Hallo My Pizza in Augsburg

I'm really horrified. I ordered a party pizza. The delivery process was great and the order driver was very nice and friendly. However, when I saw the party pizza, the crust was completely charred and the cheese was very dark. When it came to the taste, I was shocked, the pizza was simply inedible. The whole pizza had to go in the trash and my cats weren't even interested in the pepperoni on the pizza. In short: delivery is great but the quality is not acceptable for the price.

The pizza was burnt and inedible. Previous reviews describe physical symptoms that I can confirm (stomach pain).

I waited a very long time for my food. After 1.5 hours I called and was told the driver was leaving soon. When the food finally arrived the quality was disappointing. Even when I cook (and I'm not very good at it), it tastes better than this. Wouldn't order again.

The pizza is always delicious, the prices are great, and fast delivery!!! Absolutely recommended & my new favorite supplier in 2025! 5++++++++ stars

I ordered a tuna pizza that was completely burnt and the garlic was missing, which cost an extra €1.50. And there was no sign of extra cheese, even for an additional charge of €1.50. Just bad!!!!!! And the delivery person wasn't friendly either and it's outrageous to have a dish delivered like that. I'll never buy anything in the store again, but the delivery person was there 10 minutes earlier as planned in the Lieferando app. The only thing that was good about it.

A complete disaster, I ordered a pizza at 11 p.m. and it didn't arrive until 1:30 a.m. even though I had already called three times He said we had a lot to do I recommend either making a pizza yourself or ordering it somewhere else because that's really a disgrace a shame for my money Oh and the pizza was also cold even though it had just been prepared and the distance to the hotel where I was was less than 3 km but if you don't have a car but are just visiting you don't have to wonder why you can't pick it up Then it's better to go 400 m to McDonald's next time

My order has just been placed! DEMAND! Delivered 2 hours after ordering. The price according to Lieferando was €23.40, after a discussion I took the order for €30.

Pizza was delicious but had a strange cheese taste, there was a hair on the pizza which was a mess, I paid for the pizza directly via Paypal because I didn't have any cash and when the delivery person arrived there was no hello, no please thank you or anything else and When I took the pizza he looked at me hopefully and waited for me to give him a tip. When I told him Cau he gave me a disgusting disrespectful look with a little smile and no, I didn't get any Cau from him either.

Great experience at the pizzeria! Ordering was easy, delivery was quick, and the pizza arrived hot and tasty. The friendly and professional service from supplier Vitaliy was particularly impressive. Absolutely recommended!

I ordered via UberEats. The pizzas arrived after half an hour, which is totally okay. The pizza with sucuk was quite good and fresh, but had almost no tomato sauce. The second pizza with "doner meat" was more crispbread than pizza and had no tomato sauce on it at all. I also have no idea what meat should be on the pizza?! Maybe it was chicken or maybe lamb, but it was definitely NOT kebab meat. However, tzatziki was delicious, hence two stars. It also happened that the Uber driver spoke to me in a rather unfriendly way after I didn't give him a tip because he wasn't particularly friendly before. (I ignored service because the company can't do anything for the Uber drivers.) All in all, I do NOT need or want to repeat this experience.

This isn't pizza and this isn't an Italian restaurant.

Basically, extra ingredients are simply left out or other things are simply supplied. NO driver is able to understand the delivery comments. 2 hours waiting time, even though the dirty shop is 700m away. ALL OF YOU APPEAR TO BE DISABLED AND INABLE!!

The pizza came after almost 2 hours The driver just laughed at me when I asked, “What’s taking you so long?” The taste isn't the best I will never order from them again

Every time I ordered there was a wait of a good hour. After calling, they said the pizza was now going into the oven and it would take another 20 minutes. Then after 45 minutes and the second call, the pizza slowly arrives. I live less than half a kilometer away. Too bad.

Ordered at 00:17 and received at 02:17. DO I NEED TO SAY ANYTHING ELSE? the food tastes bland and bland. meat on the kebab pizza? FAILURE! If you call you will be lied to (supposedly there in 5 minutes = 45 minutes) I haven't seen a juice shop like this in a long time. and to top it all off, they offer me a capris sun as an apology. Funny HANDS OFF!!! I'd rather go to sleep hungry

To be honest, I order OK from time to time and more and more often and I have to say the service is too good either way. E.g. Stood for 59 minutes but after about 30 minutes food was hot very jut and very tasty. On time, top service, top food, very tasty. I can really recommend it. Respect Hello My Pizza 🍕 Respect

Food arrived on time and hot. Food tastes very tasty. My comments were taken into account. The pasta portions are really very large. You can eat twice :) will order again 👍

Order waited over 1.5 hours and only arrived after three calls.

I ordered the single menu and it arrived in under 40 minutes instead of the estimated delivery time of 1 hour! The driver was very friendly and the food was good (pizza warm and the salad crunchy) :)

The best pizza I have ever eaten. From now on I will only order from there and definitely recommend it.

