Ordered pizza and spaghetti with seafood today. Simply delicious! Plenty of seafood, mussels luckily without shells. Pizza is also a pleasure. Pergola, thank you for such good quality!

Food was okay, pizzas are very large, unfortunately the bottom was burnt in places. Some of the staff were great, some seemed a bit listless. The back garden is actually quite nice, you can hardly notice the main street.

Good Italian restaurant with short waiting times and friendly service

Nice service, nice outdoor area and huge pizzas (there are also 'small' ones, which are basically normal size ;))! Easily accessible and parking has never been a problem. We also like to order pizza for home.

The atmosphere was nice but the pizza could have been better. It was ok but I won't go there a second time The pizza was too powerful and less is more…. The Pinot Gris was too warm and was definitely no longer in the fridge after opening

The food is really great and the staff are all super nice. We have often ordered pizza to take away and it has never taken longer than 15 minutes, even on weekends. Generally a great restaurant that I can recommend to everyone.

Went there spontaneously for dinner today. Terrace well attended. The waiter was very friendly and attentive, even fulfilled our special request (many thanks again at this point). The food is delicious as always, the pizza is simply a highlight. We'd love to come back.

Pizza Margherita tasted mainly of basil or Italian herbs, with a pizza for just under 10 euros I don't need a frozen taste. The salmon was dry. The Vitello Tonnato was not classic but had a taste similar to sour cream. The baked noodles were good but too dry. For the prices it's nothing special.

I can only recommend the pizzas 🍕, but everything else is not recommended, also according to my colleague. Well, given the prices, I probably won't be a guest again 🙅🏻‍♂️because the service was also unfriendly. Ok, so was I. Ambience is nice, but at the main traffic junction, so noisy.

The best restaurant I've ever been to.The food was first class and incomparable to any other.It's like you're in Italy.The waiters were very polite and helped us choose.They came to the table with a beaming smile and They served us very nicely. This restaurant is also very nicely decorated inside and when the weather is nice you can sit outside on the terrace where you can look at the waterfall. Since then it has become my favorite restaurant. Now I always know where I and my family are Friends should go out to dinner when my friends can't think of an idea.

Today we ordered a seafood pizza, an insalata mista and tagliatelle al salmone. The first thing I have to say is how quickly the food was delivered! The pizza was well topped and very tasty. It was quite oily, which not everyone likes, so a point is deducted. The salad was varied, with arugula, olives, cucumbers, carrots, peppers, onions and the classic iceberg lettuce! The dressing was delivered separately, which I prefer because you can dose it yourself and the salad arrives fresh and not soggy. The pasta was definitely pre-cooked (that was already mentioned in other reviews - I understand what they mean) but the sauce made up for it because everything harmonized well and there was a lot of salmon, restaurants actually like to save money on that, but that was it not the case here. The portions of all three dishes were perfect. I've never been there before, but I'll order there again.

Very bad service, the waiter was rude and he took the food away from our table and he said that we have to leave because we told him that we found a broken piece of tomato 🍅 in our salad and that really bothered him that we did said that and he brought us the bill for our drinks and he said that we have to pay you the bill and leave then we called his boss and we told him what his waiters were doing then he said the waiter works alone and that's why he is angry and aggressive. But honestly that doesn't interest me as a customer. I come, I pay money for it and I don't beg. If you don't have enough employees then make it better than what I experienced in this restaurant. You go and have something to eat and pay money and in the end you will kicked out

Four of us were there for dinner yesterday And the reception was very unfriendly! No good evening, no hello! We weren't brought to our table either! When we then ordered (starters) And they also came and we asked kindly for balsamic vinegar and we were given such an annoyed look and of course we didn't get an answer! There was a spoiled tomato in my salad, whereupon I unfortunately had to call the waiter again (thin, annoyed face, apparently not interested in his work, very, very unfriendly! So I'll recognize him immediately!!!)! Now comes the coronation!!! So I told him the tomato was bad and he asked me if I was kidding him! I said please... he then just said... get out now! He was really aggressive! So the waiter kicked us out because I complained about the salad! I then went to the manager of the restaurant and explained the situation to him. His excuse was... yes, he's here alone today! That's why you don't have to treat guests so disrespectfully and rudely, I said! He wanted to give me something on the house next time. No thanks, that was our last visit. Do not recommend this alleged Italian restaurant! If you don't feel like bringing food to guests, find another job. Disgraceful behavior!!! Unfortunately I have to give 1 star but it's worth zero stars!!!!!

