The pizza came 45 minutes late, and then out of 6 pizzas, two were still almost raw. Furthermore, 3 were incorrectly topped and not as ordered. we ordered for just under 100 euros and then something like this... Even 1 star is still too much here!!!!

I like the food very much. Delivery is always on time. I most often order “Homestyle Burger” because it is high quality beef, very good ingredients and with a tasty sauce on the side.

Absolutely average. I can't understand the price at all. I got a salad that I probably could have bought in the refrigerated section for €2. There were no cocktail tomatoes in sight either! I could have ordered the same meal, or better, from somewhere nearby. It's a shame we gave them a chance. Lower the prices. It wasn't worth the money!

You can consider the last 3-6 months comments before deciding to eat at a restaurant. They can improve to cook or serve the customers better than before. Sometimes we can have a worse experience although it is more than 4 stars as we don't notice the latest comments from overall hundreds or thousands comments. I ate mango chicken rice. It was tasty, healthy and affordable.. 😊

I ordered through Lieferando and it was extremely inedible and almost rotten. We ate a few pieces and hope we don't have to go to the hospital. Absolutely unacceptable!

To be honest, today was a disaster. Only junk food like currywurst with fries with the cheapest sausage and terrible sauce, fries that become tough when eaten, sausage salad... that has been sitting around in the packaging for ages, bad HB beer (we would have such good Augsburger beer or Zusmarshausener, regional ones ) and white wine spritzer from the bottle with rosemary aroma, it couldn't be worse, but prices are like in the restaurant. It's a shame that Mr. Fischer has let the beer garden deteriorate so badly.

Absolutely not edible! Too hard to cut, salami with an aftertaste. Actually spoiled. Cheese leathery. Test failed, never again.

Went to eat with my friends at lunch, we are vising Augsburg and we wanted to try. I ordered a Bacon King menu and 6 chicken nuggets with mayonnaise. What I got to eat was my burger, VEGAN nuggets (which I did not ask for) and ketchup + sweet & sour sauce (which I also did not ask). Later when going back to the counter for my missing fries, they were given to me along a VEGAN mayonnaise (???? why??). Even though the food was decent, I would not suggest to eat in this place, there are many better options.

Pizza good and freshly prepared. Simple ambience. You can eat the pizza on site or take it with you. Of course there is a delivery service.

I was a very good customer and happy for years. But, when you get duck meat for the third time and you order chicken there are a bit of limits. I just called and they confirmed that I made a mistake in my order. The salesperson just hung up on me on the phone without trying to apologize. Maybe you have to learn to apologize when you make mistakes. I wouldn't order here again. I think it's a shame because most of the employees are very nice to me. Kind of like selling and not apologizing when they're wrong for you. Too bad. Just for your information, I never, ever order duck meat. Just that the customers know. I was a very regular customer, I ordered two to three times a week and left a five euro tip each time. I just find it a shame and sad. Maybe some stores should ask themselves why they get such a bad rating. It may not be without reason. If you want to improve, come to me and ask for advice. Kind regards to you, Leo.

I wanted to make a reservation by phone. Unfortunately, a fat guy answered and slurred something into the receiver. So no contract was concluded ;)

Since the renovation, the Burger King has looked really great.
