was significantly late, and the food was correspondingly disappointing. The pizza was cold, dry, and tasteless. The dough was tough, barely seasoned, and generally very uninspired. The burger was equally underwhelming: dry meat, a soggy bun, and no real flavor. It's clear that neither quality nor freshness is a priority here.

I was really looking forward to Asian food. The ambiance was rather poor, but the friendliness was definitely lacking. The noodles weren't warm, the duck was dark and tough, but my elderly mother refused to send it back. My rice was hot, but the slightly spicy vegetables with mango sauce were barely edible. No apology when I said the noodles should have been hot when I returned the dishes. But since I was just a visitor… my impression matches some of the previous reviews, so I don't care that they don't seem to learn from their mistakes. Never again.

I ordered Quatro Formaggi but received creamy tomato sauce with Maggi flavoring. We definitely won't be ordering it again.