Essen schmeckt nach nix Nicht zu empfehlen

Nichtmal wert da viel reinzuschreiben Pizzafahrer kein Geldbeutel hätte fast 5 Euro Trinkgeld geben müssen weil ich es für mich und meine Tochter bestellt habe Pizza ich 1 Öl Flasche gefühlt drauf schlabrig wie eine Spaghetti die 1 Stunde gekocht wurde sorry aber da schmeckt sogar Mama Pizza besser

300 m von uns Weg Eine Pizza Dauert 3 std immer noch nicht angekommen. Nie mehr über Lieferando und bei dieser Laden Bestellen Keinem empfehlen Bleibt Fern von dem Laden und Lieferando

Haben dort bestellt, & nach 15 Minuten gemerkt, dass nicht Hausnummer 11 sondern 9 angegeben war (automatisch ausgefüllt von Lieferando). Als wir angerufen haben hieß es, es sei kein Problem, da der Fahrer uns anruft wenn er ankommt. Nach 2 Stunden haben wir nochmal angerufen & gefragt wo die Pizza bleibt, da hieß es, sie sei schon ausgeliefert worden. Nachdem wir nach mehrmals hin & her telefonieren in den Laden gelatscht sind, wurde uns die Schuld gegeben (aufgrund der falschen Hausnummer), obwohl es hieß, es sei kein Problem & die Pizza an jemanden mit einem ganz anderen Namen gegeben wurde. Dann saßen wir nochmal minimum eine halbe Stunde im Laden, nachdem wir eh schon am Telefon & persönlich von mehreren Angestellten angebrüllt wurden, weil wir die Pizza holen wollten, für die wir schon gezahlt hatten. Als wir dann geschlagene 3 Stunden später mit der Pizza völlig durchnässt durch den Regen wieder heim gekommen sind, haben wir festgestellt, dass nicht mal alle bestellten Beläge drauf waren. Kam auch von sich aus auch nicht auf die Idee uns irgendwie für den kompletten Aufwandx den wir für ne semi leckere, lauwarme Pizza hatten, entgegenzukommen. Keine Ahnung wie ich das noch freundlicher ausdrücken kann, aber von Kundenservice auf jeden Fall keine Ahnung & geschmacklich hat es dann das ganze auch nicht mehr rausgerissen. Ein Stern ist ehrlich noch zu großzügig.

Trinken Vergessen und hat sehr lange gedauert

Sehr gutes Essen! Pizzen schmecken mir auch ohne Schweinefleisch richtig lecker. Indische Gerichte trafen auch meinen Geschmack zu 100%. Mittlerweile bin ich zu Stammkunden geworden:) Der Laden ist allerdings zum selbst abholen oder liefern lassen.

Bestelle oft dort letzte mal war in meine beide Gerichte waren harre drinnen lange dunkle mir ist schlecht geworden nicht zu empfehlen bestelle dort nicht mehr sowas geht garnicht!.

Zu spät, statt 1h ganze 2h. Pizza vom Geschmack wie heu. Nie wieder

Beste Pizza, bestelle nur noch dort!

Wer Bock auf eine klassische Lieferservice Pizza hat, ist hier richtig. Sie schmeckt einfach so gut und ich bestelle ständig hier, wurde noch nie enttäuscht. Ein einziges Mal kam die Pizza zu spät und selbst da wurde ich telefonisch informiert. Lieblingspizzaservice!

Bester Lieferservice und Essen ist sehr gut

Der Laden hat einfach bis 02:00 geöffnet!!! Das allein verdient ja schon 5 Sterne aber die Pizza ist auch noch richtig gut. Einfach perfekt für nach der Spätschicht.

Eine Partypizza und eine Famillien Pizza bestellt kam nach ungefähr ne Stunde an die Waren so trocken das meine ganze Famillie sich beschwert hat SORRY mehr als 1 Stern ist hier nicht angebracht...

Ich bin von den Tomaten überzeugt.

Unfassbares erlebnis. Bin baff wie gut man die traditionelle alt-italienische Küche auch in die Neuzeit übertragenen kann. Hübsche Auswahl an Gewürzen, Zutaten und Bedingungen. Top!

Kann ich NUR empfehlen! Wie bei jedem Lokal ist die Zeit beeinflussend auf das Gericht. Wer nicht in der Branche arbeitet sollte also nicht urteilen, wenn er Sa odr So bestellt. Bestellt dann mal so und ihr werdet begeistert sein!!

Fast 2 Std auf Pizza gewartet, 4 mal angerufen und nachgefragt wo die Pizza bleibt. Als die Pizza gekommen ist , war kalt und wie Gummi Finger weg!!!!!!!!.

Schneller und freundlicher Service. Klar, jeder Lieferdienst kann auch Mal überfordert sein. Bei mir hat es gerade 20 min für eine Pizza gedauert.

Über 2 h gewartet und dann wurden auch noch Sachen vergessen
