Stay away! The pizza vending machine is an absolute disaster. Nothing works, and I spent minutes trying to order something without success. A complete waste of time. The whole setup seems extremely dubious—as if they're just trying to rip people off. Avoid this vending machine if you want to avoid trouble.

I've never seen anything like it before; that was the first and last time. Unfriendly and barely speaking German, they told me I could go to McDonald's. Thanks, I'll be doing that in the future. This place will never see me or anyone else again. 10 out of 10 negative points

€12.50 for a burger without fries that arrived after 1.5 hours; the salad was brown, limp, and inedible, as you can see in the pictures…outrageous!

I tried to make a reservation by phone. Unfortunately, a chubby guy answered and mumbled something into the phone. So, no contract was signed ;)

Schon interessant, wie viel Arroganz sich ein Arthousekinobetreiber offenbar leisten kann bzw. will. Umgang mit Kundschaft und Kritik absolut unprofessionell. Wenn es an persönlicher Reife fehlt, ist das der falsche Job. Schade für das tolle Kino.

The crispy chicken salad consists of three slices of tomato, two slices of cucumber, a chicken patty like you'd get at a gas station, and about a quarter of a lettuce head, all for €11?! Outrageous. Nothing justifies that price. Sorry, but the Rewe to Go salad for €3 is a masterpiece by comparison.

Reading and understanding orders is very difficult, and the friendliness of all the employees is abysmal. The topping on the McFlurry is a joke! And they must be skimping on straws at this branch. Unfortunately, this is always the experience at this location! If I could, I would give it negative stars.

Completely wrong. They have absolutely no idea how to cook, the spare ribs were grilled in old fat, and the salads were practically nonexistent. There are no trained chefs at the stove. Good food looks very different. Not worth one star.

Ordered online. Two-hour wait. When I called, they explained there were delays. I understand! A drink as compensation seemed nice. But I didn't get it. The driver accidentally gave it to another customer. Okay... Never mind, the food's here! My child will get food! ... Well, that didn't work out! It was cold and inedible! So disappointing!!!! I have been buying pizza from this store for over 3 months now, I’ve ordered over 6-7times and it’s been good but my last two orders were so bad, the pizza was completely burnt! I left a review about the last order I made on Lieferando. Few minutes later, I got a call from someone I assume to be the owner, he was just shouting at me, I didn’t understand what he was saying, so I ended the call! same number left a message for me on WhatsApp saying I was ban from getting pizza from the store, what an audacity!! No apologies or whatsoever. That was so rude and mannerless. I have every right to drop a review, learn to work on bad reviews and stop being rude!!

The owner just hung up! I was just about to order a large party pizza, listed on Lieferando as €18 with three toppings of my choice. I didn't want these three ingredients mixed together on the pizza, but rather a third of each topping with a different ingredient. I was told I had to order something like that by phone; it wasn't available online. And they promptly charged me €25, then €20. The reason given was that it would make more work in the kitchen. When I asked what difference it made whether the ingredients were mixed or individually on the pizza, the man on the phone started ranting, said, "Then order them online," and simply hung up (I could still hear him cursing me loudly; he was obviously not alone in the room). I wanted to order from the closest place to me, and then this happened! If you can't work professionally, you shouldn't. I wasn't being rude, I just asked a legitimate question. I've never experienced anything like this before.