Unlikable team! You are neither greeted nor warmly welcomed! If you have to complain about something due to poor quality you will only be insulted! No lunch menu. Pizza prices high. Very thin dough hard towards the edge. Topping covered with a lot of cheese, the taste is not mozzarella...Italian pizza is better!

Ordered today via Lieferando, I don't think it makes much sense for a pizza from a good Italian restaurant that the entire topping is covered with a huge amount of mozzarella and is drowning under it. Somehow I have the feeling that food in the restaurant is completely different than what is delivered. It's a shame, because the pizza isn't exactly cheap either. I actually always had a good impression in the restaurant itself.

Pasta very dry, probably pre-cooked, very to almost no sauce and that at a price of almost 15 euros!!! You can cook the pasta right at home and I don't need a restaurant for that. The tiramisu consists only of cream, not at all like the original, just an outrage, the cream smells strange so I didn't eat it. There are really better restaurants with good food. Nothing is ordered here anymore.

I ordered spaghetti al pomodoro...after 4 minutes, about 3 portions (3/4 left) of pre-cooked pasta arrived thrown into a plate with pizza tomato sauce, in between there were other small pieces of penne and tagliatelle...plus unfriendly staff There are definitely better original Italian restaurants in Augsburg

Ordered pizza to take away this evening. Unfortunately I have to say that it was the worst pizza I have ever eaten. The floor was reminiscent of cardboard, sorry, and the surface was anything but good. Sorry, but that has nothing to do with Italian pizza.

Everything was very good, very nice waiter despite a lot of work and a full restaurant. The food is very good and the prices also match the offer. We'd love to come back.

All in all good, but the food wasn't warm enough. Prices already raised. I was there again and ate lasagna with salmon and spinach - it tasted great.

Holzofen ...Pizza und Meeresfrüchte mit Spagetti einwandfrei, sehr gut zubereitet, Qualität und zutaten entspricht Sterne Küche☆ vom feinsten. Auswahl an Öle und Gewürze am Tisch. Hervoragende Ambiente.

Zwei verschiedene Größen von Pizzen, sonst auch große Auswahl an italienischen Essen

Guter, preiswerter und nicht zu üppiger Mittagstisch. Im Menü kleinere Pizza als die Riesenfladen von der Hauptkarte mit Suppe als Vorspeise und Profiteroles als Nachspeise für 8,50 Euro. Servicekräfte mit auffällig italienischem Charakter. Alles ok! Tja, „Es war einmal…“. Die Preise sind überall gestiegen, das ist normal. Aber ist es normal, dass mittags für zwei normale Pizzen mit Getränk und einem (1) grünen Salat (8,90€) fast 43€ aufgerufen werden? Da vergeht es einem. Außerdem ist die Qualität auch nicht mehr das, was es einmal war. Alle Pizzen sehen gleich aus, weil der Käse hier drübergestreut wird und nicht wie beim Italiener unter den Beilagen ist und der Geschmack ist auch nix. Sorry, aber das habt Ihr schon mal viel besser gekonnt! Schade ums Geld!

Pizza kann man dort Essen, oder bestellen der Service ist sehr unfreundlich am Telefon wie auch im Restaurant, am Telefon wenn man bestellt gibt der Service einem das Gefühl man habe ihm was getan und soll aus der Leitung verschwinden, man lässt aber doch sein Geld bei ihm, ich bestelle wegen des unfreundlichen Personals nichts mehr, obwohl die Qualität der Pizza nicht schlecht war.

Das La Pergola ist mein Stammlokal, was Pizza betrifft. Seit Jahren gehe ich immer wieder dort hin und wurde noch nie enttäuscht. Die Pizzen sind sehr lecker und es gibt sie in verschiedenen Größen. Auch die Salate harmonieren in Qualität, Quantität und Preis. Das Lokal selber ist schön eingerichtet, der Service ist immer nett und zuvorkommend.

