We even called the restaurant and ordered delivery. It took 45 minutes. The food still hasn't arrived. Not again! It's a good thing we didn't pay in advance...
Unfortunately, a huge disappointment. I wanted an American pizza (lots of toppings, cheese, and fluffy), and the name of the shop suggested it.
Instead, I received a very dry pizza. The cheese was easy to scrape off, and there were very few mushrooms on it.
It tasted like a pizza from a kebab shop rather than an American one.
I also felt the €2 for a very small aioli sauce was quite steep. I've gotten twice that amount at other pizza shops.
I liked that the pizza came out of the oven at the agreed time.

We ordered through Lieferando, the "Pizza Carbonara 2 for 1" offer. Unfortunately, one of the pizzas was bad – in the sense: something was off about it. It had a pungent, sour smell and tasted exactly that. The other pizza, however, was fine, as always.
After we called to complain, we were given a more than rude response: "That couldn't be right, everything is always fresh, and if we had a problem, we'd have to come by ourselves."
Which car, please? If we order through Lieferando, it's only logical that we can't pick it up ourselves.
All we got was a lack of understanding, a lack of cooperation – and in the end, they just hung up. It's a shame. Mistakes can happen, but then you should own up to them and make amends. After all, that doesn't hurt anyone.
I ordered a calzone, which was filled with unidentifiable ingredients, but there was plenty of it, and the dough wasn't cooked through...it was a bit disgusting. I felt really bad about paying €17.50 just for the calzone. The waitress seemed a bit grumpy and overwhelmed...maybe I should change jobs?!
Honestly, today was a disaster. Only junk food like currywurst with fries made with the cheapest sausage and awful sauce, fries that got tough as you ate them, sausage salad that had been sitting in its packaging for ages, bad HB beer (we could have had good Augsburg beer or Zusmarshausen beer, just regional) and white wine spritzer from a bottle with rosemary flavoring. It couldn't be worse, but the prices were like those in a restaurant. It's a shame that Mr. Fischer has let the beer garden deteriorate so badly.
Unfortunately, I can't give 0 stars. I've never been served so poorly or eaten such awful food in my life. Unbelievable! Don't go there! You can forget about eating there anyway. If you deliver, they won't come, and if you pick it up, they'll yell at you. :D This place is unbelievably funny!
I ordered online. It took a little longer than Lieferando said, but when I called, the manager was very friendly and accommodating. The food arrived piping hot and was very, very tasty. I highly recommend it (but only with patience).
The wait is completely worth it for the food.
I've ordered here quite often and often had stomach pains. However, since I have a sensitive stomach and am also lactose intolerant, I thought my stomach pains were caused by something else. However, on Friday I ordered number 15, and that same evening, about 4-5 hours after eating, the stomach pains returned. This time I'm 100% sure it was the food. I'd rather say it was the meat. All in all, I wouldn't recommend eating there. Go somewhere else and happily pay €5-6 more to avoid any complaints.

The pizza vending machine is an absolute disaster. Nothing works, and I spent minutes trying to order something without success. A complete waste of time. The whole setup seems extremely dubious—as if they're just trying to rip people off. Avoid this vending machine if you want to avoid trouble.
