Daily Pizza Service in Augsburg

Minus 5 stars, been a regular customer for 10 years, unfortunately apparently new operators recently. 2 hours and 3 phone calls later I received a completely dry, reheated so-called FamilyPizza that was just 40 degrees warm. After the 4th phone call, I was cheekily rejected, even though a new fresh pizza had been promised beforehand. For decades I have been happy to order a party or family pizza every now and then when I don't have the time to cook myself, but I and my family have never been so disappointed!!!!!!!! Never again!!!!!!!!

Unmotiviertes und unfreundliches Personal. Bei Frage nach einer kalten Schokolade unwirsch darauf hingewiesen worden, dass man nicht bei Starbucks sei. Danach wurde mit Kollegen in einer Fremdsprache diskutiert, als Kunde hat man dadurch das Gefühl, dass über einen abgelästert wird. Die Trolleys fürs selbst abgeräumte Geschirr waren überfüllt. Die Tische waren nicht abgewischt.

The store will never see me again - I stood in line, ordered food #34 and paid. After a short wait I received meal number 35. The waitress steadfastly claimed that I had ordered number 35. I can rule that out because I would never eat oyster sauce. I can't handle the 9.50 euros for nothing. I recommend that others ask for a receipt when paying so that they can check what the waitress thought they heard.

Unfortunately there is nothing going on there anymore. There is also no indication as to when operations can be expected again.