Wir waren mit 5 Personen zum Essen. Unsere Bestellung aufgegeben, kam der Tomaten Salat!. Das Besteck wurde uns ganz unlieb auf den Tisch geworfen, der Eindruck des Kellner strahlte "kein Bock" aus, mit einer unfreundlichen Miene servierte er weiter. Dann kam das Essen und ich merkte vor lauter Gespräche nicht sofort, dass ich eine Pizza bekam die ich nicht bestellt habe. Ich reklamierte ziemlich schnell aber der Ober schimpfte daraufhin und wollte mit uns ein Gespräch beginnen, da er merkte, das ich ziemlich angefressen war, ging er schnell und so hab ich die falsche Pizza weiter gegessen. Anschließend bestellten wir noch Panna Cotta, aber da  der Ober sich anscheinend nicht zusammen reißen konnte warf er die Löffel schon fast auf den Tisch. Auch die Nachspeise wurde mit überschüssiger Energie serviert. In der Zusammenfassung waren die Getränke warm, die Pizza war alles nur nicht die ich bestellte, der Ober war von Anfang bis zum Schluss sehr unfreundlich. Die Sahne beim  Dessert war eine künstlich schmeckende  Sprühsahne aus dem Supermarkt. Wir bestellten drei mal Panna Cotta die unterschiedliche größen hatten. Es war keineswegs ansprechend. Absolut lieblos alles in Allem! Und zum Schluss wollte ich natürlich die Pizza bezahlen die ich auch bestellt habe, daraufhin meinte der Ober sehr patzig, ich hätte reklamieren sollen, was ich ja auch tat. Aber er hat mich daraufhin angeschimpft. Ich bezahle dann die Pizza die ich bestellte aber nicht bekam, daraufhin meinte der seltsame Ober, er hat einen großen Fehler gemacht als er uns den Tisch angeboten hatte. Was soll man dazu sagen??? Wir waren zu fünft und haben über 140,- €uro da gelassen. Ich bin sprachlos. Solche Mitarbeiter sollte man aussortieren. Auch wenn es angeblich der Sohn ist. Er hat nur eine Pizzeria,  aber ich eine ganze menge Pizzerien! Arrivederci 👋🖐👋🖐

Ein Italiano wie man es sich vorstellt. Essen super lecker, mega schnell und echt günstig. Fleischplatte unbedingt probieren, überragend! Wir waren sogar 2 Abende hintereinander da und haben massiv das Essen vernichtet! Bombe und zu empfehlen

Die Pizzen sind super. Knoblauchsauce schmeckt sehr gut und rundet das Gericht perfekt ab.

Für das das wir 3 mal die Woche dort waren im Sommer, wird dir das Besteck hingeschmissen, Essen vertauscht, und dann noch gesagt ich bereue es das ich euch den Tisch gegeben habe , nie wieder jetzt ist schluss ,gibt auch andere Lokale die gutes Essen haben ,und wenn mal hier mal durch scrollt sieht man das die Fehler der Kellner nie zugegeben werden

Restaurant war voll und dadurch ist die Geräuschkulisse richtig laut. Nudeln waren gut, aber etwas geschmacksarm. Da ist ein bisserl Luft nach oben. Könnte natürlich den vielen Gästen geschuldet sein. Guter Service bei so vielen Gästen und das bei Unterbesetzung. Das war echt top!

Ich habe sehr nett angerufen, um etwas zu essen zu bestellen, aber die Person am Telefon war sehr unfreundlich und nicht angenehm und ich habe meine Bestellung storniert. Ich empfehle es nicht!! Ich wollte jede Woche dort essen, weil ich hier Urlaub machte, aber weder ich noch meine Familie wollten dorthin gehen.

Preise sehr hoch, stimmt nicht überein wie im Net. Vitello Tonato im Net 9,90 vor Ort 12,90 . Kein Verhältnis zu Trüffelnudeln ( 16,50) die sehr geschmacksneutal und trocken waren. Und ich sehe mit Sicherheit nicht ein, für 25 cl Wein, ob rot oder weiß 9,90 !!!! zu bezahlen. Haben dann Kellerbier bestellt das dann auch noch lauwarm war ! Bekamen dann Eiswürfel die wir geordert haben, aber uns wurde kein frischen und kaltes Bier angeboten. Wir waren schon sehr oft dort mit unter mit bis zu 15 Personen . War das letztemal. Ohne Reservierung am Sonntag Abend einen Platz für zwei bekommen. Essen war hervorragend und die Kellner sympathisch und freundlich. Top! 👍🏼

