Die besten Restaurants in Augsburg

It's been there forever, it's simply part of Augsburg. Beautiful location, well-maintained. We just need some good weather. At the moment, the house – see picture – has collapsed so badly that the bike and pedestrian path from the city moat is blocked – no chance of squeezing through. Hopefully it will be fixed soon... even if it doesn't look like it.

Unmotiviertes und unfreundliches Personal. Bei Frage nach einer kalten Schokolade unwirsch darauf hingewiesen worden, dass man nicht bei Starbucks sei. Danach wurde mit Kollegen in einer Fremdsprache diskutiert, als Kunde hat man dadurch das Gefühl, dass über einen abgelästert wird. Die Trolleys fürs selbst abgeräumte Geschirr waren überfüllt. Die Tische waren nicht abgewischt.

Leider war ihr Fahrer sehr unfreundlich und hatte keine Geduld, Geldübergabe verlief problemlos, dennoch was das Essen kalt und nicht mehr genießbar

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A real insider tip at Kuhsee! The Seelounge combines a relaxed holiday feeling with a stylish ambiance – right on the water. Whether for a sundowner after work or a leisurely weekend lunch, you immediately feel welcome here. I was particularly impressed by the terrace overlooking the lake – simply magical at sunset. The menu is modern but not overly opulent: fresh salads, creative bowls, homemade cakes, and a good selection of drinks, including regional wines and fine cocktails. The staff was attentive, friendly, and seemed genuinely motivated – something you shouldn't take for granted. Service was also prompt despite the full house. My conclusion: The Seelounge is much more than a day-trip restaurant – it's a place to breathe, enjoy, and come back.

We even called the restaurant and ordered delivery. It took 45 minutes. The food still hasn't arrived. Not again! It's a good thing we didn't pay in advance...

I ordered a pizza with genuine Capri Sun, as pictured on the website. However, a cheap imitation was delivered. Advertising with incorrect product images and delivering something else is unacceptable.

I ordered something, and the delivery note said it would arrive in 1 hour and 11 minutes. It's been 3 hours now, and the food was supposed to have just arrived, but we didn't accept it because it was cold. Then you call them, and they say they don't have time to talk. Their excuse is that they're currently serving someone, they have a customer, but I'm not a customer myself, or something like that. It's ridiculous; these employees shouldn't be working there if they can't deal with people.

I made a order with Uber Eats. It was just 5min late. Meal was warm, well packed and very tasty! Everythig was perfect like I ordered and delicious.

Honestly, today was a disaster. Just junk food like currywurst with fries made with the cheapest sausage and awful sauce, fries that were already getting tough while you were eating them, sausage salad that had been sitting in its packaging forever, bad HB beer (we have such good Augsburg or Zusmarshausen beer, regional stuff), and bottled white wine spritzer with rosemary flavoring – it couldn't be worse, yet the prices were like in a restaurant. It's a real shame that Mr. Fischer is letting the beer garden fall into such disrepair.

Not even enough for one star... Only the Lieferando driver was very nice.

I ordered online. It took a little longer than Lieferando said, but when I called, the manager was very friendly and accommodating. The food arrived piping hot and was very, very tasty. I highly recommend it (but only with patience). The wait is completely worth it for the food.