Sehr gutes Essen. Ab besten reservieren. Kellner sind gut eingespannt und es kann durch Feierlichkeiten dort lauter sein. Bin immer wieder dorthin gegangen und werde meine Augsburg besuche immer wieder gern dort verbringen 😁👌🌻

War sehr lecker allerdings sind die Portionen kleiner geworden im Vergleich zum Vorjahr. Wir hatten Bruscetta, Gnocci Napoli, Fisch mit rosa Pfeffersoße

Der Keller war freundlich und angenehm. Lasagne war unmöglich. 2 Lasagne Blätter in der Form und Rest war nur Soße. Beilagen Salat war ganz gut. Fazit: man kann hingehen aber nix besonderes.

Pizza groß und gut Service super nett

Lasagne klein und wenig Geschmack. Teigplättchen, die der Konsistenz eines Tintenfisch ähneln. Beilagensalat auch enttäuschend - 1 Sprühstoß Dressing - bis auf das Stückchen Tomate eine trockene Angelegenheit. Es wurde nicht gefragt, ob es passt. Auch beim Abräumen kein Interesse, was denn der Grund der Unzufriedenheit war. FAZIT: Ich habe (zum Glück) viele bessere Erfahrungen gemacht - und sehr wenig schlechtere.

Das Essen ist hervorragend, genügend Platz im Restaurant und auch im Freien, kann es mit guter Erfahrung weitergeben, mir hat diesesmal die Leber besonders gut 👍 geschmeckt, so was von zart.

Preislich im fast oberen Bereich, dafür qualitativ sehr gut, aufmerksame und freundliches Service.

Dieses Restaurant ist eine Beleidigung der italienischen Küche. Gemüsepizza u.a. mit Erbsen und Karotten aus der Dose, pampiges, festes Mousse au Chocolat mit Schoko- und Vanillesauce, Panna Cotta mit Erdbeersauce, Vanillesauce und Schlagsahne serviert und Bruschetta mit Tomaten und Mozarella war auch kein Gaumenschmaus. Zudem musste ich 3x nach der Rechnung fragen.

Bei weitem nicht mehr das was es mal war😔... Auf den Pizzen was viel zu viel Käse, der ist gleich weg geschwommen.....die Salami war mit Sicherheit ne Billig abgepackte.... Die Carbonara waren die schlechtesten die ich je gegessen habe.....eine nichtschmeckende Sahnesoße mit Schinken.....hat nix mit Carbonnara zu tun...SCHADE

Egal ob Fleisch, Fisch oder Pasta - an der einen oder anderen Stelle konnte besser gewürzt sein aber Salz und Pfeffer sowie Knoblauch - und Chiliöl stehen am Tisch zum Nachwürzen bereit was dann für uns auch völlig in Ordnung ist. 2 Sterne Abzug gibt's für die Pizza mit Edamer (oder was auch immer für ein analog Käse, der statt Mozzarella auf der Pizza ist). Macht sie schwer und schmeckt auch überhaupt nicht. Als Italiener sollte man das wissen, genauso wie der Käse unter den Belag kommt und ned oben drauf.. Aber Hauptsache wieder irgendwo 2 Cent gespart....Genauso bei der Lachs-Lasagne. Statt Mozzarella irgend ein extrem würziger Käse drauf (wie Kässpatzen-Mischung) - passt überhaupt nicht und ist bretthart. Wirklich herausragend allerdings finden wir den Service - trotz brechend voller Bude immer freundlich, zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und auf zack - das findet man mittlerweile fast nirgends mehr und da wird auch von Herzen gerne ordentlich Trinkgeld gegeben!! Zusammengefasst werden wir in Zukunft zu einem anderen Italiener gehen. Auf den ersten Blick sieht alles wirklich sehr gut aus, aber wenn man genauer hinsieht, wird an den falschen Ecken gespart und die Qualität ist lange nicht so gut, wie sie zunächst scheint. Und nur weil die Pizza die Größe von nem Wagenrad hat, muss sie noch lange nicht gut sein.... Sehr schade, denn mit diesem Ambiente und dem Service hätte dieser Laden abartig Potenzial!
